~*~*~ Inus POV ~*~*~

September startled us back into reality. No more goofing off at the beach, or at the park. Of course, my new job allowed me to be eased into the school year a little easier than my friends. I awoke at six in the morning. I had to take a shower and I did want to grab something to eat on my way out. I wasn't sure if Kagome knew that I left at seven or not. I hoped she did, I didn't want to be late on the first day.

My morning routine was unaltered by any interruptions. My dad was downstairs eating breakfast when I came down, dressed and prepared for school.

"Good Morning Sir." I mumbled as I grabbed a Nurti-Grain bar.

"You might not want to speak in the morning. Your words jumble together and you sound like even more of a moron." He stated simply, taking a sip of his coffee.

"I'll keep that in mind." I think that was the most my father had said to me in three weeks.

"Don't speak to me in that tone."

"Feh." I rolled my eyes, forgetting who I was talking to.

"Boy!" He stood up, pushing the dinning table away from him as he did.

"Sorry." I bowed my head and tried not to look at him.

"I have to get to work." He grabbed his travel coffee mug and left the house. I sighed heavily and grabbed my backpack, walking out behind him.

I threw my backpack in the car and knocked on the Higarashi's door.

"Oh, hello Inuyasha." Ms. H answered the door.

"Hi, is Kagome ready?" I asked, casually peeking behind the woman to see into the house.

"Yes she is, one moment please." She closed the door and I heard her footsteps walking away. Normally she would have invited me in, so I found her lack of doing so odd. I didn't mind waiting outside though; it was going to be a nice day.

"Hi Inuyasha." Kagome came out looking fantastic.

She was wearing a pair of LEI jeans, which had a bit of a faded look, and a white shirt with a tiger on it that said 'Irresistible Mudd'. Of course, she donned her usual black Etnies. Her hair was up in a high ponytail, and her bangs were left down, sculpting her face casually.

"I don't look like a complete dork do I?" She asked, shifting her LL Bean backpack to sit more comfortably on her shoulder.

"No. Not at all." I smiled, trying to cover up the fact that I was gawking.

"Hey Kagome." I hadn't noticed that a car had pulled up into the driveway. I was, to say the least, shocked when I noticed it was Kouga.

"Hey Kouga." Kagome waved at him, smiling sweetly. "I didn't see you yesterday Yash. Kouga said he would give me a ride today. I hope that's okay." She seemed nervous.

"Oh, yeah no, its fine. Go ahead. I'll follow you guys." I smiled as best I could. I felt a little tinge of jealousy.

"Okay. Great." She walked over to the passenger side of Kougas car and got in.

"See ya at school Yash." Kouga turned the car around and peeled down the road.

I got in my car and followed them, as I said I would.

~*~*~ Kaggies POV ~*~*~*

It was the first day of school, and I was petrified. I was used to going to new schools. I had gone to at least forty of them. I just still wasn't used to finding my way around, and being thrown in to a place where I didn't know anyone. All though this time I was slightly less scared, because I did have friends. Now, I was worried that they wouldn't want to hang out with me since they were back in their 'groove' at school.

I was fascinated by the size of the school. It was tiny. I had driven by it a few times over the summer, but I had never really scoped it out until today. There were only two floors, an overpass connecting the two larger buildings and a single story annex. In the back there were three portables and the student parking lot. I noticed the tennis court, and track/football field, and a baseball diamond.

"Not as fancy as LA I bet." Kouga said, turning off his car.

"It's small." I realized I sounded relieved.

"Yeah. It's not bad." He got out of the car and I followed his lead, throwing on my black zip up sweater.

Inuyasha parked next to us and got out of his car as well. "You took my parking spot bitch." He smiled playfully.

"You suck at driving. Get over it." Kouga laughed and pushed Inuyasha in the shoulder.

I rolled my eyes at them. They started walking toward the main building, but I was still fascinated by the outside of the building.

"Come on Kags, I'll give you a tour." Inuyasha linked his arm with mine and I followed him obediently.

"I can handle it Yash." Kouga linked my other arm with his.

"I got it." Yash said back.

"No really, don't you have like lab aid or something to do?" Kouga questioned.

"No, actually I don't. Thanks."

"Why don't well all go?" I asked.

"Fine." They said together.

"Those three portables are foreign language. That one is Spanish, the room next to it is French and Spanish. Those two down their are French on the right and Spanish on the left. Down there is Special Needs. Over here in the annex, or the 'old middle school' is the art wing." We walked through a set of doors, diagonally up from the parking lot. Apparently we were entering the school from the back end. I listened intently to every thing he said. I didn't want to get lost on my first day.

