Chapter 1-
~Kagome's POV~
'*Yawn* Why must I get up so early? Oh yes right to get out of
the house before "daddy" gets up. Better get up an dfind something to
wear....hm that looks good. Aaaahhhh! It's 6:30!!! Looks like I'm
buying my breakfast, I should probably speed it up *chuckles evilly
with a smirk to match*'
~Author's POV~
The dad had just sat down at the table with Kikyo and his wife.
"Good Morning Naraku" said the wife.
"Morning Misha" said Naraku politely.
"Good morning Daddy!" said a chipper Kikyo who went back to her normal somber self.
"Good morning Little One!" Naraku said with affection.
Suddenly there was a blur of black and a gush of wind then it was gone.
Naraku mentally growled 'Kagome will be punished tonight' he thought
with an evil smirk. Kagome was halfway to school when she finally went
to a human pace. She glanced at her watch '6:35 hm an hour early' she
thinks with a frown.
"what to do with an hour" not really realizing she said it out loud.
"do you always speak to yourself?" sadi a smooth, calm yet unemotional
voice.
'Damn!'
"Who wants----" her eyes widen when she realizes she is talking to a
demon," you're a demon?!"
His gaze hardens "How do you know?" he practically growls out.
Instinctively her eyes flash midnight blue at the sound of the threat
and she slips into a defensive position just in case.
"Sesshoumaru stop being an ass to the lady" says a man approaching with
a charismatic smirk.
The now identified Sesshoumaru never took his glare away from Kagome
while commenting.
"No one was talking to you Miruko, and she knows, I was asking how she
knew, I wasn't being, as you put it, an ass."
Kagome looks at Miruko warily, she had heard stories about the handsome
senior beside Sesshoumaru. His black hair pulled in a short ponytail
and his violet eyes filled with shock and curosity directed at her.
"Its my job to know," with that she walks away towards the library with
a barely noticeable limp.....
