Man it seems like forever ago that I started this story, and I still have such a long way to go, but I’m glad that I finally got here, the final chapter of Eyes piercing the darkness, I’m glad you all stuck with me this long and I hope you’ll return for Heavens, and the two omake chapters of this as well, I’ll be writing those and Heavens at the same time, anyway. Let the finale begin.

JJ opened his eyes, gazing into the sky in one long glance, reaching down into his pouch to remove two kunai, tossing one to the other hand. Now armed JJ returned his gaze to his opponents, all waiting for his first move, but it seemed their patience had reached an end. Slowly they began to advance, and quickly JJ dropped into a ready stance and launched his kunai into the feet of Aristam, pinning him to the ground, barely allowing time for the man to react, JJ spun forward, slamming his foot into the man’s chest, sending him flying back, ripping the kunai through his feet. With lightning quick reflexes, JJ flipped back away before a fist came down for him, the missed blow had been enough the shatter the ground below them, and even with that JJ didn’t falter. With a solid kick back he launched himself at Sinna, slammed his shoulder into her chest and used the resulting impact the push himself back into a roll that helped him narrowly avoid a lash of what appeared to be an elongated arm. JJ flipped back to avoid a second lash, but failed the dodge the third.
Sinna: Got you.
JJ: Tch.

JJ recovered from the attack and ran to the side, circling around the enemies before him, ducking under a flying snake mouth, what appeared to be Kensou, then flipping over another that almost struck him from below. During his flip JJ threw two Kunai into Kensou’s face, knocking him to feet back. Taking advantage of the attack he’d landed JJ ran closer, staying low to the ground as he charged, ending with a straight punch into his stomach, making him double over. Alerted by the change in the wind behind him, JJ placed his foot on Kensou’s shoulder and kicked back, spinning into a back kick that slammed into Aneha’s face, sending her sliding back along the ground, but the moment he landed Insuru, punching for his face, moving to fast for JJ to dodge. Opting instead to block it, JJ lifted his arms in the way of the blow and stopped it from landing, but couldn’t stop the second blow coming for his stomach. With his guard broken, Insuru followed up with an uppercut, then two lifting kicks, knocking JJ into the air a few feet., and he grabbed onto his leg and tossed him to the side, however before he could even react to the assault Sinna slammed her fist into his face, drilling him into the dirt below.
Mika: Norugi-kun!

She shouted in worry, but the next moment JJ grabbed onto Sinna’s arm and pulled his lower body up,  slamming his feet into her face, sending her sprawling back, freeing him from her grasp. JJ hadn’t taken many hit, but when he stood, he was leaking blood from his mouth, no doubt from internal bleeding. They were playing with him; they could’ve killed him if they wanted to, but he knew that it wasn’t going to be that simple. After wiping the blood from his mouth he used it as a base when forming his next seals forming a large lance of red chakra in his hand and launched it into the chest of the first person he saw, this being Kensou, who barely tried to dodge the attack and instead took it head-on. After the impact, the force of it dragged him along the ground, however he stomped his feet into the ground and killed the momentum of the attack rolling to his feet with the lance still impaled through him.
Kensou: Whoa there kid, trying to take me out?

He said trying the pull the weapon from his stomach, however the second he touched it, it began to glow an ominous color.
Insuru: This is going to hurt brother.
Kensou: Yeah, I know.

He said closing his eyes, and sure enough not long after, the resulting explosion blow his upper half apart, leaving nothing but a stomp, slowly healing to it’s original state.
JJ: Guess it was too much to ask for that to kill him.

JJ lowered himself close to the ground, preparing to move at anytime an attack could come at him.

Flash

Naruto was playing for keeps, there was no way he was going to let Orochimaru survive this battle. With JJ locked in that shield and the Orochi held in there with him, he knew he had to make this fast, but there was one big problem with that. He’d seen Orochimaru fight, but he’d never seen his full power, no doubt Orochimaru had seen his though.
Orochimaru: Are you worried about that boy? Needless, he’s not going to make it out of there, and neither will you.
Naruto: You’re underestimating the power we have.

Naruto said making his way forward at a brisk pace.
Orochimaru: No, I just leave little room for error in my plans, and right now, you’re falling right into the palm of my hand.
Naruto: Then why don’t I show you how feeble your hands are.

In  burst of speed Naruto charged forth, effortlessly weaving through the incoming attacks Orochimaru threw at him and slammed his elbow in the snake sennin’s jaw, barely making him move, but with each passing second he held it, red charka spilled from his body until finally he was standing tall with a blood red nine-tailed robe over his back. Naruto, in a flash of god-like speed he slammed his free palm onto his other hand multiplying the force behind his hit several times, sending Orochimaru flying back for what seemed to be miles, but in a fluid grace befitting a snake he flipped back and regained composure on the ground, slithering along it at an impressive speed, gaining ground on Naruto while simultaneously keeping his immediate position unclear. With closed eyes Naruto waited for Orochimaru to get closer and at the right moment he slammed his fist down, crushing into Orochimaru’s face with enough force that it made the very earth beneath them give way to his might. Multiple fissures sprouted throughout the ground for miles however once everything settled, Orochimaru simply looked up, breaking into multiple snakes along the ground that suddenly grew large and rushed toward the young fox demon.
Naruto: Pitiful.

He muttered, barely even trying to move, he ripped through each one in an a single swipe and slammed his hand around the throat of the Orochimaru, pinning him against the wall JJ was now trapped behind, but the moment he went in for the final blow Orochimaru’s hand slammed into his face, somehow managing to crush his nose, even in the form he now held. Naruto slid ten feet back and turned once again to his opponent, with his face instantly healing from the previous attack.
Orochimaru: I think I’ve let you have enough fun don’t you agree.
Naruto: About time you got serious.

He replied, wiping the traces of blood from his face, staring at the wildly morphing form of the snake sennin. Orochimaru slowly lurched forth smiling madly as he approached the young boy, but Naruto stood unafraid, he’d been waiting for this moment to come. Looking at him as he changed, Naruto thought about everything that had happened to this point; his imprisonment, the years in darkness, they ended in him meeting his mother, making friends with the villagers, being found by Hinata and Hanabi. His life could’ve been drastically different if it weren’t for what Orochimaru did, good and bad all started from that. It’d all end here, with the death of the man who started it all.
Naruto: You done?

He asked Orochimaru, standing opposite him wearing a long robe of his own.
Orochimaru: Did I keep you waiting?
Naruto: Yeah I was starting to get impatient.

Naruto replied as he stalked forth.
Naruto: Let’s get this over with.

Naruto kicked back and launching himself at Orochimaru, who did the same and when both collided the impact sent shockwaves through the land, both flashing with the glow of their cloaks. Naruto kicked at Orochimaru’s feet, knocking him slightly of balance, but the moment Naruto tried to follow up that attack Orochimaru rebounded with a kick to his face, each hit sounded not unlike the splitting of lightning furiously striking the ground, yet neither seemed fazed in the slightest. Orochimaru landed to the ground after his hit landed and threw himself into Naruto’s chest, shifting himself into impossible shapes before kicking back and sending Naruto sprawling along the ground. As if the previous blows hadn’t happened Naruto tossed himself back to his feet with one hand and charged forward this time holding both arms out at the ready. Once he had closed the ground on Orochimaru, two Rasengan formed in his hand, each one with enough force to twist the air around it into a maelstrom, Orochimaru had no time to dodge, instead he tried to block it, however that ended poorly, his body twisted and contorted in impossible ways sending blood and body parts flying in every direction. This only proved to be a minor distraction as soon after Orochimaru pulled himself together and locked the meat of his arm around Naruto’s throat, tossing him against the far wall of the barrier the Orochi had formed and locked his fangs into Naruto’s neck, ripping and tearing with everything he had as the intensity of the struggle forced them into their giant forms. Both leaned back against the walls of the barrier encasing JJ and the Orochi heads inside, but before Naruto could pry the fangs from his neck, suddenly a sphere formed within Orochimaru’s mouth and exploded with enough force to send him flying back away from him. Naruto gazed down toward a smiling JJ who quickly turned himself back to the opponents surrounding him, but not before a fist slammed into his face that knocked him back into the outer walls.
JJ: Note to self; don’t turn your back on a snake.

Insuru slowly stalked toward the boy as he struggled to pick himself from the ground.
Insuru: I think that’s a wise lesson to take, you’d better pay attention to the situation you’re in.
JJ: Right, I’ll make sure that you get my full attention from now on.

He said as he jumped to his feet and readied himself for battle, it wasn’t hard to focus on his opponents, the trouble was finding the one reinforcing the seal, or at the very least keep them all busy before they could.
JJ: Easier said, than done.

He muttered to himself, a he threw himself back dodging a low slash Aneha had thrown at him, and soon enough he was being pounced upon by everyone in the shield with him.
JJ: First form (Dragon).

He said in a low whisper, taking on the form of a mighty two legged dragon he grabbed onto the throats of two snakes and flapped his wings, taking off into the air above the approaching few. With a smile he exhaled fire onto the two into his hands and slammed their heads into the ceiling of the barrier, then threw them down at the others and once they hit the ground they exploded as if there were bombs inside their bodies, however even that seemed to be nothing more than a small inconvience to them as mere moments later they managed to reform their bodies together, something that made JJ audibly growl in annoyance.
JJ: (Stay calm, you can’t allow yourself to get ruffled by this.)

He thought to himself, clicked inwardly to create a spark that he ignited on his way down to the ground, created a streak of red flame that shot to each side of his body on impact with the ground, lashing out both hands to each side he formed a funnel for the blaze that shot into the Orochi forms next to him.
JJ: Fire pillar!

He shouted as the flames scorched the enemies before him, but the moment the fire disappeared one of them on the other side formed a seal, and he knew what it was, the barrier had been renewed. Now he needed to last another seven minutes, and if his time was right, he only had about nine minutes of transformation left.
Insuru: Com’n, don’t tell me you’re already starting to lose heart.
JJ: I’m no where near done yet.

He stated as he threw himself forward, but before he could even almost reach the heckler, he was snatched to the ground by two snakes that emerged from the ground.
Insuru: Bro, Sis, thanks for the hand.

He said to the two before him and as JJ struggled to free himself, Insuru and Aristam stood over him, charging some sort of force in their hands.
Insuru: Shall we Brother?
Aristam: Let’s waste no more time.

As the white glowing force grew JJ could feel the urgency of the moment and in desperation he lifted himself, but before he could completely free himself their hands slammed down on him.
Insuru/Aristam: Cross stream: White maelstrom!

JJ slammed in pain as the move finally connected, pushing him down into the ground with force as the white light engulfed the entire barrier in its glow. JJ collapsed smoke rising from his back as the attack simmered in.
Mika: Norugi-kun!
Hinata: Oniichan!

JJ laid unmoving, and Inusru smiled.
JJ: Second form (Behemoth).

He uttered, growing into a giant shelled behemoth, easily breaking free from the two snakes that binded him and aligned himself with Insuru, who whistled into the face of the monster before him. JJ aligned his sharp black horns at him and charged forward, goring him and slamming him into the wall of the barrier, as Aneha leapt above his back coming down with force that would have no doubt crushed through his armor, but before she could JJ leapt up, slamming his shell against her and bashing her into the ceiling of the barrier and then turned, grinding her at the top before falling back down. Using the momentum of the fall he shot down to the ground like a cannonball, crushing three other members of the Orochi under his massive form, however his giant form made him a big target, which is why he’d soon have to ditch it. With a quick spin he flipped his body up and slammed into Kensou crushing him against the side of barrier behind them, then slammed his spiked back down onto Venice grinding him into the ground with everything he had.
Sinna: Bad move flipping yourself upside down turtle boy!

She said coming down for the underside of his belly, but in an unbelievable motion he used his head to spun himself out of the way as a top would across the ground. Unfortunately however, he’d spun himself directly at Aristam’s awaiting fist, as it crushed into the mighty dragon’s face, sending the Behemoth form skidding across the ground as a rock across a lake. JJ dropped his form mid flight and flipped to his feet, wiping away the blood from his mouth resulting from the attack, as he gazed at the opponents slowly advancing and regaining themselves as the moved forward.
JJ: Third form (Tiamat).

JJ flipped backwards into the air, forming into a serpentine dragon. With a wide toothy smile as he coiled his lengthy tail under his torso.
JJ: Simoun!

He shouted, igniting a massive fireball that seemed to be carried by the wind around in a circle pushing back all the of the surrounding enemies that seemed to be closing in at rapid speed, however shortly after the attack landed, they were back after him, as if the effort put forth meant nothing. The ground had been overtaken by the sight of moving shadows rushing along to just below the hovering dragon, but JJ was prepared for any attack they could be planning. In complete sync, each of the seven Orochi jumped into the air, aiming at a single location, however when they did JJ dived down, whiping his tail onto the Insuru’s leg as he flew toward the wall on the far left.
Sensou: Onii-chan, what are you doing?
Insuru: Going for a little ride, I’ll be back in a minute.

He shouted back, almost as if mocking JJ’s efforts, and in retaliation JJ’s tail lashed forward, slamming his head against the wall, momentarily disorienting him, before dragging him up to his own face, Reaching back he charged a blast into his right hand, preparing to drill a yellow lightning bolt through Insuru’s chest, but the moment he opened his mouth the scream the incantation Insuru, shrunk down to the size of a normal snake and flew down JJ’s throat, with a cackle. Suddenly extremely panicked, JJ pulled him out with all his might before the snake demon could return to full size and burst through his body, and whipped him to the side, slamming the now charged blast into Insuru’s chest, crushing through his body, sending his pulpy form falling back down to the ground below in a heap.
JJ: That was too close.

He muttered silently, sweating heavily as he watched the Orochi heads slowly gather below him, all too ready to pounce for him in the air. Their numbers and durability was proving to be more of a problem than he'd orignally thought, not that he expected this to be easy, but now things were strating to look bleak, if he didn't figure out some sort of strategy this fight was going to last long. JJ sighed whipping his tail into a coil poiinting toward the center of the gathering opposition and began to chant.
JJ: The least I can do is keep them apart.

He thought aloud as the Orochi finally starting to jump for him, but before they could reach he thrust down his hand.
JJ: Typhoon!

He roared, creating a fierce wind to tear through the enemies below and launch them all in different directions, it was a wide attack, just the one he needed to reach them all, but not enough to actually cause any lasting damage. After pushing himself away from the struggling crowd using the momentum of his attack, he readied himself for his next attack, but before he could Sinna latched onto the back of his neck, seemingly coming out of nowhere, he didn't even sense her approach.
Sinna: Hey dragon boy, you realize how pointless this is yet? How about this, if you can survive long enough I'll tell you a little secret about me before I kill you.
JJ: I don't care about any of you.

He breathed trying desperately to shake off the woman on his back. Gazing down to see Insuru re-instate the seal below him with a smile, which made JJ growl in frustration.
Sinna: The timer is ten minutes, but be warned, we're not going to hold back on you anymore. Do hold out, I eagerly desire to see your reaction.

She cooed into his ear before placing her hand squarely on his back, and channeled white lightning through his body, in that one instant JJ now knew exactly what he was dealing with, surviving long enough for the sheild to diminish was going to be a far more tasking effort than he'd originally thought, and that realization was voiced loudly by the ear piercing roar he let out on the attack's impact Once Sinna let go the mighty dragon shot the ground like a rocket shrinking a changing back to to normal with every passing second. JJ crashed into the ground and skidded across the ground.
Mika: Norugi-kun!

As if jolted back to life, JJ threw himself to his feet and gasped for air, trying to regain his bearings.
JJ: Shit...

He muttered regaining his standing, but the instant he'd achieved a full stand he felt presence behind him, Aristam, with his leg pulled back arched over the boy and just before his leg flew forward JJ flipped back over it, slightly deafened by the song the wind echoed behind the force of the attack. quickly cycled through seals JJ slammed his hand on the ground, activating his summoning jutsu, yet nothing emerged from the seal that formed below him. After flipping back to gain distance, JJ lowered himself and prepared to change into his next form.
Aneha: Heh, you enjoy wasting chakra?

She shouted, rushing after the boy, but before she could reach him a hand shot from the ground before JJ and latchd onto her neck, pulling her down the floor with enough intensity to decapitate her. From that rose Dingo, JJ's Werewolf summon beast.
Dingo: You don't summon me for so long and then you call me out when you're fightiing the king of snakes, you've got a lot of nerve kid.
JJ: Apologies Dingo, but things are getting alittle dicey her, I can't afford to lose this.

He breathed loudly. Ten minutes; Sinna's words to him, it overlapped the time remaining for the seal to be renewed. They weren't expecting him to break free, they'd predicted him surviving longer than the current one could last, but he wasn't going to escape, they'd already predicted his failure, which meant he was going to have to pull out all the stops.
Dingo: Alright then, what's the game plan?
JJ: Hold them off until the seal dissipates, That's all we need to do, if I can manage that, I can rejoin with Naruto and finish this.
Dingo: I see you don't stand a chance if they tie you up here.

They whispered to one another, the understanding Dingo had for the situation was instanteanous, there was only a small window for JJ to do this, if they reactivated the seal after the first fade, there was no way JJ was going to last another seven minutes.
Dingo: How much time is left?
JJ: Four minutes of transformation, six until the seal falls, that's if we manage to distract them long enough.
Dingo: You sure like to take the easy route don't you?

He asked sarcastically.
JJ: Heh, of course.

With a smile JJ once again stepped into battle.

Flash

Naruto slammed his foot into the ground, pushing with everything he had, beating a hasty advance toward Orochimaru, who had been doing  avery good job of holding his own against the boy even at his most powerful. Naruto had to make this quick, if he could kill Orochimaru, then JJ would be freed from the Orochi's barrier after their power was lost, but even after all that he'd done, he knew that Orochimaru wasn't anywhere close to going down.
Orochimaru: You seem to be somewhat out of sorts.

He said with a smile, bringing attention to Naruto's blatant dispossition. Naruto muttered a curse and channeled his power once again preparing for an attack that could annihilate the snake sennin quickly, despite the fact that he was aware it wouldn't be that easy. Naruto was getting desperate, he knew all too well what JJ was capable of and aside from a certain assortment of technique JJ preferred not to show, he knew JJ wasn't equipped to take down something with the Orochi's strength alone.
Naruto: Hold out JJ.

