It was late afternoon when Kagome finally got up. She immediately demanded to go home for rest. When Inuyasha asked her what was going on she just shook her head saying `that's for me to know.'

 

Inuyasha now sat under the sacred tree. `What the hell is going on? I have asked her and she said `that's for me to know.' How the hell am I going to help her if she doesn't tell me the truth? Now she wants to stay in her time for a whole week. What happened to three days? I also noticed she smelt of nothing but hot sex in the summer breeze. She could've been raped but she wouldn't smile like sex. She would smell like blood nothing but blood.' Inuyasha looked towards the well. `And I know she sealed it too.'

He punched the tree and it only made a small dent. `I knew I should've followed her! Damn! How could I be so stupid?!!'

Else where. . .

 

 

 

“Lord Sesshoumaru so nice to see you! Please can you relive me from that so called child?!” a brownish green looking toad demon said.

 

“Jaken do not question or come to this Sesshoumaru is such manner.” He said coldly.

 

“Sorry Lord Sesshoumaru but you've been gone for a whole day.” Jaken chirped up.

 

“There was business to take care on my lands and a creature made it hard on themselves other than just heeding my warning. Jaken where's Rin?”

 

“She's in the garden.” Jaken looked up at Sesshoumaru with forgiveness.

 

Sesshoumaru walked past Jaken and went gracefully towards the garden. When he arrived Rin was picking up orchids. He waited for her to notice him for about three minutes. When she did she ran up to him hugging him around the waist with her small arms. She was ten now and was about to go through from rough stages of being a young lady.

 

She soon detached herself from his leg and said with pure joy, “Welcome home Lord Sesshoumaru I picked these for you. You have your arm back too! I knew you were coming back to Rin! Jaken kept saying `Lord Sesshoumaru doesn't give a damn about you.' Rin is happy and I'm practicing on my words!”

 

Sesshoumaru looked down at Jaken then booted him into the sky. “Come Rin we need to talk about your stages.”

 

Jaken landed outside the castle walls and knew he won't be able to come in until Sesshoumaru said so. He grunted when he stood up and just sat up against the walls falling asleep.

 

When Rin and Sesshoumaru entered his library they sat down at a table across from each other. Sesshoumaru stared Rin in the eyes and started the discussion.

 

“Rin you're going to go through some changes for the next few years. I want you to know that you will be getting a mother. She will teach you how to act ladylike.”

 

Rin's eyes lit up at the mother idea. “You mean Rin is going to have a mother?”

 

“Yes. She will be also having a little brother or sister. She is pregnant in other terms.”

 

“We are going to be a family! Yay!” Rin exclaimed in nothing but happiness. “When is mother going to show up?”

 

Sesshoumaru thought about the cycles of demon labor and said, “5 months.”

 

Rin had a big smile on her face and laughed so hard it made Sesshoumaru partially smile. He got up from the table and left the library leaving Rin to rejoice.

“Kagome you don't look so good. I'll make some tea for you. Okay baby, I'll be right back.” Kagome's mother said closing the door.

 

Kagome has been throwing up since she ate the spicy curry her mother makes on special occasions. It was Kagome's favorite but for some reason she couldn't eat any spicy or hot food. She only can drink apple juice and water. Her mother has been giving her crackers. Her stomach has been burning and she doesn't know why.

 

`If Inuyasha sees me like this he is definitely going to shower me with a bunch of questions. Yeah I have to admit I slept with Sesshoumaru but I don't have my period for another two weeks it's no way I'll be pregnant. To keep it on the safe side though I'll buy a pregnancy test when I'm feeling better.' Kagome groaned.

 

Her door then opened and stepped in her thirteen year old brother. It has been three years and still no change from him. “Kagome is Inuyasha coming to get you when you go back? I wanted to show him my new Grand Theft Auto game.”

 

“I don't know but I'll go and get him before the week is over so he can play it okay Sota.” Kagome said quietly.

 

He ran to her on the bed and hugged her. “Thanks sis. I never forget this.”

 

He took of running out the door. `What a nuisance!'

 

Kagome moved around in the bed and fell asleep within minutes.

 

 

Dream. . .

 

 

There was lush grass and Kagome stood in a foreign area. She never has been to this place before. Then she heard a loud scream and clouds gathered. She ran towards the village seen over the hill and ran in the nearest house.

 

`Is this a nightmare?' she thought.

 

She heard panting coming from the room in the back and heard a low scream. It sounded like someone was in pain. She then saw a fox demon rush right through her. `I'm invisible to them.'

 

The fox demon led to a woman that looked like a dog demon trying to have a baby. It was blood pooled under her and her face was pink and her breathing was so heavy it sounded like a roar.

 

Kagome kept staring at her. `What in the world? Do they know what they are doing?'

 

It had other demons in there helping her; it had one she noticed right away. `Sesshoumaru.'

 

`Is this the future or the past?'

 

Sesshoumaru walked near the woman on the floor and sat down beside her. She grabbed is hand and looked like she squeezed the living daylight of. She panted, “Get. . .Inuyasha… and bring him here.”

 

Kagome cried and shook her head. This was a nightmare. Then she heard thunder and ran outside the house crying. `This can't be happening!!'

 

End of Dream. . .

 

Kagome woke up sitting up through the night. She looked out the window and noticed it was raining. `That dream… was it real.'

 

She removed the covers from her legs and stood up getting off her bed. She touched her stomach and it burned again. `What's going with me? Why did I have that dream? Is some other woman involved with Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha?'

 

She touched her stomach again and heard a growl. This time the burning was much worse.

`Oh god! I need to get that pregnancy test tomorrow.'

 

Kagome got back in her bed and laid down to try to sleep again knowing she would have that dream over and over until it came true.
