A/n: hi and I don't have much time b-cuz 2day is update day which is 1 day every month, I spend the whole day updating stories but in an hour, I'm goin somewhere so I gotta make this authors note short.

Kagome's stomach churned as she got out her car. She walked up the rusty old stoop and knocked on the door.

Please don't be home, please don't be home. She thought, but it didn't work. Her father opened the door. “Kagome, come in. I'd like you to meet someone.”

 

Kagome followed her father to the den and a boy with silver hair and dog ears sat on the sofa. “D-dad, who's that?” The way she sounded made the boy laugh. “I'm Inuyasha.”

Kagome's eyes turned red and she ran out the house.

 

What's wrong with me? She asked herself as she drove out the drive way.

The next day, Kagome woke up and Sango was sitting at her desk checking Kagome's email.

 

“Sango!” she exclaimed. “Wha? How did you get my email password?” Sango chuckled as she got up. “It's what you need. `Job'.” That made Kagome turn cherry red. “I'm not looking for a job!” Sango just laughed even harder. “I said you need one. Now I know you're lying.”

 

Kagome pushed Sango out of the way and went to millsberry.com. “I need to feed my person.”
