InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Truth be told ❯ The lazy (but not dead) Inutashio and Shitomaru ( Chapter 6 )

Inuyasha's ears burned and Kimera's yelling was not making it any better.

“Do you know how made uncle would be if he saw what you did to poor Kagome? The woman only loves you! How much of a baka could you be?”

Kagome sighed as the let the rice paper door flutter close. Miroku, who had been sitting in the far corner, rose to Kagome's aid.

 

“Lady Kagome please excuse my cousin's insolence. Would you still be interested in the merger of our families by a union of you and Inuyasha?”

Kagome looked at her with eyes that shown a hint of sadness.

“Would you be interested in seeing children born of a marriage that had no meaning?” Kimera shut her mouth and stared at the floor.

 

“Excuse me.” Passing by Miroku she laid down on a futon and curled into a ball. It was not too long before the faint sound of her slow breathing echoed through the room. Shippo came in and with him, he brought Sango and the body of an elk. The animal was large. Far larger than the average elk. It wasn't until the thing let out a final grunt of desperation and fully died that the group found out that it was a demon elk.

 

“Who killed this?” Inuyasha said taking the large animal away from the demon slayer and the kit.

“Kagome did. She said to let it life it last few moments in the arms of a human and a demon. “Yin and Yang” she said. She said it eases the soul.” Inuyasha looked at the claw marks that decorated the dead animal's body. The almost mimicked his own.

 

 

The kuro inu-youkai leapt from tree to tree following the scent of his sisters.

“Do they really think they can just leave me? I'm apart of the family as well and deserve to be treated as such!” He growled as he ran through the trees.

 

“I am Kanoske Higurashi goddammit! I deserve to be the leader of our clan! Not my half breed sister Kagome. If it take her dying…Kami, what am I saying? This is exactly what got Kikyo exiled.” Leaping over brooks and streams, he proceeded. Hid black hair shone of the moon and glared in the night.

 

“I'm coming to join you on your quest my sisters.”

 

 

Sesshomaru looked at the deceased Ryuu-youkai. The dragon had put up a fight before it died. Latching the dead appendage of the dragon onto his stump of an arm, he stared out at the road ahead of him.

“Inuyasha, you have no idea how many you have upset with your falanderings with Kikyo. I am the most upset and I shall take what is mine. Kagome and the tetsuiguia.”

 

 

The two old friends stared at each other from opposite sides of the small table.

“Old friend…I hear that your son has taken to the wrong female. It will be a…challenge on getting him to marry my daughter.”

The white haired Inu-youkai took a sip from his tea.

“I hear that the one he has taken to is none other than Kikyo your other child.” The black haired, blue eyed demon looked crossly at his old time friend.

“I see.”

Inutashio looked at Lord Higurashi (Whom I am going to call Shitomaru, Shito for short.).

“I have a feeling that in order to bring back the balance in the lands, we must make a appearance to our children.”

Shito sighed.

“I was having such good fun not doing anything for the last 70 years.”

 

Author's Note: You see that I am using a lot of Japanese in this fanfiction. Why? Because stuff just sounds so sugoi in Japanese! (Sugoi: Cool)
