Chapter 41 Invasion on the Leaf part 1

Fire Country somewhere in the forest

 

 

 

The four ninjas were jumping from one tree branch to another, they had no choice but to go on a fast pace time was definitely not on their side not after what Anko told them. They couldn't believe that the leaf village was under attack there was a sudden silence after Anko's announcement neither of them said a word. However Kakashi was the one who was getting curious to find out how the village was suddenly attack.

 

“Anko how did it happened?” Kakashi said breaking the silence the rest of the ninjas looked at the snake mistress

 

Anko shook her head” I…..I don't know we didn't saw it coming they just came out of nowhere”

 

“They?” Sakura said puzzle

 

Anko growl without looking at them” sound ninjas”

 

“I knew it” Kakashi said not sounding surprise

 

Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura were shock at the revelation

 

“It….it can't be” Naruto said shock

 

Sasuke growled (so Orochimaru is still alive I thought for sure that Naruto killed him with that rasengan)

 

“So how did they attack?” Sakura said

 

“I would like to know as well Konoha is one of the strongest ninja villages with the offense and defense” Kakashi said

 

“Like I said they just appeared out of nowhere they really took us by surprise” Anko said

 

“A teleportation jutsu?” Sasuke said

 

“Most likely” Anko said” but there was something strange about them”

 

“What do you mean?” Sakura said

 

“Before I left the village to look for you guys I saw them and there was something wrong with them they didn't look human” Anko said

 

“Not human” Kakashi said” this could be Orochimaru's doing”

 

“Yeah it must be one of his crazy experiments(that bastard)” Anko said

 

“Then lets go we have to stop them before the village gets heavily damage” Kakashi said

 

The ninjas nodded and continue their way back to the village

 

Anko curse(damn even at the speed were going its gonna take us a while to return to the village)

 

Naruto growl(damn I can't believe Orochimaru is still alive everyone please hang on were coming)

 

He began to think about his friends back at the village Konohamaru, Moegi, Udon, Iruka, Teuchi his daughter Ayame, Tsunade, Shizune and the rest of his friends of the rookie nine. He began to grow worry for all of them and right now the only thing that he could think about was to save his friends, he then got a vision of his friends at the village the precious people that have accepted him for who he is. Before he realized it the vision of his friends were replace by a vision of him holding Hotaru when he left Tokyo he remember her face full of tears. He felt his heart break at the sight of the girl that he loves sobbing because of his absence he was so caught up in his thinking that he wasn't watching the road ahead.

 

“NARUTO WATCH OUT” Sakura shouted

 

Naruto snap back to reality to look a the road ahead but it was too late

 

WHAM

 

Naruto hit the incoming tree face first, the rest of the ninjas stop even how serious the situation was Anko couldn't help but laugh the same with Sasuke Kakashi just shook his head while Sakura was sighing.

 

“Come on dobe now its not the time to goof off” Sasuke said while pilling Naruto from the tree

 

“Ouch” Naruto said while snapping from his daze he then gasp” that's right the village we have to go come on”

 

The ninjas nodded and continue to jump from branch to branch

 

(Don't worry everyone were coming so hold on) Naruto thought as he jump from a branch to another

 

 

 

Konoha(village center)

 

 

 

Konoha the village hidden in the leaves wasn't so peaceful like its usually to, the village was now in constant fighting with the mysterious sound ninjas. Every location of the village was cover by the army of sound ninjas who attack the village in a surprised attack. However Konoha wasn't going to give up se easily every Jounin, Chunin and Ambu were fighting the threat, the whole village was now in full alert. All village civilians were have already evacuated living the village streets deserted only the fighting of the Konoha ninjas against the sound ninjas were invisible. Team nine who were compoused of Shikamaru, Ino and Chouji along with their Jounin instructor Sarutobi Asuma were running the streets looking for any sound ninjas that were in the way. Taking another in a corner they were greeted by a group of sound ninjas, Asuma used his wind blades to slice the sound ninjas in half while Chouji stretch his arm hitting the ninjas Ino threw a explosive kunai taking the group completely.