He quietly mumbled as he pushed himself forward, producing a long foxblade from his solid chakra and slashed for Orochimaru's neck, but diespite the focus he'd put into it the slippery man had managed to avoid it, producing one of his own, surely in an atempt to throw them off. He was using Neko's powers, but if he were going to do be manipulative in such a way, he was going to have to try harder. Naruto entire body flashed with the cloak of the fox, and he lashed out to the side, overtaking Orochimaru with his aura , but the moment he did Orochimaru jumped back, narrowly escaping the attack, but that wasn't what annoyed Naruto, it was what he'd done afterward. After regaining his composure, Orochimaru stood to his feet, however his appearance was different. Something that Naruto and Yubiki both recognized and it enraged them beyond words.
Orochimaru: What's wrong? Are you done fightiing?

He asked, wearing the disguise he'd taken whilst hiding out in the leaf for the chunin exams, Neko's appearance, his voice, even his same raidiance. Yubiki's rage boiled over, and in turn so did Naruto's who up to that point had been doing a good job holding back. He tried to calm himself, but the emotion Yubiki felt was affecting him, he could feel her rage, unbridled and overwhelming, so much so that simply trying to fight it had brought him to his knees.
Naruto: Mom, calm down.

He muttered painfully, he had to snap her out of her rage before Orochimaru could take advantage of their disillusion. However the shadow hovering above him let him know that he didn't have much time left, however before Orochimaru's mocking laughter could be complimented by his blades slash a hand lashed out at hm, gripping him by the throat. Yubiki momentarily emerged from Naruto's seal and slammed her fist into Orochimaru's face before returned to the boy's body, once again as calm as when they'd started. With renewed vigor Naruto charged after Orochimaru and slammed his rasengan into his stomache as he skid along the ground, forming an impact crater with the resulting strike  Naruto rose and backed away from the impact crater allowing room away from whatever Orochimaru was bound to do after rising back up.
Yubiki: I'm sorry Naruto, I'm calm now.
Naruto: No you aren't.

Naruto retorted knowingly. Yubiki groaned, of course Naruto wouldn't fall for something like that. Yubiki wasn't able to easily recover from seeing her son's face appear on the foe who'd killed him, but she forced it down, she couldn't allow herself to lose sight of the battle in front of her. Naruto grit his teeth, stepping forward once again as Orochimaru slowly rose away from the attack as if nothing had happened, but that was just to be expected, after all, Orochimaru wasn't that easy to kill, and with im tapping into the powers of the fox as well as the powers of the snake, it was going to take more than just a few well placed hits to lay him down for good.
Orochimaru: You sure are quick to regain your composure Yubiki-san.

He said dusting himself off with a smile.
Naruto: You'd best shut your mouth, or the next time I hit you it's gonna break.
Orochimaru: Of course, however I'm not going to go easy on you anymore Naruto-kun.

As soon as he finished that line he stood below Naruto with his fist reared back.
Orochimaru: What do you say we bring this fight to a close?
Naruto: Tsk.

Naruto cursed, bringing his fist down only to collide with solid ground, and before he could bring himself back up Orochimaru's leg whirled around his neck and instantly tightened. Naruto gasped, if he hadn't prepared himself mere moments before the serpentine man had done that he'd have had his throat crushed, but even stil it left him in a state of breathlessness. The aura of the fox king flared creating a blast of concentrated energy that should have repelked Orochimaru, but instead he simply leaned through it, slammed his black chakra cloaked fist into Naruto's head before slamming him face first into the ground, on the impact of which the chakra remaining exploded sending him skipping across the ground. Awakening mid flight Naruto threw himself back to his feet, but second his focus realigned he caught sight of Orochimaru fist coming directly for his face and the moment that it collided Naruto collided with the ground, the impact mimicking thunder. Naruto growled and clumsily picked himself up, but the moment that he tried Orochimaru grabbed onto the back of his head and lashed his hand for his neck. However before he could Naruto knocked his hand away and slammed his fist into the jaw of the snake sennin crushing it, and then reared back once again.
Naruto: Fox king Rasengan!

He shouted as a massive ball of red swirling energy formed in his palm and once he thrust forth, it slammed into Orochimaru's chest singing through his flesh and nearly eroding his body, but the before true damage could be done, he activated the cloak of the demon fox around himself, nearly negating all damage from Naruto's attack. With a wide smile he swam through the evaporating attack and placed his hand over Naruto's face.
Orochimaru: Demon art: Warping snake wall.

Naruto's eyes shot wide as the world around him became enveloped in the darkness of the thousands of massive snakes coiling around each oither colliding together until they finally formed a massive seal that solidified, into a gate that with one imposing pair of eyes, gazed upon Naruto, who until that moment hadn't been able to break free of Orochmaru's grasp.
Naruto: Mom, what is that thing?
Yubiki: How is he able to summon a demon gate!?

Naruto felt a slight pull, but shrugged it off, however as the pull became stronger he fell to one knee.
Yubiki: Naruto, we have to destroy that gate!
Naruto: What is it doing to me?
Yubiki: It's pulling at your chakra, if it continues, it could drain all that you have.
Naruto: But with you here-
Yubiki: No, this was a seal created for demons, it'll drain mine as well, and in a larger quantity, once that gate opened completely it'll seal the chakra of whatever it's gaze falls upon.
Naruto: I see, then I'd better make this fast.

He said standing tall despite himself, he focused as best he could and arranged his thoughts, his target had changed from Orochimaru to the wall he'd made behind him, but their wa no way that the man was going to allow him to reach that wall and take it down, but their was something else that was bothering him about that wall that he saw, something that Yubiki had resisted telling him, but he was starting to figure it out. If that gate was taking chakra from them, then it would have to be going somewhere right, he'd assumed that when Orochimaru had grabbed his face it was to make a link for the gate to aim for, but the gate was aimed itself opening inward towards them, why was that? Like a funnel the chakra had to be aimed somewhere, he knew it, but where?
Naruto: ....!?

Naruto's expression suddenly became deserpate, his calm quickly flew away, he didn't have anymore time to waste trying to take out Orochimaru, he needed to break that gate quickly.
Orochimaru: I see you've figured it out, you're much smarter than I originally gave you credit for.
Yubiki: Naruto, you have to calm down-
Naruto: I know, you didn't tell me, but right now, there's no way I'll let this gate stand!

Naruto unleashed all of the power in his cloak and rushed for that gate, for he'd discovered its purpose. All of the chakra it stole from Naruto and Yubiki was being offered as tribute to the Orochi, the goal, was to kill Norugi, with him gone, Naruto would lose his mind, and for the lighter part, that plan was already working. Naruto rushed toward Orochimaru, the one standing before the gate, and then rushed around him, charging enough energy into his fist to bash through the gate, but the shout from his mother warned him against continuing on that path. Heeding her advice, Naruto kicked back, stopping himself from colliding with the massive ball of black energy that had seemed to appear out of nowhere.
Naruto: Tch.

He muttered, quickly turning back to face the man smiled at him, of course he wasn't going to make this easy. Once again Naruto ignored him and charged for the gate at top speed, but before he could reach it once something appeared in front of him, Orochimaru, wrapped in a fox cloakof his own, lashed out and slammed his foot into the boy's stomach sending him soaring back to the ground, and sent a black fox flame ball after him on his way down. Wise to this, Naruto forced his recovery and landed to the ground, throwing himself back away from the ball before it could collide, with him and in a growl he hastily cast aside his human form and donned the image of the Kyuubi. A mighty roar shook the earth as Naruto shot his fist forward, covered in the powerful red flames the Kyuubi had become famous for, but as soon as he got close another hand shot toward his, stopping it mid-flight. Orochimaru, now in the form of a twisted repitilian fox, protecting the gate as it would a child.
Naruto: You can try standing in my way, but I'm just going to cut throught you.
Orochimaru: Maybe so, but by the time you do you'll already be too late.

He replied with a giant smile unbefitting of him and both charged at each other with the gate eerily gazing on, eyes firmly locked on Naruto.

Flash

JJ couldn't seem to grasp what exactly was going on, at one moment he'd been kind of holding his own, and then in the next he and Dingo were suddenly pushed back with even the slightest of effort. The confusion washed away the moment that he saw the giant gate out on the other siide of the barrier, and then his small hope was suddenly replaced with a foreboding sense of dredd. The Orochi had become more fierce and that was already a frightening thought, but there was also the fact that the thing he saw was probably gaining all of it's energy from Naruto, there was no way he could allow that thing to continue standing, but the problem lied in the fact that he was staring down seven of the mythical snake demons all hopped up on fox chakra. Their movements were becoming erratic and both fighter found themselves overwhelmed. As the Orochi drew closer Mika, fed up with just watching placed her hand on the ground, causing an uphevel of the ground that slammed nto Kamina's chest, sending her stumbling back. Mika, smiled, she'd figured that with her technique, she'd be able to control the earth even inside the barrier, but when Insuru turned his gaze to her, she suddenly felt a chill run through her.
Insuru: What do you say, we send that girl away.

He chimed, materializing a black chakra sword, the same of which he'd used on Sarutobi, and with a malicous smile, he tossed it at her, however the girl felt no fear for it, surely the barrier would stop it, the attack was just a bluff, however, a moment later the sword was piercing through JJ's hand, with him barely stopping it, however, the edge of the blade was mere inches from Mika's face. Each on of the enemies smiled as the blade took on a gaseous form and wrapped around JJ's arm, cursing it with dark energy, it was at that moment that it became very clear, that the Orochi could leave that barrier whenever they wanted to. It was only the one who hadn't casted the seal that remained locked in or out. JJ held his arm trying his best to stiffle the pain, then shot a glace back silently telling them not to try something like that again. Mika nodded with worry etched on her face, yet with a smile JJ stood tall. He wasn't going to be able to make it out of the barrier this cycle, the least he could do was try to go all out.
JJ: Ino-chan, I'm going to need my sword.

He said to the blonde girl watch from outside, and with a smile she held the sword high, she knew what he was planning and if he could pull it off he'd able to outlast the seal itself.
JJ: This is the last resort, I'm betting everything on this, if I can't win with this then-

Ino slammed the blade of the ryu-o-jinn into her left palm with as much force as she could muster.
Inoichi: Ino!!

He shouted out in worry, but  once she he'd stared into her eyes, now glowing with the draconic blood in her veins he knew that there had to be more to what she was doing, and surely enough, even as she pushed deeper the sword's blade never emerged frm the other side of her hand. Once she'd pushed the entirty of the hilt into her palm, JJ placed his palms together and pulled the same blade from his hand  removing he curse placed by the Orochi's blade in that single moment, and then stabbed it into the ground. Now in sync, JJ and Ino started forming seals and aimed the famous Yamanaka seal at one another.
JJ/Ino: Dragon soul technique: Guiding goddess.

Forming a link the two smiled from across the wall, and JJ turned back, thanking his stars that Dingo had been able to hold them back in that short amount of time, but he was already reaching his limit.
JJ: I'll take it from here.

He said lifting the sword from the dirt and walking passed the Warg warrior.
Dingo: Heh, sure, after I catch my breath I'll join you.

With confidence in his stride JJ moved forward, holding the dragon blade now bathed in a white glow. As Ino bent down, holding her seal with her eyes closed, as if focusing on something.

(Music cue: Hero by Nas)

JJ rushed forward, slashing throgh the Insuru's throat knowing full well that it wouldn't leae any lasting effects, but unllike  the previous blows he'd thrown, this one was able to make quite an uncomfortable wince appear on his face. Confident that he could now hurt them, JJ stabbed his sword through Venice's chest and kicked forward whie slashing to the side. Without much effort he'd somehow managed to avoid the Orochi's counterattacks, but that was thanks to his activated link with Ino; the Orochi could no longer sense him, they had to rely on sight, and the problem with that was that JJ was moving too fast. Aristam, using all of the focus he had charged forward and slashed at JJ with another sword he'd materialized, but JJ managed to block it, and with a smiled he pushed back and tossed his sord toward the man in a low arc, sending it spinning at him, but in the way the boy had done it there was no way that it would cause any damage.
JJ: Your turn.

He said with a smile, as his blade now blowing pure white, took on the form of Ino, much to everyone's cofusion. Aristam's however led to him catching her foot in his chin, and with an inaudible chuckle she placed her hand on the ground and spun her leg forward, forming it into a massive blade that cleaved Aristam in two.After her attack she twisted back toward JJ how grabbed her free hand and pulled back, her body now in the form of a massive gulliotine sword. Kicking back on the dirt, he sent himself flying forward swinging his blade throgh two of the orochi, despite them trying to guard it, however Kensou had managed to dodge it and jumped for JJ's back. The sword JJ held leaned back on his shoulder formed into Ino and kicked off of his back, with her arms spread, forming a pendulum blade that cleaved the him in half,  forming the lower half of her body into a chain that still rested on JJ's shoulder and with as much force as he could muster, he pulled back, swinging the chained blade around, with uncharacteristic grace. From the eyes of those watching, it almost looked as if JJ was dancing, but the smile on his face and even Ino's outside of the barrier let them know, that for at least that breif moment, he was having fun. After leaving the Orochi in a bloody mulch around the battefield he loosed the chain and the blade swriled around him, dropping into the ground right at his feet, forming into a long that hung over his shoulder with a smirk. With a quick lundge forward he thrust his sword out into Insuru's chest,, blasting him back, then turned quickly sweeping his sword upward along the ground, into Kensou, but almost as if the blade were blunt the force of the hit dragged him into air. Once there JJ charged a ball of red aura and threw it into him, leaving an explosion that ripped through his body.
JJ: Breakdown!

JJ shouted as he leaped into the air, jumping from Kamina's chest and slammed his sword down into both of them, and then swung the blade to the side, letting go and making the blade swing in mid air as if a boomarang, then called it back, but instead of grabbed it, he instead let it land on his shoulder, changing back into Ino as it did. JJ waited for a moment, both he and Ino facing in different directions  as the Orochi regathered themselves, and all now no longer amused materialized their own swords. All charged at him with everything they had, but amused, Ino leaned back,  falling in front of JJ, and when he reached out his hand and pulled back she fromed into a dualsided scythe.
JJ: Hehe.

He chuckled, spinning the weapon in a 360 angle above his head, then downward, mowing a line through the oncoming enemies, intentionally leaving one in his path. Kamina blocked all of JJ's attacks and even managed to send back some of her own, but the boy's movements were too quick and even with all of her effort she couldn't manage to stop him from moving forward in his dance.
JJ: Moon.

He whispered, as he spun the weapon in front of him, hovering it in mid air without, even putting a finger on it. Kamina tried her best to block it but, in the end it managed to completely rip through her blade and then her. Once it circled around his body, the weapon returned to form of Ino and kicked both of her legs back, both going past JJ's sides. JJ reached down wrapping his forearms around each leg and the then pulled to opposite side making a long bladed spear appear in each of his hands.
JJ: Just a little more.

He muttered as he stabbed one blade through Aristam's body and slashed him in half with the other, then spun around with both arms extended, cutting through the body of Kensou and Aneha. Forcing his momentum to a halt, JJ slammed one of the blades into the ground and threw himself into the air, spinning both blades toward the ground on his way down created a varitable buzzsaw that ripped through Insuru's body. Using the same momentum he'd just gained he hurled the sycthe into the air and on it's way back down it morphed back into the form of Ino and slashed down through Venice's body like a heavy guillotine, then she flipped back toward JJ who grabbed her waist in mid flight. Once the boy pulled back Ino's body formed into a massive shuriken that JJ used to clear a path, then threw it toward the wall aimed above them, and used to the Kage-hochou to placed himself on top of the blade, but before it could collide with the wall he flipped off of the flying weapon and placed himself behind it. Warm arms wrapped around his shoulders, and a smile crossed his face as he gripped onto both arms and pulled to the side, forming twin kusari-gama. Once JJ landed on the ground, he kicked one of the chains onto the arm of Aristam and pulled him in closer, moving fast enough to negate the man's efforts to resist him, and once he was close enough he repeated slammed the blades into his chest as if beating on a drum, finishing with a slash to his throat. JJ chuckled, looking on as the others quickly drew closer and then he dived head first into Karou's chest, knocking him back and then he landed into a twist, spinnning on his back as a top, creating a tornado of steel that ripped through anything close enough, however the attack caused the chains to become entangled. Letting go of the chains JJ spun to his feet and kneel down, allowing the newly reformed Ino to land on his back, noticably lighter than the time she'd done so with Venice.
JJ: What do you say, shall we end this?

Ino simply smiled in response and reach down for his hand, a gesture which he returned in kind, pouring as much chakra as he could muster into this last attack, he only had to last another minute and the barrier would crumble.With hope in his heart he shot up straight and raised his hand, catching Ino in his palm as she hopped from his back, and threw her into the air, creating a visible link between the two on her way up. The now blindingly bright girl spread her arms and together with JJ shouted in a booming voice.
JJ/Ino: Unlimited Blade Works!!!!

With those words, weapons began to rain from the sky and land on the ground around them. JJ had just played his final trump card, this had to work, he couldn't afford to waste this opprotunity. After grasping onto one of the blades the image of a mighty dragon appeared around him, this time cloaked in a golden aura that radiated power, and in a flash, he stood before Insuru, slashing through him with enough force that it created a shockwave, rattling the entire barrier around them. Barely able to see after the devastating attack he'd been given, Insuru, shot his hand down at the boy, but much to his chagrin, he'd assualted naught but the air. JJ vanished and reappeared around the battle each time weilding a different sword and slashing through a different member of the Orochi, and much like he'd hoped the attacks had been doing significant damage, but he was no fool, this would not kill them. After nearly a hundred slashes in only matter of seconds, the final eight remained, and at once he tossed all into the air. Only ten seconds remained, and he could see one of them struggling to restore the now waining seal, but he wasn't going to let them pull it off.
JJ: ZANTETSUKEN!!!!!

He shouted as in a single stroke he'd managed to swing all of the swords in an instant and diced every single little piece of all seven members, making it impossible to renew the seal, the final second wound down and the seal began to fade, leaving the boy room to exhale in relief. Fate would not have it however, the very moment that the seal began to vanish it returned suddenly, leaving JJ to stare stupidly around. Dingo stood to his feet gazing at the renewed seal and pieced together the problem, at nearly the same time, so did JJ. To those outside it may have seemed  like the constantly reforming Orochi had restored to seal somehow before JJ managed to take them down, but the truth was far more terrifying.
Dingo: Looks like it's not going to be that easy. Do you think you can still hold out kid?

He asked JJ, face aimed down to the floor, hiding his eyes from the wolf demon at his side.
Dingo: Norugi...
JJ: Huh? Oh, I just had to come up with a new plan. I'm ready for this.
Dingo: Alright let's-

The second Dingo had shown his back to Norugi, the boy slammed his plam into it, forcing a de-summon on him, much to his and the audience outside the walls' surprise.
Dingo: What are you doing?
JJ: Sorry, but Jon would never forgive me if I let you die.
Dingo: What!? Jon would never forgive ME if you died here. You fool!! In your state they'll-
JJ: I know.
Dingo: Damn you!!!