"These are all art classes in this wing, except for that room. That is Co-Op and some Special Needs." We walked passed the 'girls' bathroom and through an open archway. "That is the chorus room on the right, piano and music theory are also in there. Science to your left, Mr. B and Mr. S." we walked to the end of the hall and went left. "That is the teachers copy room. You can only go in there if you are a Teachers Aid or have permission from a teacher. That will take you outside, as you can see. Down here," we rounded another corner, "These are all English teachers. That is the Writing Lab on your left." Inuyasha pointed and I noticed all of the computers. They were pretty old compared to the ones in LA but I didn't say anything.

We walked down the long hallway and at the end went outside. We crossed the path, and up a dirt path through the bushes and into a door of the bigger building. We were in the stairwell. We went out the first floor door and into another hall. "That is the auditorium, and that is the dance room. If you go into the auditorium you can go down the stairs to Gym C which leads you to the annex we were just in, or you can go to the band room." We didn't go into the auditorium, instead we walked left and went down the main hallway, "This is mainly history and guidance is over on the left. The main office is down on the left by the stairs that lead back outside by the underpass." I nodded, taking in the information.

My head was swarming, trying to remember everything he was telling me and trying not to pay attention to the fact that Kouga was now holding my hand! Kouga's holding my hand! I realized. I tried to calm my breathing. This is purely an accident. He is just being friendly, showing me around and all. I nodded to myself and agreed that that was all he was doing.

I suddenly realized we were walking up stairs. We walked into a new hallway on the second floor. "Down to your right there, that is more History and our two main computer labs. There is also a set of bathrooms. If you aren't a smoker though I don't suggest using them. That is where the smokers go between classes and they get caught a lot." He explained. I smiled and nodded to show my understanding.

We turned left and walked to the end of the hall, making a quick right. "That is Ms. C, she is math and Latin. Down in this hall the rooms are mostly Math. There is health too and some science." I took in the information as we took a right at the end of the hall. "Finishing up here we have the rest of the math and sciences. That stairwell leads down to the main lobby; it’s a popular source of traffic. That there is our school Library, not that bad for a small school." The end of the hall had a beautiful window, overlooking the roof of the cafeteria, and the parking lot. You could see the field though, and I bet it was a great place to get away during lunch.

We walked down the stairs and into a lobby, “See those doors,” I nodded, “They lead back out to the portables. That door is to the lunch 'snack bar' line. That door leads to the cafeteria. This is the jock hallway, leading to Wood shop, Special Needs and the boys and girls locker room. This is the main lobby, where a bunch of kids hang out, and over there is Gym A and B." we walked back outside, standing under the overpass. "That concludes our tour. Hope it was eventful."

"My head is still swimming trying to take it all in." I laughed pretending to be dizzy. "By the turnabout there, those doors lead to?"

"Gym C. That is the annex building."

I nodded, "Right, right. Okay." I looked at my watch; it was now seven thirty five. "Oh no, I have to go get my schedule." I looked around, trying to remember where Guidance was. I knew it was by the office, in the other building?

"I'll show you where it is Kags." Kouga smiled and I followed him.

"Yash, aren't you coming?" I looked back and asked him.

"Nah. I think I see Miroku and Sango. We'll catch up later." I smiled and waved good bye.

Kouga lead me to the Guidance office, which was really nice. It was a wide room with two hallways, one leading down the right and one leading down the left. "Oh, yeah the nurse is over there." He pointed down the left hallway, "She has her own door outside, so you don't have to come through here to get there."

"Okay."

"Can I help you?" An elderly lady, with kind eyes but a vicious sneer asked.

"Yes, sorry to bother you, my name is Kagome Higarashi. I was told to get my schedule from you this morning. I just transferred." I tried to be as polite as possible to reduce the sneer to perhaps an irritated scowl.

"Oh yes. Let me see. Higarashi . . . Higarashi . . . Hammond . . . Henson . . . Higarashi. Here you are." She handed me a sheet of paper with many boxes on it.

"Thank you." I smiled and Kouga and I left the room.

The hallway was beginning to fill up with kids, passing through, and some sitting on the floor making themselves to home. I looked at the boxes.

"We only have four classes a day?" I asked, wondering why there weren't eight boxes.

