Kelly and Jean Kyler McManus In this chapter we are with Inuyasha and them. Oh and as of now Inuyasha, Kagome and Sango like poetry because I say so *nods knowingly* and besides weren't the fine arts popular in that time?
Chapter 3
"Damn it! When is she going to get here!?" Inuyasha shouted down the well "Osuwari!" Kagome screamed, unbeknownst to Inuyasha she was just starting to climb up.
"Where the hell were you!?" Inuyasha scream-asked
"I got caught up in a poetry project," Kagome answered innoccently. "Hmm really?" Inuyasha was sceptical "Yea listen to this one;
A gentle word like a spark of light,Illuminates my soulAnd as each sound goes deeper,It's YOU that makes me wholeThere is no corner, no dark place,YOUR LOVE cannot fillAnd if the world starts causing waves,It's your devotion that makes them stillAnd yes you always speak to me,In sweet honesty and truthYour caring heart keeps out the rain,YOUR LOVE, the ultimate roofSo thank you my Love for being there,For supporting me, my lifeI'll do the same for you, you know,My Beautiful, Darling Wife."
She recited "Who's it by?" Inuyasha asked out of curiosity "S. Yamato it was written in the year 1520 I guess he never shared his first name," She answered "Oh I know him, I have a few of his books; he's good, strange though that's dated 16 years from now," ," Inuyasha mentioned "You like poetry?" "Yea, I guess."
Once the two blabber mouths got back to the village Kagome couldn't help but ask "Can I borrow one of the books?" "What books?" Inuyasha asked teasingly "One of your S. Yamato books, silly" She answered "I know, I know," he said handing her a really thin one, "It only has 3 poems, but there 3 of his bests," Inuyasha said "Good enough for me Kagome shrugged. Kagome had read all 3 by dinner time and decided to use poetry a dinner conversation So Sango do you like poetry?" "Yeah one of my favourites is;
A friend is someone we turn towhen our spirits need a lift.A friend is someone we treasurefor our friendship is a gift.A friend is someone who fills our liveswith beauty, joy, and grace.And makes the whole world we live ina better and happier place."
She recited going into a warrior-princess kind of pose
"That's one of Yamato-san's," Inuyasha stated "Yamato-san?" Kagome asked "It's what I call him," Inuyasdha answered "Ah.." The conversatio ended when everyone realized that Miroku was dead silent about the subject.

Okay can anyone guess who Yamato-san is? I can!
And as I'm sure some of you have guessed Miroku no likey ze poetry. This is just a random filler chapter by the way :) the relation of the 2 poems and the story, any one have a clue??
