Naruto Fan Fiction ❯ Deeper Than Blood ❯ Chapter 3

Sasuke and I walk home to find an empty house. He shoots me strange look and I get this weird feeling in my stomach that tells me something is really wrong. It's dark inside and we walk slowly. The eerie silence scares me so I take his hand and strangely he doesn't pull away.

 

When we get to our parents' room, I think I screams inside. I told myself, I had to be imagining things.

 

“Don't come in!” A voice screamed from inside.

 

Sasuke opened the door, his hands trembling. We watch helplessly as Itachi finish killing off our parents. Sasuke barges in with tears in his eyes. And his lips are moving but I can't seem to hear anything. Everything around me seems to be frozen in time including my mind which is not working.

 

Itachi and Sasuke exchange words and after that Itachi get this look in his eyes and his eye change completely and I'm scare he'll hurt Sasuke but also scared that he'll hurt me. Fear.

 

Just like that my mind is suddenly working and I rush to his side even though I'm scared. But it's too late. Sasuke is trembling in fear and too lost in his own world. It's those eyes.

 

When Itachi looked at me, I thought the same thing would happen to me. But instead the last thing I see is a phoenix, the one I saw in my dream. Crimson eyes somehow reverted back to onyx. That's the last thing I remember before falling into darkness.