"Yeah. See we have eight classes, but only four a day. Each day we have the opposite classes we had the day before. This half of the schedule shows your first semester classes, and this half shows what you have next semester." He explained all this very patiently and I was relieved I wasn't bothering him.

"So, first block I have . . . Honors English with Mrs. Carson?" I asked, looking at the schedule.

"Exactly." He pulled out his own piece of paper then. "Hey, that rocks, I have that class too." I smiled widely; it would be a great relief to have someone in my classes. I didn't realize Kouga was in honors classes.

"Then we have advisory with Ms. Stew?" I quirked an eyebrow.

"Yeah, it's basically homeroom, only it’s after first block. We sit with our 'advisors' for like fifteen minutes. It's a chance to do the announcements and lets us chill basically."

"Mint."* I read on, "Let's see I have Algebra two Honors with Ms. Strict second block." Kouga nodded, confirming this. "Then, Oral Interpretation with Ms. Vareid third block."

"That means you have "A" lunch. Lucky." He lost me again.

"'A' lunch? That is the same as in my school where they split our lunches into four blocks right?" I asked, wanting to make sure I understood all of what he was saying.

"Yeah. We only have three though. And you can't leave campus."

"You can't leave campus? What kind of bologna is that?"

"Yeah I know. Get used to it city girl." I laughed at the new nickname.

"Okay fine. So then I have Spanish Three with Senorita Prune. Sounds good to me." I smiled.

"What about tomorrow? I want to see if we have anything else together." He was already reading over my shoulder but I read the classes out loud anyway.

"I have Creative Writing with Ms. Carson. I guess I'll get to know her. I have Honors History with Mr. Seanson, I have CP Chemistry with Mr. Brick finally ending the day with Mythology with Ms. Harmer." I read off the paper, double checking if I'd missed anything.

"That sounds like a pretty tough workload." Kouga said, "I'm only taking one Honor class and I feel like dropping." I laughed, not to be mean but because I knew exactly how he felt.

"Yeah, next semester looks just as tough." I smiled, though, not really caring.

"I hope I did the paper correctly for English." I had received a packet of all the summer work I had to do in order to take the honors classes and the AP history course. I knew it wasn't going to be easy, but then again, it never was. I had to do the same paper that Inuyasha did for his English class and I wondered hopefully if he was in the same English class as Kouga and I were.

I was also surprised to see that Gym was only half a year. I thought it would have been a full year like all of my other schools. Except for one of the schools I went to in Minnesota, and in Tennessee. I stopped thinking of the past and focused on now.

Kouga was talking to someone I had never met before and I decided to wander around. According to my schedule I had until seven forty five to look around, which meant I had three minutes. I began wandering toward the English wing. I wasn't sure which room was Ms. Carsons but if my deductive reasoning served me right, room one would be the last room in the hallway (or first room if I was going in the way I was). I walked outside, down the path through the bushes, and across the lawn into the annex. I was correct as I spotted a '1' on the door with the name 'Ms. Carson' above it.

"Kagome!" I heard Sango calling me, I turned around.

"Hey!" I hugged her as she approached me. I wasn't used to people hugging all the time, but after spending a summer with her I was getting used to it.

"Do you have Honors English first block?" I asked, feeling much like a freshman.

"Haha. No." she shook her head. "I'd be lucky if I could get an 'A' in standard." I rolled my eyes, I knew she was smarter than that.

"What about you Miroku?"

"I fear English bites the big one." He laughed and I noticed Inuyasha standing slightly behind talking to Kikyou. I felt a weird sensation in the pit of my stomach, but ignored it.

"What about you guys?"

"Sorry Kagome, I don't take Honors English. I do have Honors Chemistry however." Kikyou explained.

"Tomorrow, third block, with Mr. Brick?" I asked hopefully.

"I think. I am not sure." She didn't bother to look either. The jerk!

"I have Honors English first block Kags. With Ms. Carson."

"Yay! Kouga, you and I are all in the same class!" I jumped up and down, but quickly stopped when my friends gave me a skeptical look.

"What?" I asked, looking innocent.

They broke out into laughter. I smiled shyly, looking around the hallway.

The bell rang and interrupted the chatter. I turned around and looked at the classroom. "Well, I'll see you guys later." I waved goodbye to Sango, Miroku and Kikyou, as Kouga and Inuyasha lead the way into class.

"Good Morning, Ms. Carson." I bowed my head to the teacher. "My name is Kagome Higarashi, I just transferred here, and I did get the summer assignment finished, but I am a little nervous about it since I've never gone to this school. Anyway, I just wanted to formally introduce myself." I was beginning to ramble because I was so nervous.

