The group arrived at the front door of the castle, and the door creaked
open eeriely, as if inviting them in. Nothing could have looked less
inviting then the courtyard just beyond the door. The plants were
overgrown, and weeds took over what used to be a beautiful garden. There were
shadows everywhere, and no living creature was in sight.
" Kagome, do you feel a Shikon shard?" Inuyasha asked.
" No, but there could be some in the basment. I fell a slight pull from
that direction."
Inuyasha simply nodded and started walking in that direction. They soon
enetered a dark hallway, littered with human bones. Suddenly, the walls
started to move slowly inward. The doors at the end of the hallway
banged shut. A voice could be heard, echoing from the closed space.
" Welcome to Naraku's castle. I shall give you 10 seconds to hand over
the Jewel or I'll have some new heads for my collection."
" Miko Tsubuki!" Kagura called out, silently pleading for the group to
play along. "These people are my prisoners. I need the Jewel shards so
I can unlock the jail doors!" Kagura hoped that everyone would get what
they should do. She sent them a pleading look. " The special doors
Naraku installed have guards that need a shard to move. The jail is usless
unless I have your shards. If I use the shards this group has
collected, it won't work. They're purified shards."
" Alright. I shall lend you my two shards, but give them back when
they're............ disposed of."
Tsubuki sent her familiers with her two shards. Tsubuki trusted Kagura.
After all, Naraku was still alive in Tsubukis mind. No one had told her
he was dead.
Kagura took the shards, and pushed the others quietly out the door.
"Come on, we have to get out of here before she realizes she's been
tricked." Kagura said, handing the shards to Kagome. "Finish the Jewel."
Kagome took the shards, and added them to the Jewel. It was now
complete.

Tsubuki realized that something wasn't quite right with the way Kagura
had been talking. She let out a howl of rage as she realized that she'd
been tricked. Tsubuki was getting ready to launch a curse on them when
the entire place fell apart, courtay of the Wind Blades Dance that
Kagura had just cast. Tsubuki was ripped apart by the wind.

"What should we do with it?" Kagome asked.
"Why don't we go back to Lady Kaede's? She may know what to do." Miroku
suggested. Everyone agreed.

They weren't that far from Kaede's hut, actually. Their side trips had
taken up much of their time, but it was only about a day's walk there.
While walking, everyone wondered what they would do, now that the Jewel
was completed. No one really had a wish.

At Kaede's hut, Kaede welcomed them in warmly, even Kagura. They
explained to her that the Jewel was finished, and they asked what they should
do.
" Ye know, ye will not be together always." Kaede said.
" What do you mean Lady Kaede?" Miroku asked polietly.
" Ye'll die. Inuyasha and the other demons will live for a long time,
but ye humans will all die." Everyone was contemplating that for a
moment. No one had the right answer. Everything they thought would work
wouldn't really be more then a temporary solution. It was Kagome who
finally came up with the answer.
" What..... what if we could all change between a human form, a demon
form, and a hanyou form?" Kagome suggested. " It could help us fit in
when we go to villages, we'd be able to fit in with demons, we'd have a
long lifespan, and we wouldn't be so helpless!"
" Kagome, I think ye have found the answer!" Kaede said, happy. " It is
the perfect solution for ye!"
" We'll wish for it tomorrow." Inuyasha said. they had spent all day
thinking up possible answers to their problem. They finally had their
answer, so they could wait one more day.

The next day, Kagome and the others gathered at the outskirts of the
village. they had to be careful with the wording. One wrong word could
damage them permenetly. Kagome took a deep breath and began to word their
wish.
" I wish that Miroku, Shippo, Sango, Kohaku, Koga, Kagura, Inuyasha,
and I, Kagome, could have three different forms and call upon them at any
time. We want to be able to become, by wishing, human, hanyou, or
youkai at any time in our lives and still retain our normal minds." The
Jewel seemed to grant their wish. Everyone who had been named felt energy
pulsing through their bodies.
" Why don't you test it out, Lord Inuyasha?" Myoga asked. He and Kirara
had been left out because they were easy enough to hide, so they didn't
need to be included. Inuyasha nodded.
"I wish to be a demon." Inuyasha said clearly. The usual purple stripes
appeared on his face, and his eyes turned red with blue slits. " It
works!" Inuyasha said, looking at his claws, which had lengthened. "You
try it!"
One by one his friends tried becoming all of their different forms.
(A/N: I'm just gonna write the name, then what they look like. )
Inuyasha- we already know how he looks!
Kagome- Demon- Cat ears, calico colored hair and fur, a small tail, and
retractable claws. Hanyou - Black fur, cat ears, shorter claws, ands no
tail. Human-already known.
Sango- Demon- longer and thicker black hair, elf ears -like Kogas- and
spiked back (A/N: the spikes can be shot from her back.) Hanyou- elf
ears, can spit posin. Human- already known.
Miroku- Demon- cloaked-the cloak hides the void his body is, the void
can be directed to just suck up one thing. Hanyou- same, only less
control and can only direct the void at areas. Human -known.
Kagura- Demon-known. Hanyou- shorter hair-black with blue stripes- and
can't do relly strong attacks. Human- just loses all demon
attributes-ears, control of wind, etc.
Koga-Demon-known. Hanyou- shaggier hair, teeth aren't as sharp, not as
quick. Human- loses all demon attributes- ears, teeth, speed, etc.
Kohaku- Demon- hands are like chain sickles, legs are longer, better
senser of balance, and evry speedy. Hanyou- same as demon, but no chain
sickles. posin bombs instead. Human-known
Shippo- Demon-known- Hanyou- ball of fire that can do illusions. Human-
same as demon but normal feet, teeth, and no tail.
They were all very happy with their forms, for they all stayed vaugly
human in shape, but they'd be a bigger help in fights. They all
transformed into humans and went back to Kaede's village.