He shouted, soon being cut off by a puff of smoke in his place. Outside the barrier people began to get confused, but Ino's brow furrowed. She was still linked with JJ, she knew what was happening, but there was no way to help him, the most she could do was keep linked with him, but judging from what he'd just done to Dingo and the fact that she was suddenly unable to read his mind, she knew what was about to happen. Ino, now suddenly afraid to abandon him, reinforced her link, but JJ resisted pushing her back at every turn, her strain was so great that blood began dripping from her mouth, prompting worry from her friends and family. Sensing her desperation JJ severed the link directly, despite the fact that it caused him pain, and with the link now cut, Ino fell to all fours breathing heavily.
Choji: Ino are you okay?
Inoichi: What happened?

They asked, not to much response. Ino aimed her link seal back at JJ despite the fact that it hurt to do so, but no matter what it wouldn't hold again. The Orochi, now reformed, never made a single move. Most likely to allow their bodies time to recover from the attacks that they took, and JJ just stared at them, he knew what was coming and if it happened while Ino was still linked to him, she'd have died. Ino finally stood to her feet and charged over to the Barrier's invisibles walls roaring the whole way, shocking all those standing around.
Ino: Restore the link, DAMMIT!!!!
JJ:.....
Ino: Do it, quick! Norugi-kun. Don't do this.
Sakura: Ino....
Kiba: What's happening in there? He's acting strange.

He said fearing for the worst, and with her tears now falling Ino spoke.
Ino: That weird gate on the other side of this wall, it's powering up the Orochi, but not only that, they're no longer maintaining the barrier itself, it's self-sustainable. It'll renew on it's own now, JJ's trapped in there with no way out and he bet all of his chakra on that last attack.......they're going to....kill him.

She said between sobs, and those words hit like a train. After letting the reality of the situation sink in, panic spread through them all Claire froze in shock, trying her best to calm her breathing. If they could get to Naruto and destroy that gateway, it'd solve the problem, but Naruto was sealed off too, many of them had already tried to reach him, but no doubt he was in a better position. Even then, if they had managed to destroy the gate, JJ would still have to hold out for another seven minutes, and from the looks of him at this point he indeed stood no chance, and he knew that.....she knew that....they all could tell.
Mika: No....

She whispered weakly slowly losing herself in dread. Ino's words had shaken her, more so than she had ever thought possible.
Mika: Norugi-kun....

She muttered again, staring at the boy who despite everything they had just heard, had already started fighting against the enemy in front of him. He didn't stand a chance, he knew that more than anyone, but he couldn't back down. He had to fight, he had to stand, but most of all, he had to leave a mark, or else everything he'd done would've been pointless.
Aristam: You'll fight on despite the futility? I truly do respect you Norugi.

He said, dodging the boy's attacks.
Sinna: And you even managed to hurt us, that takes a lot of balls boy.

She continued, circling the boy in a menacing way, fast enough that he wasn't able to keep up.
Kamina: But understand, now that you've done what you did.
Venice: There is aboslutely no way that this is going to be quick.
Insuru: I hope your body is ready.

He said with a smile dropping of pure malice, however JJ never lost his calm.
JJ: No matter what happens next, I'll never back down.

Forming a smile that smile that seemed almost accepting, he balled his fists and exhaled.
JJ: Let's go.

~Flash~

The clashing of titans shook the very earth beneath their feet, forced the very air around their bodies to flee in fear of their wrath as the furiously exchanged blows. Naruto pulled back and allowing his rage to engulf him as he prepared his next attack, but no sooner he did the gate accepted it and he was forced to avoid the attack of the Snake sennin that followed the moment of reflection. Naruto could feel the change in the battle JJ was having and the knowledge made him become desperate, sloppy. Naruto found himself slowly paying more attention to the gate itself than the opponent standing in front of him, and if that was Orochimaru's plan, then it was working like a charm. Each time Naruto tried to land a hit on the massive snake-fox hybrid, he'd find himself slowly focusing more on the slowly opening gate behind him, and no matter what he did the sennin would get the upper hand. Orochimaru, wasn't even trying to pursue the boy anymore, he knew the advantage he had in his hands. All he had to do was wait for the gate to open completely, until then Naruto was at his complete mercy, slowly becoming more desperate by the second. He'd counted fifteen minutes since the gate was erected, JJ had been holding his own against the Orochi for seven of them, chakra-less and quickly growing fatigued. If he didn't do something quick, his best friend, his big brother, was going to die in there. Naruto growled at the thought, he was going to lose one of his friends again, unable to do anything about it, just like with Minatsuni.
Naruto: Dammit....

He muttered, trying his best to hold back the tears that threatened to fall, struggling to think of something that would help him through this, but no matter what he couldn't, his body just kept pushing forward, trying his best to power through Orochimaru, eyes blinded by his pure malice.
Naruto: Dammit!!!!!

He shouted to the top of his lungs.
????: Is this your big plan?

Echoed a voice inside his head, questioning the boy's method of attack.
Naruto: Wha-?

Naruto blinked for a second and the moment he re-opened eyes he found himself standing in a large grassy field shrouded in fog staring face to face with the person who'd called out to him.
Naruto: Neko?
Neko: After all that talk, this is how you're going to go out, flailing like a selfish baby?
Naruto: How could you say that? You know what's going on out there!
Neko: Is that really the problem here? Your focus has gone, so much so that your fight has become hopeless. You can't even hear Mom's voice anymore, despite how much she's been calling out to you.
Naruto: Calling out to me?

He repeated in confusion trying his best to clear his thoughts.

NARUTO!!!!!

The words echoed around him like whispers lost in the mist, surrounding him in his own senselessness.
Neko: You've lost your way, you don't even remember anything but rage, and if you give in to that.

He said turning his back to Naruto, and before Naruto could follow the ground around him burned away, clearing the mist away to reveal hundreds of bodies.lying before him, and the most eye catching were those of his friends, allies, loved ones, lifeless around him, and on his hands, their blood, dying his fingers red until not even a tiny crack of his hand remained the color of his skin.
Naruto: I'd never-

He whispered in fear and sadness, collapsing to his knees.
Neko: You've seen this image before haven't you. It's a warning, you are something this world has never seen. A cross-breed that brings hope, but also something that this world fears. If you lose yourself now, then who knows what could happen to the world around you.

He advised as the world returned to the grassy field, the fog quickly settling in around them once again.
Naruto: Then what do I do?
Neko: You don't need to ask me that.

He turned with a smile.
Neko: You know what you're capable of more than anyone.
Naruto: Huh?
Neko: Fox vs. lion. Isn't that what you told Konohamaru?
Naruto: Power met with power only brings chaos.
Neko: And tell me, what are you doing now?

Naruto's eyes shot wide, staring at the older boy in front of him as the fog slowly began to fade away.
Neko: The clever fox can always outsmart the stupid lion, so long as he keeps his wits about him.
Naruto: But this opponent-
Neko: Is a stupid snake. Naruto have you ever noticed when you're at your strongest?
Naruto: What?
Neko: Think about it, you already know what I'm trying to tell you. Right now, Mom is staying with you out of worry, but everything you're doing out there, she could do the same; only better. You have to let her support you, not be a crutch.
Naruto: Fight alone, with her backing me up?
Neko: There you go. Remember: strength is not a driving force, it's an amplification.
Naruto: I think I get it. Thank you.

Naruto said balling up his fist, clearing away all of the fog to reveal a bright sun waiting just over the horizon.
Neko:  No problem. Oh, and one last thing: You can't save Norugi.

Naruto's fist loosened and he quickly turned toward Neko's disappearing form.
Neko: The reason he entrusted this battle to you was because he knew you had what it takes to defeat Orochimaru, but you can't help him anymore. Even if you manage to kill Orochimaru and the gods step in to punish the Orochi, he is inside a demon seal, which can only be broken by the demon that placed it, he'd still have to survive long enough to make it out on his own.
Naruto: Then what!? I just let him die!?
Neko: You can't save him, that's not your role. Just hope that the miracle he gambled on pays off.

Neko said turning away from Naruto one last time.
Neko: But before worrying about that, maybe you should cut your way through your own problems first.

Naruto nodded to him and returned to the real world with a strange new sense of calm. The more power he radiated, the faster the gate drained his chakra, so the first thing he did was reached for the Fox king cloak on his back, and throw it to the wind, returning himself to normal.
Yubiki: Naruto? What are you doing?

She questioned in confusion, Orochimaru simply chartled at the act in a mocking tone.
Orochimaru: Finally realized how pointless it is to resist, is what I would say, but I can see in your eyes, that you've grown in the pass couple of minutes. So before you can do whatever it is you're planning I'll simply rip to shreds and devour you.

Time slowed down as Naruto mused, smiling up at the hand lashing down at him.
Naruto: Whenever I gain a tail I lose my ability to use ninjutsu, it also limits my movements as well. I spent my entire life, training to become the hokage, and through it all, I did it in my demon state. The state I gained when I stopped being human, yet the form I attain before becoming a demon.

He chuckled at the thoughts flowing through his head at that moment as he slowly pooled to power from all of his tails onto body.

Naruto's hand shot up, stopping the towering giant's hand before it could crush him.
Naruto: You know, I really should give this state a name.....How about: Clarity!

On Naruto's body were tatered red cloths flowing in the breeze. One on each leg, one circling his waist forming two hangs behind him, one on each wrist, one thick cloth wrapped around his neck like a scarf, and finally one merged with his headband, with two long hangs flowing behind him. Nine tails waved behind Naruto, but despite that he was bearly radiating any chakra.
Naruto: Why don't we end this here and now?

He said as he pusheed away Orochimaru with a single hand and rushed forward, as the man now suddenly devoid of his overflowing confidence tried his best to punch down on him, lashing out at him with mutliple different ways, and attacks, but the boy weaved through them with hardly any effort, that is until one final attack made contant with him, crushing him underfoot.
Orochimaru: Got you!

He shouted out in triumph, but quickly lost that feeling when saw the boy running up his leg, followed by nearly a thousand of his own clones each one trailing him perfectly in unison until they reached his face and reared back, launched their fists into his face in a metronome.with the final true one landing a powerful Rasengan into his face that sent him flying into the far wall. Orochimaru recovered shortly after and shot forth all nine of his tails at Naruto, all shaped as snakes, but the boy dodged them without even moving and smiled forward.
Naruto: Mugen.

He stated. activating his byakugan-sharingan fusion. His eyes saw everything, now matter where Orochimaru tried to attack, it all behind useless.
Naruto: Fox hunt!

Naruto charged forward, quickly stepping around the battlefield as ten red chakra foxes appeared at his side and launched into the air, latching onto Orchimaru's arms and ripped them off from his body, followed quickly by a punch from Naruto that wrapped the air around him and formed a bullet that crushed into the body of his oppponent, lining him up with the gate behind him as the mutliple clones once again surrended the man, all launching different jutsu at him that on impact slammed him against the gate itself.
Naruto: This is it!

He shouted out in preparation of his next attack as his clones piled on Orochimaru's body, and pulled back.
Orochimaru: Damn you!!!

H e roared trying to knock them away, but the moment he did they slammed down their hands, all wielding Rasengans that thanks to the power of mugen, had bypassed the skin and gone directly into Orochimaru's body powderizing every bone in it.
Naruto: Echo Shock!

Orochimaru collasped to the ground and with their jobs now done all of the Naruto clones vanished into the air as the real one charged up two rasengan in his palm and slammed them together.
Naruto: Rasengan Storm!

He growled as the two Rasengan form a torrent of uncontrollable energy on his right hand, but that wasn't the end of it. Even as the power of his own attack ripped through his flesh, Naruto gripped onto his right arm and focused the storm, and then clasped his hands together with the energy still blazing away.
Naruto: I'll never lose to you.
Yubiki: Naruto!
Naruto: Not yet!

He said struggling to contain the power behind his own attack, but with crystal sight given to him by mugen, he knew what to do. Once he began pulling his left hand away, the blood and fox chakra he'd been losing joined together in the maelstrom and formed a new spiral, a drill.
Orochimaru: I refuse to lose this way! I'll never lose this way! Do you hear me!!!!

Orochiamru objected shooting a massive beam of focused chakra at Naruto, whose drill collided with it, and pierced through it as he charged forward.
Naruto: I walked into this battle prepared for anything, I'm not going to give up just because you decided to stand in my way. I have a goal that I am going to achieve. No matter how many walls people like you try to put in may-

He vowed as he stepped forward suddenly appearing right in front of Orochimaru with his drill now holding a strong black and red tint. Naruto smiled his famous fox grin and thrust forward, slamming his new attack into the chest of the snake sennin with as much strength as he could muster.
Naruto: I'll just keep smashing down every one of them until I reach that goal! Rasengan: Heaven's drill!!!!!

The force from the attack ripped through Orochimaru's body, and even through the gate that lied behind him, effectively destroying it.and sending Orochimaru crashing through and into the far wall as the spiral slowly turned in to him, each twist sending a blast of power flowing through him until finally it exploded like a fierce wind crushing him against the wall, forcing him back into the form of a human, and now broken, he fell motionless to the ground.
Yubiki:  Wow. Naruto how did you-
Naruto: I won't be able to save him.

Yubiki questioned his words, but Naruto didn't say anything after it, instead his sights just focused on the other side of the barrier, but he instead sat down facing away from it, no matter what was on the other side he couldn't face what lied there.

Flash

It'd been five minutes since JJ had broken the link with Ino, and no matter what he did, as long as that gate still stood he was trapped in with the Orochi and no way to win. This fact however hadn't stopped him from trying to fight, but no matter what he did-
JJ: Gfff!

He was going to lose. At the moment even the resistance he found himself putting up was nothing more a than a child's flailings, however, there was nothing more he could do but fight. His resolve stayed stoned, even as he pulled himself from the ground, a mixture of dirt and blood hanging from the side of his mouth.
Venice: You're out matched boy, why don't you just lay down and die?
JJ: Not my kind of thing, if I'm going to lose anyway, then I might as well be a pain in your ass until the very end.

JJ stood tall once again, wiping the blood from his mouth, trying his best to regain control over the feeling in his left arm. Surely he knew this wasn't going to be easy, but he wasn't fairing so well in his attempts to stave them off. The fact re-affirmed itself in the form of Aneha, coming down at him from behind, an attack he'd just barely managed to dodge in time, and that was only due to the help of his aura eye. He was beginning to show fatigue, making even the most amateur of mistakes. This fact being driven home by the fact that he barely managed to block the kick that followed immediately after sending him flying back along the ground before finally coming to a stop several feet away. Trying his best to focus his thoughts, he could hear the frantic shouting of those on the other side of the barrier, they'd been watching, and he was meant to be an example, a method of fear, and enragement that seemed to be working. JJ stood once again, but after finally realigning his sight with the seven people in front of him, he'd wished he hadn't. All seven rushed at him at once, he blocked one first, but the impact broke through his guard with relative ease, opening him up for the other six to assault him, all rushing passed with their own vicous blow, the final one of which sent him flying back. Not even that would allow him a moment of respite however, for only seconds later Kamina grabbed the back of his head and slammed him face first into the ground, holding him down with all of her strength.
Kamina: All yours bro!

She shouted forcing JJ's attention to the side, and the moment he saw what was about to happen a large part of him regretted ever looking Kensou charged forward and pulled back his right leg in a wind up and without dropping any momentum he launched his foot into JJ's face. JJ tumbled along the ground, blood trailing behind him as he went, but he didn't scream, he simply stopped himself limply on his side and tried once again to lift himself, and on the first attempt he failed.
Insuru: What's wrong kid? Not up to the task anymore?

He asked, channeling chakra into his palm before bringing down a large black pillar on the boy's back, effectively halting his movements.
Aristam: You're stronger than that right? This won't stop you, you've said that enough times before remember.

JJ slowly opened his eyes and once again tried to pull himself up.
JJ: What's your goal?

He asked as he struggled, amusing the Orochi siblings with his question. Insuru walked forward, but was stopped early by Venice who stood in front of JJ, bending down to gaze into his eyes.
Venice: You're trying to stall. That's cute, but pointless in the end, I'll indulge you though. Do you know what it's like to lose someone Norugi?
JJ: Everyone does.
Venice: Cute, but no you don't. You've lived your entire life free of attachments, and then when you gained some, you've had nothing but happy times.

She said sitting down in front of him with an uncharacteristically warm smile.
Venice: Have you ever heard the story of the scorpion and the frog, Norugi?
JJ: What?
Venice: The scorpion asked a frog to carry him across a pond he couldn't cross alone, promising the frog that he wouldn't sting him if he did. The frog trusted him and did as he asked, carrying him across the pond on his back, and when they reached the other side, the scorpion stung him. As the frog laid there, dying of poison he asked the scorpion why he'd broken his promise and the scorpion answered him, "It's in my nature."

JJ stared deep into the suddenly vocal woman's eyes as she locked onto his.
Venice: Tell me Norugi, have you ever thought about the story we told Yubiki when we attacked your little "pretend" home. Why the Orochi would hold so much knowledge of the Uzumaki bloodline?
JJ: Of course I have, it was rather easy to figure out.
Venice: Of course you did, you're a smart kid after all.

She said mockingly rustling his hair.
JJ: Is that why you're suddenly so vocal? Was it you?
Venice: Corect Norugi. You're on the ball today, and I'm guessing since you understand, there's no reason for you to think ill of us right. You of all people understand that humans are simple and childish creatures, a mistake that needs to be erased.
JJ: People aren't like that any more.
Venice: Don't go spouting out dribble that not even you believe, after all-

She cooed, leaning in to JJ's ear to whisper something to him and once relayed, JJ paused, taken aback by the words she said there, slightly feeling his hatred of humans come through from her words.
Venice: That is the world that beings like us live in Norugi, at some point humans will turn on you, on Naruto, and they'll cast aside all that you yourself have ever loved. Just take example from how they treated us. Demons are monsters that recieve no praise or respect, when we helped created you FUCKING INGRATES!!!!! I'll never forgive them, any of them.
JJ: I understand, I'm sorry you had to go through that.