"Hello Ms. Higarashi. It's lovely to meet you. Don't worry about the assignment, we are going to have a peer proof read and then we are going to do a formal discussion before I look at them for a grade." She smiled sweetly, and I could tell she was a nice teacher.

"Okay. Thank you." I didn't really know what else to say. I turned around and noticed there weren't desks, but five tables all pushed into a giant square. I saw Inuyasha sitting on the corner by the window, and I saw Kouga on the other end. I made my way over and sat in the middle of them. "I am sorry; did you have other friends that were going to sit here?" I didn't want to 'cramp their style'.

"Kags, you are our friend." Kouga tipped back in his chair, balancing on two of its legs.

"Thanks. That's dangerous though." I pointed out.

"Wuss." I looked at him with a look of shock.

"How dare you call me that?" I too tipped my chair, balancing it on two legs. I then let it fall as the tardy bell rang and I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Good Morning class. Please take out your summer assignments." Ms. Carson began. Apparently, she wasn't one for small talk. "While you do that, if you could be a little quieter so I could call roll. At least until I know all of you." The noise died down. "Thank you."

Ms. Carson went through the roll. No one was absent, which I wasn't surprised. Though I was relatively shocked that we only had nine people in our class. Then I thought about it, it was honors; and, the school was a lot smaller than my old ones.

"We are going to have a peer edit ours, and then go over them verbally in a group discussion. I realize they are a bit long so I'll give you half the block to look over a partners, and half the block we will discuss." She smiled and sat down on the heater on the left side of the room. "I'll walk around every few minutes and check your progress."

Class progressed and I looked over Kougas paper, since I had already read Inuyashas. Inuyasha worked with a boy I had never met and I felt a little bad about picking Kouga. It was logical however. The bell rang before I had to formally talk about my piece.

"Leave your papers here." Ms. Carson declared.

I left my paper in the stack with the others. I then opened my schedule and looked at what room my advisory was in.

"You look like such a freshmen." Kouga laughed.

"Ha. Ha. Don't you guys need to know what room you're going to?" I asked.

"No. We have the same advisory all four years." Inuyasha chimed in.

"Oh." I looked at the schedule. "Well I have advisory with Ms. Stew. Do either of you guys?"

"Nope, Dubois." Inuyasha said with a shrug.

"Ms. Younger." Kouga nodded down the hallway, I guessed she was an English teacher.

"Where is room two o' five?"

"Upstairs by the computer lab. It's right in the middle of both labs." Inuyasha explained. "I can actually walk you there; Dubois is right down the hall."

"Great. Bye Kouga." I waved to him and Inuyasha and I walked to advisory.

I felt very happy today. I felt happy that I had such great friends that were willing to show me around, and keep me from looking like a freshmen. I learned some useful pointers from Inuyasha on the way to advisory. He told me to check my schedule in the last five minutes of class, and that way I wouldn't have to pull it out in the hall. Then, he told me that all of the two hundreds were upstairs, one hundreds were downstairs, Pxx meant a portable number, and all of the singles to double digits were in the annex. I was happy with the information, and as we came to my advisory I wanted to hug him and thank him for it. Instead I allowed shyness to get the better of me.

"Well, see you later." I smiled and walked into advisory.

"Whatever." He called as he continued walking straight.

I ignored his behavior as I introduced myself to my advisor.

I spent advisory listening to the announcements and reading over my last three blocks. I wanted to memorize it so I didn't have to keep looking at it. Ms. Stew was extremely nice, she told us which lunches we had. I ended up with A lunch on both days. Next I had to go to Algebra II Honors with Ms. Strict in room two thirty seven. I was guessing it would be somewhere near the library. I put my schedule away as the bell rang. I said good-bye to Ms. Stew and walked in the general direction I knew of. I passed the library and looked at the number on the door to the left of the hallway, '235' I smiled as I walked one more door to find '237 Ms. Strict'. There was her schedule on the door, along with her free blocks. I walked in and she stopped me instantly.

"Name," she didn't seem to have much patience.

"Higarashi, Kagome." I smiled, trying to ease the tension.

"Okay Kagome, Higarashi," she began muttering my name a few times as though engraving it into her head, "Please sit in the second to last row, first desk please." I nodded and took my assigned seat.

