Why was that? As hard as he tried not to want her, he just seemed to want her even more! She had been the first thing that he had asked for when he woke up in the emergency room, why did he need her? She was just a stupid, pathetic, and weak human woman who just seemed to annoy the hell out of him. Why is though that he just wanted to make her happy? " Inuyasha?" Inuyasha's snapped out of his thoughts, a little mad that he was caught off guard.

 

" Kagome, you ok?"

 

" I should be asking you that. Hows your wounds?"

 

" Healed and I'm ok."

 

" Hungry? I could make something for us to eat seeing that we can't really go out and all..."

She looked into the fridge and found some chicken breast to make. While she made it, Inuyasha set the table. It was quiet and it seemed for once it was welcomed by the two. Once the food was done they ate and cleaned up together. It was dark now so Inuyasha suggested they went to bed. They said good night to each other and went there separate ways. Finally in bed, Inuyasha tried to get some sleep but it seemed hopeless. What was wrong with his Kagome? Hearing a knock, Inuyasha sat on his bed. " Inuyasha, may I come in?"

 

" Sure you can...Kagome?" There standing in his doorway was Kagome dressed in her bra and panties with a satin robe. She didn't look at him, instead she seemed interested in the carpet. " What..."
