I would just like to say, this is my first fic and I welcome flames, just don't make them to harsh ok.

(Kagome and the gang have defeated Naraku, along with the help of Sesshoumaru, who now regards Kagome as a sister, and Rin thinks of her as a mother. Kagome was trained in her miko powers and in weapons by Sesshoumaru.)

 

 

“I'm back!” Kagome shouted. “Where is everyone?” She crept over to the bushes, where she saw a horrible sight, the bodies of all her friends, her second family. “Oh dear god no! She screamed! She looked down at the markings on the bodies; it looked like they had been killed by one of Inu Yasha's attacks. “No!” she screamed! Why the hell did you kill them! Why, my brothers, Sesshoumaru, Miroku. My sister, Sango.” “Momma!Help me!” She heard Shippo scream in the distance. “Shippo, no!” Kagome screamed as she ran towards his desperate cries for help.When she got there, she saw Inu Yasha standing over Shippo's dead body, grinning. “Inu Yasha, why!?” Kagome shouted. Because they were dear to you, and I wanted you to suffer as much as you could before I killed you.” Inu Yasha grinned sadistically. “No! I will not let you kill me! GO TO HELL INU YASHA!” Kagome screamed as she lifted her hands and purified Inu Yasha. Kagome heard whimpering behind her. “Mama” Rin cried. “Mama, he killed everyone!” “I know baby, I know” Kagome said as she lifted Rin up. “Come on, let's go bury our family, and pray for their souls.” As she buried the last people on Earth who cared about her, Kaogme let a lone tear fall. “Come on baby” she said, lets go home. She gathered up the last gifts from her friends, Sango's Hirokaitsu, Miroku's staff, Sesshoumaru's swords, and Shippo's tops. As she and Rin jumped into the well, the light was red and suffocating, instead of the usual blue. Kagome could feel herself changing, becoming colder like Sesshoumaru, kinder, Like Miroku, and braver like her sister, Sango. She also became a Kitsune, a sign of her bond with her son. The trip through the well was finally over, and as she looked around, she noticed that they were no longer in either of the Era's she called home, but somewhere new.
