Chapter2- Making Friends
The bell rung, class was over.
“Kagome wait up.” A girl wearing a pink shirt with blue jeans came up to her. “My name is Sango. I understand you don’t want Inu-Yasha to show you around. I can if you want.”
Kagome let out a sigh of relief. “Thank you Sango. I don’t want that jerk to show me around. He might ditch me any way.” As Kagome was handing her Sango schedule a hand touched her butt. “You jerk!” she cried out and smacked him.
“Miroku you jerk. How could you grope a new student?” Miroku began rubbing his cheek.
“Sorry it’s these cursed hands that are the cause.” he said while holding his hands up.
“I’m sorry Sango. Do you know him?” Kagome said standing by her new friend.
“Yeah, this is Miroku. Be careful of his perverted ways and hands.”
“Sango dear how could you say such a thing.” Miroku put his hands over his heart and looked at them with a hurt look.
“Don’t call me dear. Have you seen Inu-Yasha?”
“Kaede is talking to him about his outburst in class.”
“Good let’s go Kagome before Inu-Yasha comes out.”
“Ok, bye Miroku, see you at lunch.”
“Bye.” Miroku waved.
“Ok let’s see what your second class is. Um... Oh you have art.” Sango began laughing.
“What is so funny?”
“Your trying to avoid Inu-Yasha but you have all the same classes with him.” she continued to laugh.
“Are you serious?!!” Kagome yelled.
“It must be destiny.”
“Destiny my ass!!!”
“Kagome calm down. Inu-Yasha is not as bad as you think. We should get going or we are going to be late.” Sango started walking again.
“Fine.” Kagome began walking next to Sango. They stopped in front of the classroom door.
“I’ll meet you here after class.”
“That is ok Sango. I think I will try to find my classes myself.”
“Are you trying to get lost?”
“You bet!”
Laughing Sango said “Ok, well don’t get lost when it is lunch time.”
“Ok! Bye Sango see you at lunch.”Kagome turned around and went inside the class.
“Well Hello there.” a figure from behind her said.
“Inu-Yasha what do you want? I don’t feel like being bothered with you right now.”
“Well sorry for trying to be friendly. Where were you when class was over? I was suppose to show you around the school.”
“Sango showed me my class since Kaede was talking to you.”
“Fine but I will show you around the rest of the day.”
“Whatever let’s just get inside now.” Inu-Yasha and Kagome walked in the classroom and took a seat.”
“Oh you must be Kagome Higurashi. My name is Mrs. Midoriko.”
“Nice to meet you.”
“You seat is next to Inu-Yasha. He will help you if you have any questions ok.”
“Yes.” Kagome at next to Inu-Yasha.
“Well let’s put aside our differences and become friends Inu-Yasha.” Kagome held out her hand.
“Fine but you better not try anything.” Inu-Yasha shook her hand.
“I have a feeling things are going to be a lot better from now on.”
“I hope your right.”
