I don't any of that! However, the characters I made up like Tani and Larina belong to me: Naema Dag-Ellams ^_^

Meanwhile in the dark ominous castle, Naraku had been watching everything from where he sat, looking through Kanna's mirror. What he had just saw irritated him to the core. His plan had slowly been back firing, again. Naraku had forgotten the fact that Tani was a half demon. So it was obvious that she had period of weakness. Unfortunately, her time had come too early for his liking. He realized that Tani's time of weakness was the full moon.

“Isn't this a bother,” Naraku growled. “It turns out that girl wasn't going to come through for me after all… I should have known better, trusting a half demon to finish the job for me. She has a weak point from all the rest of the half demons a time period of weakness.” Naraku continued. He then paused, trying to come up with a back up plan to his problem, “I two options, I could keep the girl for further use or I can kill her on the spot and take back the Shikon jewel...”

“What's happening to the girl?” Kagura thought as she was coming back to the scene to see how the fight was turning up. “She seemed to be doing just fine taking care of Kikyo until InuYasha his friends showed up. But even then,she was able to handle them, she even struck Kagome…so what's her problem now…”

Kagura at that moment noticed that Kohaku, from behind, was staring at something as she chose to turn around and follow his gaze. It was the sun and how it was setting. Kagura watched the sun set and then looked at the half demon child who seemed to be in a lot of pain.

“The sun is setting Kagura,” Kohaku stated.

That struck Kagura a thought, “Now I understand,” she thought,“she's a half demon, so she must have some sort of weakness… which is the night of the full moon…”

Tani was in the most unbearable pain; physically, mentally and emotionally as the full moon began to glow as the young half demon girl was going through a transformation, falling onto the ground.

“W-what's happening to her?” Shippo asked, going to Kagome's side.

“I don't know Shippo…” Kagome responded, still holding onto her arm.

InuYasha growled from the sight of the bright light that was surrounding Tani. InuYasha along with Miroku and Sango cautiously backed up from the light.

“Get back everyone,” InuYasha instructed.

Miroku and Sango quickly went to Kagome's side as they all began to witness Tani's transformation.

From what they saw, Tani's demon like wings began to disappear as he spiked up hair began to turn soft and shiny silvery white again. Next her claws shrank back to Tani's hands, turning into nails, then her fangs began to shrink as the dark shaped sun and stars that were marked on her face began to fade away as her pointy ears turned to normal shaped ears. From the looks of it, Tani was either turning back to her half demon state or turning to something else. After that, Tani's silvery, white hair began to turn dark brown.

“She's going to her human state…” Kagome figured as the necklace that she had which belonged to Tani was beginning to look pure. Kagome stared at the necklace, then the moon and then Tani. “She's turning into a human… during the full moon.” she realized.“InuYasha,” Kagome called, “Tani's turning human!” she announced.

“Yeah, I kinda figured that!” InuYasha snapped.

Then at that moment it looked as if the transformation was completed. From the looks of it, Tani was now in her human state. Her clothes were all tattered and torn and she seemed to have been injured but the jewel which Tani had in possession was becoming pure along with her necklace which Kagome had.

Kagome gasped as Kikyo, who was on Miroku's back lifted her head, “The jewel is purifying,” Kagome and Kikyo said in unison.

“Well isn't that just perfect…” Kagura thought lowering her eyes in disbelief, “The kid is in her human state. Who knows how long it will take to become half demon or even a full demon again… and now the jewel is purifying because of that.” She thought witnessing the transformation.

At just that moment, someone had entered Kagura's mind-Naraku.

“Kagura… the jewel is purifying, take the jewel immediately and then kill the girl…”

Tani groaned loudly from her transformation which gave her a huge headache. She was trying to remember what had happened to her then until a strand of dark brown hair went infront of her face. All Tani could remember was chasing after Kikyo for killing her mother and then once she met Kikyo, everything went blank.

The half demon child gasped as she brought out her hands and looked at them and then brought her hair to see that it was no longer white… but it was dark brown. She soon turned around to see InuYasha along with Kikyo and the rest of his friends staring at her not knowing what to do. From the looks of it, seeing how InuYasha's friends were protecting Kikyo, it seemed as if InuYasha was on the priestess's side even though she had kill Tani's mother. At that instant, Tani felt betrayed as she growled, tears overflowing her eyes. She then got up, glared at InuYasha and then made a run for it.

