Meeting the Kid, And the Prank
*Kags POV*
I sat on the edge of his bed and watched him sleep. He looked so peaceful… you’d never see him like this when he was awake. I looked at the clock. 6:32. He’d be up soon in about half an hour. He started mumbling something , “No, evil green… monkeys are…. after me….mom.. Help me..” I giggled. He must have been having a ‘Night mare’. He got scared to easily but I knew he was strong and ‘fearless’. He started to stir when I shifted in the bed a bit. I looked at him and one eye popped open a bit and looked at me.
“Could you stop moving and let me sleep?” He asked, while yawning. I apologized and sat straight with my hands folded neatly, teasing him. He scoffed and closed his eyes again trying to go back to the dream world. I smirked, I could have a bit oh fun before woke up…
*Half an Hour later*
I watched as Inuyasha’s eyes fluttered open and he yawned. He got up and outta bed and made his way to the bathroom when he tripped over a stack of old dusty books and landed face first in cherry flavored pie(hey I couldn’t resist it was funny). I was laughing so hard I was bending over and holding my stomach. He slowly lifted his head and looked up at me and smirked. He grabbed the rest of the pie that was left in the plate and through it at me. I fell on the floor with the plate stuck to my face. I slowly got up and the plate slowly slid down my face and landed on my lap.
“Now, now.That was just payback, so don’t be mad at me.” He said, raising his hands in defense. I got up, the pie slid off my lap and onto to the floor. He looked at me. I held out my hand for him to take it. He hesitantly took my hand. I help him half way up then let go, and he fell straight on his rear. I started laughing uncontrollably again. He frowned got up wiped the pie off of his face and walked into the bathroom.
I could have sworn I saw a grey cloud over his head. I floated back to his room and waited. I saw the door knob turn and thought it was Inuyasha.
“Hey, Inuyasha, sorry ‘bout the whole pie in the face-” I stopped when I saw a lil boy with fiery red hair in a ponytail, and he had a big, bushy, tail. I recognized that boy, he came in the night I first Inuyasha. He wasn’t afraid of me unlike Inuyasha was, he just said cool and walked out.
“Hey, your that ghost who was talkin’ to Inuyasha.” He said, as he looked at me. I nod my head and smile at him.
“So what’s your name?” I ask him as I gesture for him to come sit next to me on the bed. “I’m Shippou!” He said as he jumped and sat down next to me. I giggle at his enthusiasm. “What’s your name?” He asks me. I smile and say “Kagome.” He looks at me with a big smile, and the door opens up to an angry, wet faced hanyou. He barged up to Shippou, “What are you doin’ here runt?” He asked Shippou. “Uhhhhhhhh, talking to your ghost friend, Kagome. Why?” Shippou said, innocently.
“GET OUT!” Inuyasha roared. Grabbed Shippou by the tail walked to the door and threw him out. “Hey! You didn’t have to do that!” I yell at him. That was a bad example of a big brother! He looks at me with a face that says ‘I don’t care’ and walks into his closet. Grabs a shirt that says ‘I’m a Jerk…Deal with it’ in white messed up letters. He grabbed a pair of cut up jeans and a belt an left the room. He came back dressed grabbed his school bag and headed out the door.
“Hey, wait up I wanna go with you, too!” I say I float in front of him.
“Sorry, you can’t” He says and then walks past me. “But I wanna see Miroku and Sango again!” I call back at his retreating form. “I’ll see if they wanna come over tonight or something.” He says, as he does a backwards wave and exits threw the door. Great, now how am I supposed to entertain myself? I could scare his mom but no she's to sweet, it wouldn’t be nice of me….Sesshomaru….no nothing can scare that man, or demon…whatever. Well then, there’s nothing else to do but to go to the attic and look at old pictures…
A/N ok hope u guys like it!!! The next chp. Will be called “The Attic” Kags takes Inuyasha, Miroku, and Sango to the attic.
