Naako: Ok guy's here's another chapter I hope you guys will like. Even though I am getting a little discouraged from the lack of reviews, there are still people out there reading this so I shall continue as long as I can.

Chapter 6 : A Stroll Through the Park and Exciting News

When morning rolled around, Kurama got up and headed to the bathroom. When he was all clean up and ready for the days events, he saw Akira sitting patiently on the bed. He let a small smile on his face and walked up to him.

"Well how about we go see if Yukina is up yet?" he picked him up and left the room. He walked by her room and noticed her door was open but she wasn't in there. He then walked passed the bathroom and heard her in there.

"Yukina, are you alright?" he questioned her
"Yes I'm fine just a little morning sickness. It should be gone within the next week" she reassured him.
"Alright then how about I go get started on breakfast" he then left the bathroom door and went into the kitchen. He put Akira on the chair at set work to cooking. His mind then slowly started to drift to Hiei and hoping that Koenma would have some information soon.

Yukina came into the kitchen not to long after and Kurama had finished making breakfast.
"Koenma should stop by sometime this morning to give us some information about their disappearances" Kurama told her.

"Oh really well that's good news, I can't wait to have them back" she gave him a small smile
"Yeah I know what you mean" the both laughed a little. After breakfast, he let Yukina help him clean the dishes, as she kept insisting on helping. The two the went into the living room to figure out what to do today.

"So what do you think we should do today?" he asked her
"I don't know I feel like I want to stay inside today" she told him
"Alright if that is what you want to do, maybe we can watch a couple of movies" he suggested.

"That sounds like a good idea" then she thought about something "Hey Kurama, would you mind going to the store I kind of have a craving for ice cream?" she asked
"Of course I can go. Any particular flavor in mind?"

"Umm how about Rocky Road I want chocolate" she giggled.
"Alright I'll be back in 10 minutes. If Koenma stops by while I'm gone, can you tell him to wait for me?"
"No problem" she said and he went to get his keys and headed to the store.

*~*In Konoha*~*
Sasuke, Naruto and Hiei had finished breakfast and was just relaxing on couch. Hiei had finally calmed down after his episode and was laying on the couch.

"Today seems like a nice day. How about we go for walk?" Naruto suggested
"Getting out of the house does seem like a good idea." Sasuke agreed. So the three got ready for a walk around the village and maybe even go to the park.

Hiei pulled his cloak over his stomach to make sure it didn't show. Just by first glance, you couldn't tell but upon closer inspection, one would question it. Once ready, they headed out. Hiei's waddling didn't go unnoticed by some people but no one dare say anything.

They stopped every now and then for Hiei to rest. It really was a nice day and they decided to just head to the park. Naruto even wanted to challenge Sasuke to fight later that day but knowing he was pregnant, he didn't want to fight him. Naruto of course didn't like that but understood that is was for the best.

They all sat on a bench and just enjoyed the nature around them, that is until a certain pink haired person walk up to them.
"Hey Sasuke-kun, Naruto-kun who's your friend here? He doesn't seem like he's from around here?" she questioned.

"Well Sakura-chan this is Hiei, Hiei this is Sakura" he pointed back an forth introducing them.
"It's nice to meet you" she held out here hand and he just stared at her. Did she really expect to him to shake her hand. Upon seeing he wasn't going to shake her hand, she withdrew it.

"Ahh well what brings you to the park toady?" Naruto asked
"Well I was just taking a stroll just to get out of the house and I spotted you three" she smiled. Truefully she had gotten over her life long crush on Sasuke and decided to try dating other guys. But sometimes she still annoyed the living hell out of Sasuke.

"I actually just ran into Kakashi-sensei and he said we have a mission next week. So I thought I'd tell you that" she gave them another smile. Of course Sasuke, being even more protective over Naruto then he was before he was pregnant, didn't want him to go.

"Thanks Sakura-chan for telling us that" said Naruto
"Your welcome" she smiled "So how long are you guys staying out here?" she wondered
"Umm I really don't know actually" he said honestly. He looked between Sasuke and Hiei

"I guess when ever they want to leave is when we leave" she laughed
"Oh alright, well I ought to be going I'll see you around bye" she waved at them and was off on her way.
"That woman I tell you sometimes..." Sasuke trailed off

"Yeah but she's family" Naruto laughed
"Is she really?" Hiei questioned
"Haha no not really, when have just been through a lot of tough times that makes us a family" Hiei just nodded at the explaination.