“She's running away!” Shippo stated.

“Hey, stop!” InuYasha called after her.

“And she still has the jewel,” Kagome said who was still holding on to her injured arm.

“Demons… will soon come after her for it,” Kikyo stated, holding onto Miroku's shoulders.

“You're right,” Miroku responded to Kikyo.

“Not to mention that the jewel is nearly hole, who knows what will happen.” Sango stated, “She'll be killed by the demons that hunger for the jewel.”

InuYasha clenched his fist and growled. “Just what Naraku would want to…” He was about to go and chase after Tani but turned to his friends. “I'm going after her,” he announced, “Miroku, you look after Kikyo and Kagome,” and with that, he was off.

Meanwhile, Tani had continued to run away from InuYasha without stopping, through the fields.

“This can't be happening to me!” Tani thought as she continued to run for her life, tears streaming down from her face. “First my mother dies by the witch Kikyo and then InuYasha defends her! He betrayed me! I'll never forgive him! I can't trust anyone!”

“Hey! Come back here!” Tani heard InuYasha yell as he was gaining up on her.

From what it seemed InuYasha was coming closer and closer until he jumped and ended up in front of Tani. Tani stopped as she skidded across the grass and ended up bumping into InuYasha and falling on her bum. She soothed her head and started to back up slowly, frightened from the way InuYasha looked at her. But Tani tried to show that she wasn't afraid either.

“What do you want?” Tani barked, her dark brown eyes were filled with so much hate and betrayal.

“The jewel,” He said.

“…w-what?”

“The sacred jewel,” InuYasha said, “where did you get it from?”

Tani held a tight grip onto the jewel which she was holding as she backed away from InuYasha a little more, “none of your business, trader.”

InuYasha gave the girl a confused glance, “trader?”

“That's right,”

“What the hell are you talking about?” InuYasha demanded.

“Kikyo…” Tani said, “how could you… how could you do that to me?” she asked as she began to choke back tears even though her face wore a frown, “you're nothing more than a trader; defending Kikyo who killed my mother!”

InuYasha growled, gritting his teeth, “Naraku told you that didn't he? He's the one that gave you the jewel. Tani, the guy is bad news, he's lying to you. Kikyo's innocent.”

Tani shook her head refusing to believe it. “No he isn't, I know Naraku won't turn his back on me! He's not like you!”

“Hand over the jewel,”

Tani held onto the sacred jewel even tighter as she cautiously backed away from InuYasha, “Why should I? So you can give it to Kikyo? I don't care what you do to me; I won't give you the jewel!”

InuYasha gritted his teeth as he cracked his knuckles; it seemed as if InuYasha was going to hurt Tani. He walked closer to Tani. Tani watched InuYasha walk closer to her as she was being overshadowed by him. She shut her eyes tightly, preparing herself for the worst.

“You're coming with me,” InuYasha said as he grabbed Tani with one arm.

“Put me down!” Tani yelled as she struggled free from InuYasha's grasp. “Put me down InuYasha! I hate you!”

That powerful word-hate had caused the jewel to glow dark. The power of the sacred jewel gave Tani strength to break free from InuYasha's grasp.

“Damnit all!” InuYasha cursed, shielding his eyes from the dark glow of the sacred jewel.

Tani quickly got to her feet as she grabbed the jewel and made a run for it not caring about where the energy came from, what mattered to her now was her hatred towards InuYasha.

“Damnit! Come back here!” InuYasha said as he began to run after again.

“Naraku, help me!” Tani begged in her mind as tears were going down her face once again.

Out of no where, suddenly a large boomerang had come around to cut the little girl off as it landed right infront of Tani. She turned to see InuYasha, who was running up to her who stopped to see that it was his friends who threw the weapon that was riding on the neko manta demon's back. InuYasha's friends had showed up. The demon slayer most likely threw that, it was her weapon.