 

“There goes another group of sound ninjas down” Asuma said

 

“This is a real drag we just recently got back from a mission and now the village gets attack can things get any more tr” Shikamaru was cut off by Ino who cover his mouth with her hand

 

“Don't say that it may come true” Ino said taking her hand off

 

“So what are we going to do now?” Chouji said

 

“We continue searching for any sound ninjas the village have become into a battlefield so we have to be on guard” Asuma said

 

The three nodded Shikamaru gave a thoughtful while looking around the village Asuma notice his look and smirk” Shikamaru you thinking what Im thinking?”

 

Shikamaru nodded” yeah this whole attack is strange”

 

“What do you mean strange this is all Orochimaru's doing so why are you saying its strange?” Ino said

 

“Take a look around you there are no buildings damage or destroyed, the sound ninjas invaded a few hours ago” Shikamaru said

 

“Right now normally in a regular attack the fist objective in a invasion is to destroy any building in sight especially the buildings that holds the power of the village and other important buildings like the Hokage Tower and the Ambu headquarters but those buildings are still standing and no other building has been attack if Orochimaru wanted to attack this village he would destroy anything on sight like last time at the Chunin exams” Asuma said

 

“And there's also something strange about those sound ninjas or maybe it's just my imagination” Shikamaru said

 

“We should go there might be more sound ninjas up ahead” Chouji said

 

“Right lets go” Asuma said

 

The four ninjas continue to run in the streets

 

 

 

Hokage Tower(roof)

 

 

 

Tsunade looked ahead to where the scenery of the whole village she could see the many sound ninjas attacking for far away, she clench her fist in anger she couldn't believe that once again Konoha was under attack by Orochimaru she tighten her fist releasing that the last time Orochimaru attack the village her sensei the late Third Hokage die protecting the village. She vow as Hokage that she would protect this village with her life just like the Third and the Fourth, suddenly Shizune came with TonTon and Iruka Tsunade turn around to meet them.

 

“Iruka what's the situation of the village?” Tsunade said in a worry tone

 

“There hasn't been any serious destruction at all and as for the civilians we have already finish gathering the women and children to the shelters behind the Hokage stone faces” Iruka said

 

Tsunade sighed in relief” good” she then gave a worry looked (no serious damage what's going on?)

 

A Jounin then appeared he had a blue bandana covering his head he had short brown hair and brown eyes and he had a toothpick in his mouth.

 

“Genma?” Shizune said

 

“Genma has there been any casualties so far?” Tsunade said worry

 

“So far no but” Genma paused getting the attention of Tsunade, Shizune and Iruka” there hasn't been casualties or serious injuries but we have a case of people becoming weak like they're energy has been stolen”

 

Tsunade blink along with Shizune and Iruka

 

“Energy drain?” Tsunade said confused

 

Genma nodded” according to the report from the hospital some Ambu and chunins have been victims of this energy drain and it seems they became like this after encountering the sound ninjas”

 

Tsunade gasp along with Shizune

 

“You don't mean they could be the source of the energy drain?” Shizune said shock

 

“Most likely” Genma said

 

“I see” Tsunade said still shock” Genma go back to the village and help any ninja who's having trouble fighting the sound ninjas and also if you find anyone else in the same condition as the rest bring to them hospital”

 

Genma nodded

 

“One more thing Genma” Tsunade said” any word from Anko?”

