In the Previous Chapter...

Gakex turned around and smiled, “Hey, hey.” He took one of her hands and placed her boot into her palm, “Why don’t you explain who this little guy is?”
The girl looked towards Gakex, “But…” She protested as she looks at her shoe.
“It’s alright! They’re Keyblade wielders.” Gakex replied as he winked.
The girl nodded, a small smile formed; however, that smile disappeared as she looked towards Riku with a glare. In return, Riku looked away, having an annoyed look.
*That wasn’t cute…*
“This Heartless happens to be my brother!” She blurted, almost shouting it.
“WHAT?!!?” Riku, Sora, and Kairi yelled, all together.

Gakex reached behind his head, a nervous smile plastered on her face. "Maybe that was a bit too blunt." He muttered.
The girl ignored Gakex as she set her brother Heartless on the ground while she sat down on the sand. She was putting her shoe on as the other three kept looking from the Heartless then to the girl and back again.
"They don't look like siblings to me." Kairi spoke, a clueless expression written on her face. Both Riku and Sora stared at her, giving her the are-you-serious look, completed with an arched eyebrow, a little opening of the mouth, and the dumb-look on their faces.
Kairi slightly pouted, "I don't know everything." Afterwards she crossed her arms over her chest as she look away from everyone.Sora grinned, and then walked up towards the girl, his hand extended in front of him. "The name's Sora!" A big silly smile stretched across his lips. "What are your names?"
The girl blinked, and then smiled. She took his hand and pull on his arm as Sora pulled as well, helping the girl onto her feet.
"It's very nice to meet you, Sora. My name is Hikari." She paused in order to pick up the Heartless and leveled him in front of Sora's face. "And this is my brother, Kage." The little one took his claw and waved at Sora."Uhh... Hi?" Sora greeted, semi-waving back at the Heartless.
As that was happening, Gakex was in the background, trying so hard to muffle his laughter. Sora spotted this, which made his face lighten up from embarrassment.
"What's so funny?" He shouted as he walked over to Gakex, his legs lifted up so high with each step, the chains he wore jingled.
Hikari watched as Sora shook Gakex as if it would make him stop laughing.
"And what are you, huh?! Hikari's father, who happens to look like a kid…?!" Sora shouted, still shaking the Laughing Gakex.
Soon, sand was flying everywhere as the two wrestled each other. Kage, the heartless, jumped out of his sister's arms and rushed over to Sora and Gakex, his arms waving back and forth as he tried to stop the fight.
Kairi walked over and kneel by Kage, "Don't bother. Once Sora fights, he doesn't stop." She smiled.
Kage the heartless look up at Kairi, then back at the fighting dust ball that formed around Sora and Gakex. He sat on the white sand and watched, knowing he is useless when he can't speak.
As that battle raged on, it left Hikari and Riku alone.
Hikari watched the fight, a few giggles passing her lips. Riku stood behind her, trying to get her attention. "Uh... Excuse me...." He muttered. He lifted his hand, slowly reaching out to tap her shoulder, but that suddenly made him nervous, so he quickly dropped his hand.As for Hikari, she did her best to ignore Riku. She was still angry at him for almost killing her brother. She only continued to watch the dust cloud fight rage on until it had disappeared from around the corner, Kairi and Kage the heartless following after them.
Seeing this is a good time, Riku spoke. "Excuse me... Hikari...?"
Hikari spun around on one heel, her long black hair twirling with her as she stops to look at Riku.
"Yes?" She replied, her tone sounding as if she's annoyed.
Riku fought the blushing of his face as he nervously spoke. "I-I'm sorry...for earlier. For the Heartless thing...and... I... My name is Riku...."
As he spoke, he would usually keep eye contact, but with this girl, he barely stared at her for more than 2 seconds. Luckily for Riku, Hikari never noticed the nervousness in him because of the long bangs that covered his eyes.
"It's alright, I forgive your ignorance." She replied, walking pass him; her long hair flowing behind her while the bottom of her shoes crunch against the dry sand, blocking the path of the small rising waves.
