InuYasha snorted causing Dawn to look at him with wonder following his eyes as they met up with Sesshoumaru and his 2-headed beast coming out of the air to meet them on the ground. She shreaked with happness to see him, though he didnt look happy to see InuYasha and a transformed Tetsiga along with the lady he himself Sesshoumaru had protected all these years. He look at InuYasha as a threat to her. She ran to him seeing the look in his eyes. "Sesshy" she called upon reaching him "Don't be mad at InuYasha he didnt do anything to me, he killed the miko Kikyo because she was going to shoot me with one of her arrows." She watched him hoping he wouldnt hurt the hanyou who had saved her from the miko's arrows of purifcation. 'I want to learn more of this InuYasha.' she rolled his name over and over in her mind.
Sesshoumaru looked down at her and smiled then looked to his brother and asked "is what she says true InuYasha?" InuYasha nodded his head. Sesshy smiled at him not interested in fighting his brother right now, he was happy that he saved Dawn's life. But wondered why she didnt just kick Kikyo's ass to begin with, so he asked her. she simply replyed " what and show a bunch of people that I dont know if I can trust who, what and how strong I really am? forget it." With that said she dissappeard from both of their views, quietly she crept up behind Inuyasha and started petting his ears. He growled at her but before he could turn around to capture her she was infront of him with a smile plastered across her face, "whats the matter Inuyasha can't catch me?" she grined as he lunged at her. She simply steped to the side and he missed her, she could tell that he wasnt having fun like she was so she decided to let him catch her; She stood stalk still and let him catch her ' I wonder why he wanted to catch me to bad' she thought. With that a sheepish girn crossed her face he didnt have hold of her arms, so she slid them up her sides and back to his ears, he bagan to purr and moved his head closer begging for more, she giggled slightly, 'he's like a puppy wanting its belly scratched'..
Still grining she kept playing with his ears, geting no resistance from him at all, she wished that someone would play with her ears like that, so she lightly took a deep breath so she wouldnt suprize him to much, her soft hands turned to soft hands with 5 claws on each hand, and her human ears replaced by doggie ears like Inuyasha's her hair was still black but the streaks of silver came out more. She held her breath as she knelt upon the soft grass below after leting go of his ears, she sat there quiet for a moment afraid to look up at his expression. She was about to look up when he sat beside her and began to play with her ears aswell, at first she moved them out of his reach laying them flat agenst her head, but let him play with them in the end. She let a playful growl excape her lips before moving her head towards him she didnt want him to stop with her ears, she yawned softly covering her mouth with a clawed hand before lightly laying her head agenst his shoulder and falling asleep there. Her hands also making their way back up to his ears in her sleep she lightly rubbed them their softness was remarkable, (she hadnt touched her own ears before ok)
Sesshoumaru watched the two of them from his perch in a near by tree, and was in awe at the sight of them. 'Inuyasha never let anyone touch his ears with out throughing out protests before nor would he let a hanyou female or female fall asleep on his shoulder the same day they met. Something is up' he thought.. Keeping his eye on them and the surrounding forest for a while he decided that with him there that no smart youkai would set foot near besides he Sesshoumaru lord of the western lands had to make sure Dawn wouldnt get hurt, he had to make sure that she was safe even with Inuyasha there he wasnt staisfied that she was so he stayed close by. Jaken and Rin had come to Inuyasha's forest for Jaken thought that his master got cut down by Inuyasha when Sesshoumaru set out to find the Lady Dawn. Finding Sesshoumaru in good health and sprits. "Lord Sesshoumaru this humble servant hopes that you are well" his annoying voice churped. Rin was runing around in one of her uasual happy go lucky moods as Sesshy sat and leaned up agenst a tree, she sat next to him "Sesshoumaru-sama what happened to Lady Dawn where is she" the girl asked him, she got a smile from him "she is with Inuyasha, do not bother them Rin the Lady is napping in my brother's arms, you nay need to see the change in Lady Dawn." Rin nodded her head as she fell asleep in Sesshy's lap.
'Do not be alarmed little brother but I believe that she is falling in love with you swiftly, she already trusts you enough to fall asleep on your shoulder.' thought Sesshy.
