Truth or Dare with Inuyasha
Chapter Two: The Game Heats Up
Inuyasha smiles to himself. 'How do I find out some of her secrets without being too obvious? I'll have to take it slow.' "Kagome, Truth or Dare?"
Kagome gulps. She doesn't want Inuyasha to now her secrets but she also knows he is such a an immature jerk. She is not so sure she trusts him with a dare right now.. After a moment of thinking what to say, she takes a deep breath in and answers.
"I pick.. Truth."
Inuyasha smirks inwardly. He didn't expect her to choose truth right away! Well now he has to think up his first question. After just a few seconds of contemplating, he comes up with one.
"Have you ever at all had any types of feelings toward that mangy wolf?" He smiles to himself, proud of his first question.
Kagome is relieved. Of course Inuyasha would ask something like that. His jealousy touches her heart but it is still pretty annoying. Either way, this was a super easy question to answer.
"I have never felt anything more then friendship for Koga." She gave him a reassuring smile, and since they were all under the power of the truth syrum, they knew she wasn't lying.
Inuyasha would be lying if he said he wasn't relieved at her answer.. But he still growled slightly.
"What are you upset about? She said she never liked Koga." Miroku explained.
"Feh. She still sees that wolf as a friend."
"Inuyasha."
He knew that tone of voice. He quickly shut up and acted like he was never annoyed in the first place.
"Okay. It's my turn." Kagome scans the group and her eyes land on the lecherous monk. "Miroku, Truth or Dare?"
Miroku wasn't nervous at all. He knew that he was an open book and nothing they could make him do would faze him. "Hmmmm.. Dare, lady Kagome. What fun things would you like to make me do?" Sango immediately slapped him for that last comment.
As Miroku is rubbing his newfound handprint, Kagome gives him an evil smirk. "I dare you toooo.. Keep your lecherous hands to yourself.. unless dared.. until after the game is over."
Miroku's face immediately flushed and he looked completely panicked. Inuyasha started cracking up, practically rolling around on the ground. Sango was smiling and mouthing the words, 'thank you' to Kagome.
Miroku put a hand to his heart and responded, "you wound me, lady Kagome."
"Get over it monk." Inuyasha said after he finally gained his composure back. "It's your turn."
Miroku thought for a moment. He wanted to get Kagome back for that rechid dare or Inuyasha back for laughing. But Sango hasn't had a turn yet and he really wants her to pick dare.
"My dear Sango. Truth or Dare?" He said with an evil grin.
Sango instinctually backed away from him and responded, "well, I'm definitely not picking dare. Truth."
Miroku sighed but thought of something anyway. "Do you find me highly attractive?"
Curse the monks bluntness. Kagome gave Sango a knowing smirk and Sango glared at her in return. She knew her best friend knows of her feelings and now she was practically laughing that part of it has to be revealed!
She tried to hold in the truth, but the syrum is too strong. She put her hands over her mouth and said something inaudible.
"I'm sorry Sango, I didn't hear you. What was your answer to my question?"
Kagome couldn't hold back her giggle at this point. She said between snickers, "he's right Sango. We have to hear the answer in order for your turn to end."
Sango glared daggers at her best friend before taking her hands from her face and blushing as she turned from Miroku's glare. "Yes.. I do."
Miroku smiled as bright as anyone has seen before and then something came to mind. Sango was turned away from him, her backside is in perfect view. He started to reach closer and closer.. "OW!" He stopped when something hit him in the head.
"Already for get about your dare, monk?" Inuyasha said as he held up another rock to throw. Miroku quickly backed up and held his hands in front of himself defensively.
Sango turned back and shot him a warning stare before looking back at the group of friends. Ignoring Miroku trying to talk about her confession, she continues her turn in the game.
"Kagome. Truth or Dare?"
Kagome thought there was no way Sango would do something to embarrass her, right? She easily answered, "dare."
Sango smiled at both the priestess and hanyou in front of her and then said, "I dare you to kiss Inuyasha.. on the lips.. for thirty seconds. Specific enough for your game?"
Kagome gave her a look, not sure whether she should thank her or tackle her. She glanced over at Inuyasha and saw his gaping mouth and pink cheeks. She took a deep breath in and scooted over to him.
Now right next to each other, not even looking towards the other, Miroku spoke up, "well? Come on."
Inuyasha turned to face Kagome at the same time she faced him. Both of their cheeks are on fire from embarrassment and also excitement. Inuyasha started to get annoyed with waiting. He growled slightly before speaking up.
"Just get it over with and kiss me already!" He didn't mean for it to sound that harsh, it just did. And he could tell by the way Kagome's face showed hurt and anger.
But instead of sitting him like she wanted to, she pulled his face to hers for a fierce and rage filled kiss. Letting out all of her frustration and lust, she kissed him hard and fast. When just his lips weren't enough, she shoved her tongue into his mouth and felt around his own. She was surprised at her own boldness but even more surprised when he growled lightly and took control of the movement.
Inuyasha wrapped his arms around Kagome and pulled her in closer to him, almost on top of his sitting form now. He battled her tongue for dominance and won the fight. His ears swiveled to her when he caught the slight moan escape her mouth and into his.
Kagome put her hands around Inuyasha's neck and got lost in the kiss. She had no idea that it would feel like this. This wet, this hot, this needy, this amazing. Time was going by so slow for the both of them. It seemed like only five seconds had gone by, but it had actually been about three minutes.
They unconsciously ignored their friends until they had to finally pull away for air. When they released their mouths from each other, their foreheads leaned up against the others. They sat there panting for a few seconds, still high on adrenaline when a voice finally entered their ears.
"Well well well. I didn't know you two had it in you."
At the sound of Miroku's voice, Kagome jumped back away from Inuyasha a good five feet and looked away blushing furiously. Inuyasha was blushing just as hard and barely able to speak.
When he finally was able to, he said "feh. It was just the dare. It was only like five seconds anyway."
Kagome nodded her head to agree and neither of them understood why their friends started laughing.
"What the hell is wrong with you!?" Inuyasha demanded.
Miroku said between gasps, "that was about three minutes!" And he continued to laugh more. They didn't believe him but Sango agreed and their blushes came back tenfold.
"Wh-whatever.. it's my turn." She needed to change the subject, fast. Kagome barely looked at Inuyasha when she thought of the next question to ask. Then she sighed in defeat and while barely glancing over at him she asked, "Truth or Dare, Inuyasha."
He definitely didn't want to be dared anything right now, he's still catching his breath from the last dare. He barely caught her side glance and answered, "Truth."
She gained her confidence back and looked him straight in his golden gaze. She knew the question she wanted to ask but.. she was nervous. She wasn't really nervous about asking him.. she was nervous about what his answer will be. Especially since he has to tell the truth no matter what.
After a moment to compose herself, she finally let out her biggest question. "Are you still in love with Kikyo?"
