Chapter 1

It was a bright August morning and as Kagome woke up she could already hear the noise that was coming from her brother's room.

'Play video games this early!? Is he crazy or sumthin'?' she thought 'It's only 7:30 AM... I really need to find him a girl.'

Kagome was a normal 17-year-old girl. She dicribed her self as a punk. She always wore long baggy pants and a skating shirt or something from the store Hot Topic. It was her favorite store in the whole mall. She lived with her mom and her 11-year-old brother Sota.

As she got up and got dressed in dark blue baggy Dickie jeans and into shirt that said on the front in white lettering 'You all laugh at me cuz im different. I laugh at you 'cause your all the same.' and on the back it said 'Can't sleep clowns will eat me' over and over again until the font was so small you couldn't read it.

A lot of her friends at school thought that she was really cool cause she could play the electric guitar really well and she could also play the drums, piano, flute and could sing.

A lot of guys liked her but they never had the courage to ask her out cuz they were scared of her. She was a black belt in Martial Arts and they knew if the screwed up she would kick their asses.

When she was finished getting dressed she turned to look at the picture that was on her bedside table.

It was of a boy with long silver hair with two dog-ears on top of his head. He had claws and you could see his fangs when he smiled. The boy looked to be about 10. 'God do I miss him' She thought as she remembered about him.

**Flashback**

Kagome ran out her front door crying. She slammed the door and ran to the house that was to her's. She rang the doorbell and almost immediately a little boy with silver hair and 2 dog-ears opened the door and said "Kags. What's wrong?”

Kagome threw her self at him crying hard in his shirt. All the boy could make out between muffled cry was "InuYasha.... Moving.... today...don't wanna go!” He was shocked...he would be missing his best friend.

All he could do was hug her back until Kagome's mom came out and said " Kagome! It's time to go now!” “ OK mom...ill be there in a sec" She turned to InuYasha "InuYasha I want you to have this" She pulled off her necklace and gave it to him. It was just a chain that had a ring on it. It was an Irish ring called a Claddagh. She gave it to him and said " I want you to give this to the girl that you love some day." and with that she hugged him and kissed him on the check and ran to her moms car.

Before InuYasha could do anything she was gone.

**End Flashback**

When Kagome finally snapped back to reality she heard her mom calling her and Sota down for breakfast. After that their mom said " Guys I need to tell you to go and pack all of your stuff in an hour. Were moving."

“ WHAT!" they both shouted. Kagome's mom sweatdrops. "Well you see I kinda bought a house in Tokyo so were moving today and goin to drive tonight and tomarrow and should get there tomarrow afternoon. Soooo.... GET PACKIN!” Both Kagome and Sota ran up to their rooms and started pack. Sure enough 1 hour later a moving tuck came and there were at least 20 moving men putting the families' things in a truck. Once they were all packed the kids said goodbye to their neighbors and left
