[ T - Teen: Not suitable for readers under 13 ]
Okay, so this chapter is on the short side, due to the fact that I dont know whether I continue it. I havent writen a fanfiction in a long time, but the idea popped into my head, so, yea.

The story was inspired by the song and music video for Beast and the Harlot, by Avenged Sevenfold. The video was one of the soul ways I got the idea, and kinda let my mind wander as the idea popped into my head. And this is what i got...

"I need to go back to my time, Inuyasha." Kagome picked up her big bag off the floor, and flung it over her shoulder. "WHAT? WHY, WENCH?" Inuyasha screamed, she had just came back a week ago, she was not leaving again. "Just because, Inuyasha. You wouldnt understand..." "Feh, try me." Kagome sighed. She was in no mood to fight, she just wanted to get home as quick as possible. "Kagome-Sama is being awfly calm." Miroku wispered to Sango. "Yea," Shippo chimed in. "Usually shes 'sit-ing' him by now."

Kagome looked up at Inuyasha, tears obviously in her eyes. She made no attempt to hide them. "Oswarii." She calmly stated. "So much for that." Sango sighed.

Kagome wasted no time runing to the well and jumping in, the last things she heard were Inuyasha muffled curses, sayin he would be back for her whether she liked it or not.+In Kagome's Time+

Kagome climbed up the ladder of the well, and flung her bag over, then climbed over the side herself, but before walking to her house, she leaned against the side of the well, and stared at the floor. 'Tomorrow is my birthday...most girls would be exited...' She let out a long sigh, and walked to greet her family.

"What the hell was that bitch's problem?!" Inuyasha ranted. It was almost dark out, and Inuyasha had not stopped yelling about Kagome's leaving yet. "Inuyasha," Sango said, fixing another bowl of dinner. "Just eat. Kagome will be back soon enough." She handed Inuyasha the bowl of food, and he gladly took it and stuffed his face. "When DID Kagome say she would be back?" Miroku asked.

Silence.

Everyone just then relized, Kagome never told them when, or that she would, be back.

That night, Inuyasha sat in his favorite tree, racked with thoughts about what Kagome could be keeping from everyone. He would never admit this, even if his life depended on it, but he was more worried about Kagome now, then he was about Naraku gathering the whole Shikon Jewel.