As the late bell rang I realized no one I knew was in this class. I allowed that to be okay though, after all we did have assigned seats and this didn't seem to be an easy class where I would have time to talk to them anyway. I took out a notebook and waited for Ms. Strict to begin.

This class was another small one, there were six of us.

"I'd like to begin today with talk of how my class is run. I know a few of you from study halls in previous years. I would like to simply go over my grading policy and some ground rules before we jump in to the excitement that is Algebra II honors. Oh yeah, oh yeah."

As Ms. Strict talked I decided she was a nice teacher too. She was just a little more strict than others. That seemed befitting. I enjoyed her lecture as well, it was a recap of all the things we should know, 'but probably don't'. When the bell rang I packed up my things and headed to Oral Interpretation with Ms. Vareid.

I went down to the auditorium, knowing where that was because we never officially went in. I put down my bag and introduced myself to the teacher, as always.

"Hello Ms. Vareid, I am Kagome Higarashi, I just transferred here." I smiled my 'Kagome' smile.

"Hi Kagome. We have 'A' lunch so you can feel free to go straight to lunch, you don't have to report here first every day. Though, you are more than welcome to leave your things here. No one will touch them." she smiled and her eyes lit up. She was going to be a great teacher too.

I nodded and walked toward the cafeteria. I was pretty sure I remembered where it was. Now I was really nervous though. I had to go to lunch, and I couldn't focus on a lesson, or read over my schedule a hundred times. It was lunch. Who you sit with at lunch determines your status (at least in all my other schools).

I wasn't hungry so instead I focused on searching frantically for someone I knew. I idly wondered how they would get all these kids into this small of a cafeteria. I brushed this off and smiled when I saw familiar hair. I prayed not to many people looked like . . .

"Sango!"

"Kagome!" she hugged me and I felt relieved. "Hey, you have A lunch? That's great, I was worried you'd be all alone. Miroku does too, he went to put his bag down at the table. I am not sure about the rest of the group." she was chewing on gum and her breath was very minty.

I was startled when a hand brushed my shoulder. I looked to see Miroku smiling devilishly.

"Hi Miroku." I rolled my eyes.

"Hello Kagome." he stood behind Sango in the lunch line.

"Aren't you hungry?" Sango asked.

"Not really. First day jitters." I explained.

"You are such a freshman." I laughed at her comment.

"I really should have gone to orientation yesterday."

"Hey Miroku." Inuyasha stood beside Miroku on the other side, "I saw your stuff so I knew you had this lunch. Hey Kags, good to see you. How was class?"

"Exciting, I think Ms. Strict is going to be a great teacher."

"Yeah, I had her last year for Algebra two. I have her again this year for advanced math. It's going to be fun." Inuyasha smiled and I realized he already had lunch.

"Come on Kags, I'll show you where we're eating."

"Bye." I waved to Sango and Miroku as I followed Inuyasha outside.

There were a bunch of people sitting at a picnic table by a pine tree, and a few littered on the sidewalk. "We are only allowed to eat outside until the first snowfall." Inuyasha explained. I followed him into the annex and into what must have been 'Gym C'.

"We have to use this Gym to eat as well because the caf can't hold us all." he explained taking a seat at a rather large and beat up brown table.

I sat next to him.

"My, my look what the car dragged in." Kikyou smiled warmly and sat down on the other side of Inuyasha. "Hello Kagome Dear. Inuyasha"

"Hey Kik." I replied, Inuyasha nodded.

Sango and Miroku came in, followed closely by Kouga.

"Kouga too? This is all kinds of exciting." I smiled happily. Of course, it was a happy smile, you don't smile when you are sad.

"Well this is great. We can all have lunch together every other day." Kouga seemed to almost be mocking my excitement.

"Bite me." I said in a mock hurt tone.

"Nah. I prefer not to chew bones. Maybe Yash will." I nearly growled as I scowled at him.

"Shut up Kouga." Inuyasha tossed in.

"Make me Yash."

They didn't seem to be joking anymore. I didn't mean to start a huge fight. I bit my bottom lip nervously and Sango leaned over the table.

"Don't worry, they always get into fights at school. They wouldn't want people to know they are actually friends. That would almost be too much." Sango sat back in her chair.

"Why don't you shut the hell up trailer park." Kouga said looking at Sango.

"Fuck you Kouga." Sango stood up and left the table.

"Sango!" I stood up to go after her, but Inuyasha stopped me.

"She'll be back. She just needs to calm down for a second. It's happened before." I sat down hesitantly.

