Lead singer of Thrusday Geoff Rickly introduced the first song 'Signals Over The Air'.Drumist and backing vocalist
Tucker Rule starts playing slowly,then is slowly followed by guitarist and backing vocalist Tom Keeley,Bassist and backing
vocalist Tim Payne,guitarist and backing vocalist Steve Pedulla,then Geoff starts singing.
'This is what you see when you look my direction incandescent corsets draw eyes tight like wires,this is how it feels,calling
out but no one even hears the signal that we send over the air,over the air,over the air,over the air.When you say my name, I

today was 'The Battle of the Bands'contest,so Thrusday decided to put on a show for you before the contest just to psyche you
up.There will be 16 bands competeing and the judges will be Thrusday!Each band will play four songs made up or from a famous
band.The winner will play with Thrusday and hang out with them for two days.So,let's get this contest started first up is
'Switchblade Brigade'band members Inuyasha,Kagome,Koga,Sesshomaru,Miroku,and Sango."Then the man walked off so they could
start the contest.Everybody except Inuyasha and Sesshomaru had their jaws opened.
"Well,c'mon we have to play first."
"Inuyasha you never told us you signed up for this."
"It was a surprise."
"If we mess up in front of everybody,I'm gonna kick your ass.!"
"Now,that settle let's go."Inuyasha,Sesshomaru,Kagome,Miroku,Koga,and Sango ran up on stage and picked their instruments.
"Now,Switchblade Brigade what is the first song you are gonna play?"Geoff Rickly asked
"'The Days of the Phoenix'by AFI"Inuyasha said into the mic as the crowds started to cheer.
"Excellent song.Anytime you're ready."
Inuyasha motioned for Kagome,Sango,and Miroku to start playing as he did and for Koga and Sesshomaru when he started to sing.
"I remember when I was told the story of crushed velvet,candle wax,and dried up flowers.The figure on the bed all dressed up
in roses,calling.Beckoning to sleep offering a dream.The words were as mystical as purring animals.The circle of rage the
ghosts on the stage appeared.The time was so tangible I'll never let it go.Ghost stories handed down,reached secret tunnels
below.No one could see me.I fell into yesterday.Our dreams seem not far away.I want to,I want to,I want to stay.I fell into

"Thanks."Inuyasha and the others got off the stage and waited for their next turn.Through out the entire contest they were
nervous on what they saw on stage,until Thrusday named 8 bands that were staying.Thrusday said seven band names putting
Inuyasha and the others in suspense.
"And the last band to stay here is...Switchbalde Brigade!Congrats,and keep playing hard the contest isn't over.Switchblade
Brigade it's your turn again."
Inuyasha and the others go back up on stage.
"So what are you going to play now?"
"Car Underwater by Armor for Sleep."
"Never heard it but coming from you I bet it's gonna sound good."
"Thanks."Inuyasha said turning around telling Miroku to start playing.

These broken windows,open locks,reminders of the youth we lost.

"I can see the headlights coming.

The spinning hubcaps set the tempo for the music of a broken window.
When the lights are on and the cameras click.
We open up the lens to broken glass and it's over in a flash.

"That was awesome.Who would have known that you play our song."Geoff said breathing modrately.

"Well,I got one thing to say to the band 'Switchblade Brigade'."

"Swichblade Brigade wins the contest."Geoff yelled into mic.
Inuyasha dropped to his knees,Kagome was jumping in the air,Miroku was walking to Sango,Rin was running to Sesshomaru,and
Kikyo was running to Koga.
"Congrats,you get two hang out with us for two days."
"Thank you."Inuyasha said as Thrusday shook hands with everybody.
"Now,we're gonna get outta here.And go party."Geoff said as Sango,Tucker,Miroku,Tom,Koga,Tim,Sesshomaru,Steve,Kagome,Inuyasha
walked backstage.
Kagome looks at Inuyasha"Inuyasha did you think we were going to win?"Kagome asked
"No,not really."Inuyasha said looking at the floor.
"Well,we did and it's because of your singing."

"The concert staff will pick them up then they'll call me and I'll tell them where we're at."

Inuyasha got in Sesshomaru's truck with Kaogme,while everyone else got in Rin's car.Inuyasha drove to his house with Geoff
following.They got to Inuyasha's house and everyone got out of the cars.
"Nice place you here,Inuyasha."
"Thanks.You guys wanna meet my mom?"
"You're mom,how old are you anyway?
"I'm 17 I turn 18 in 2 weeks."
"You're only 17,but you're so talented."

"Hi,I'm Izayoi Inuyasha's mom."Izayoi said hugging Geoff.
"Hi.I'm Geoff,that's Tucker,Tom,Tim,and that's Steve."Geoff said pointing to each member of the band.
"So,is there anything I can get you guys?"
"Do you have lemonade?"

Geoff turns to Inuyasha"Hey,Inuyasha can you show us your backyard?"
"Sure this way."Inuyasha said leading the way to the backyard.

"No,but maybe you should ask my mom."

"To honor Inuyasha's victory in the Battle of the Bands contest."

Inuyasha thought to himself.Inuyasha and Geoff went on a tour of the house,when they got to Inu's room."Hey,Yasha."

"Alright you think you can help me get it downstairs?"
"Ok"Inuyasha and Geoff carry the stereo downstairs.
"Ok,security is set up."
"Good,so all we do now is wait."Everyone waited about 45 minutes before 45 people arrived when all 467 people were at the
party Inuyasha did routes around the house to make sure there were no problems,but what Inuyasha see was Naraku looking over
at Kagome,Sango,Kikyo,and Rin.Naraku just smiled thinking about what he was about to do.

"Inuyasha,you mind if we throw a party for your victory?"
"No,but maybe you should ask my mom."
"Alright."Geoff said walking in the house.
"Izayoi."
"Yes?"
"Do you mind if we throw Inuyasha a party in the backyard?"
"No,but what's the party for?"
"To honor Inuyasha's victory in the Battle of the Bands contest."
"Inuyasha was in that?"
"Yes,he didn't tell you?"
"No,but you're welcome to throw the party for my son."
"Thank you so much Izayoi."Geoff said as he walked back outside.Geoff looks at Inuyasha"Time to make some calls."
"What?"
"Well you want this party to be big or not?"
"Oh yeah sure."
"Alright call some friends and I'll call some security and other stuff just to make it safe."
"Alright thanks."Inuyasha made some calls and the party was going to have 467 people in the house.'Hope,my doesn't freak.'
Inuyasha thought to himself.Inuyasha and Geoff went on a tour of the house,when they got to Inu's room."Hey,Yasha."
"Yeah."
"Well,you don't mind em calling you that do you?"
"No not at all."
"Do you think we take this outside for a sound system."Geoff asked pointing to Inuyasha's stereo.
"Sure."
"Alright you think you can help me get it downstairs?"
"Ok"Inuyasha and Geoff carry the stereo downstairs.
"Ok,security is set up."
"Good,so all we do now is wait."Everyone waited about 45 minutes before 45 people arrived when all 467 people were at the
party Inuyasha did routes around the house to make sure there were no problems,but what Inuyasha see was Naraku looking over
at Kagome,Sango,Kikyo,and Rin.Naraku just smiled thinking about what he was about to do.