 

Genma shook his head” no she hasn't return yet”

 

“I see carry on then” Tsunade

 

Genma nodded and vanish an Ambu wearing a cat mask appeared” Hokagesama we have already heavily guarded the hospital and the tower the sound ninjas will have to get trough us to get here”

 

“Send your men to confront the sound ninjas in the center of the village” Tsunade said

 

“What but Hokagesama if we do that the sound ninjas might come here” the Ambu ninja said

 

“Let them come here I will handle them myself” Tsunade said in a serious tone

 

“Yes Hokagesama” the Ambu ninja said before disappearing

 

“Iruka go back to the shelter make sure no sound ninjas enter the shelter I already send Ambu ninjas to guard the entrance to the shelter but it never hurts to be on high alert” Tsunade said

 

“Yes Hokagesama” Iruka said before leaving

 

“Tsunadesama are you really going to handle the sound ninjas on your own?” Shizune said worry

 

“No you will help me” Tsunade said” and besides Im in a bad mood and right now Im feeling like killing someone what better way than to relieve my stress than killing some of Orochimaru's ninjas”

 

Shizune sweat dropped(whoa Tsunadesama is really angry I hope she doesn't end up destroying the Tower)

 

Tsunade went back to look at the village in the distance(sound ninjas with the ability to steal energy what kind of crazy experiments have you been doing Orochimaru?)

 

 

 

Training Grounds

 

 

 

Another sound ninja was send flying by one of Maito Gai's kicks the rest of his team have already disposed some of them Lee came to his sensei's side.

 

“Oh Gai sensei that was amazing the springtime of youth flows deep with in you” Lee said while his eyes were burning

 

Gai gave him a smile while giving him a thumbs up” well of course what would you expect from the master” his smile gave a small shine

 

“Is that all of them?” TenTen said

 

“No here they come more of them” Neji said with his byakugan on

 

A dozen of sound ninjas came they all charge at them, Neji used his eight trigrams sixty four palms to hit a couple of sound ninjas while Gai and Lee tag team and used their fast taijutsu to stop more of them TenTen used her bo staff to eliminate the remaining ninjas. Only one sound ninja remained he suddenly shouted a loud shriek causing the leaf ninjas to cover their ears after the shriek stop more ninjas came they were over fifty.

 

“What just happened?” Lee said

 

“It seems they have the ability to call for more of their kind” Neji said while looking at them with his byakugan

 

“Their kind?” TenTen said puzzle

 

“They are not human I don't know what they are but they remind me of the soldiers we fought at the north pole” Neji said

 

“Does this mean we won't be able to defeat them unless we defeat the leader?” Lee said

 

“That something I don't know” Neji said

 

“Here they come team get ready” Gai said

 

“Let me handle this” TenTen said taking the big scroll from her back and putting it on the ground

 

The three ninjas gasp and took their distance from their kunoichi teammate TenTen threw the big scroll in the air.

 

DOUBLE DRAGON SCATTERING DESTRUCTION

 

From the big scroll came a rain of kunais, shurikens and daggers hitting all of the sound ninjas in the way the three ninjas went to Tenten side while the whole training ground was full of ninja weapons.

 

“Way to go TenTen the spring time of youth flows strong within you” Gai said giving her a thumbs up and a smile with a small shine making TenTen sweat dropped

 

“I guess that take care of the sound ninjas here” Neji said

 

“What should we do now?” Lee said

 

“We should go and check the other training grounds if there anymore of them LETS GO TEAM GAI” Gai said

 

The three ninjas nodded and vanish leaving the training ground

 

 

 

Training ground number 47(The Forest of Death)

 

 

Team eight along with their Jounin Kurenai were jumping from one tree branch to another they were being followed by a couple of sound ninjas little did they know that team eight knew they were being followed. The team stop and were ambush by the sound ninjas but suddenly team eight vanish in plain sight leaving the sound ninjas open for an attack.

 

“NOW” Kurenai shouted

 

Team eight came from their hiding place Hinata use Huyga style taijutsu while Kiba and Akamaru tackle them getting rib of the sound ninjas.

 

Kiba smirk” with Kurenai sensei things aren't always what they see”

 

“There still another one” Kurenai said pointing to the sound ninja

 

The sound ninja did a loud shriek making them cover their ears, after the shriek more sound ninjas came.