Tani felt trapped and scared not knowing what InuYasha and his friends would want as she clutched onto the jewel a lot tighter than she had earlier. From the way Tani saw it, InuYasha and his friend's most likely wanted revenge for attacking they're beloved Kikyo.

“'Bout time you showed up,” InuYasha said as he watched Kirara land realizing that Kikyo wasn't on Miroku's back anymore.

Miroku hopped off of Kirara's back and walked up to him as Sango was still with Kagome along with Shippo. Kikyo was no where in sight. “We figured that you would've gotten a hold of Tani already since she was human now.”

InuYasha blushed from embarrassment to what Miroku had just said. “Incase you didn't know, Miroku, the girl has the sacred jewel. She somehow used it to create some sorta barrier, so I couldn't get a hold of her.” He snapped.

“Uh huh,” Miroku responded. “I suppose that's possible.”

“I don't understand,” Sango said as she was riding on Kirara along with Kagome and Shippo that walked up to InuYasha and Miroku. “I thought she was fond of you InuYasha.”

“I thought so too,” Kagome said.

“Same here,” Shippo said.

Tani growled as she got up, “I hate InuYasha's guts! I hate all of your guts!”

“There she is,” Kagura said as she was directly floating above Tani and the rest of them with Kohaku. “So all I need to do is just grab a hold of the jewel and kill the girl right on the spot. Since she's so miserable, I'llmake her death quick.” She thought as she brought out her fan and opened it.

Then once again, someone had entered Kagura's mind, it was Naraku once again, preparing to give his incarnate a command. “Kagura,” he started with his dark evil voice. “Do not kill the girl any longer, I havechanged my mind. Just simply take the jewel and the girl and bring her back to my castle…”

With that, his voice had disappeared from Kagura's mind. Kagura growled from Naraku's command but at the same time she yet thankful that he couldn't read her mind. “Damn that Naraku,” Kagura cursed.“Alwaysgiving me commands…Why can't he ever make up his mind? No matter, if I disobey him, he may end up killing me.”

“Stay away from me!” Tani said tears still going down her terrified face. InuYasha took a step closer, “I said stay away!”

“You no choice Tani,” InuYasha scolded, “you're coming with us,”

At just that moment, a gust of wind had come between Tani, InuYasha and the rest of his friends. Everyone had backed up as they shielded their eyes from the amount of wind that was becoming too much for them. Then a woman came from the sky. At least half of her face was being covered by the fan that she had been holding which revealed her piercing red eyes.

“Yo,” she greeted.

InuYasha growled from the sight of the female demon, “Kagura!”

Kagura smirked, “it's nice to see you too, InuYasha,” she said sarcastically as she turned to the young human girl who was rather confused and shook her head as she realized what was going on. “Let's go kid.”

Tani soon then smiled and nodded and then glared at InuYasha and his friends as she got up from where she was and ran up to Kagura's side.

“She's planning to leave with her,” Kagome stated as she held onto her injured arm still from Tani's attack to when she was in her full demon state.

“And with Tani and the jewel around I can't use my wind tunnel.” Miroku said.

Sango glared at Kagura and then looked up; she had a slight feeling that she was being watched. When she looked up at the sky she had noticed a large feather that Kagura would always ride on and Naraku's poisonous insects buzzing around the feather, what she had also noticed was that someone else was on the feather… someone else that she knew and cared very deeply for.

“…K-Kohaku?”

“Damn it all I won't allow it!” InuYasha growled as he brought out his Tetsusaiga from its sheath. “There is no way I'm going to allow Naraku to corrupt this kid!” he said as charged after Kagura.

Kagura thought fast as she held on tightly to Tani and waved her fan about, “DANCE OF THE DRAGON!”

Whirlwinds soon started to appear as it crashed into the ground which caused InuYasha flying back and his friends to move back. The wind was so strong that even Tani's ocarina fell out of her kimono and yet she had failed to have notice that.

“InuYasha!” Kagome and Shippo gasped.

Once InuYasha got up, he along with Kagome, Miroku, Sango, Shippo and Kirara saw Kagura, along with Kohaku and Tani on top of the large feather and disappeared off in the sky. Tani, the half demon child, who was in her human state, was officially part of Naraku's pack.