He said, lifting himself slightly to face her standing up, wiping the blood from his mouth.
JJ: But that was centuries ago, the humans who hurt you are long dead. You're just going to punish innocents for a long dead grudge.
Venice: Long dead, let me ask you Norugi. If we killed you now how many of them out there would forgive us?
JJ:....
Venice: How long would they hold a grudge against any wondering snake they saw from then on?
JJ: ....
Venice: It's so simple to look from the outside and make judgements, but placed in our position it's not so easy to look away.
JJ: No, it's not, but your way is wrong, instead of what you're doing, you should protect your lineage, what will killing all humans accomplish!?
Venice: Not just humans, animals, plants, demons, and even the gods, this world will die, and everything on it. The world, will simply end, Nothing will be left, but a single king standing amidst the ash.
JJ: You're doing this for some sort of god complex?
Venice: No, We'll die too, so will Orochimaru-sama. We just want to watch the destruction run rampant on everything that lives and breathes, and even ourselves in the end.
JJ: You're insane!

He said finally using the strength he'd mustered to channel power into his sword, but in a flash so fast he couldn't even see it, a sword, plundged into his back.
Venice: You're right you know, but what can I say-

She said making a sinister smile that completely twisted her otherwise beautful features.
Venice: It's in my nature.

JJ collapsed to his knees coughing up blood, trying his best to hold back the scream welling up in his throat. Looking up at the woman with crazed eyes he reached back and tried to pull out the blade, but no matter what he did, his hand couldn't grasp it and the weak fumbling he did for it, let him know that he was in bad shape, or maybe it was the fact that the screams of the spectators had gone all but mad after that.
Mika: Norugi!!!!!!

She screamed, madly bashing her hands against the barrier almost in a trance, but no matter how much power she put in to her fist, she wouldn't break through. Once blood began flying from her knuckles Gaara grabbed her, holding her back as she frantically called out for JJ, others slowly becoming desperate. JJ focused his sight, feeling for the sword once again, but no matter how hard he tried to grab it, despite feeling it's shape, he couldn't hold it.
Kensou: Hey, let me help you with that.

He mocked from behind JJ, grabbing onto the sword. The chuckle JJ heard from the man's mouth after he'd grabbed the sword let him know that what happened next wasn't going to be pleasant, but the feeling he got from the sword twisting around in his back was far more than he was prepared for. The scream he'd been holding back erupted from his mouth, the only thing he could do to take his mind away from the pain, but for the exact reason he'd been holding back showed itself when he sought to escape the pain. The panicked shouts, the furious cries, the anger and rage that swept throughout those forced to watch were just as loud as his scream, if not louder. Sound melded together, all aside from Claire, silently weeping at the spectacle before her, no matter how much she wanted to; there was nothing she could do. JJ rose from the ground and pulled as hard as he could, relieving himself from the blade, even if the effort was messy, and as he stumbled to regain his footing only to be punched to the ground by what felt like a freight train. Amazingly, JJ managed to pop right back up after the hit and regain his senses, taking on a stance at the ready for the next attack. He'd managed to defend himself decently before finally falling to the onslaught coming down on him, and a well placed punch to the stomach, right into his stab wound was enough to qwell all resist he'd had left.
Aristam: What a shame. I'd thought you'd last longer.

He said as he slammed JJ's face into the wall of the barrier, and once his sights regained strength he saw the faces on the other side. All of the building rage and hatred in the faces of those important to him, and the sadness slowly overcoming them, drove his will back to burning, and with his hand on the walls he pushed back with everything he had, actually fighting back Aristam's grip, however that flame was extinguished Aristam pushed all of his strength into his hand and smashed JJ's face into the wall. With the impact of the blow, JJ barely maintain conciousness, stammering back, barely holding himself up. The wind cut around his body and from the front and back Sinna and Kensou appeared, slamming both of their knees into the boy's body, attacking both entry and exit wounds. JJ froze in place, barely able to react, and even when they moved their legs he still didn't move as they chuckled. JJ's mouth erupted with blood spraying above him and fell stiffly to the ground chutching his stomach. The Orochi laughed, looking down at JJ as he writhed in pain, but suddenly a sound resonated through the barrier that brought a strong pause to all noise.
JJ: ....Hic....

(Music cue: Samidere- Naruto Shippuden ost)
The sound seemed surreal, so much so that even the Orochi siblings seemed confused, it took all a long time to process it. The invulnerable dragon king......was crying. JJ held his stomach trying his best to stiffle the pain, but no matter what he did, the pain was crushing, unlike anything he'd ever felt and for the first time, something became very clear, JJ was scared. He'd fought demons, killers, fierce shinobi, but no matter what he'd done in the past, or what he was, he was still a kid. Kakashi placed his hand on the wall of the barrier and balled it, tears flowing from his eye, followed by all of the other adults there as shouts and weeping screams erupted from all of his friends. The adults realized the burden they'd placed on him, and how brave he'd been to not break down before now, even the nature of his subdued sobs sounded strength. Landing on his back JJ wiped his tears and and tried to stand, but instead he pathetically fell to the ground.
Aristam: Norugi, how about a deal?

He proposed as the boy tried to stand again
Aristam: How about you point to one of them, anyone is fine. If you wish, we'll allow them to take your place in here. With do you say? All you have to do is point and you'll be free.

Kakashi slammed his fist on the barrier.
Kakashi: Point at me!
Raizen: No! I'll be able to hold my own, just point here.
Sasuke: You can't take anymore, choose me!
Teepo: Your Highness allow me to take your place!
Magaki: Kid, let me take this on, just point at me!
Gai: Choose me, there's no way they'll be able to keep up with me.
Neji: JJ take this opprotunity, I'll take your place.
Gaara: I could handle this, just point at me.

Gaara's siblings looked at him with surprise, maybe he'd been moved by the comraderie the leaf ninja had shown, because truth be told they had too. JJ had an out, he could just point and make it to see another day. Shouts came from everywhere, so many wished to take his place, and their words allowed him to stand up, but their pleas flew so numerous because they knew JJ so well. When his arm went up, it aimed at Kakashi, but kept going up until finally aiming at the air.
JJ: I am a wall to never be crossed by those who breed death. I hold....two things...in both hands. In one a shield strong enough to protect anything that stands behind me. In the other, a sword strong enough to cut through anything that stands in my way. I'm a protector, a gate that bars you from those I love. And for those you love........

He said dropping his arm with his thumb pointing down at himself.
JJ: Sometimes your life is the least you can give.

JJ pointed his fist at the Orochi once again, smiling with everything he had, ever since the moment he'd stepped onto the battle field he was prepared to die, just as he was prepared to kill, no regrets held him back, and his eyes, filled with pain were replaced with ones full of pride. He'd left his mark, if he died now, there was nothing for him to feel bad for, he'd fought with everything he had, there was no shame in that. Witth his fist reared back, enveloped in his multiple auras he punched forward, managing to actually blast back Kensou with the force behind it.
Aristam: Splendid.

He said, with the smile of a warrior, his pride driving him for battle, and with that desire flying high, he stepped into battle alone.
Aristam: A warrior, should recieve a warrior's death.

Aristam balled his fist and stood before JJ who waited for him, fists at the ready. JJ did the same and when they rushed at each other, their fists collided together, producing a large shockwave that rattled even the barrier's powerful walls, both warriors' faces stoned in intensity. Aristam smiled, even after all that had happened, the boy had managed to muster up enough strength to much his blow. Both rained a flurry of punches at each other, almost at the exact same time, stopping each other's blows before they could even go full length, until one blow from each slipped through, colliding with the other's face, knocking both into a stumble. Instantly recovering Aristam stepped forward, punching down into JJ's head, but he managed to stay on his feet and returned an uppercut that slightly lifted Aristam from the ground, making a smile appear on the man's face. Both returned to the fight just as strong, trading blows almost as if in a boxing match. Insuru sighed, leaning back against the wall with his arms folded.
Insuru: Looks like my little siblings stole the show from me. Heh, oh well, Aristam, make this fast, we don't have time to drag this out.
Aristam: Right, Sorry kid, it's been fun.

He said as he focused chakra into his right hand, but stopped when he noticed the collage of colors on JJ right hand as well, and once again became impressed with the boy's determination. The color began to fade from his skin, all power and life in his body seemed to go down to his arm. All four auras formed together, and JJ's smile widened, this was his last shot, nothing he did after this was going to make a difference; all he could do was smile. His mind found serenity, an almost peace like state and his resolution formed in his hand, a trailing white aura, combining with the others and pulled all of the energy from his body.
JJ: No, I can't lose it yet!

He shouted aiming his hand at Aristam, and concentrated.
JJ: Just like Naruto, I have to aim everything together. Hold it all in a tangible form, a spiral.

He thought to himself, spinning the power together into a ball of pure energy until it formed a small unmoving sphere in his hand.
JJ: This is my soul! The power that lies within, the ability only a Nores could obtain! The power to grasp hope and conquer my fears.

He shouted, clutching the sphere in his fist looking at the ever grinning Aristam.
JJ: This is my-

JJ squeezed his fist and reared back as if readying for a pitch and shot the ball forward, making a myriad of colors emerge from it.
JJ: Gamechanger!!!!

The ball propelled forward like a rocket, slamming into Aristam's stomach and trailed over several different directions, spreading into every single member of the Orochi, showing noticable pain on their faces as the ball emitted hundreds of controlled explosions per second, each time growing bigger until finally bringing the seven siblings together and combining into one giant eruption that mixed well with the sounds of screams coming from all within it. JJ smiled and collapsed to his knees, watching into the dust cloud that drew ever closer, a strong sense of relief spreading through his allies. JJ however, knew better and closed his eyes in preparation. He didn't have to wait long, for only seconds after he'd closed his eyes a hand lashed out at him, gripping tightly onto his neck with so much force it threatened to break it.
Insuru: I get it, you think you're funny right?

He asked in a tone JJ had never heard from him before, JJ for his part however was far too tired to actually work up any emotion. Insuru's face was wrecked, he'd barely been able to heal the damage JJ had caused with his attack and from the wavering sight JJ had, he could tell that the others hadn't recovered yet either.
JJ: Good.

JJ felt himself being lifted from the ground and for the frist time ever, he'd seen the true horrifying face that belonged to the demon of myth.
Insuru: You are something else boy, to be able to do something like that, but I'm done playing games with you. Your little distraction tactic, it's pissed me off.

JJ lifted his left hand and drenched it in the blood from his wound, chanting silently. A weak chuckle escaped his lips and he latched his hand onto Insuru's face.
JJ: With this blood, I mark my grudge upo-

JJ's eyes shot wide at the sound of wind rushing to his left and when he turned to look his hand was still on Insuru's face, but the bicep of his arm was limply hanging down from it, dripping onto the ground after being newly liberated from his body. His eyes then fell upon Insuru, holding a blade in his left hand, coated in red having moved so fast that JJ had no time to react to it. Insuru wordlessly slashed across JJ's chest, being showered in his blood after doing so before dropping the boy roughly to the ground. Defeat, rage, and sorrow echoed throughout the leaf forces, the sound being the one small thread keeping the boy holding on, but despite that he was fading fast. Sensing the weak pulse from him, Insuru chuckled pulling him up to a sit, to which JJ eyes, trying it's best to imprint something shot around, before settling feverishly on Insuru.
Insuru: Any last words kid?

JJ stared at him and fought to move his right arm, managing to do so after straining the rest of his strength, and in a last bout at defiance, he weakly punched Insuru in his cheek before losing all strength. The last thing hitting JJ's eyes being the sight of the gate Orochimaru had erected, crumbling to the ground. Wings sprouted from JJ's back bathed in pure white and with it the torso of a man, long white hair and soft golden glow making him appear almost angelic.
Kakashi: What is-
Claire: Fou Lu, it means the dragon gene is splitting from JJ.
Hinata A-And that means......
Claire:......yes.

Fou Lu gazed back at the despair and then at the Orochi staring at him as if awaiting his seperation in anticipation of battle, an idea he scoffed at. His eyes then glanced down at the body of the boy he'd given life for so long.
Insuru: What are you waiting for? Come on out of there Fou Lu!

He shouted, as his siblings finally finished healing their wounds
Insuru: I get it, it's because Norugi isn't entirely gone yet right? Then why don't we fix that then?

Insuru grabbed onto JJ's neck and reared back his blade, aimed directly at the boy's heart.
Fou Lu: Is this the end thou hast chosen Norugi?
JJ: No...more....can't....continue.
Fou Lu: Dost thou hear them? Their pain, their sadness?
JJ: I....don't....want....to fail them.
Fou Lu: What is thine wish?
JJ: Please, make....them...stop....crying.
Fou Lu: Then lend me your hand.

JJ glanced back, eyes devoid of life and struggled once again to lift his hand, however to the world outside of his mind Fou Lu simply reached down for him and when their hands met Fou Lu smiled.
Fou Lu: I enjoyed Mine time with you Norugi, goodbye. For now I will be, thine "aura".

(Music cue: God knows by- Hirano Aya)

Insuru pushed his sword forward and it pierced flesh, however not as he'd intended. His sword went through JJ's hand and quickly shot to the side away from his body, Fou Lu vanishing away from sight completely just after. In a flash, JJ stood up and kicked into Insuru's chest, knocking him back quite a distance. From the momentum of the kick JJ stumbled back falling against the wall in front of his allies, a new arm ripping out from the stump left behind and wings proudly sprouting form his back out spread like a bird preparing to take flight. Confusion soon turned to bitter understanding when JJ's hair turned white and grew down to his back, his face gaining many of Fou Lu's features. Fou Lu had simply inhabited his body, JJ was gone forever, yet the silver lining in that cloud was that the Orochi couldn't handle the person standing before them or so they hoped. Only seven minutes remained before the barrier would fail, and after all the damage JJ had done, he doubted they'd be able to renew it. Fou flapped his giant wings and opened his eyes, quickly ducking under the sword Insuru stabbed at him and rose up, grabbing onto the man's throat and slammed his open palm into his stomach, leaving behind a glowing golden light that exploded the second that he hit the ground from the impact of the blow. Fou shot forward like a bullet, grabbing onto Insuru's face as he bounced and slammed him head first back into the ground, cracking his skull and called his sword to his hand. Kensou in the form of a snake flew at him the front, but in response he flapped his wings and pulled himself back, landing on his feet mere inches away from the snake mouth and rolled under it swinging his sword upward into it's body, slicing it down the middle and recovered from his roll at the exact moment that Aneha came after him slamming a chakra covered fist down at him, but with a smile he grabbed onto her fist and pushed his own through her stomach and then out of her back opening up his fist and engulfing her in a hail of golden flames.
Fou Lu: Heh.

He muttered, rolling back away from the girl's body and flipping over Venice, punching into her back with everything he had, cracking her back in half and slicing down through her with the blade in his hand, glowing to match its master's increase in power. It's glow warned to the danger behind him, Sinna quickly dropped down for him, immense power emanating from her body, but the moment she got close Fou Lu's wing shot up, smacking her in the face, throwing her momentum into a spin then he turned around, punching down into her face with as much force as he could muster, grounding her into the dirt. To finish off he spun into a back kick that sent her sliding along the ground and swung his sword at her, which despite the distance still split her in half. Aristam growled, throwing hundreds of justu at the calm dragon king, but despite the impossiblity of the feat, he moved between them all and closed the distance, lifting his leg into the air above Aristam and slammed it down into his shoulder, breaking his collarbone. Aristam crumbled down to one knee and groaned in pain, realizing the image before him when Fou Lu chuckle above him, he'd made the proud warrior bow down to him. Infuriated by this Aristam tried to sit up, but before he could a knee found it's way into his face. Sensing the approach of other opponents coming for him Fou Lu shot his foot back and connected with Kensou's stomach and then kicked again into his face and dragged his foot up into an arc, hitting him with enough force to send him spinning backward.
Insuru: Damn you!

He shouted out, rushing forward at Fou Lu who waited patiently for him to get close, and the moment he did Fou's sword dropped to the ground from who knows where almost fast enough to split Insuru in half. Insuru had seen that coming though and spun around the falling blade, producing his own at the ready, preparing to use the turn to his advantage and slice Fou in half, but before he could the dragon king grabbed his arm, and called to his sword making it pierce through Insuru's back as Venice had done JJ earlier. As the man winced in pain Fou Lu quickly stepped behind him and grasped onto the blade of his sword, ripping it to the side in a fierce motion. Mika growled, no longer being restrained by Gaara or her own despair, reached out for the barrier and forced a large slab of stone to raise from beneath Insuru's feet, slamming him into the barrier's roof. Seeing this Sinna launched a black chakra ball at her, but Fou Lu caught it, smiled and charged it with his own energy before sending it back to her. The Orochi stood shocked Fou Lu had managed to channel their energy as if his own, something no one had ever done, and he didn't even seem to have any adverse effects from doing it. Fou turn slightly to Mika and nodded as if giving her to okay to assist him. Without a word, he rushed forward, quickly dodging attacks flying at him and moving completely in sync with the flying earth behind him, each one hitting a mark. Mere feet in front of Aristam, he jump slightly into the air lining up perfectly with the man's dark spear, but before it could reach him, a pillar shot from the ground and propelled him up further making him avoid the attack. With a flap of his wings he dived down at breakneck speed and slashed through Aristam, making him burst into golden flames, standing proud amidst the ash that would no doubt restore itself moments later.
Mika: Fou Lu!

She shouted, warning him to the approach of the now reunited Orochi, standing proudly as the creature of myth, minus one head, but Fou didn't flinch, he just turned back and flew up high to avoid the sand tidal wave that washed over them from behind.
Mika: Gaara-kun?

Gaara glanced over to her and nodded, a gesture she appreciated and when both turned back to the barrier and synced their movements together.
Mika/Gaara: Terra burial!

The immense pressure from their attack crushed the Orochi, but didn't manage to stop them from moving, instead the applied all of their focus on to grabbing the winged foe in front of them, treating the multiple differing earth attacks, spears, spikes, torrents as nothing more than a nuisance. Taking advantage of his distraction Mika and Gaara split apart the ground around the Orochi and formed several hundred spheres that orbited around the Orochi's body.
Mika/Gaara: Terra claymores!!

Each sphere, shot into the Orochi's body and pierced through it's skin, all finding a perch to rest in, before forming a spike bomb, that on ingition shot thousands of lances into the Orochi's body, making them roar in anguish, and finally get their attention. When their heads turned down toward Mika and Gaara Fou Lu flew down, grabbing onto the middle head and dragged it down to the ground, slashing up through it's throat. Fou felt the gathering of stone and sand above him and tossed up his sword into the mass and suddenly it twisted around flying back at Fou Lu, dragging the mass with it until it stabbed into Fou's own chest.
Teepo: What are you two doing!?
Mika: That's not us!

