Chapter 11

 

 

InuYasha's POV

 

 

InuYasha woke up with the sun in his eyes and a little confused on why he was in his room when he was supposed to be in school. Then he remebered what happened earlier in the morning. He looked down at the sleeping Kagome in his arms and then looked at the alarm clock on the bed side table. It was 9:56 a.m. `I guess I can wake her up now and see if she's hungry.' He shook her lightly saying “Kagome…come on…time to wake up.”

 

She started to groan and then said “Lemme slleeeppp!” and then rolled over. InuYasha shook his head and sighed. “Kagome! Its 10! Get up. Where going to get some food.” At the mentioning of food she opened her eyes and sat up in the bed. “You've been hangin' around me too much.” InuYasha joked “What is that a bad thing?” Kagome questioned looked hurt. “Nope. Not at all.” He then kissed her and got up and grabbed some clothes for himself and told Kagome that when he was finished getting dressed he'd take her to her house so she could get some clean clothes.

 

Once Kagome stepped out of her house it was 11:30.she was wearing a pair of InuYasha's blue jeans since none of hers was clean and a Volcom t-shirt (Which was InuYasha's too) and some vans. InuYasha said “Hey every ones having lunch right now. You wanna go and say hi? I'll call them and tell them to make sure Koga isn't around. And besides he does have a different lunch then us.” “That's sounds great. Lets go!”

 

InuYasha pulled into the school parking lot and found that Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and Kirara where all waiting for them. “Kagome! Howda feel?” Sango asked while hugging her. “Been better. Lets go get some lunch. O by the way what is it?” “Its Chicken Fryes.” Shippo anserwed.

 

They all got in line and when they finally got to a table they heard Kikyou scream “INUYASHA!!!” Every one in the cafitereia looked towards Kikyou and then at InuYasha. “InuYasha why do you keep hanging out with these losers?” Every one shot a death glare towards Kikyou and Kagome said “Why would InuYasha want to hangout with a slut like you?”

 

Kikyou was taken a back by her comment and every one in the room was `ooooooen' at them. Even some teachers who didn't like Kikyou were. “Look whos talkin.” By now Kagome had stood up and Kikyou would have had an other bloody nose if there weren't any teachers around so she just said “Yeah well at least I have friends AND a brain dip shit.” Kikyou was lost. She couldn't think of a come back so she just `hmph' and stomped away. Kagome sat back down and lunch went back to normal.

 

“Wow Kags.! What was that for?” Miroku asked. “She pisses me off. Do I really need a reason?” “Ummm… no not really. But that's a good enough one.” Sango said. InuYasha was still stairing at her, with his mouth open. “Don't you care if a teacher gave you a detention?” “No not really…cuz id just sneak out anyways.”

 

After lunch was over InuYasha asked if they missed anything important. Luckily they didn't. So InuYasha and Kagome said their good byes and headed for InuYasha's car when Koga walked up to them and said “Mutt face what are you doing with MY women?!”

 

“Your woman?! HA! You wish Koga! Get your head outa your ass!” Kagome said coldly. InuYasha and Koga looked at her shocked. InuYasha whistled under his breath while Koga stomped off. They finally made their way to the parking lot when they heard a girl scream “INUYASHA!! WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!?!”

 

They whipped their heads to see Kikyou and some of her friends running towards them. “UUUHHHH…InuYasha…” InuYasha picked Kagome up bridal style and ran to his car. He opened the back of the SUV and slammed it shut and locked it. InuYasha still had Kagome in his arms when Kikyou and her friends got to his car.

 

From inside InuYasha and Kagome could hear Kikyou and her friends yelling at them to come out. InuYasha heard Kikyou call Kagome a piece of trash and he started to growl at her. Kagome looked over at him and grabbed his hand and said “ Lets get outta here.” “Good idea”

 

When they got back to InuYasha's house he led Kagome into the living room and sat down on the couch. InuYasha turned the TV on and put on a rock music channel. He turned to Kagome and said “You okay? I mean about Kikyou and all.” Kagome looked up at him and smiled “Yeah. I'm fine…she's just…ugh. I cant stand her!” InuYasha luaghed at little at her. “I'm sure she'll get over it. She can't bug us forever right.” “ Hmph…she better God damn get over it!” Kagome said as she pouted with her arms crossed over her chest. InuYasha just laughed at her more.

 

8 hours later

 

“InnnnuuuuYYYaaaasssshhhhaaaa!!! Im hungry.” Kagome said as she smiled shyly at him on the couch. “Fine…wadda want?” InuYasha looked at Kagome and saw that she was think pretty hard. “ummmmm….PIZZA!!!” InuYasha got up and ordered some pizza for them.

 

“Hey you wanna call Miroku, Sango, Shippo, and Kirara over and we can watch a movie and eat some pizza.” Kagome just nodded her head fast making her self dizzy and InuYasha was laughing at her. (srry i was in a silly mood when i wrote this.)

 

15 minutes later every one was in InuYasha's living room watching `Ace Ventura, when Nature calls' (I LOVE that movie!) They were all very comfutable when InuYasha's brother and his girlfriend walked in. InuYasha looked at his brother and then `Fhed' and turned back to the movie and his friends.

 

“Yash…Who was that?” Kagome whispered into his ear, which sent shivers down his spine. “My older dumb ass brother Sesshomaru and his girlfriend Rin…no need to worry babe…they wont bother us.” InuYasha said into Kagome's ear, sending shivers all done her neck and spine.

 

Kagome just snuggled up closer to him and by the end of the movie she fell asleep under InuYasha's arm. “See you tomarrow at school.” Miroku said as they all left InuYasha and Kagome alone. “Time to go to sleep Kags.” InuYasha said as he picked her up bridal style and chuckled when she grabbed onto his shirt and snuggled closer.

When he got to his room he put Kagome on the bed and chuckled when her face schunged up obviously missing the warmth from him. He went over to his desk and called her mom to tell her that Kagome fell asleep and that she would stay the night at his house. When he got into the bed with Kagome she immeditally snuggled up closer to him wanting the warmth. InuYasha then wrapped an arm around her waist protectivly and fell asleep.