"I think we should get some ice cream" Naruto suggested
"Sounds good to me" said Sasuke of course he wasn't going to get any since he doesn't like sweets. Inside, Hiei was excited to get his sweet snow but then thoughts of Kurama started rushing through his head, and made him sad. Naruto noticed this and wondered what was wrong.

"Hiei are you alright?" he asked concerned
"Yes I'm fine just some thoughts that's all" he told them
"Do you want to talk about it?" Naruto wanted to make sure he really was okay

"No its alright, just thoughts about Kurama" he looked at them
"Okay, well if you ever want to talk about it, then where here you know" he reassured him.
"Thanks" he really did think that they were good people. They have done so much for him, and they barely even know him.

The three of them went to one of the ice cream stands to get a nice cold treat.
"What kind do you want?" Sasuke asked looking at both of them
"I'll take vanilla" Hiei told him
"And I'll take chocolate" Naruto told him happily. Sasuke order the ice cream cones and paid for them.

"Why aren't you eating any ice cream?" Hiei questioned
"I don't really like sweets, it's just the way I've always been" he shrugged it off as nothing. Hiei wasn't going to pry on the subject anymore and left it at that. The group then started to head back to the house while eating their ice cream.

*~*With Kurama*~*
He arrived at the store and got the ice cream Yukina had requested and a couple of other things that might be good for a movie. Once paid for, he headed back to the house. When he got into the house Koenma had indeed stopped by and waited just like Yukina had asked him to.

"Hello Kurama" Koenma looked at him
"Ah Koenma thanks for waiting" he went into the kitchen to put the bags down. When he came back out, they all sat on the couches to hear what he had to tell them.

"Well for starters how are you doing this morning?" he asked
"I'm doing okay I guess and your self?" he asked the question back
"I've been better" they laughed

"So last night when you had called me, I made sure it was late enough and sent a couple of my men to check out the front of the house. While they were searching, I looked up a lot of books and read some interesting information." he took a small break to make sure they were following.

"I found a book that had to do with strange disappearances. Some of the cases resulted in multiple people disappearing but then the others would be found when another went missing. My men came back later that night with some information that couldn't be ignored." he looked at both of them

"They found some kind of time rip in space. They couldn't see it but they could feel the energy around the area by the stairs. I then proceeded to look up these rips in space to see if it has to do with the disappearances. I found that it does have to do with them and that we just might be able to get them both back real soon"

Kurama was so stunned and happy at the same time he just stayed quiet and waited for him to finish. Yukina also didn't want to say anything just yet and stayed quiet.

"Now what happens is that, every now and then these rips in space open and people start to disappear. But strangely by the time the 3rd person is gone the first person comes back. Now if that is how this works we need to figure out a way to send at least 2 things through the rip in order to get the other two out."

"Well until you figure that out can I go as the first so I can see Hiei, I miss him soo much and he's almost about to give birth" he really wanted to go
"I don't see why not but what about Yukina?" he quetioned. Then Kurama realized he wasn't the only one missing a loved one.

"I'm sorry Yukina it slipped my mind just that fast" he apologized
"No its okay really. Besides remember what Koenma said?" she asked him. He thought about it then he remembered 'by the time the 3rd person is gone the first person comes back'

"That's right we both will be able to see them" he was happy that she was going to be able to see Kuwabara and that he would see Hiei.

"Kurama you won't be able to go until tomorrow just to make sure nothing goes wrong, so make sure you get plenty of rest and I'll be back first thing in the morning before people start to cross" Kurama just thanked him again and Koenma said his good byes before leaving.

"I can't believe we actually figured this out, this is great" said Yukina
"Yeah I know. You still up for movies?" he asked her and she nodded her head. He went into the kitchen to get the ice cream a snacks he bought, while she set up the movie.

"So what movie are we watching?" he asked
"We are going to watch The Lake House" she told him after getting comfortable on the couch. He just let a smile on his face. He knew it was going to be a long night, but decided to make the most of it.
