**First day of school**

 

 

Kagome was just waking up to the sound of her alarm clock when she remember what happened last night.

**Flashback**

InuYasha was walking Kagome to her house when they stopped at her drive way. InuYasha turned to Kagome and said "Don't worry about Koga. He always is like that when im with a girl he likes. If he ever tries to do that again just slap 'em and tell him to leave you alone, and if he doesn't just tell me and I'll take care of him and you." Kagome looked up a bit suprised but was greatful none the less and hugged him good night and gave him a kiss in the cheek. "Don't forget ill pick you up tomarrow" InuYasha said before she went into the house.

**End Flashback**

 

She was so excited for the first day of school. It took her about 10 minute to find something to wear. Eventually she chose some long faded blue hip huggers and a red Spitfire shirt. and of course she wore her converse sneaks.

When she got down the steps she herd a honk at to door. Knowing it was InuYasha she yelled her good byes to her mom and Sota and ran out the door only to run strait into a hard chest.

Looking up she saw that it was Koga instead of InuYasha. "K-Koga? Where's InuYasha ?" she asked. "Oh you mean dog turd ? In his car behind me. I beat him to ya." Koga said.

"Well maybe I don't wanna go with you" Kagome said. And by now the angry Hanyou was just behind Koga when Kagome saw him and ran to him and gave him a big hug and said "Good Morning Inu!" "Morning to u too Kags." InuYasha replied reaching down and giving her a peck on the cheek..

"WAIT A MINTUE! I DONT GET A HELLO?! "Koga yelled. Kagome just turned to him and bluntly said "No. because your a jack ass now bite me!" InuYasha couldn't help it any longer he fell down on his ass laughing so hard tears were streaming down his face. Kagome turned to him and calmly said "InuYasha lets go...I don't want to get infected by his bullshit."

InuYasha heard her and got off the ground and led her to his car. It wasn't a bad car eather. well actually it was a dark red SUV. When they both got into the SUV InuYasha turned and said "Kagome your my hero. I cant believe you just told Koga to screw off. although you are goin to have to deal with him at school and at practice but it wont be that bad. He'll recover quickly." "Who ever said I wanted him to recover?" Kagome just bluntly stated. He was at a loss of words." ok whatever...we have to pick every one else up, I hope you don't mind." "As long as Koga is not here then I don't care."

After InuYasha picked every one up the pulled into the parking lot at their school. When they got out Shippo and Kirara were holding hands and unbelivable that Miroku and Sango were holding hands as well. InuYasha however had Kagome under his arm.

All the sudden they herd an ear deafining scream followed by a girl screaming "MY INU DARLING!!WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!"(guess who!) InuYasha suddely tensed gritting his teeth. Kagome excepected for him to let go of her, but in fact he just pulled her closer to him. He whispered into her ear "God I hate that bitch! Her name is Kikyou and she thinks that we got out although we never have, and NO ONE in their right mind would. She's the most slutties person in the world. I would never leave you for her or anyone else for that matter."

Kagome didn't know what to say. She was so happy that he was admiting his feelings to her. Then he leaned back to her and whispered " Oh by the way will you go out with me?" Kagome looked up and kissed him and shook her head yes. By this time Kikyou had reached them.

Miroku was hidding behind Sango. Even Miroku would never in his right mind touch Kikyou. Kikyou saw that InuYasha and the girl had kissed and said "Inu poo what are you doin with a peace of trash like that?" she asked innocently (innocent my ass!) InuYasha had shoved Kagome behind him putting him self in between Kikyou and Kagome. He already knew that Kagome was mad and that she had a black belt. As much as he would like for Kagome to kick Kikyou's ass he wouldn't let that happen. Well at least not on school grounds.

"Kikyou..." InuYasha says angerly " Don't ever talk about Kagome like that. You don't even know her!" Every ones eyes where on InuYasha and Kikyou. Kikyou stepped over to InuYasha and hugs him and atempes to kiss him.(keyword here...atemps.)

Kagome has had enough. She saw that InuYasha was trying his hardest to get Kikyou off of him. She couldn't blame him. She knew no one would EVER want to kiss Kikyou so she wasn't to worried when InuYasha put his hand in front of his mouth when she leaned in (can you see him do that??? i no i can.). Before she could kiss him Kagome tapped on her shoulder.

"Kikyou get off my boyfriend RIGHT NOW BEFORE I KICK YOUR ASS!" Kagome yelled. Every one was still to shocked at what was happening they didn't move.

Kikyou turned around and all she saw was a fist connecting with her face. She insintaly let go of InuYasha and screamed "MY BEAUTIFUL FACE!" "I wouldn't call it beautiful." Kagome retorted.

InuYasha walked over to her and wrapped his arms around the angry Kagome and said "Kagome if your gonna beat her up do it off school property. but hey im not protesting. thank you for saving me from Manbeast.(aka Kikyou.) I though I was gonna die." " I know I saw how pale your face went when she hugged you. and do you acually think that i'd let another girl touch you let alone KISS YOU!" she said. "Nope. That's why im not complainin" he simply replied before he nuzzeled her neck with his nose from behind her.

When the group finally got into school they picked up their schedules and by some mircale they all had the same classes. First period was gym (im basing their schedules off my own.it kinda sucks to have gym first thing in the morning...my schedule rowtates so i have diff. classes each day. ) When lunch finally came they all got their food when Miroku scream "HERE COMES MANBEAST!!!RUN!!!" Every one whipped their head around to see Kikyou coming towards them. Miroku grabbed Sango, Shippo grabbed Kirara, and InuYasha grabbed Kagome and they ran into an empty stairwell. They all decided it would be safer to stay where they were until lunch was over.

When school was finally out the gang was walkin back to InuYasha car when they heard Kikyou scream his name. They all ran to InuYasha's car and locked the doors and drove off to Kagome's house to practice. While InuYasha was driving over to Kagome's house he thought to him self 'The rest of them will be amazed at how good Kagome can play.' and at that thought he smirked to himself.

They finally pulled into Kagome's drive way and piled down into her basement. Everyone was amazed at what they saw.

Sango immideatly ran over to the drum set and couldn't keep her hands off of the bright red drum set. Kagome just giggled at this. Shippo was in awe over the grand piano and the electric keyboards she had.

Miroku saw her 2 base gituars and thought they were beautiful and picked one up and started to play it. When he didn't get yelled at for touching the base he just continued struming the it. Kirara couldn't but help her self stare at all the tech. equitment that Kagome had.

Once every one was done exploring everything they got to work.

InuYasha said "Kagome I think that the group decervers to her one of your songs."

"k. lemme just get one." she dissapered from the basement to her room to grab the sheet music and lyrics and handed them to InuYasha to look over. Once he was finished looking over the music she told him and every one else to play too. So every one got to their spots and got ready. Sango gave to count off “ONE…TWO…ONE…TWO…THREE…FOUR!”
