“Well, I guess I'll just drop you off here. This is a rough map of the castle. We drew it when we scouted a little. The part where it is coloured red is the part where Inuyasha lives. You shouldn't near that part.” Sango warned.

 

“What about Kagome-sama? Where does she stay?” Michito asked.

 

“Eh…” Sango hesitated to answer.

 

Kagome would wander around the castle grounds everyday if Kaguya hadn't sent her and Inuyasha out to find magical artifacts. At night however…she stays with Inuyasha…

 

How am I supposed to tell him that?

 

“Well? Where!?” Michito asked impatiently.

 

“She wanders around the castle grounds you can find her around here. BUT, never go near the part marked red at night. Also, don't go near that tower.” Sango pointed to a dark tower far from the castle.

 

“I do not care about any other thing than saving Kagome-sama.” Michito said with exceptionally much courage.

 

“Just stay away from the red part. And you should be safe.” Sango said as she mounted Kirara and flew away from the castle.

 

“Right! Now to find the beautiful maiden.”

 

Michito started to wander around and look for Kagome.

Kagome was sitting near a pond watching the fishes swim freely around. She looked at the sky.

 

“Noon. Time to give Inuyasha his lunch.”

 

Kagome got up from her position and walked towards the kitchen. She was the only one that used it although…

Michito held his nose and sniffed the air.

 

“Wow… This food smells nice! I wonder who's cooking?”

 

Michito walked towards the kitchen area.

Inuyasha sniffed his surroundings… He smelled food and Kagome. He lurched forward towards the kitchen.

 

“Inuyasha! Come and eat!” Kagome called.

 

Inuyasha jumped inside the kitchen and sniffed around.

 

“Look, I cooked eggs. Here eat alright?” Kagome asked smiling.

 

Inuyasha didn't say a word and just continue to eat.

 

Kagome walked out of the kitchen. She looked around. There was an intruder. Eating should keep Inuyasha busy while she looked for that intruder and get him or her to leave.

 

Kagome looked around and walked down a garden path.

 

“I know you are here. Come out.” She said in a very cold voice.

 

“Ah-ah Haha! You found me out! Come, let's leave this place!” Michito said.

 

“Who are you? Do I know you?” Kagome asked.

 

“Oh! You don't know me but I know you! I am Michito, the crown prince of this land!” Michito said.

 

“How do you know me? I've never seen you before.” Kagome asked in a very cold voice.

 

“I've seen you a few times when I came to spy on the mistress of this castle!” Michito said.

 

Kagome looked at him. He seemed harmless although. Inuyasha hated visitors. He would most likely kill this guy in a minute.

 

“Leave now. And don't come back.” Kagome warned him.

 

“Why? I'm here to rescue you! I've fallen in love with you! Come, I'll bring you away from this place. Away from all the monsters here!” Michito confessed.

 

“I have no intention of leaving. Go. Before Inuyasha comes.” Kagome said and walked off.

 

“I will save you! I promise you!” Michito said.

 

“I will not leave. Not without Inuyasha.” Kagome said in a cool voice.

Kagome walked away from the garden… She had to get this guy out. Before Kaguya finds out that he's here.

 

She returned to the kitchen to find Inuyasha sleeping on the floor.

 

Kagome smiled and stroked his ears…She had to free him soon. Seeing him suffer was unbearable for her.

 

Night soon came as Kagome walked with her lantern towards Inuyasha's cove.

 

He was as usual sitting there staring at the night sky. Sensing her presence, Inuyasha turned around and walked towards her.

 

“Here, Dinner.”

 

Inuyasha sniffed the food and started to eat while Kagome took out her comb and started to brush Inuyasha's sliver hair.

 

Michito wandered around.

 

“This place sure is huge! Oh? Look I see a fire!”

 

He walked towards the light and pushed away some bushes.

 

“Hey?! Isn't that Kagome-sama? Why is she with the monster?!”

 

Michito examined Inuyasha, he had long sliver hair and a pair of white dog ears. His eyes were blood red and his fangs were showing from his mouth. His claws were extremely long and looked very dangerous.

 

What really shocked him is seeing Kagome…Combing the monster's hair! He had an immediate urge to jump out of the bushes and pull Kagome away. But, at the looks of the monster, he rather wait and see.

 

Kagome brushed Inuyasha's sliver hair…

 

“Inuyasha…I'll free you soon. When I find where Kaguya is keeping the mirror and Tessaiga… I don't care if it costs my life. I'll bring back the Hanyou Inuyasha…”

 

Tears rolled down her cheeks and dripped onto her hand…

 

Inuyasha seemed to sense Kagome crying and turned around looking at her.

 

Suddenly, he lifted his hand.

 

Michito held his breath. Was the monster going to kill Kagome?!

Inuyasha's hand slowly reached Kagome's face and wiped away her tears.

 

Kagome was shocked.

 

“Inuyasha…”

 

Inuyasha just looked at her…His eyes soften…Like it was telling her not to cry anymore…

 

“Inuyasha…You promised that you'll stay a Hanyou longer for me…Keep your promise…”

 

Kagome put her arms around Inuyasha's neck and hugged him…

 

It's just like the old Inuyasha's back…

 

Michito was bursting with anger. How could she?! Love a monster instead of him?! This was outrageous. He had to free her. He was sure she was under some spell. He looked around and found a way towards the castle wall… He climbed over and started to make his way down… He was going to destroy this castle…
