Yasuka waltzed into Kaede's hut. The group of friends all stared and looked at her. Kimera was the first to say something.

“Ya-ya!” Kimera went flying into Yasuka's arms and the two demonesses hugged and laughed.

 

“So where is she?” Kimera pointed to Kagome who sat in the corner fiddling with her tail. Yasuka's eyes welled up with tears. She ran over and hugged Kagome.

“My little sis. OH you are just the most beautiful thing in the world.” The woman backed away to remove a strand of silver from her face.

 

“Yasuka…I remember you. I was three and we went to the lake and to teach me how to swim you threw me in.” Yasuka's face flushed.

“Then, you helped me out and said I did a good job even though I almost got drowned…I remember someone with purple hair though. She laughed all the while I was drowning.”

 

Karena entered the room…err hut…and waved a little. Bemused and transfixed with the array of people who now littered the once malleable home of Kaede, Kagome with held the urge to cry and stomp out her anger at whomever the fates deemed to keep so many loved ones from her. The fact that these people all wanted what was best in her interest lulled and comforted her and yet struck feelings of anguish towards Inuyasha. Those feelings were beginning to fill and consume her.

 

Karena bent next to her sisters and hugged them both.

“We can be a family again, Kags. After so long…so many years of searching. You can help our people! We can do what father set out to do so long ago.” Embraced in her sister's arms, Kagome's emotions got the better of her and she let the tears fall.

 

Yasuka looked at Inuyasha in disgust.

“Well, I hope you're proud of yourself. It's your fault all of this happened.” Karena laid a hand on her sister's shoulder. Yasuka let it fall.

“You don't even remember her! The day she left was the day you promised yourself to her…you don't remember any of it do you?”

 

 

Inutashio paused as her heard yelling from Kaede's hut.

“It seems your daughter is not pleased at the fact you wiped Kagome's memory of her living here.” Shitomaru shook his head.

 

“You know her mother told me that it was a bad idea. I should have listened to reason.”

Inutashio walked in the direction of the hut.

“Why did you erase their memories anyway?”

Shito looked up at the sky and let the wind blow against his face.

“The romantic aspect of it all--”

“Oh brother.”

“Two lovers fall in love and realize that they'd shared a life together in the past. The perfect romance.”

 

Inutashio looked at his friend with a mischievous glint in his eye.

“That's how you did it didn't you?” Shito looked at his friend utterly appalled.

“How could you ever think that…”

“You told them how much romance you could give and then had them bare you an heir.”

 

Shito stared at the ground.

“I have no idea what you are talking about.”

“Slut.”

 

 

“I don't remember now get off me!”

Yasuka rose off the hanyou searching his expression to see if he was lying. He had to be there was no doubt in her mind. He may have to think but the memories were there. They just had to be.

 

“Don't try to push him Ya-ya. His head might explode.” Another fairy had emerged. This one was male, had a pair of golden rod wings, and looked like a fox demon shrunk down to miniature size.

 

Karena turned to see the obviously small yet chillingly attractive fairy floating near the doorway.

“Are there to be anymore guest coming into my home Kagome? If so then they'll have to speak with ye outside.” Kaede complained.

 

“Two more.” A deep yet sensual voice bellowed from the doorway. In entered Inutashio and Shitomaru.

 

 

Author's Note: INUTASHIO AND SHITOMARU ARE NOT YAOI!!!!! (Besides, I'm saving that for later…just kidding. That would be awkward between Inuyasha and Kagome.) Review!
