All was waked up by the shout. They saw Aya the miko with fear and panic written on her face.

"WATS WRONG?"

"Its kagome Sama, we are losing her…"

Chapter3: the revealing memories

"Keade, do something!" exclaimed a pale faced Sango.

Just then Botan popped in with a cheery hi.

The shikon finding group looked at her in confusion. While the reikai tentai glared at her flabbergasted. Noticing the glaring towards her. She shuddered and asked

"Wa…wat is it?"

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!" exclaimed the anxious Yusuke.

"Well I was busy…helping Koenma's head out of the… cookie jar…" Botan trailed off as she saw the enraged looks directed to her. She flinched when Yusuke approach her with a menacing look.

Trembling with anger, Yusuke dragged her into the hut towards the turning blue kagome. She just looked on with confusion, and then it drawled on her.

"Oh…OH! You wanna mi to heal her rite?"

"WHAT DO YOU THINK, HERE TO TAKE HER SOUL?!" Yusuke exploded.

"Maa, NO need to shout. I can hear fine!" Botan retorted back as she kneeled in front of kagome, both hands outstretched. Both group looked on as her hands glowed blue, the opening of the wound started to close. All signed a relief that kagome is going to make it but…all of a sudden, Botan was thrown from her place to the wall of the hut by a pinkish barrier.

At the moment, everyone jaws slacked. Just as they thought all is going to be well, something crops up. And in this case a barrier that was suppose to protect her from external threats is now preventing her from the only surviving help she needs.

Kuwabara ran up to the barrier with his spirit sword and tried to hack it down but … was thrown out of the hut. All of them tried to weaken the barrier but to no avail. They started to panic for kagome's wounds started to reopen and blood is spilling. But this time round, none can approach her to stop the bleeding.

#Damn… stupid barrier! Her wounds are REOPENED! HELP her! #

[I dint noe that u love her that much to risk yr life]

`Erg, Youko?'

# Yes? #

`You do noe that we will be purified if we get in contact with the barrier right?'

"Mommy, Mommy!!!" Shippo rushed towards the barrier.

"NO, you be PURIFIED!" cried Kurama as he tried to hold him back in his arms.

The others watched with dreaded expression as he came in contact with the barrier. Fearing for the worst. A bight light flashed and………

Kagome POV

`What happened? I could have sworn I saw my cousin, Yusuke… but wat was he doing there? Where my I? I was at the outskirts aiming at a youkai and then I turned to look at whoever called mi.'

I placed a hand on my forehead and wiped the sheen of sweat away.

`I was hit at the sides, then I blacked out.'

Why is my head hurting so much, something was pounding inside. I clutched my head with my hands and lay on the ground. Unmoving, I saw the surrounding change. I was in a black pitch but now I was lying in a grass field.

The grass field was filled with a vast variety of flowers. It was a heavenly sight, one can find peace and calm here. I can almost smell the sweet aroma of the flowers.

`Wait, smell the sweet aroma, heavenly sight… OH MY KAMI! My I..DEAD!'

A sweet, melodious voice spoke. I sprang around but could see no one. I heard giggling. The sound was very pleasant.

^ You can't see mi, im you… and you are mi…my name is Kimiko ^

`Kimiko but my name is Kagome?'

*Chuckled *

^ I noe. You used to be Kimiko…no. I was once called Kimiko. Or should I say we were once known as Kimiko. We still are and will continue to be called Kimiko when the time comes. ^

` What?'

^ Be patient. All will be revealed. Just bare in mind, you are not who u seems and think to be… I will be one with you soon… take head of my advice… do not doubt the truth that is being placed in front of you….^

` Wat…Wat????'

The surrounding changed to one's bedroom. The room was enormous. Decorated with the richest furniture one can find. The ceiling was magical enchanted to look like the starry night sky, and the floor was that of a field under the night sky. The large bed with ruby red bed sheets was completed with 20 cushions of different dark colors. In the center of the room was a magic circle. It's a shadow portal. One can travel to anyplace within the shadows. Making traveling around the large castle easier and faster.

In the center of the portal was a crystal ball. Curious to see, kagome reached out to touch it. As her fingers touched on it, thin fine lines of cracks were formed. The room disappeared and in its place, the library was formed. A raven-haired girl with blue and red steaks through her hair was reading a book. The book looked so ancient, as if one harsh move will spill its contents on the floor.

" Princess Kimiko, yr brother wishes to see you."

"Hai." Replied the little girl. She placed the book down and followed the servant out. When she lifted up her face, I was surprised to find that I had seen it before, but I was certain I never saw her before.

^ She's us. She is both mi and you. For certain reasons, you no longer look like her, but the appearance will return soon ^

`Huh? How soon?'

^ Sooner than you think… its time to wake up ^

` Wat… WAIT'

Back at keade's hut

The bright light subsided and they heard

"WAIT!" kagome jotted up.

# She looked so cute like that when she's confused #

`Yeah'

# So…#

`So…?'

# Make a MOVE #

`No'

With that he pushed Youko into another box chained up with chains.

Shippo jumped with joy into her arms careful for not injuring her wound.

"Mommy are you alright?"

"Huh? Oh ya, im fine, dun worry honey"

"Look at them, they look silly standing there."

* Laughter *

The rest were shot out of their stupor upon hearing the laughter. The next moment, kagome found herself hugged by Yusuke and Sango. Miroku stood there smiling warmly at her. Inuyasha and kikyo were nowhere to be found. She frowned.

Sango then stood and shooed everyone out of the hut so as to give her rest. All questions and answers are left for tomorrow.
