In the midst of InuYasha's forest there stood a dark-haired girl with a green and white school uniform on and a silver-haired guy in a red haori and hakamas.

 

“I'm going home Inuyasha and there's nothing you can do to stop me!!!”

“Yes there is wench I'll just follow you and drag your ass back here!! You ain't going anywhere until we finish collecting the jewel shards!!!”

“SIT! I'm going home for a week and if you try to follow me I swear Kikyo won't have to drag you to hell because I'll `sit' you until you `reach it' now be a good boy and `sit' still until I get back.”

 

With that said Kagome jumped down into the well and was surrounded by its blue light. When she climbed out and entered the house she was greeted with silence.

 

“Mom, I'm home.” Kagome walked around the house and found that it was empty, but then she saw a note on the kitchen table. The note had read:

 

Kagome,

 

Your brother, grandpa and I have gone to visit your aunt and uncle in Hokkaido for the next 2 weeks. I've stocked the fridge and freeze with food and drinks for you and I also bought 4 boxes of instant ramen in different flavours for you. If you go up to your room later, on your desk I have left you $2000 to go spending with. I hope you have fun and we'll see you in 2 weeks.

 

P.S. Don't ruin the house please.

“Hm, I've got an extra week to have the house to myself. I guess Sango, Miroku and Shippo won't mind if I'm an extra week late and InuYasha will just have to stay put and I'll have to take his complaints when I go back. But the good thing is that I get to stay in Konoha longer.”

 

After walking up the stairs and to her bedroom, Kagome opened up a drawer and picked out a black silk panty to go with her black silk bra and then got into the shower. When she came out with her towel wrapped securely around her she went over to her dresser and picked out a pair of nice fitting jeans, a yellow tank top and a white blouse to go over the tank top.

 

After she changed she got out a duffle bag and started to pack some clothes and essentials for her two week trip back to Konoha. A couple hours later when she was done packing, she checked to make sure the front door was locked then opened up a portal in her living room and stepped through.

 

When Kagome appeared on the other side of the portal she was in front of the Konoha's entrance way. Walking through the entrance Kagome was greeted by a lot of the villagers. Continuing to walk towards her home, hoping to surprise someone who she hadn't seen in awhile, Kagome sped up her pace.

 

When she finally arrived, Kagome prepared to open up the door when it suddenly opened fro the other side. The person on the other side looked up with a shocked face as they looked up into Kagome's eyes. Kagome looked down with a smile on her face.

 

“Hello brother, it's so nice to see you again,” exclaimed Kagome.