"Way to be a dick Kouga." Miroku apparently knew better than to go after Sango as well.

"Oh what the fuck." he stood up. "I'll go apologize." he turned and left the way Sango had gone.

Lunch continued in an uneasy silence. No one tried to break the silence either. I felt better when I saw Sango coming through the door.

"Sango," I announced.

She sat down and didn't say anything.

"You kicked him in the nuts didn't you?" Miroku asked, putting his arm around Sango.

"Black eye." she clarified. She let out a small laugh at the correction.

She had obviously been crying, but she didn't look like she would kill anyone now.

Kouga came in a few minutes later, squinting with his left eye. He sat down next to me and didn't say anything.

"TIME TO GO!" a teacher called.

We stood up, those who ate throwing away their trash. I stopped Inuyasha, "Can I get to the auditorium through that door?"

"Yep." he smiled. "See ya later city girl."

I walked toward class, realizing it was now Inuyasha who called me city girl, I was pretty sure he hadn't been around when Kouga came up with the nickname. Had he thought of it too? Maybe they were more alike than I thought. Although, I doubted Inuyasha would ever call his friends "trailer park".

Oral Interpretation was fun. I found out that we would be doing a performance toward the end of the quarter. Matt was in my class, so that was exciting. He must have had a different group to sit with at lunch I reasoned.

Finally, it was last block of the day. I walked outside to portable one twenty two.

"Hola Senorita Prune. Me nombre es Kagome Higarashi."

"Hola Kagome." Senorita had a really beautiful accent. She told me to sit down in my assigned seat, on the far end by the space heater. I did as instructed and class began shortly after.

Senorita talked about her classroom rules, and it seemed many people had already had her as a teacher. I listened intently as she talked about quarterly projects and a 'puntos' chart. As we began reviewing our Ar-verb conjugation I began to not pay attention. I could conjugate AR verbs like crazy. The bell rang and school was over at 2:07.

I walked out of the portable and out to the parking lot. I sat on the hood of Inuyashas car and waited for him to get out of class. I didn't have to wait long before I saw him coming toward his car.

"I didn't know the school gave out hood ornaments."

"Ha. Ha." I hoped off the car and said, "So, overall how was your first day back?"

"Could have been better." he opened his door, "Could have been worse." he got into the car and closed the door. I walked around the car and got into the passengers side.

There was a bit of heavy traffic in the parking lot so we didn't bother pulling out until it died down. Inuyasha kept flicking through the radio stations, trying to find a song he liked. I was looking at all the different types of people. It was really not diverse at all.

I was used to seeing dozens of different races, and hair styles, colors, clothing choices. Here, it was pretty much all the same. There was a clique of goths who overdid it way too much. A clique of rednecks, who, again, overdid it. A clique of cheerleader preppys, they were average preps. I did notice they were a little chunkier than most cheerleaders I had met though. There was a large majority of jocks and rich prissy boys. Then there was my clique, that was kind of just skateboarder/easy going people. And nearly everyone here was whiter than Casper. How could people live being so sheltered?

Inuyasha looked over at me, "If you want culture go to Portland." I laughed at his comment. How could he always know exactly what I am thinking? At all times? It was creepy.

We finally started our trek out of the parking lot. We arrived home in about ten minutes. I said good bye to Inuyasha and walked into my house.

My mom had got a job teaching at the University of New England, so she wouldn't be home till about six. I threw my backpack down on the floor and sat on the couch with a heavy 'thud'. So ended my first day of my Junior Year.

~*~*~*~

Taaaa Daaaa! I know there was a bunch of boring explanations here! Sorry! Maybe the little 'fight' at lunch helped? I don't know why I threw that in there. Oh well! Oh my * was because of Kagome when she said 'mint'. My friend and I are trying to get dorky words to be cool. For example, when she was in sixth grade at Harmony Elementary, her friend and her tried to get 'Bleach' to be the new word for 'Cool'. It didn't work. But now we have a new . . . goal. To get at least one word a year to be cool. Last year it was 'Pimp' and 'Ghetto'. (A school year not physcial year year). So this year, its "Mint" and "Fetch" (From mean girls when Ginger - I think that was her name - tried to get it to be a cool word, well we like it.) and our other one is Tres Cool (tres meaning 'very' in French - I think) because of the show Degrassi. So the most original is mint. Anyway, that is why I threw that in there. Just advertising

If you do end up using that word though tell me! I'll be so happy! Even if your lying! hehehe ^.^ Bye guys.