As for Riku, he watched every move she made, from her flowing long black hair, to her delicate hands that clasped together behind her back. Oh how Riku had it bad, however, reality smacked his mind out of the daze just enough to realize that he has been insulted."Ignorance...?" He retorted, forgetting his matters as he shifted all his weight to one leg and placed one hand on his hip, "So you're saying that it's my fault for trying to protect you?"
At that moment, Hikari slowly turn towards Riku, her gray eyes turning from mystic to an aqua-like blur. Whatever it was, it made Riku's attitude disappeared because of the little tears he spotted in Hikari's eyes. *Oh man, I made her cry... Hurry up and say sorry!*
"Look..." Riku quickly said with his position now moving both hands in front of him, lowered down and held out. His blue eyes filled with guilt."I really didn't mean that, I'm sorry. I just assumed..." His voice trailed off as he took his eyes away from Hikari's, one arm behind his back as the habit of Sora's when he's nervous.
A giggle was his response. "Wow, King Mickey was right. You are too soft." Hikari's voice rang."Huh?" Riku blurted, his arm fell to his side and turned his head, only to find his face just inches away from Hikari's. *Her eyes are beautiful. And her lips...* Instantly, Riku's face brightens up as he jumped back, arms extended in front of him.The young girl tilted her head, her eyes worrying. "What's wrong Riku? Why is your face all red?" She questioned. His gloved hand quickly jolted up to his face, trying to hide his blushing face. "N-Nothing...!" He replied with his voice muffled from his hand."Riku, DUCK!!" Kairi's voice called from Riku's left. "Huh?" He replied, only to be answered by an angry Heartless flying towards him.
"AHHH!" Riku cried.
BAM!
Kage the Heartless crashed into Riku's face, knocking him backwards into the white sand.
The angered Kage tugged on his light silver bangs as Riku tried to pull him off.
"Brother!" Hikari gasped, now rushing to Riku's side.Kairi only stood there in horror as the Heartless continued to pound on innocent Riku. As for Sora and Gakex, they were laughing their heads off as they watch the older, handsomer, and maybe stronger, Riku, battle against an angry Heartless that is only protecting his younger sister.
"Big brother!!" Hikari shouted, now grabbing Kage by his leg and easily lifted him off of Riku.
At this point, Kage had stopped his fussing and allowed his sister to hold him upside-down by his leg. As for Riku, he was standing up now, brushing the sand off of his clothes as his face became much redder from the embarrassment.Hikari locked Kage in her arms and glared into the yellow eyes of her Heartless brother. Kage simply ignored them, propping one arm up as he lean his head on his hand.
"I'm so sorry about that Riku." Hikari spoke, walking a little closer to the defeated and embarrassed boy, "I don't know what got him so mad. He's usually calm."
"It's O.K." Riku replied, fixing his bangs as they fell over his eyes, "I'm not hurt." When Riku went to wipe the sand off of his cheek, a red line appeared on his hand which was the evidence that he was.
Making one arm free, Hikari held on tight to her brother, letting the other hand rest against Riku's cut on his cheek. A glow appeared from her hand as she closed her eyes, little orbs of light appearing around Riku's cut. As Hikari closed her eyes, Riku took this chance to stare at her face, taking in all of her lovely features that he had only glanced at earlier.
Gakex, now noticing what Hikari's doing, stopped his laughter and shouted, "NO!! Hikari don't!!" He rushed over to Hikari's side and grabbed her arm, thrusting it away from Riku's cheek.
Too late. Riku's cut had already been healed by Hikari's powers.
"Hikari, what have I told you?? Don't use your powers until I say it's O.K!" Gakex snapped, his hand still clinging onto Hikari's arm.
The girl winced, "Yes... I know but..."
"But what…? Do you really want this world to be destroyed?!" Gakex barked.
"Destroyed...?" Riku muttered.
Sora's blue eyes widen as the gentle wind blew, casting silence on all 5 of them. Soon, the question that was most feared was brought into the open by our spiky hair brunette.
"Are the worlds colliding...again...?"