 

“Ah great there's even more of them now” Kiba said while Akamaru was growling at them

 

“Here they come” Hinata said looking at the charging sound ninjas heading their way

 

“Leave them to me” Shino said as he raised his hands revealing a large amount of insects forming a very large wall Shino let the barrier of insects fall on the sound ninjas.

 

“Its over my insects will eat your chakra along with your energy” Shino said

 

In a couple of minutes the insects were done with sound ninjas and the only thing that remained of the sound ninjas was nothing but dust.

 

“Whoa don't mess with Shino's bugs” Kiba said in awe

 

“Shinokun did you did this to them” Hinata said looking at the large pile of dust with her byakugan

 

“No” Shino said calmly

 

“I believe Shino there's something not right about these sound ninjas” Kurenai said

 

Hinata gasp” there not human”

 

“What do you mean Hinata?” Kiba said

 

“Their chakra is not normal and they don't have any chakra points at all” Hinata said with her byakugan on

 

“Orochimaru's experiments” Kurenai said as she check on the distance of the forest” Kiba can you smell them?”

 

Kiba sniff and nodded” yeah there's more of them up ahead”

 

“How many Hinata?” Kurenai said

 

“There's plenty of them above thirty but there some of them are hiding in the trees” Hinata said

 

“Obviously to ambush us” Shino said

 

Kurenai nodded” lets go well ambush them instead”

 

The three ninjas nodded and vanish

 

 

 

Village center

 

 

 

Asuma and his team were still running the streets of the village so far they have fought over ten sound ninjas, when they took another turn in the streets they saw Genma looking at a bunch of leaf chunins who were unconscious on the ground or worst.

 

“Genma?” Asuma said

 

Genma looked to the Asuma and his team” Im too late”

 

The ninjas were shock

 

“They're dead” Shikamaru said

 

“No they are still alive but their energy have been drain” Genma said

 

The ninjas blink” what do you mean drain of their energy?” Asuma said

 

“It seems that's the ability of the sound ninjas they can drain anyone's energy” Genma said

 

Shikamaru gave a thoughtful looked” so they have the same ability as Shino's insects how troublesome”

 

“What are you going to do Genma?” Asuma said

 

“Im going to take them to the hospital they should be returning to normal once they rest” Genma said

 

“Well help you carry them” Ino said

 

The rest of the leaf ninjas nodded in agreement each of them took the bodies of the exhausted chunins after they carry all of them they left towards the hospital.

 

 

 

Elsewhere

 

 

 

A large group of Ambu ,chunins and Jounins were standing on guard at the entrance to the shelter behind the Hokage rock faces where the Konoha civilians were hiding from the attacking sound ninjas. Among them were Iruka and Ebisu they continue to watch over the entrance.

 

Iruka looked worry(I wonder how everyone is doing back at the village and I wonder if Naruto has return?)

 

Suddenly from above them sound a large group of sound ninjas arrived, all of the ninjas attack them. The battle became equally sound ninjas and leaf ninjas were falling of course the leaf ninjas have their energy drain because of the sound ninjas abilities.

 

“Everyone try to avoid being touch by them or you will lose your energy” Iruka said as he dodge an attack the sound ninja with his kunai

 

The ninjas continue to fight as they considered Iruka's warning the battle was even more Ambu, chunins and Jounins were becoming victims of energy drain but more sound ninjas were falling. Out of nowhere a bunch of kunais fall straight at the sound ninjas Iruka lokked at the direction where the kunais came and saw Konohamaru, Moegi and Udon in fighting stances.

