Chapter 4: His and Her feelings.

(Author note: Well thanks for reading and reviewing. This one is in NPOV)

They were sitting across from each other. It was the afternoon now and the sun was high above it was a glorious summer afternoon. Sesshomaru had one a light blue yukata on. Rin had a matching summer kimono trying not to stare into Sesshomaru's amber eyes.

To anyone else they would have looked like a young married couple. No words were spoken between them but it was always as such. They just enjoyed each other presence and moment.

Rin knew not to speak just enjoy his presence, his beauty, but mostly just him. Her cheeks flush a bright pink. She didn't even feel worthy of being in his presence most of the time. She was just so plain compare to her.

`Even if he did feel the same way about me I am nothing but a plain human. A stupid ugly human that won't live long enough to enjoy his presence much longer,' she thought.

She looked up meekly to his face it was blank of expression as usual. His hair seemed to shimmer in the sunlight above us. She lowered her eyes before he would notice.

`I have to stop longing for him, my Sesshomaru-sama,' I thought.

Yet Sesshomaru had noticed her staring because he kept having to catch himself staring too. Who knew she had could be so beautiful and the fact that she was had dressed like him.

`She looked like she could be my mate,' he thought.

He nearly growled at himself, she was too young and too innocent for him. She was a human and he was demon. It was such a forbidden love. She had been a daughter to him and he was imaging her in such a provocative way.

`I have to stop staring at her,' he thought.

He couldn't help but think sometimes she almost looked like Inuyasha's mate. He had to grinded his fangs on that one. He had to remind himself that his Rin was different she was nothing like Kagome, although; yes at times they looked and acting a lot a like.

He smirk pretty soon he would be an uncle at times he cringed at the thought but he was glad at the runt finally had settled down. It saved him the trouble of having to rundown and trained him. It hadn't been for nothing however Inuyasha could match him in strength, stealth, and somewhat in wit.

`Let's see how the hanyou fares in fatherhood,' he thought.
“My lord do you want to walk around the gardens now,” Rin asked.

Sesshomaru simply got up and started walking. He knew that she would follow she always followed him and she did. They walked almost side-by-side into the garden it was almost recollecting memories with each step.

The sun was about to set Sesshomaru sat far off to the side as Rin tended to the flowers. It seems just like old times.

`I've grown attached to her' Sesshomaru thought.

It was times like this when he allowed himself to get caught up in old memories. When Rin was no bigger than his knee picking flowers all around the countryside as he would keep them out of danger.

`Foolish Jaken,' he thought with a smirk.

Even though most of the time the little imp irritated him to no bound with his senseless squawking and bumbling ways. He had been faithful to the very end it and had even gave his life to protect Rin.

`Do you see her now Jaken,' he demanded the imp in his mind.

He sometimes missed the annoyed mumbles the little imp made. Sometimes.

BUT ONLY SOMETIMES.