She shouted in puzzlement of what Fou Lu was doing, but it all became clear when the sand molded around him making a massive stone body around him pinned together by the sword in the chest. A mighty roar erupted from his mouth and he flew forward spinning in mid air raining hundreds of punches into the Orochi's seven faces and pinned the against the far wall, never once allow even a small window of freedom for them to move. After finishing his attack Fou Lu soared up into the air above the Orochi and dived down as fast as he could and drove them into the ground freeing all of the mass around his body that then covered the entire barrier's walls crushing the Orochi under it. Once Fou stood up, he prepared himself for the Orochi's rise, and surely enough moments later they rose, battered and beaten, but quickly healing.
Orochi: I'll rip you to shreds!!!

It shouted a basic threat, nothing that would rattle the dragon king, but in truth he wasn't sure how long he could hold out. As the Orochi approached the barrier shattered around them, much to their surprise, prompting a smile from the dragon king. He hadn't lasted seven minutes, but another hope rose inside of him. The Orochi stood undetered and waited for the leaf forces to approach, but suddenly something they had been disconnected from struck them and they quickly withdrew from the battle. Fou Lu, now out of danger dropped his stance and finally facing the approaching crowd he hung his head. Mika stood still, unable to face the person in front of her. All sullenly watched as Fou Lu slowly walked toward Claire, trying her best to keep her composure.
Claire: Fou Lu-sama, I apologize for not being able to....

She couldn't finish, her tears made themselves known, cutting off her speech and the feeling washed over all, but was completely destroyed when Fou Lu fell face first into his bosom. Everyone froze and stared in disbelief until finally Fou Lu spoke.
JJ: Heh, I get my ass kicked a little and everyone just writes me off as dead? Absolutely no faith from any of you.
Claire: No....
Mika: Norugi-kun?
JJ: Claire-sensei, I'm not sure how much longer I can stand up.

He said finally falling over into the woman's arms. Claire sobbed holding on to him tightly in her arms as others rushed over happily shouting for him, but cheers dimmed quickly when they finally caught sight of his eyes.
Mika: Norugi-kun.....
JJ: Yeah, a small sacrifice.

He said referring to his recent blindness.
JJ: I also can't transform anymore, and Fou Lu is gone.
Teepo: You look like him now though.
JJ: He gave me his body, I'll change back with time. Anyway, don't worry about me, the Orochi didn't leave because they were scared.
Hinata: Naruto-kun!

She shouted, taking off in the direction passed the fallen barrier, many others following behind after confirming that JJ would be okay. Mika and Ino stood at his side along with Gaara and his siblings while Claire healed him. JJ acknowledged their presence and smiled.
JJ: Gaara, I'll join you after I'm finished healing, please, look after my little brother for me.

Gaara silently nodded and turned away.
Gaara: A leader-
JJ: Huh?
Gaara: A leader doesn't step into battle alone. He doesn't fight an entire battle by himself, he leads and he trusts his allies. If you abandon them to fight alone, you're treating them as if they're a burden. A leader's job is to lead his troops, not die and leave them directionless.
JJ: You're right.

Gaara balled his fist tightly adding on one final comment.
Gaara: And if you ever do something so careless and make her cry like that again.....I'll kill you myself.

He vowed walking off with the final word, leaving JJ smiling behind him as his siblings followed behind Mika staring after.
JJ: Fair enough.

JJ turned to Mika and Ino with a smile. The three most important girls in his life still standing with him.
JJ: I need you two to join Naruto, I'll be there soon.

He said lifting his sword, handing it to Ino who accepted worriedly.
JJ: That's yours now. Take good care of it.
Ino: Norugi-kun....
JJ: No, not now, please...
Ino: Yes.

She said finally running off into the battle, Mika still stayed with him and Claire holding on to his hand with as much strength as she could muster.
JJ: Mika....
Mika: I'll leave when you do.
JJ: Alright. Hey Mika, do you see my jacket around here anywhere?

Mika looked around and spotted it lying on the ground behind them and quickly went over to grab it before bringing it back to him.
JJ: This was on the ground right?

He asked with a knowing smile.
Mika: Yeah.

JJ held his jacket tightly and smiled looking up to the heavens.
JJ: Hey, wanna hear something interesting.

-FLASH-

Naruto walked toward the constantly retreating Orochimaru, trying his best to stall until his wounds healed, but no matter how many attacks he'd sent Naruto's way the boy just dodged them and kept advancing without a single pause. However once Naruto grew close the form he'd just achieved faded away under the pressure it'd weighed on his body, but even with that, he never stopped walking forward. He needed to finish him, he couldn't allow him to live. Naruto stood over him, forming a massive blade in his hand and wordlessly prepard to plundge it deep into Orochimaru's heart, but some grabbing the sword before he could. Aneha held onto the blade in Naruto's arms and punched into his chest, sending him sliding back along the ground, but not with enough strength to make him fall. Naruto smiled, even after the Orochi appeared in front of him, he could tell that there was no overwhelming presence behind them.
Insuru: Orochimaru-sama, join us.

He said, holding a hand to Orochimaru who weakly returned in kind. Naruto could only watch in defeat as all of his hard work become null when the eight merged together to form the true Orochi, and even in his weakened state he could fell the power flowing from them, Orochimaru had all but restored himself.
Orochi: We feel alive again!!! Truly this is where you meet your end Naruto!

Shouted loudly the massive beast, none more than the head in the middle, draping proud black hair as if to set itself apart. Naruto stood, numbing the pain he'd felt as he did so and stepped forward, despite the lack of confidence he felt as he did so.

(Music cue: No rain no rainbow by- Home made Kazoku)

Admist the fog created by the Orochi's power emerged a small girl, dispelling the mist around her as she soared down toward the massive beast without its notice and before it caught wind of her hand drw back, engulfed in a powerful blue glow.
Hinata: Eight trigrams: Palm of Devastation!

As the middle head turned at the girl's shout, nothing but the thundrous impact could be heard, somehow she had managed to do damage to the monster and with a graceful twist, she landed on the ground next to Naruto.
Naruto: Hinata-hime, what are you doing here?
Hinata: I'll be by your side Naruto-kun.
Naruto: Get out of here, you can't fight against him!

He shouted, trying to run for her as the Orochi's mighty roar shook the earth, coming down for her.
Raizen: Well, that's okay, it's not like she came alone.

Naruto looked up toward the sound given form as Raizen shot down the to the ground, lightning barreling down with him, crushing into the Orochi's many heads with his massive guillotine sword.
Raizen: Raizen-ken!

He shot, channeling all of the electricty into his fist before punching into the face that represented Orochimaru.
Raizen: I'm deeply shamed that Hinata managed to make it here before me.

He sighed, heaving the massive sword onto his shoulder.
Raizen: Well, Orochimaru, is this whole thing going the way you thought it would?

He asked, gazing into the sky as the streaks of soft pink light flashed through the sky, Sakura riding through it, leaving trail of cherry blossom colored lightning behind her.
Sakura: Cherry Blossom Flash!

She shouted, crashing down into the Orochimaru's body with all of the strength she had, the lights following behind her drilling into the body of the fearsome beast. Allowing her attack to finish, she quickly ran along the length of the snake's body and flipped off clutching onto the piece of crysm embedded in a ring on her left hand. Recovering from the attack, the Orochi lashed out at her, but no matter what it did the girl disappeared away from them.
Sakura: Have fun snapping at air?

She asked walking up from behind Naruto smiling beside Raizen before finally dispelling all of her illusions.
Sakura: I'm done standing by the sidelines and watching others fight. I've seen both JJ and Naruto kick your asses, there's no way, I'm going to be scared of you!

She said, standing with the other in front of Naruto, growing more and more confident with each passing second.
Orochi: I grew sick of this, all of you die together!!!

They roared, forming a mass of energy in their many mouths, and Raizen stood low, if he moved fast enough he could run with all of them before the attack could land, but under the Orochi's head waited a girl, holding tightly onto the blade at her waist.
Mimiru: Kageinuichi: Million blades type 1!

Mimiru swung her blade up, slicing into air, but the shockwave created hundreds, thousands, millions of blades that cut into the Orochi, and in a beautiful motion she moved her sword down and flashed forward, each blade following behind her in the movement.
Mimiru: Sasuke!

With her words a flying phoenix came down from the sky, crashing down into the mythical snake beast with it's flames engulfing it's body, but despite that themonster still functioned with enough focus to swipe at him on his escape.
Gai/Lee/Kakashi: Triple dynamic entry!!

They roared, each one's foot covered in the mighty flames of Sasuke's phoenix and landing into the Orochi's body with enough force to push it back.
Gai: Ready Lee?
Lee: I am!

Both landed to the ground and opened the hidden gate of life exploding in unbridled rage and rushed forward with speed too fast for even the Orochi to keep up with, no matter how hard they tried
Lee/Gai: Hidden lotus!

They shouted, slamming powerful lightning fast punches into the beast's body and with them keeping it preoccuppied as Kakashi focused his energy into his hands.
Kakashi: Double lightning blade.

He shouted pulling his hands apart, creating an electrical charge from both and rushed forward slashing through all eight of  beast's neck, freeing up those who came with him enough for them all to joined Naruto. Kakashi exhaled, the amount of adrenaline pumping through his body was making his warrior blood scream inside him, but he calmed it, the fight he faced was a cautious one.
Kakashi: Hopefully we can be of assisstance Naruto.

He said, looking back to the boy who seemed to be slowly regaining his confidence with every passing second, and then to the Orochi who's annoyance grew with every arriving nuisance that stood in their way.
Orochi: Die, die, die, die, die!!!!

They shouted repeatedly, however learning from their previous mistakes their eyes watched for any newcomers from the area, however they failed to notice the numerous bugs crawling up their body until they had already been covered by them.
Shino: Parasitic insects: Carnivore.

He shouted, along with his entire clan, all bugs attacked at once, draining massive amounts of blood and chakra from the demon, but still amounted to nothing more but a bug bite.
Kiba: Man beast taijutsu: Fang over fang!

Shino smiled, vanishing with his family into the hail of insects swirling around them and dispersed as the multiple Inuzuka drills barreled down toward the Orochi with the power of the entire Inuzuka clan, uniting into a single powerful claw tunnel that punched a hole into the monster's body. Once reaching the other side they positioned themselves in front of Naruto, as if to sheild him from the demon's wrath, even though they knew the Orochi could easily push through them.
Shikaku: Guess it's on us now.
Shikamaru: Yep, strangely enough though, I don't find this troublesome at all.
Ino: I'd be mad at you if you did.
Inoichi: Heh, spirited as ever.
Choji: I'm pretty pissed off myself, let's break this thing.
Choza: Alright everyone we'll need to do adjustments to our formation, I can't really expect either of you to go into that thing's mind so-
Ino/Inoichi: We know.

They replied with a smile, both generations of Ino-Shika-cho getting into position. Ino and her father moved in first, both showing grace of movement as the rushed moved, Ino leapt into the air at an inhuman height high above the Orochi's head, and for a moment he had to wonder what exactly she been doing while training with JJ that she was able to leap the height of hokage mountain, but he knew he didn't have much time to mull over the thought, emphasized by the fact that many heads of the Orochi looked up toward the incoming girl. Inoichi threw a lone kunai into the center of the Orochi's circle of heads and once it reached the optimal position he released the jutsu he'd placed on it.
Inoichi: Mind wrap.

Once activated a flash of light blasted forth, engulfing the Orochi in it for only a split second, but the for that brief moment it'd managed to threw their thoughts into complete disarray, combining every single horrifying experience each one of them had ever had into a single moment and for a short moment gave him control over their minds, he couldn't use the jutsu to full effect due to the Orochi's power and eight concious minds and once he'd set a link to their minds, he closed it with as much force as he could.
Inoichi: Mind crush!

With his final movement he'd crushed all of the pain together into a one, amplifying it and made the Orochi experience it hundreds of times over. He'd smiled at the noticable shout they'd all aimed toward the sky, he'd successfully distracted them long enough for Ino to descend undetered. Ino's blade shadowed power bringing with it a powerful white light that covered her in the power Fou Lu had left behind, temporarily giving her the power to control her movement in the air and with a clean swipe of her sword she cleaved through the body of the Orochi and left a trail of chakra that, much like the sword earlier, formed into copies of herself that ran along the back of the beast, slashing down into it with their own blades, ripping through it's body until finally reaching the end, finishing with a leaping slash before exploding into light particles around it's body that exploded on contact.
Ino: NOW!!

She shouted signaling for the Naras to move in and the moment they got it shadows flew from everywhere wrapping around the Orochi's body, holding it and tightening with every passing second.
Shikamaru/Shikaku: Shadow stitching jutsu!!

The constricting shadows all elongated and pierced into the body of the beast then pulled back grinding into it's skin until it buried into the flesh, however much like had been expected, the mighty demon just pulled away, gaining the favor in strength over the Naras who broke off their jutsu before they could be pulled into an attack, but they smiled regardless, after all, they had done what they needed to do.
Choji/Chouza: Gaint Human boulder!

As the Orochi turned, two hundred foot balls barreled down at them, however one of them shot into the air while the one in front slammed into their body with all of it's weight opening up the opprotunity for the other one to follow up from above, dropping onto them with just as much force. Choji bounced back into the air after the final attack and expanded his hands, punching down into it's body repeatedly before finally landing to the ground with one final punch. Enraged by the human's resistance, the Orochi rampaged around, firing hundreds of black chakra spheres into the area, however before it could land on anyone Hinata repeled them with her protective palms, at the same time firing them back at the Orochi. Now calm the Orochi focused them all into a giant blast preparing to fire them back, as if daring the small girl to try and repel them again and when it did a rallied shouted flew from the surrounding area. All Hyuga rallied behind Hinata, her fox chakra radiating from her body in the form of two cloths appearing around her wrists as she once again gaurded against the blast, but this time with the entire Hyuga clan releasing their chakra into her guard, successfully pushing the attack back at them. Hinata smiled holding her fist out at the beast with her clan, her family doing the same, Hiashi pridely standing next to her.
Zabuza: Water style: Water Dragon Jutsu!

He shouted, launching his own attack at the repelling snake king.
Zabuza: Haku!
Haku: Right.

She shouted as mid flight she focused her chakra in front of Zabuza's attack.
Haku: Crystal ice mirrors!

With her attack now formed in front of Zabuza's their chakra melded together forming an ice dragon that held so much power behind it, that the sound raidating made a roar. After crashing into the emeny's body it shattered and rained thousands of Ice sharpnel into it's body, and no matter how much they tried to resist they couldn't shake them from their body. With a little focus from both missing ninja, the sharpnel inside the beast's body began to move and forced it into it's heart, making them scream out in pain. Furious and lost in rage once again the Orochi snapped back, trying it's best to shred the two shinobi, and finally succeeded, but no matter how much they chewed they never tasted flesh.
Kurenai: I had no idea that a genjutsu would work on a demon.

She said opening a blindspot for Asuma, whose ash landed on the snake demon's body engulfing it in flames that covered it's entire body, leaving it open for the final slash that he and Kurenai landed on it's two middle necks. Despite all of the damage the Orochi healed it all, but even still it became all too clear that they were beginning to do damage, no matter how small it may be.
Magaki: Don't let it rest!
Teepo: That's right you lot, crush them even if you have to leave this field covered in crysm. Our lives for our King!!!

With a rallied battle cry, dragons and dragonslayers moved as one, raining down hundreds of attacks, that all combined, crushed any offense the Orochi could offer, even managing to temporarily disable their body.
Orochi: Why!? Why!!!?????

They yelled slashing their hands down at the ever growing crowd, but were stopped halfway through by seemingly nothing.
Ishi: You ask why? I think the answer is quite clear.

She said holding up the beast's leg with her mind, eventually letting go before it could cause strain on her body as Anko, Neji, and Naki leapt onto it's back. Ank pulled her hand back, chuckling at the irony as she summoned several snakes and released them into the Orochi's body, loosing them to feed on it's insides. It didn't take long for the to be destroy inside the body of the snake king, but they'd done their job, releasing many explosive charges in the belly of the beast. The explosion was all the signal Neji needed as he ran along the beasts body right above the wound that'd been opened by the attack and pulled his hand back.
Neji: I'd been saving this move for Naruto, but I don't mind showing you first.

He said channeling all chakra into his right hand and pushed forth.
Neji: Eight trigrams: Air palm!!!

As soon as he launched his hand forward a large blast of focused chakra shot foward into the open wound, and as an added effect Ishi aimed her pyrokinesis on the attack and a large fire pillar erupted from it's back.
Naki: Now my turn!

He shouted pulling his two daggers from his side and linked his chakra onto them before tosing them into the beast's heart, now covered in fire. Naki and Neji ran along the beast's back and jumped from it's front Naki twisting with his descent ripping through the heart of the monster with his chakra tether.
Orochi: RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With a shout they all blindly charged forward, trying their best to crush all below them under foot, but a large body appeared in front of them holding them back with everything they had.
Kushuka: Been a while Insuru.

He said with a smile, Gaara perched on top of the shukaku's head with his arms folded.
Gaara: Crush them.

He muttered, somehow releasing the powerful bijuu while still awake. Kushuka slammed his foot on the ground and vanished in a whirl of sand, all wrapping the Orochi's body in a powerful grip.
Kushuka: Go ahead kid.

He said to Gaara, forming his own head above the mass of sand as the Orochi struggled to get free.
Gaara: Sand burial!!!!!!

With a single clentch of his fist he crushed the sand together, breaking down the beast's body, but despite that he never released them, instead he expanded the sand again and then tightened repeatedly until the resistance stopped.
Gaara: Finish it!

He shouted out to those who'd come with him. Tenten leapt into the air, opening four scrolls and with a single swipe across them all weapons of all types, shapes, and sizes shot into the sand around the Orochi's body.
Tenten: Your turn fan girl!

Temari, smirked, wiping a streak of her own blood across the length of her fan and swung it, making a giant tornado around that consumed the Orochi's body, making the sand and various blades swirl together.
Kankuro: Now it's my turn right?

He asked releasing hundreds of bombs into the massive bladed sand tornado that ripped apart the enemy trapped inside, before finally ending with one final sand burial. The mass of blood colored sand then solidified into a large stalagtite being held together by Mika as she rushed into the battle, Claire rushing behind her. Claire formed strands of chakra from her body and all shot forth stabbing into the stone as easily as they would flesh, then wrapped around it, holding it all together. Mika smiled, letting go of the mass that now hover through the help of Claire, and formed giant copies of herself. Each copy rained down punches into the mass of stone, crushing it together until finally it all fell apart.
Mika: Norugi!!!!!