 

“Lets get them guys” Konohamaru said

 

“NO stay out of this leave this to the chunins, Jounins and Ambu's” Iruka said

 

“That's right Konohamaru go back with the rest of the civilians” Ebisu said

 

Konohamaru growl” No way I couldn't do anything the last time they attack the village not to mention that my Grampa was killed so this time I will help to protect the village”

 

“Me too” Moegi said

 

“The same with me” Udon said

 

Ebisu couldn't help but smile at his student's reaction(like his grandfather he has inherited the will of fire and no doubt that Naruto has an influence on him)

 

“I know what you guys are trying to do but please you'll be safer if you go back with the rest of the village” Iruka said

 

“We have already have made of our minds were going to stay and fight lets do it guys well beat them with our secret weapon” Konohamaru said his two teammates nodded

 

Ebisu freak out(OH NO IT CAN'T BE)

 

The three ninjas made a hand seal

 

TRANSFORM

 

A large cloud of smoke appear, when the smoke clear out the three ninjas have change into three beautiful naked girls which got a huge reaction from the leaf ninjas as Iruka and Ebisu were the first to fall to the ground and have a nose bleed follow by the chunins the Jounins and even some of the Ambu even with their masks on they couldn't hide their nosebleed. Something shocking has happened the sound ninjas however they weren't affected by the ninjas sexy jutsu they just stood there like emotionless dolls with no life at all.

 

The three naked girls change back to their original form and they were very shock at the sight of the sound ninjas.

 

“Oh no Konohamarukun they weren't affected by our sexy jutsu” Moegi said

 

“Yeah who are these guys” Udon said

 

Konohamaru gasp” I don't believe it you…..you guys are not human”

 

By now Iruka had gotten back to his feet he was cleaning his nosebleed with a piece of cloth(Konohamaru is right anyone should at lest be affected by that……ahem jutsu I mean even the third fell for Naruto's sexy jutsu but these guys they are different, these sound ninjas are different from the ones that attack the village three years)

 

The sound ninjas charge at them the recovering chunins and Jounins have gotten back to their feets and started to fight them, Konohamaru, Moegi and Udon took kunais from their hostlers.

 

“Well if they are unaffected by our sexy jutsu well have to fight them for real” Konohamaru said

 

“Im with you Konohamarukun” Moegi said

 

“Lets do it for the village” Udon said

 

Iruka and Ebisu sighed

 

“There's nothing we can't do Iruka Konohamaru wants to fight for the village and his willing to die for it like a true ninja would” Ebisu said

 

“He reminds me so much of Naruto” Iruka said

 

“That's because he's Konohamaru inspiration, Naruto has influenced him to fight and protect the village and I couldn't be any proud of it after all Naruto is the legacy of the hero of the village” Ebisu said

 

Iruka blink” what….what do you mean by that Ebisu?”

 

“We have no time for talk its time to fight” Ebisu said as he charge at the sound ninjas with Konohamaru, Moegi and Udon

 

Iruka follow Ebisu with a thoughtful look on his face

 

(Ebisu what did you meant by that?) Iruka thoughtful

 

 

 

Hokage's Tower

 

 

 

A large group of sound ninjas have arrived at the Hokage's Tower however they were no army of leaf ninjas not even an army of Ambu to stop them from getting to the Tower, but in front of them stood two figures none other than the Fifth Hokage herself Tsunade and her assistant Shizune with TonTon on her side.

 

Tsunade grin” well what do we have here Shizune its Orochimaru's welcoming committee unfortunately you're not welcome in this village the same with your master you have come to attack the wrong village and that makes me very angry” she started cracking her knuckles” now Im going to beat your asses and send you all back to the sound village, get ready Shizune”

 

“Yes Tsunadesama” Shizune said getting into a fighting stance along with TonTon

 

The sound ninjas weren't affected by Tsunade's threat instead they charge at her and Shizune at high speed.

 

 

 

Chunin exam Stadium(roof)

 

 

 

At the exact roof where Orochimaru and the Third Hokage fought three years ago an Ambu black op with a cat mask on with a horizontal blue line on the mask stood still looking at the invaded village.

 

He chuckle evilly” good everything is going according to plan”

Sorry if this chapter was short but I have lots of ideas for the second part and I couldn't add then in this chapter so please send me your comments and your reviews. In the next chapter familiar faces will be appearing but are they good or are they evil find out in the next chapter farewell. I don't think Iruka knows that Naruto is the son of the Fourth so Im gonna make him like he doesn't know.
