“No…I don't think so! Anyway, we've got to run! We might be late of archery!”

 

Archery was the club that Kagome joined immediately she entered the school…It seemed that no one could beat her in it and she always hit the centre…When everyone asked how she did it…

 

“I think…It was just practice!”

 

Of course there was practice…Almost everyday in the Sengoku Jidai she was carrying her bow and arrows…

“Goodbye Kagome!! See you in 2 days!!”

 

“Bye!! Have a nice holiday!”

 

Kagome stepped onto the train and found a seat somewhere near to the window…She had a feeling that these 2 days, Inuyasha would not go into her era…It was nearing…Kikyou's death anniversary…

 

She tried hard to hold back her tears…but accidentally… she let one slip down her cheek and drip into the hand…

 

It was hard holding back her tears especially for a year… The train roared against the tracks as Kagome remembered the day she left Tokyo…and slowly she fell into dreamland…

“Next Station: Tokyo”

 

The voice woke Kagome up…

 

So fast?! And she was back?! She didn't even have time to prepare! She immediately searched her bag for the bottle of perfume that she just grabbed on the way to the station…A few sprays and the smell was overwhelming…Yuck. She never liked this smell…It was just… Not natural…She trusted her natural scent…

 

“You smell kind of nice…”

 

“Huh?! I thought you said you hated my smell?”

 

“I…was lying…”

 

Kagome shook that thought out of her head…She could remember at the point her heart was beating furiously…

 

She picked her stuff and got out of her cabin…This was going to be a long way back…

 

She got on a bus…and got ready to go back and face her past…

Inuyasha glanced around at the tense atmosphere in Kaede's hut…

No one had spoken…

It had almost been a year since Kagome left the Sengoku Jidai and not returned…Shippo was totally devasted and he missed Kagome so much that he even wanted to try jumping into the well to look for her…

 

“Maybe…You would want to go to Kagome's era and try again? Inuyasha?”

 

“Keh! I doubt she'll be there!”

 

“Inuyasha no baka! If you don't go how would you know she won't be there?!”

 

“Shut up Shippo!”

 

“Wahhhh~ I miss Kagome! If you didn't do something to make Kagome sad she wouldn't just leave like that!!”

 

Plonk! Bang!

 

“Wahhhh~ I knew you were depressed! Miroku! He hit me!! AGAIN!”

 

“Seems like only Kagome can stop him…”

 

“ARGH. Shut UP!”

 

Inuyasha got up and left the hut…

 

“Keh! I'm going for a walk! NOT TO FIND HER.”

 

Inuyasha jumped off from the ground towards the bone eaters well…

 

I've got a feeling…She'll might just come back this time..
