“Rise and shine,name-san!!!” Kisame bellowed through the apartment. Itachi was shaken by the noise, and fell off the couch. You just woke up to see it, and laughed. You stood up and greeted your room mate. “What's up?” you said rubbing the corners of your eyes. “What's up is, we're going to begin training today.” You yawned. “Can we eat first?” “Why?” “Because I'm hungry!” Kisame sighed. “I'm a bit starving, too.” Itachi came out of nowhere, and started shoving you into the kitchen. “Do it…” You stood at the stove with a blank look on your face. You glance at Kisame and Itachi. They were staring at you hoping you'll fix up something. “Okay… when's the cooking gonna start!?” Kisame said impatiently. “Dude! I can't cook! I'm terrible at it!” “But you're a woman!” “But you're a man!” you mocked. Itachi chuckled to himself. “Name has a point…” Itachi gave up, as he lay back on the couch sleeping. Kisame frowned. “Fine, let's go.” He headed out the door. “Now?” you turned to Itachi. He was hunched over the floor, trying to reach the couch. “But what about--” “He'll be fine. Trust me.” You yawned and trailed behind Kisame out the door. The two of you headed to the empty dojo he promised to take you. Kisame looked disappointed when he saw it. “We should just train outside.” You stood in front of him anxiously on the green grass. He grinned. “Let's begin.” You were about to punch his face, until he grabbed your wrist forcefully. “Whoa! What are you doing?” “I thought you said you were gonna train me!” “Yeah, but training doesn't mean beat the crap out of the opponent until he bleeds!” He scolded. “It seems like it…!” You held your hands as your sides. Kisame looked at your wounded leg. “Hm… what's this?” He picked something off of its bandages. He held the object up so you could see it--- a paper butterfly. “Konan!” “She must have been keeping track of you…” Kisame stated. He grabbed your hand and put the origami in it. “You shouldn't….” Kisame put his finger over your mouth. “You sure do talk a lot... Don't worry. Konan has eyes like a hawk. She probably knows where we are by now…” he assured you. You sighed. “Now, we're going to start with a few… breathing exercises…” Kisame walked away from you. “Ha, that's it? This'll be eas-” You were cut off from the large amounts of ocean water splashing in your face. The piece of paper flew out of your hand, as you choked. Soon the water reached above your head, as you sunk down to the surface. You hear Kisame's voice: “Last time you didn't sit so well with being underwater for a certain amount of time. By the end of this lesson, I want you to be able to play poker down there! You understand, kid?!!” Your eyes widened. “Is he serious?!” You tried to swim up to the surface, but he forced the current down upon you until you reached the sea floor. You were certain you were going to die this time. You shut your eyes trying to create some sort of breathing mechanism. Your chest started glowing a light blue color. Before you knew it, you were able to breathe. You inhaled the air as you gazed around the water for a while. The whole time you were concentrating you were hoping to execute an earth technique, so you could show off to Deidara. After thirty-three minutes, you rose from the water calmly standing by Kisame. “Wow, I thought you drowned or something. How'd you do it?” “I don't know, I concentrated my chakra to my lungs, I guess. The rest was just luck.” Kisame patted your head. “No, that wasn't luck. You used a wind jutsu to help you breathe.” He lifted your chin, analyzing your neck. “It's almost as if you had gills!” Your hopes were shattered, as you slumped onto the ground. “Hm? What's wrong?” Kisame sat by you. “Heh, you expected an earth jutsu, didn't you….” You nodded slowly. Kisame sighed. “You know, you need to grow up, name.” your heart stopped. “…Deidara… he's still growing up, himself…He's too worked up in his art to pay attention to anything. Let alone, you…” your eyes watered up by his harsh words. “How did he know about that... ” Kisame stood up. “In this world, there's no time for `love interests'…” you wiped away a tear, and looked up. Kisame swiftly swung his sword at you, causing you leap up in the air to dodge it. You stared at him in shock, hanging onto a tree branch. “Now it's time to get serious…”