She shouted to the heavens as a single shadow shot down toward the bound beast and roared.
JJ: Gamechanger!!!!!

He shouted throwing down the aura ball, that pulverised the Orochi into the ground, before exploding into pieces. JJ landed to the ground in front of Naruto and smiled, his lifeless eyes staring down at him.
Naruto: Everyone....
JJ: We're here for you.

He said taking his hand, followed by many others, all who could fit, rallied around their hope, the one who would be king, and with pride in his heart he stepped forward.
Orochi: How??? How is this happening!!!!????

It yelled, broken and battered into the dirt.
Orochi: These humans shouldn't be able to hurt us!!!!!
Naruto: Simple.

He said holding up his hand in a fist.
Naruto: You're a beast that feeds on fear-

Feeling the presence of hundreds, thousands standing behind him in support he finished with a strong shout that snyced with all behind him.
All: And none of us are afraid of you!!!!

Naruto opened his hand, engulfed in the chakra of his allies, his friends and formed it into a spiral, but much to even his suprise the result was massive, towering over himself, but with enough focus he'd formed it a tiny size.The Orochi roared forming an attack at the center of it's eight heads and to pre-empt it Naruto took a step, but collapsed to one knee.
Naruto: It's too powerful, it's breaking my arm.

He thought trying to force a stand, but before he could he felt the weight lifting. Gazing around he saw his friends all standing at his side holding up the Rasengan with him.
Kiba:  We've got your back.
Hinata: Naruto-kun, we'll hold it with you.
Sasuke: We can't let you carry the burden alone.
Gaara: Trust in us.

Naruto smiled wide, His team, all of the rookie nine, team Gai, the sand siblings, Ishi, Anko, Zabuza, Haku, and Naki, all stood with him, ready to ride this attack out until the end. Alll reared back, thoughts all as one and rushed forward, taking shifts to help carry Naruto's burden.
All: This is the power of our bond!
Orochi: Hah, how unimpressive.

They said grasping onto the blast with a single arm.
Orochi: We could easily crush through such a pitiful thing!
All: Our bonds may not look like much-

They shouted, slamming the Rasengan into the Orochi's attack, destroying it before it could even launch.
All: But the weight it carries is heavy enough to crush anything that threatens to break them!

Naruto slammed the rasengan at the Orochi's arm and the power of the attack was enough to disintegrate it before even making contact, and once it slammed into the Orochi's chest all united together, pumping all of their chakra into it.
All: Kizuna Ransegan!!!!!!!!!!

The power and weight of the rather small seeming attack then lashed out, expanding with every passing second and with each expandsion it gained another layer, each adding a different element on top of the last layer until it was a 42 layer attack. Yubiki stepped from Naruto seal and smiled, focusing her own chakra into the attack forming nine vapor trails above the attack that latched onto Orochi and pulled the Rasengan into it's body and merged with it.
All: Full power Nine tailed rasengan!!!!!

With the final attack the seven heads of the Orochi's screams merged with the gust of wind, before exploding in a cloud of red chakra that formed into a fox, and left behind no traces of the Orochi. A united sheer flew from the crowd, loud shouts and battle cries cut through the air. A long and arguious battle had finally ended. Naruto stood up and smiled, but dropped it the second he started to remember thew Orochi's boasts during the attack on the leaf and in the sky a dark mist began to form swirling around in right different trails indicating that even the essence of the long dead Karou had returned to rejoin them. They held no real concern over it, with Orochimaru dead they didn't have to worry about dealing with the demon anymore. The gods would come to clean up this mess, and with the scale of which the Orochi had moved in this instance, it wouldn't be surprising if the demon leaders moved against them as well. The Orochi now held no more power, or so they thought with a final bid at revenge the dark essense flew down toward Naruto, all of it moved to possess him, something that even in the story the Orochi had told, was impossible. Holding the entirety of the Orochi's essence couldn't be done, however for the forbidden one, maybe it wasn't so unlikely that it would work. Naruto jumped back trying his best to dodge the approaching mist, but it was useless, before he could even scream, he'd been enveloped by the Orochi's power.
JJ: Naruto!

He shouted, rushing over to him as fast as he could, but the moment that he reached him the Orochi's power began to enter him as well. Both collapsed to the ground, wondering why the gods hadn't stepped in yet, even if they couldn't lie a finger on them before because of their attachment to Orochimaru, he was dead now, there was no reason to delay any longer.
Hinata: Naruto-kun!

Hinata rushed to his side, but before she could come closer he held out his hand, stopping her.
Naruto: If you get any closer, it'll infect you too.

He choked out in a growl, his rage slowly growing more profound, even more so, with the boy next to him that seemed to also be growing in power. Even with the knowledge that JJ was fighting the infection too, to him in his rattled state it seemed as if it were to challenge him. The power they emanated clashed with one another, soon becoming an air of murderous hostility, and much to everyone's surprise they both stood up, glaring at each other with immense hatred and smiled. The air grew humid, choking down all who tried to interfere and both rushed forward slamming their fists into each other's face.
Naruto: We never got to finish that fight we had when we first met.
JJ: We didn't, did we?

He said, pulling back his hand launch it forward repeatedly into Naruto's face, the latter of the two didn't even try to dodge. The Orochi inside needed their power, and for that, they'd have to die. Naruto responded to the attack with a vicious punch to the stomach and followed with four punches, each one raising slightly in location, pushing the young dragon back a few inches.
Mika: Norugi-kun stop it!
Hinata: Naruto-kun!

Both boys stopped just shy of impact and roared at one another, dropping to their knees at almost the exact same time.
Naruto: JJ, we have to-
JJ: Dammit.

He grunted, trying to hold out.If things continued like they were, there was no doubt that they'd wind up killing each other, and even with that understanding it was getting really hard to hold on to the fact and not lose return to the state of extreme bloodlust. Locking eyes once again they meditated, allow the words of the people around them to sink in, they had to focus on that, they couldn't allow the whispers of the demon in them to win. Naruto stood first, JJ soon after, smiles on both's face with realization.
JJ: Sorry Naruto, but I'm gonna have to break you.
Naruto: Heh, I was just thinking the same thing.

They said whilst still sane, and without a second to allow anyone else to interfere, they charged at each other, Naruto with his Rasengan at full power, and JJ with his newly found white aura on his right hand, and on collision both slammed the attacks into each other, holding themselves in control, breaking each other apart and rendering their bodies useless. Staring at each other, barely holding conciousness they gazed to each other and concentrated. With their bodies being unable to move they couldn't fight each other, and with their minds focused on the pain they felt, they could gain slight clarity, at least enough to dispel what ever it was inside their bodies. Naruto stumbled through the depths of his mind scape, walking through the hallowed halls that without his mother inhabiting them seemed rather empty. He could see a four of the Orochi standing across from him, yet they seemed to be nothing more than dolls, standing lifeless staring up into nothing. However their rage, their vendetta could still be felt, but despite that, he walked closer.
Naruto: You're the ones who have my head all messed up right now huh?

He ball his fist and walked closer, punching into the face of Venice, who fell to the ground as would a statue, but strangely enough the moment he touched her he felt something flow in to him. On the far wall images of her crying face, her holding two children as she screamed back, her brothers standing in front of her protectively sheilding her from the incoming wrath, an unneccessary action considering that humans couldn't harm her. Their fangs ripped through the crowd, trying their best to allow her time to hide her children, yet on a side wall played moments only earlier, watching the fall of Jinzuki Uzumaki.
Venice: Jin! Jin!!!!
Jinzuki: Even if I should die, I'll never denounce my love. Please, be happy, my beloved Venice.

Naruto reeled stepping back, eyes wide in shock, struggling to keep his breath inside himself. He was a descendant of the Orochi.
Naruto: No way....

He uttered, staring down at the resting still woman and with a barely containable rage, he grabbed onto the collar of the woman and lifted her up.
Naruto: You bastards! All this time, you've been trying to kill me, make my life a living hell, and I was a part of you bastards, you monsters are inside of me!

He roared, recieving no response, but as he held on to her images emerged from the walls, apparentally being triggered by contact with the woman. Naruto calmed himself and placed a single hand on her head, locking his eyes on to the walls themselves, looking at the many reflections around him. All the way into the past, where she hid her two sons, leaving them with a necklace that would soon become the Uzumaki crest, and all the way into the future. Naruto watched the Orochi's entire life from the time Venice sprouted from Insuru, until finally finding a single memory, one from mere moments ago.
Orochimaru: What are you doing?
Insuru: We can't let you die. You're the avatar of our hope, our last card.
Aneha: If we let you die, everything we've done will be pointless, and I don't want to lose you.
Kensou: Yeah just take the time to get all mushy, whatever, We'll find you again in three years, until then lay low.
Aristam: We failed this time, but nothing is definite Orochimaru-sama.

Before the attack could finish it's course, the Orochi dispeled Orochimaru, shielding him with their body from the attack, and in a final bid, masked his aura making him undetectable by conventional means. Naruto now knew why the gods hadn't come, they would still be violating the treaty, they couldn't do anything to stop them as long as Orochimaru was alive, and they hadn't killed him yet. Naruto stepped back, pumping as much chakra into himself as he could. He had the Orochi's blood in his veins, then that would make him highly susceptible to the their power, but the demon blood wasn't the only thing inside him.
Naruto: Even if I share your blood, I'm not like you.

He said looking up to the ceiling.
Naruto: I am Naruto Uzumaki. I am a demon, a human, and a god. I have people who believe in me, and those who I need to protect. Now's not the time to be wrapped up in your bullshit!!!

Naruto's voice awoke the lifeless Orochi, but quickly pushed them from his body, his power also reaching JJ across from him, freeing him of the Orochi's power.
Yubiki: Naruto!!

She shouted, running over to him.
JJ: Heh, guess I owe you one.
Naruto: Not...yet. Orochimaru's still alive!!!!

Those words, froze all in their tracks, celebrations stopped and all eyes wandered. Yubiki slipped into Naruto's body, healing all of his wounds, but the boy didn't wait for the bones to mend. He frantically ran looking for wher the man was. Orochimaru laid face up looking at the swriling mist in the sky, having just recently awakened. He could've taken the time to retreat, but he felt empty, as if he'd lost his soul. Yet there he saw it, hovering in the sky above him, looking to disperse in search of power.
Orochimaru: Don't leave me.

He whispered weakly, still very broken from the battle beforehand. He wanted it back; a power he'd grown dependant on, almost a part of himself that he'd been disconnected from. With the last of his strength he'd stood, reaching up for the Orochi's essence. That act however, gave away his position and in moment had hundreds of shinobi moving in on him. None faster than Raizen who was already bringing down his closed shuriken on him.
Orochimaru: USE ME!!!!!

He shouted, and just before the blade could come down on him, Raizen felt the life leave his arm. The inky blackness of the Orochi's essence had touched his arm, but not with the intent to possess, but repel.
Orochimaru: I knew it, you all still remain yourselves. I can contain your power, join with me.

Raizen sensing the impending danger fell back regaining the feeling in his hand, but he didn't approach again, inside the mist lied death. Orochimaru inhaled the mist and collapsed to his knees, coughing up torrents of blood. Surely he'd be done in by his own hubris, but soon enough, he stopped and stood to his feet smiling, power immense enough to employ gravitional pressure. Orochimaru's face held no emotion, instead simply the lifeless eyes of a man near death.
Orochimaru: So this is what true power is?

He asked almost as if pondering it himself. With each step he took the ground shook, cracking underneath and opening to reveal legions of snakes that now moved at his every command.
Orochimaru: Now I am truly boundless.

He said appearing front of Naruto as if he'd teleported and grabbed him by the throat, the movement so fast that no one had time to try and stop it. A massive snake emerged from the ground and rose Orochimaru up while holding Naruto, and despite how much he struggled he couldn't break free.
Orochimaru: Tell me, what will you do now?

He asked, looking down at all of the shinobi on the ground. JJ extended his wings, leading his dragons into the sky the rescue Naruto, however the multitude of snakes kept them at bay. JJ was the only one able to make it through, but even before he could reach them Orochimaru shot something down at him, rendering his wings useless. Once again, there was only the two left, no one was coming to help. Naruto, realizing the desperation of the situation pulled back, activating his nine-tailed clarity state, and punched into Orochimaru's face, forcing the man to release him.
Naruto: Guess you're not invincible then.

He said  preparing for his next attack, yet a sharp pain ran through him, and for a moment he didn't know what it was. Naruto gazed down, inside his stomach was a hand stretched over ten feet, reaching deep into his gut but never reaching flesh, instead what it found was Yubiki.
Naruto: How did you-

He asked his astonishment. Orochimaru had breached his seal and the shock of it froze Naruto in place as a piece of him was forcibly removed, sending a powerful disabling jolt through both him and Yubiki. Once the act was completed both collapsed, their link severed. Both fell unconcious, Yubiki falling to the ground below, but Naruto still stood, barely staring into the face of the enemy in front of him.
Orochimaru: Now that she's out of the way, I believe it's time we ended this Naruto-kun.

Naruto's head hung as the man approached reaching for the boy who'd lost his will to fight. Naruto gazed slightly up and flared, his entire body glowing with an angelic hue, and black wings forming on his back and in a semi-concoius stupor he slammed both palms into the man's chest, and with a golden light, he'd sent him flying off to the ground below. Orochimaru landed like a meteor, yet still stood moments later, his insides a complete mess.
Orochimaru: So even now, I'm still out matched.

He stated, leaking blood from his mouth, nose, and eyes. He was in bad shape, but lived on due to the Orochi's power. Knowing what he was in for, he walked away from the battlefield, before disappearing in a cloud of black smoke. In spite of his power, his body was racked in pain, useful for nothing more than being the vessel of the Orochi's power, and using even the little bit of strength he had pushed him to the edge, if he fought any longer he'd die. In a state of near death limbo, he'd wait three years, for when the Orochi would free him of his pain. Naruto for his part stood motionless on the head of the quickly decaying snake trying his best to stay awake, but with the snake's descent, Naruto had naught the energy to actually fight gravity. Never did he reach the ground, instead found himself caught by JJ whose body seemed at the limit of breakdown too, but he held tight quickly dropping to the ground ready to sheild Naruto from impact. Expectations did not reach reality however; with the landing instead reaching the waiting hands of the people below. Now safe, the battle truly over for now they let themselves slip away, a small but consice victory.
Kakashi: Man, you kids are something else.

He said smiling under his mask. With no more enemies to fight, the leaf forces made the slow march home, Naruto resting on Kakashi's back, JJ on Gai's, and the rare sight an unconcious Yubiki riding on Naki's.
Teepo: Make sure to take care with His Highness.
Gai: Trust me, you have nothing to worry about my friend.

He said giving him a thumbs up that almost made him worry more, but he trusted him, leaving the young dragon king in his hands. Kiba however lost his smile the moment he returned to find Yura. He'd wanted to bury her somewhere she could be happy, but when he'd returned her body was gone; lost to whatever sick person took her away. Thinking back on it depressed him, and in his shame he hung his head low..
Tsume: Kiba, I'm so sorry.

She said, holding him under her arm as they walked. Kiba silently chuckled, to have battled a mythical beast only moments before with no fear and yet now, silently wanting to bury himself under the reassuring embrace. Raizen placed his hand on his friend's shoulder, feeling helpless in the face of his distress, but Claire smiled. Placing a mischievous finger to her lip in an uncharacteristically girly fashion, she locked her hands behind her and leaned forward next to Kiba.
Claire: Hey, cheer up. I have something interesting to tell you.

Claire's words seemed to grab a lot of people's attention, and even without ever once breaking their stride, they turned back to her.
Claire: When everyone left to help Naruto, that boy of mine told me something really good. Tell me Kiba, do you remember where Norugi left his jacket before he went off to fight?

Kiba's eyes wondered to the ground.
Kiba: Yeah, he put it on Yura. It was still with her when I placed her down.
Claire: Yes, but when Norugi found it, it was on the ground, amongst where we all were standing. That means, distracted though we may have been, it would have been impossible to get in and carry her out.

She said matter of factly with a smile that was soon mirrored by Mika.
Mika: The only way that could've happened is if we all moved away, in other words, when the barrier was broken.
Kiba: What does that mean?
Mika: It means that there wasn't anyone left on Orochimaru's side by that point, there was no one there to take her.

Kiba looked up to her in confusion, his expression carrying over to many others as well.
Claire: But that's not all, JJ pointed out that he never lasted out the complete seven minutes he needed to beat the Orochi. He only lasted out five, and even if the Orochi had dropped the seal themselves, it would have faded away, but it didn't. Do you remember what happened Kiba?
Kiba: I-It shattered.
Claire: Uh-huh. That's because it didn't fall, it was nuetralized.

Kiba's eyes shut wide, wanting to break into a smile, but unwilling to gain hope from simple speculation.
JJ: Wow, I can't tell you two anything huh?

He asked rousing from his sleep, still barely able to move.
JJ: I wanted to tell him.
Claire: But that look on his face was heartbreaking.

Kiba walked over to Gai and stared over to JJ, still limply hanging on the man's back.
Kiba: Do you know for sure? How do you know?
JJ: Sigh.

JJ looked sightlessly over to his friend and smiled.
JJ: Well it all began when you said her mother's name, I know that name and if she's who I think she is then I know her father too. Momo Inugami, you remember that name don't you Teepo?
Teepo: Huh?.....Wait, yeah! That's Rei-nii-chan's girl right. They used to argue all the time, and after defeating Myria witth Ryu-o, he just proposed to her out of nowhere. Didn't know they actually had a kid, he always said he wanted one, but I haven't seen him since he returned home to defend his kingdom in that war fourteen years ago.

He said holding his fist under his chin.
Teepo: But that doesn't make sense.
Kiba: What doesn't?
Teepo:....Momo was a half demon.

Kiba stopped for a second looking at the dragon who stopped in turn with him.
Kiba: She was?
Teepo: Yeah, she was a of the Hare-kin.  They were known to have really weird abilities, really explains the whole cancelling chakra thing too.
Kiba: How wouldn't Yura know that her mother was a half demon?
JJ: Momo had long red hair, and the only real tell for Hare-kin are their rabbit ears. Whenever she had to blend in with humans she hid her ears in her hair. Made it somewhat hard for her to hear though. And even if it wasn't that, she had a deep interest in science, she always talked about making a potion that'd make half demons impossible to distingiush from humans because of her rough childhood, maybe she finally made it. I lost all doubts though when she went berserk. That's the were-tiger state, it's a power that only belongs to the blood of the woren cheiftain, which means that she's Rei's daughter, and the heir to the woren throne.

