In the morning. . .

 

 

 

Kagome woke up with the smell of bacon, and eggs. Her stomach immediately growled at the nice, warming smell. She had the dream again and it stopped at the same point of her crying. She couldn't take this kind of pressure and what that dream was doing was giving her fear of really having a baby.

 

She got up and went straight for the bathroom and threw up the crackers her mother gave her. When she heard someone at the door staring at her she turned to see Sota staring at her wide-eyed. She looked around to make sure he was actually looking at her she then asked, “What?”

 

She could see Sota made a huge gulp and he then said only low enough for she can hear, “You look like your gaining wait. Did you. . .?”

 

His sentence was cut short when Kagome looked in the mirror. Everything that was said she couldn't hear because she saw that her stomach was round like she was a sumo wrestler. She immediately fainted and only heard, “Mom!! Kagome fainted again!”

 

For about two hours Kagome didn't wake up. For some reason she had a different dream of demon children playing in the shrine this time. When her mom came to her she knew she was in trouble. She had a stern look on her face and she shook her head like she just gave her a message.

 

“Kagome.” She said it firmly. “When were you going to tell me about this guy?”

 

`What was she talking about?' Kagome could feel the tears coming to her eyes, her breathe became panting, and her vision became unclear. Her whole body started shaking and didn't know why this started happening. Her mother just looked in shock as her belly started growling, not the hungry kind of growl but an evil and protective kind of growl.

 

Her stomach boiled for what it seemed to be a few minutes and then it settled down when Kagome's mother left the room. The tears stopped and her heavy panting ceased. Kagome patted her stomach and realized that the thing that was in her stomach only growled because it could sense her in danger. Kagome sighed and left her bed. She can remember she was just in the bathroom but her mother and Sota must have carried her to her room.

 

She walked downstairs and smelt green tea. She smiled and went into the kitchen. Her mother had the same face when she was in her room. “Kagome we really need to talk.”

 

“I know and to think I was going to get out that situation.” She sighed and awaited for her mothers questions.

 

 

Meanwhile. . .

 

 

Inuyasha couldn't sleep and because of a dream he had two nights ago. It was raining and a thunder storm was coming so he went into the village for Kaede. Sango was helping her cook, while Miroku and Shippo talking amongst themselves. Kilala was taking a nap as usual.

 

Inuyasha said it loud enough for everyone to notice his appearance. “Kaede I need to talk to you.” He sat down around the fire and watched as she stop cutting up the onions and told Sango something.

 

“What is it the ye want Inuyasha?” she answered back at him.

 

“I've been having this dream. It starts off with nothing but thunder then it starts raining real hard. Next I see Sesshoumaru coming straight for saying he needs my help. Then he takes me to this dingy but big hut and I hear a yelling woman. When I enter into the back room I see nothing but pooled blood and a woman having problems having a baby. I can't sleep with this thing on my mind and what scares me is that the woman looks so much like Kagome but she's a demon.” He grew silent and said, “Is this a vision of the future or the past because I remember Sesshoumaru never looked so restless like he did in the dream.”

 

“Inuyasha ye must think clearly. Where was this hut located?”

 

“Sesshoumaru led me up a mountain and past a bunch of boulders to get there. Other than that I really didn't know where it was.”

 

Kaede nodded her head and said, “Maybe Kagome has something to say why don't ye go ask her and tell me what she says.”

 

“I will then.” Inuyasha left the hut without looking at the other faces because he knew they were looking at him. `I don't like what's going on here and I will find the answer why I'm having this dream.'

 

He rushed towards the well and laugh when it wasn't raining but the cloud was moving away from the area. He walked out the well house and he immediately could smell Kagome. She smelt sick and it was a bad idea for him to leave her alone in her time.

 

 

With Kagome . . .

 

“So Inuyasha's older brother is a full demon and you had sex with him recently?” her mother questioned.

 

“Yes, and now I think I have gotten pregnant and I don't know how. My period is two weeks away unless I lost track but I usually don't.”

 

“Well I'm glad you told me Kagome, but you need rest from what I hear your child doesn't like you upset.” Her other smiled brightly.

 

Kagome finished up her tea and headed for her room. She has been talking for an hour and she was tired just because of that. She ran into Sota before going up in her room and he said, “I'm going to be an uncle cool.”

 

Kagome smiled and said, “First you must meet its father.”

 

She went in her room and closed the door behind her and sighed. She started to cry and her body started to shake. Then she heard a familiar voice.

 

“Kagome when were you going to explain to me that you were sick?”

 

Kagome turned her head towards the window and saw Inuyasha entering her room. `Oh no.'

 

“I thought I would've felt better after a few days and so not to worry you I wanted to go home.”

 

“Kagome I really didn't come here for asking you questions on that subject. I wanted to really ask you have you been having strange dreams about a woman having a baby.”

 

Kagome felt the burning sensation rise again and her eyes became blurry. “Yes.”

 

Inuyasha noticed and smelt tears from Kagome once he stated his question. He went to her side and put her in an embrace. “Kagome it's alright. I just wanted to know.”

 

“Inuyasha…touch…my stomach.” Kagome cried harder and almost fainted but since he was hugging her she didn't.

 

Inuyasha's eyes widened when he heard her say such ridiculous things but he had to make sure if it was true or not.

 

He touched it hesitantly and felt nothing but smoothness. He sighed but then he heard a growl from within. It was a protective growl and it sounded as though it would attack if it wasn't in Kagome's stomach.

He gasped and felt a kick.

 

Kagome groaned in pain. That growl was louder than the one it used against her mother. Tears kept falling and Inuyasha finally let go of her belly. He looked at Kagome shaking and asked, “Who did this to you?”

 

Kagome sniffed and answered his question, “Your brother.”

 

He couldn't bear it. Kagome had sex with his brother or he threatened her. “We need to ask him what's going with this pup before it turns into something worse.”

 

“Inuyasha I…'m so…scared…I don't…know if I……can have…any demon child.” Kagome choked at her words. “Please help me…Inuyasha.”

 

Inuyasha held onto her tighter and for some reason he didn't care she was pregnant by his brother but he cared about the outcome. `I have to talk to Sesshoumaru about this. Alone.'

Sesshoumaru. . .

 

`Why is my poison claws not working and for some reason I feel as though Kagome is having a hard time with our pup?' He rubbed his temples with both his hands and then called, “Jaken.”

 

Jaken immediately came into his study. “Yes Lord Sesshoumaru?”

 

“Get Rin ready to meet her mother and prepare a room next to mine for a guest.” He ordered firmly.

 

`It's been two weeks and two days since I last saw her. I'm pretty sure Inuyasha has already found out she's pregnant.' He grunted when he stood and walked quickly down the halls of his castle. `I will protect her because most likely the pup is unhappy with me not being there.'

 

When he saw Rin, she was singing happily in front of the castle. He almost smiled but had to keep his composure. His guards always gossiped of something he did and they will be punished if they talk about Kagome.

 

“Rin it's time to go.” He said keeping his cold demeanor.

 

Rin ran to him and was immediately lifted off the ground and soon into the sky. Sesshoumaru planned on getting to Kagome as fast as he can. Rin hummed to herself while they glided through the sky at a remarkable speed. `I have to watch her activities the best way I can and right now I'm not doing a good job.'
