Inuyasha followed Kagome. His heart was racing. He could feel Miroku and Sango's watching him in astonishment. 'Be smooth', he thought calmly. He tripped over Shippo.
He fell flat on his face. Shippo jolted awake and then took one look at Inuyasha before cracking up. 'Bastard' he snarled. Could anyone be any clutzier?
Kagome came running out of the forest. "O my god!" she said. She put his head in her lap and smiled down at him the way he always saw her in his dreams.
He blushed and their companions gazed in awe. Sango looked suspiciously at Miroku. He smiled and looked at Shippo who was still cracking up.
"Are you okay Inuyasha-samma?" Kagome asked. She had that little worried puppy dog look on her face. 'Since when was he called Inuyasha-samma'? he wondered.
He sat up, "Y-yeah I'm fine. Never been better." he lied. She still loked worried so he smled at her reasuringly.
Then, out of no-where, she bent over and kissed him. It was long nad most likely involed tongue. And it made him think.
Kagome let go and smiled. Sango was shocked and Miroku and Shippo just smiled happily. Inuyahsa stood up, in complete shock.
"I uh, gotta piss." he said fast then darted off. Kagome's smile faded. Tears began to appear. Miroku dashed off after Inuyahsa, while Sango and Shippo comforted Kagome.
"INUYASHA!!!" Miroku yelled. Inuyasha was sitting by a tree. His look as glum and sad. He looked at Miroku who sat beside him.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Miroku asked. Inuyasha sighed.
"I- it didn't feel right." Inuyasha replied. He kicked the dirt and a tear fell from his face.
"What? WHy? how?" Miroku asked. He saw INuyasha's tears nd gulped. 'Holy shit, this is bad. He never cried...'
"I felt guilty. It wasn;t really her. It was that damned potion! I wish i'd never used it!" he yelled hten jumped into the tree and dissapeared.
"Whoops...did i forget to tell him...?" Miroku asked puzzled. Then he walked back to the camp.