Kiba blushed slightly amazed, he'd fallen in love with a princess. He shook off the thought however and asked.
Kiba: So what does that mean?
JJ: It means that Yura is more demon than human, and demons don't die so easily. I believe Yubiki once said, "Even if you destroy my heart, I can always grow another."

He repeated with a smile.
JJ: Demons are quite resilient; Yura is no exception. But I'm sure you don't want the backstory, just proof right?
Kiba:....
JJ: When you ran off after Kabuto, you screamed out. When you did, I saw her aura flare for a brief moment.
Kiba: Yeah?
JJ: That's impossible.

He stated flatly.
JJ: Kiba, the aura has another name, "The soul".

JJ hold out is hand, putting forth much effort to do so.
JJ: That's why no one person has the same aura, it's our very existence, our individuality. If a person dies, their aura fades, it's gone forever. The fact that I saw her aura meant that she was still alive, but I couldn't be sure.

He said closing his fist.
JJ: Tell me, have you ever wondered, why despite having my jacket on in most fights I have, it's never been ripped apart or shredded?
Kiba: Actually yeah.
JJ: It's because I've worn it since Claire-sensei gave it to me, it's engraved with my aura. It can heal, mend, or even protect me from harm, it's like a piece of armor. When I gave it to Yura, I'd guessed that maybe the shock of her blow was so bad that her body needed to shut down to focus on recovering, I gave her my jacket to speed it up. It was a gamble, but that gamble on being able to save her, saved me.

He said holding out his hand toward Kiba.
JJ: But there's one last bit of definite proof, just like with you guys, I left a bit of my aura on her-

He said, placing his hand up to Kiba's ear, allowing him to hear the study beat coming through it.
JJ: This is the sound of Yura's heart.

Kiba reeled back, finally allowing the tears to fall.
JJ: Since she's out of my range I can't track her though, she started running as soon as she got up. I'm sorry.
Kiba: No, it's okay man. As long as she's alive, it's okay. Thank you, really.
JJ: No problem.

He said closung his eyes to rest, but all around him smiles had reached the faces of his allies, even Naruto, who hadn't once lifted his head.
Tenten: Then does that mean that you knew she was going to save you from the barrier?

She asked, halfway teasing him.
JJ: No, if I could foresee that kind of thing I wouldn't have gotten trapped in the barrier in the first place. What do you think I am, psychic?
Ishi: I am.

She said with a bright smile, pulling a hearty laugh out of the surrounding shinobi. Orochimaru still breathed, but even with that, they could call this mission a success. However, far away from the battlefield, a single shadow wandered alone, listlessly navigating through the trees that surrounded her, Yura struggled to regain herself, yet nothing stuck. She walked, unable to actually form any kind of cognitive thought as she clumsily manuvered through the forest around her.
Yura: ....

Sharply she came to a stop, staring into the eyes of another shadow standing in front of her.
????: I go out of my way to come look for you, and when I find you you look like shit.

Yura couldn't place the face of the person before her, she could barely even manage to speak, but even though the person in front of her spoke without any hostility in it's voice, Yura percieved it as a threat. Growling in an animalistic nature she flexed her muscles, attacking the person as if running on instinct, but the shadow simply moved around it, dodging the feral cat without putting forth much effort, despite the girl's many flailing attempts to do so.Yura's body grew in response to her rage, but before she could finish her transformation, the shadow before her whistled; summoning a massive shadow that slammed it's fist down into the girl's head, rendering her unconcious.
????: Have you lost your mind? They must have done a number on you, but don't worry, I'm here for ya.

The voice assured, leaning down toward the resting girl and lifted her from the ground, then started a long walk. Hours later Yura shot up, an aching pain shooting through her head forcing her to grip it in a vain attempt to calm it. Yura looked around, she was lying in a bed in an unfamiliar room and the feeling of being lost washed over her. Her first instinct was to run, but her headache locked her where she sat, instead she shrunk further into the covers, shivering meekly as she gazed around quickly.
????: Finally woke up huh?

A voice asked her, causing her to flinch in response. In walked a girl slightly taller than she was with long flowing red hair who casually closed the door with her foot before moving to sit in the chair in front of her, Yura noting her masculine posture.
Tayuya: You save my life and then when I look for you, you attack me out of nowhere? Seriously, the hell's your problem?

She shouted, making Yura shrink at her words, ears lying down to note her displeasure. Tayuya relented slightly, feeling somewhat guilty for yelling at her.
Tayuya: Well whatever, you're just lucky that I heard about that battle going on. I wouldn't have found you if I was any later.
Yura: Where...are we?

She asked withdrawing slightly.
Tayuya: This is Cocoya village. Some of the people found me when you set me free, I've been here since then. It's in the middle of no where and it's really a shitty dump, but the people are nice enough. It'd be better if they weren't so stiff all the time though, I mean-
Yura: Excuse me.
Tayuya: Hm?
Yura: Who are you?

Tayuya froze, unsure how to react to what the girl had just asked.
Tayuya: You're shittin' me right? You know who I am.
Yura: We've met before?......I'm sorry.

She said hanging her head unable to drag up a single memory of the girl before her, but not just that.
Yura: Who am I?

She aimed the question at Tayuya who looked for the first time on someone else with pity. Yura despite all of her annoyances did actually warm up on her and sadness momentarily gripped her. That only lasted a second however, for the next moment she slammed her hand on the girl's head.
Tayuya: Yura, you've got a lot of nerve you little shit.
Yura: Huh?
Tayuya: How dare you forget you own big sister, gives me half the mind to kick your ass!
Yura: I-I'm sorry.
Tayuya: Whatever, from now on, you're stayin' here with me okay.
Yura: Y-Yes.

Tayuya shot up from her seat and walked toward the door.
Tayuya: Now go back to sleep, I have a lot of stuff to show you tomorrow.
Yura: Alright.

She said to the older girl before she left the room. Lowering her head Yura closed her eyes and thought, the girl before her felt familiar, but she couldn't place it, nothing of her past remained in her mind.
Yura: My big sister...

She repeated, and then she smiled something about those words made her feel warm. Finally laying back down she stared at the door, allowing her eyes to drift as she tried to remember something about herself.
????: I love you....

The words echoed in her mind, bringing a slight blush to her face, but no face came with those words. The only thing that she remembered from her past was that voice, that one line. The rest, even that boy's face, were gone forever.

~Flash~

A week had passed since returning to the leaf village. All who'd returned from the battle went to see there loved ones, but those who hadn't were mourned and buried in the grave reserved for heroes of the leaf.
Ibiki: You know, you didn't have to do that.

He said down to JJ wh had finally regained his natural appearance again. He was sitting on a bench in the park overseeing the leaf streets covered in bandages, still waiting for his body to heal.
JJ: I did, it was my responsiblity to.

He responded, holding his head low. He'd visited the houses of all soldiers who hadn't returned home and delivered the horrible news to those who waited in vain. Needless to say, he looked rather tortured at the moment.
Ibiki: It wasn't your fault, no one could expect their to be zero casulities in an assualt that big. It's foolish to think so.
JJ: I know that, I just didn't want someone else to handle something like that when it was on my shoulders to bring them back. I know I can't save everyone, but I can at least take responsibility.
Ibiki: I think you've been responsible enough, if you continue on as you have, you'll just be punishing yourself.

He said slightly before walking away, leaving JJ slightlessly staring on at him.
JJ: Heh, I've been getting lectured alot lately.
Naruto: Maybe because you deserve it.

Naruto walked toward him completely healed. Having demon healing must be convient sometimes, JJ's damage needed to heal naturally considering Claire had her hands full with other things at the moment.
Naruto: You had a lot of people worried.

Naruto flopped down beside JJ, leaning back with his arms hanging over the back of the bench.
Naruto: So they couldn't do anything about our eyes, huh?
JJ: Nope. They're sealed, not something that can be "healed". Besides, I can still see auras, just really sucks since I can't see non-living things.
Naruto: So you're going to be blind forever?
JJ: Well I could always face the old man's trails, but I'm still not strong enough to fight that asshole.
Naruto: Huh?
JJ: Don't worry about it, I'll tell you someday. Besides it's not like I'm the only one who came away scratched.

Naruto groaned laying his head back. Because of the nature in which Orochimaru's had ripped Yubiki from his seal it became corrupted and Yubiki could no longer enter it, meaning; Naruto could no longer borrow her strength.
Naruto: Yeah, I'm just glad that she recovered, the shock of the attack seemed to have a greater effect on her than on me.
JJ: We got set back just as much as Orochimaru did.
Jiraiya: And that's why I have a proposition for you.

Naruto looked up, seeing the great toad sage leaning on the bench behind them.
JJ: Where the hell have you been?
Jiraiya: Yeah, sorry I missed the battle, I was off taking care of some things. I am up to speed though and I've come to a decision.
Naruto: Huh? What do you mean Hentai-jii-chan?
Jiraiya: In three years time the Orochi will revive inside Orochimaru's body. It'll re-instate his power, but that's not all. The Akatsuki has been building it's power as well, who knows when they'll decide to make a move. In the state that you're in now, you're not prepared to face down against them, so we're going to fix that.

He said moving to stand in front of the boys.
Jiraiya: JJ, could you find your way back to the village hidden in the dark, even in your current state?
JJ: Yeah, but if you want to go there why do you need me? You know the way there too.
Jiraiya: Well, only a denizen of the dark can enter. And because I need you as well.
JJ: For what exactly?
Jiraiya: Our three year training excursion.

He said with a smile gaining a puzzled look from both of the young boys in front of him.
Naruto: You're kidding right?
Jiraiya: No, I'm not.

He said dropping his smile for a more serious expression.
Jiraiya: In just three short years, things are going to get far more dangerous. Everything is going to be on the line we can't be unprepared for that time.
Naruto: Then you want me to leave this village and my himes behind?

He asked calmly trying to gauge what bothered him most about Jiraiya's idea, but the man shook his head at the boy's question.
Jiraiya: No, those girls have to come too, as well as the Uchiha boy.
JJ: Huh? So it's not just us?
Jiraiya: They have to come, after Naruto marked them he connected them to him. If he's too far from them for too long he'll lose focus, and that would kill the entire purpose of this training trip.
Naruto: Do they know about this?
Jiraiya: It's your job to tell them, but it all depends on your agreement.

Naruto and JJ looked at each other and nodded before turning back to Jiraiya.
JJ/Naruto: We'll do it.

They shouted in unison bringing a smile to Jiraiya's face.
Jiraiya: Then in a week's time we'll depart. Use that time to recover and say your goodbyes, I leave it to you.

He ordered before walking away, leaving the boys to reflect on the decision they made. Both leaned back looking up to the sky allowing their thoughts to run free,before breaking off into different directions. Naruto had no problems convincing the girls and Sasuke to come along, however JJ...
JJ: What do you mean?

He asked his teacher, sitting in her office at Konoha general.
Claire: I said I'm not going, I'm going to stay here.
JJ: Why? This is our home I'm talking about here. We need to-
Claire: I know, Jiraiya asked me permission to take you, I told him yes. But I'm not going to come with you, I'm needed here more than there.

She said all without ever once looking away from her chart, surely to emphasize the determination behind her words
JJ: But-
Claire: I'm also keeping Mika, there are a lot of things I wish to teach her.
JJ: What? Claire-sensei what's wrong with you today? You're acting-
Claire: Norugi.

JJ froze, finally stopping from his words to listen. Claire finally rose from her seat and walked over to JJ, bringing him into her embrace.
Claire: When we were on that battlefield, I watched every single second of you battling the Orochi. I never turned away, not once. As you fought I saw how much you've grown, so much so that I don't know how to process it. Ever since I found you in the forest of dark, you've never left my side. And when you finally wound up in a situation where I could do nothing to help you, I felt lost. I didn't know what to do, I was scared. But in the end you came back, you don't need me anymore Norugi, you've grown up.

She said looking into his eyes.
Claire: I think it's fitting that since you have wings now, you leave the nest.
JJ: Funny, but that's not why I'm worried, you think you can handle yourself without me for the next three years?
Claire: I'll manage, however, our visitor might need a word with you more than anything.

She said looking over to Mika, who hadn't been trying to hide herself. She stood perfectly still, having come to visit JJ she wasn't ready to hear what she heard.
JJ: Mika.

He called to her, but the girl stepped back, receeding before finally running away.
JJ: So she heard us...
Claire: Well, it was only a matter of time before she found out. Don't you think you should go after her.
JJ: Huh? R-Right!

He said loudly before taking off after the fleeing girl. Claire sighed and sat down in her chair.
Claire: Though there are some things that you still need work with.

She said with a smile. JJ chased Mika's aura until he finally arrived at her house, door unlocked almost as if she were waiting on him. That thought was extiguished however as soon as he walked through the door, finding the girl's aura far back in what he could only guess was her room.
JJ: Mika, come out, you know I can't see my way around anymore.

He shouted, ironically bumping into a chair immediately after. He shrugged it off though, at the moment he only had to focus on making his way to the girl hiding away, finally finding himself standing in front of her locked bedroom door.
JJ: Can I come in?

He asked calmly, leading to a dragging silence before finally a single click could be heard on the other side of the door. JJ walked in, gazing around the room with a sullen smile on his face.
JJ: This is the first time I've been in here, it looks nice.
Mika: You can't see it.

She responded sternly, which brought a chuckle from the boy's throat, he'd gotten the reaction he wanted.
JJ: Are you mad at me?
Mika:...
JJ: I'm sorry.
Mika: Don't apologize, it makes me feel like I'm being petty.
JJ: You're not...
Mika: I know.

She said snapping up.
Mika: Do you know how long three years is!? I nearly lost...I've never felt like this before....
JJ: Mika...
Mika: I was scared, for the first time in my life I didn't know what I was going to do with myself. I don't want to-

JJ stopped her half-way, pulling her into his arms, an embrace that she normally would have fought.
JJ: Three years is a long time, I know that; but there are important things at stake. I can't fight anymore without learning to master this aura eye and the only way I can do that is by going back home. A tougher battle is coming, and we all need to be ready for it.

He said holding her closer.
JJ: I swear, I will come back to you, a much better man. Will you wait for me Mika?
Mika: ...

She didn't answer, she just weakly grabbed onto the hem of his jacket, which brought a smile to his face.
JJ: I love you.
Mika: I...
JJ It's okay, you don't need to say it.

He smiled which repeated onto the girl in his arms, however slowly her smile dropped, hiding her face in his chest, her breaths began to fire out in inconsisitant bursts. She hid her face away as best she could, wishing that he wouldn't notice the rising wetness on his shirt, but no doubt he did. The moment made her self-concious, quietly sobbing on him, but the feeling of wetness hitting her cheek let her know that she wasn't alone.
JJ: I swear I'll come back to you.

He said as strongly as he could through his raspy voice. Together they sat, wordlessly holding each other until finally they split apart,  hands interlocked, sleeping soundly side by side.

Hinata

One week later, the time had come for the inevitable departure. Hinata checked her bags, all that she would need on her travels now rested on her back, yet still just enough that it wouldn't weigh her down. It had been a while since she had returned to the Hyuga complex, and in truth she had only done so to say goodbye to everyone, seeing as she kept most of her most important items at Naruto's house. She smiled, finally reaching the front door of the complex, then looked back, allowing the sight of her home to rest in her eyes one last time before finally turning back to the door and opening it.
Hiashi: Hinata.

He said, bringing the girl's hand to a stop. Even after she'd returned home she wasn't able to find her father, and even still she didn't know what to say to him when she did. Instead she never turned around, but she could feel multiple presences behind her all of a sudden. Hinata didn't turn, she just waited as if under order to do so.
Hiashi: I admit that only a few years ago I never would've expected to be watching you go on a long trip to better yourself as a shinobi. Of course, It's the least surprising thing I've seen you do lately.

Hinata lowered her hand daring not to look back.
Hiashi: I stand here today, looking not at the little girl that shyed away from everything, but a young woman who stands on her own feet.

Hinata trembled where she stood trying her best to keep herself together. Hiashi scratched his cheek, trying to gather the words in his throat, slightly blushing as he did so. The sight of it brought a cocky smile to Neji's faces, beside him.
Hiashi: I guess what I'm trying to say is; that you've grown up a lot while I wasn't looking. Maybe what held you back wasn't your inability to learn, but my own way of teaching. If it means anything to you, I want you to know that.

Hiashi finally cleared his face and walked over to Hinata and placed his strong hand on top of her head.
Hiashi: I love you, and I'm proud of you.

Hinata allowed her tears to fall, hearing wrds she hadn't known she wanted to. Even if she never said it or showed it, she did have a strong feeling of resentment toward her father. His words still pierced her heart despite that, she could feel the sincerity in his voice and it moved her. She finally turned back and embraced her father, wrapping her arms around him, a gesture he returned in an uncommon show of affection.
Hinata: Thank you.
Hiashi: I'm sorry I don't tell you that more often. Good luck out there.

Sasuke & Hanabi

Sasuke finished gathering all of his things from the estate and smiled, Mimiru standing at his side.
Mimiru: Are you sure you got everything?
Sasuke: Yeah, it may not be much, but it's enough.

He said throwing the backpack over his shoulder.
Sasuke: You should bring a bit more too.
Mimiru: I'm fine, Mimiru is used to traveling without much.
Sasuke: Of course.

Sasuke walked from the room and gazed into the courtyard, where he had once been training with his brother and watched Hanabi and Yukari sparring against one another. She had arrived early to face off against the girl, almost as if to fulfill a promise. Hanabi jumped back staring into the red eyes of her life long best friend and both charged back at each other again, clashing in the middle, reading each other as if drawing the same breath. The boy watched, standing in the same spot Yukari had been in so many years ago, watched her two brothers spar much like those two did.
Sasuke: Hanabi, it's time to go.

He said with a smile on his face and mid strike both girls slammed their fists together in a strong clash, completely out of stance.
Hanabi: The next time I see you I'm gonna over take you.
Yu: Don't look forward to it. I'm not going to be slacking off while you're away.

She said trying to hold a strong face, but the moment she finished her sentence tears fell.
Hanabi: Com'n Yu, you're not supposed to cry.
Yu: You're crying too you big baby.
Hanabi: No I'm not.

She said, wiping away her tears.
Hanabi: You're the older one here.
Yu: One year older!

She shouted, both laughing at the other.
Raizen: Gotta admit, I don't normally walk into scenes this cute.

He said walking into the estate with a wide smile on his face.
Raizen: You're going on an adventure. You can't set out with your face like that.

Hanabi wiped her face and looked up to him
Raizen: So we're not going to be seeing you guys for a while huh?
Sasuke: Nope, I'm counting on you to look after Yukari for me.
Raizen: You got it cousin.
Sasuke: Heh, I'm expecting great things from the "god of lightning"
Raizen: Same you to "Blazing Raven"

Sasuke reeled at the nickname he just heard and questioned back at the older boy.
Sasuke: Where did that one come from?
Raizen: It's been going around for a while now. It used to be something more depressing, but I guess your attitude change opened people up to you more.

Mimiru walked over to Yu, she'd had plenty of time to get to know here and after talking to her for a week the young girl had grown on her rather quickly.
Mimiru: I want you to have this.

Reaching back Mimiru grabbed onto sword from her back and handing it to Yukari.
Mimiru: This is Kamui. It's the sword I was supposed to inherit instead of Kageinuichi, I believe that your style of fighting suits blades. Take good care of it.
Yu: Thank you Onee-chan.

Yukari shot her a big smile and held up the blade, getting a solid feel for it's weight.
Yu: Yeah, this will do nicely.

Mimiru grinned, finally standing to her feet before turning away and motioning for everyone to leave with her. Hanabi and Raizen followed her out, leaving just the two Uchiha behind standing in the courtyard silently.
Sasuke: Yukari.
Yu:...
Sasuke: I'm to be leaving, but this time I'm going to be coming back. When I do, do you think you can forgive me?
Yu: No.

Sasuke lowered his head smiling sadly.
Sasuke: Yeah, I guess not.
Yu: What hurt me wasn't that you left, but that you walked away knowing how I felt about it. The moment you turned your back on me, you'd made your choice.

Holding the sword tightly in her grasp she turned to face Sasuke.
Yu: You can never be my brother again.

Words cut deep, barely allowing for any interjection.
Yu: But-

She said gaining Sasuke's attention.
Yu:  You can be my friend.

The purity in her eyes showed Sasuke all he'd wanted to see.
Sasuke: I can accept that.
Yu: Don't slack off, Sasuke. Or else I'll pass you up in skill.
Sasuke: Don't count on it.

Yukari extended her hand and with a somewhat sad smile Sasuke took her hand in a tight grip. When the two emerged from the gate all waiting on the other side smiled at them.
Mimiru: Come on, we have to get going.
Sasuke: Yeah.

By her side, he walked with a proud stride.
Hanabi: I can't wait.

Hanabi smiled and rushed to catch up to her two companions.

Yubiki

Yubiki clentched her fist, sitting at the gates of the leaf village beside Jiraiya. She stared into her hand with a strong glare.
Jiraiya: You've been doing that for a while, you okay?
Yubiki: I didn't know you were paying attention.

She smirked standing to her feet.
Yubiki: I still feel the sapping feeling he had.
Jiraiya: That's not like you, normally you'd be all proud saying that you're too strong to worry over such small things.
Yubiki: Nah, I can admit when I've been defeated, and that was a loss. Naruto would've died if he didn't have that strange burst of power.
Jiraiya: You think so?
Yubiki: I couldn't protect him, once again that man makes a fool of me.
Jiraiya: I don't think so. If you weren't there, Naruto probably wouldn't have made it that far.

Yubiki turned to the powerful toad sage and closed her eyes.
Yubiki: You give me more credit than I deserve.
Jiraiya: No I don't, you gave him a chance. He's as happy as he is now because you taught him what he knows.
Iruka: He's right you know.

A single footstep announced his appearance followed by a smile that shone in the sunshine.
Iruka: I actually think that meeting you and Naruto was the best thing that happened to this village. He taught us all something, and it's all thanks to you.
Yubiki: Iruka....
Iruka: You both came back, so you didn't lose or fail your son.

Iruka held her hands in his and surprisingly managed to make her blush.
Iruka: If you feel weak, than even someone like you can benefit from a chance to better yourself right.  Naruto would get mad if he saw you doubting yourself, so hold your head high.

Yubiki looked down to the side, blushing like a schoolgirl with a crush, so did Iruka, eyes locked on her.
Jiraiya: Hm, well isn't this scene precious?

He asked, bringing an end to the two's moment.
Jiraiya: Well, it's almost time.

Heaving a heavy sigh he looked up the road.

Naruto

Naruto: One more time!

Konohamaru nodded, focusing all of his chakra into his hand with all that he had, and while it wasn't much, he'd managed to form a rasengan long enough to land a blow on the wooden doll in front of him. Falling to one knee he stared at the result of his training with an exhausted smile.
Naruto: Good job.

He congratulated finally allowing the other three children to run over to him.
Moegi: That was amazing!
Nami: Man, Naruto-niichan, you're just full of cool tricks.
Naruto: Yeah, I am, but by the time you all see me again I'll have a lot more.
Udon: Really?
Naruto: Yep, and because of that I have a little homework for you all.

Konohamaru turned back to Naruto with a turning to him with a focused look.
Naruto: When I get back, I want you all to show me what you've learned away I was away. Especially you Konohamaru, your job isn't to master that Rasengan, but to create your own by the time I see you again.
Konohamaru: I'll do you one better.

He said holding out his fist to Naruto:
Konohamaru: By the next time we meet, I'll have come up with a technique so good that I'll be abe to land a hit on you.
Naruto: Is that so?

Naruto folded his arms, gazing into the determined eyes of his young apprentice.
Naruto: Alright, then, when I get back, I expect you to be way more powerful than you are now.

Konohamru smiled then shivered, trying his best to stop the tears from falling down his face, but couldn't find the strength to. Naruto patted the boy's head and shot him a reassuring smile.
Naruto: Come on, none of that man. You have to be strong right now, or else I won't be able to trust you with the village while I'm gone.
Konohamaru: 'Sniff' The village?
Naruto: Yeah, as of now, you are the protector of the leaf, until I get back. You got that, you're the king of the leaf Konohamaru, take good care of it.
Konohamaru: Yes.

Naruto stepped back and folded his arms behind his back, sticking out his chest in a show of authority.
Naruto: Konohamaru corps!

All of the children before him stood at attention.
Naruto: I'll be leaving, but the mission your unit holds has not lost it's importance. This is your home. My home. I trust that it'll be safe until I return, as well as you all. Understood?
All: Yes sir!
Naruto: Right now, you're all in training, but I know what you are capable of. No matter what you accomplish in my absence, I will not be surprise, after all. You all will become the best shinobi this village has ever seen.
All: Yes sir.
Naruto: Salute!

At his word, Naruto's apprentices held their hands to their foreheads, staring up at their leader with wide smiles. Naruto grinned widely, breaking away from his stance.
Naruto: I'm so proud of you guys.

After leaving them with those words, Naruto turned around finally making his way to the gates to meet up with the rest of his companions.
Konohamaru: We'll be there to see you guys off.

He shouted after the older boy, Naruto turned back and nodded before once again continuing his advance. After walking for several minutes he found himself on the main street, over seen by the gates of the village and suddenly his walk became slower.
Gaara: You almost seem as if you don't want to go.

Naruto spun around to the voice, coming from his fellow Jinchuriki. Gaara stepped forward and stood beside him.
Naruto: I thought you'd left by now.
Gaara: I did, but I had something I needed to say to you before you disappeared.
Naruto: You came all the way back here just for that? I'm sure we would have stopped in the sand for supplies on our way to where we're going.
Gaara: It had to be now.

Gaara stated flatly, somehow never removing his stoic face.
Naruto: Yeah, I'm glad that you stayed Gaara. Thank you for coming with us.
Gaara: Don't thank me, I owed your village that much.
Naruto: Water under the bridge. Nobody holds a grudge, so don't let it bother you.
Gaara: Whether or not there is a grudge is not the point. I wanted to let you know that the hidden sand village is negotiating a trade with the leaf, not for profit, but as allies.
Naruto: So that makes us an official team now right?
Gaara: It seems so.

Gaara grinned, for the first time in a long while he'd smiled from his heart.
Gaara: Meeting you has opened my eyes.

Gaara mused aloud, extending his hand to Naruto.
Gaara: I hope that even after you return, we can continue to be allies.

Naruto looked down at Gaara's hand and shook his head.
Naruto: Not allies Gaara.

He replied, now firmly gripping onto Gaara's hand.
Naruto: Friends.

Slightly staken aback by Naruto's words Gaara, smiled, returning the gesture of the boy in front of him.
Gaara: Right.

Finally releasing the grasp Naruto looked back, noticing the crowd gathering behind him. Hinata wiped her eyes running up to the young fox prince in a mock jog.
Naruto: So you finished talking with your father?
Hinata: Yes.

She responded, with a small smile.
Naruto: Looks like it must have been an interesting conversation.

Naruto reached out, gently wiping a trailing tear from her face.
Naruto: Are you okay?
Hinata: Yeah, I'm happy.
Naruto: Good.
Sasuke: Hey could you two save your flirting for later?

Sasuke joked, walking up next to his two traveling companions.
Sasuke: You ready to go?
Naruto: Of course I am, actually to be hoinest I'm kind of excited about it.
Mimiru: Mimiru is as well. I look forward to seeing this hidden village of dragons.
Hanabi: I don't think they're all dragons there.
Mimiru: They aren't, but Sasuke said-

With a sharp glare turned his way Sasuke suddenly became interested in the sky, so relaxing had he found it that a song hit his heart, one that he whistled nervously trying to avoid his girlfriend's crushing gaze.
Naruto: Heh.
Hanabi: Where's Norugi-niisan?
Sasuke: Yeah now that you mention it I haven't seen him all day.
Naruto: Well...

He said gazing over to the ramen shop down the street, JJ, Teepo, and Magaki happily laughing inside. JJ sat up, looking back to friends gathering behind him.
JJ: You guys done saying your goodbyes?
Sasuke: Pretty much, you?
JJ: Yeah, I was waiting for you guys.

He said with smile on his face as he heaved his heavy travel bag over his back.
Teepo: So you're off then Your Highness?
JJ: Yeah, I'm going. I'll be out of touch for a while so, I leave the protect of the leaf in your hands.
Teepo: No problem, though I'm sure I'll just be serving as a watcher more than anything. If these humans taught me one thing during our campaign, it was that they don't need to be protected
Sasuke: That's for sure

Naruto smiled, looking back once again to the village he'd come to love and would soon have to leave behind, but found himself staring more so at the growing crowd coming into his view.
Choji: So this'll be the last time we see you for a while?

He asked, surprisingly managing to be the first one there.
Shikamaru: I've never seen you move so fast Choji.
Choji: Heh, I had to see you guys before you go. I wanted to let you know that the next time we meet, I'll be able to break through your dragon skin JJ.
JJ: Is that so, I look forward to it.
Lee: And I will be the one to finally defeat you Naruto.
Naruto: You'd better be able to live up to those words, or else, I'll crush you when I get back, there's no way I'm going to back down from a challenge like that.
Ino: Do you guys really have to leave?
Hinata: Yes, We'll be back soon though.

JJ stepped forward, unstrapping the sword from his back and handed it over to Ino who stared at it in shock.
JJ: That's yours now.
Ino: But-
JJ: No buts, I intend to make snother sword while I'm there, however this one will always carrying my power within it, when I return I'll be able to make it stronger. I need you to be able to weild it by then okay?
Ino: ....Got it.
JJ: And Choji, you better make your move by then okay.
Choji: Eh? You don't have to worry about that.

He said with a smile, that both boys shared, confusing the girl at their side. Naruto chuckled looking at his circle of friends surrounding him, and closed his eyes, the sounds of their voices, he wanted to burn them into his memories. No doubt they'll have changed by the time he saw them again, but he wanted to keep them close.
Kiba: You be careful ot there okay?
Hinata Of course.
Shino: Don't get lost.
Hinata: I don't get lost Shino-kun.

She pouted  bringing a rare smile to Shino's face that caught many of his friends off guard.
Sakura: No way!
JJ: What? What happened?

He asked in curiousity.
Jiraiya: Naruto, it's time to go.

Naruto finally openeed his eyes and turned back lifting his travel bag onto his back and walked down the road, his companions quickly following behind.

(Music que: Walking on broken glass -by- Annie Lennox)

As the team walked down the road slowly the crowd seeing them go grew.  However Naruto stopped for a second and held his hand out to JJ bringing him to a stop.
JJ: Huh? What's wrong?

Naruto turned him around and JJ's eyes finally caught on to a glwoing aura rushing toward him. JJ stared in awe, how did Naruto manage to notice before he did, but at the moment he'd have to let that pass.
Mika: Norugi-kun!!!

She shouted tacling him with a hug so fierce it caused him to drop his travel bag and after recovering he finally returned the hug.
JJ: I didn't think you were going to see me off I-
Mika: I love you.

JJ's sightless eyes shot wide and looked down to girl in disbelief.
JJ: Excuse me?
Mika: I love you. I won't let you leave without being able to say it. You mean the world to me, and that's why...

She said finally looking up into his eyes.
Mika: I'll wait for you.

JJ's brain fizzled bringing a blush to his face that drawfed anything even Hinata had ever done, and on his face it was quite comical. His face darted around, he could feel the eyes on him, and from the sound of his desperate meeting chuckles, he knew that they weren't going to look away.
JJ: Screw it.

He uttered, pulling Mika into a deep kiss, completely shutting out the outside world. When they finally pulled apart smiling warmly at one another JJ reached back, pulling off his jacket and draped it over Mika's back.
Mika: Wait this is-
JJ: The first present I've ever recieved, but I want it to stay with the greatest gift I've ever gotten.

He said placing his hand on her cheek before finally turning away.
JJ: I promise I''ll be a much better man when I get back. So no goodbyes okay.

JJ reached down and pulled the travel bag back up to his back and walked down the road, grateful that his eyes spared him having to see the eyes that were on him. Once he walked passed Naruto the blonde hero balled his fist and held it into the air back facing the village, and all with him smiled before doing the same. Naruto smiled and shyly looked back, catching sight of hundreds, if not thousand of raised fists in response. A smile soon brought tears and before they could fall Naruto rushed out into the forest ahead alongside all of his cohorts. Rushing through the forest at top speed, leaving the leaf, his home behind. No matter what, he couldn't look back, he had to keep moving forward with eveything he had. Finally making it through the sea of trees he walked forward alone. Joined soon after by Yubiki and Jiraiya, both of which walked toward the front, followed soon after by Sasuke and Mimiru who both smiled before stand at his side. Hinata and Hanabi cut in after that, both grabbing one of his hands, quickly falling into his stride, but as the moments passed he looked around for the final member of their group and out of nowhere JJ appeared, lifting Hanabi onto his shoulders before dropping an arm around Naruto's neck. Chuckling under the moment Naruto let his eyes wonder, the people following him, they weren't his allies, nor his comrades, associates, or friends. They were his family, one he'd gained through hardship, but one that would never leave him. With his spirits soaring high Naruto broke free of the grips on him and ran in front of the group.
Naruto: Hey, our first stop in the land of waves right? What do you say we see who can get there first?
Sasuke: A race huh? I'm game.
Hinata  I won't lose.
JJ: Oh boy, hang on tight alright?

He said to Hanabi, letting loose his wings.
Hanabi: GO!!

All shot forward at a breakneck pace leaving Jiraiya and Yubiki staring on.
Jiraiya: Are they serious?
Yubiki: Hey this is what happens when you decide to take a group of rowdy teenagers on a trip. You don't wanna let them beat us do you?
Jiraiya: Heh? Why not.

With a quick kick forward Jiraiya and Yubiki both rushed along with the kids, letting their worries drain into nothing. At that moment the world seemed so simple, and the future so bright. Naruto's knew that it would end soon, but for now, with his family heading off for a new adventure, he was happy.

Ino/Sakura: Hello all and welcome to the season finale of-

Story Introduction Corner!!!!!!

Ino: We're going to be closing this one out with a lot of details about the story and it's development over the years.
Sakura: As well as how lot of things came to be, so I hope....Why are you standing on your head?
JJ: Huh? Oh, I'm trying to come up with a good way to explain disappearing for almost two years to the readers who even still care at this point.
Ino: Is that helping?
JJ: Well, it's making me dizzy, that's for sure.
Sakura: Wouldn't it be better if you just started from the top?
JJ: Yeah, maybe. No, you're right, it's about time I answered for my absence. Just let me, okay there, back on my feet and- Hello everyone out there, yes, I am still alive and I am soooo sorry for being gone so long with no word. I actually have a reason for that and I'll try my best to explain them all, even though I still have no excuse for not saying anything, well, the first two reasons are just personal, and the last is something that really halted the progress of the story, so, here I go.

1. I started wrinting when I was 16, and as of August 9th of this year, I am now 27 years old. I've been writing for ten years now, and that's not even including the time I wrote before then, and even in the time that I haven't been doing this story I have been writing my own. In this long break that I took, life caught up to me, and a lot of my free time has started to fade away before my eyes. Even now, writing this story's first chapter seems like it happened forever ago. But I'm not going to use that excuse, trust me when I say that I did try to keep going despite that. But things just didn't work out that way, no matter how much time I tried to set aside. Recently however, what with Naruto ending and all, I took the time out to reread this story, and found myself falling in love with it all over again. I never forgot anything and reading through it again, for all those who still care, is a concious effort to return to form. I only hope that those who waited can forgive me for my absence. As well as look forward to the continuation as I have far more free time now.

2. Regrettably I wound up losing a lot of the files that I had for this story, one of which was this chapter itself, leading to me having toi redo this all over again and making me lose alot of my passion for doing so. It was hard to start over, especially with me habit of forgetting how I worded things, which kind of demoralized me. I tried to get back into it myself, but writing for me becomes hard when I'm forcing it.

3. And here's the kicker, as hard as it may be to say this, for a long while until the end of the series....I kind of fell out of love with Naruto. Not that I started to hate it, just that I didn't care for it as much. Even thought it's ending did revitalize a lot my love for it, things that happened in the series brought direct conflict into how I intended to move forward with this story. A lot of time was spent trying to simply come up with ways around the canonical developments, I have, but boy was it a hard fix, you'll see some of the effects later as I point them out. The worst part of it all is that despite me liking the ending I do still have a lot of big problems with it as a whole, one of which being that post "The Last" we never see Naruto interact with his wife or daughter, and many other things that I'm not going to get in to right now. Either way, the series is back, or over.....whatever. Like I said before there will be two final "wrap up" chapters to this, but I'll be writing it along side Eyes piercing the heavens. This time I won't be taking a couple years break on it, I promise. With that done finally it's time to get to the story explainations.

Insuru: Good, now that that's over care to explain the important question of how the hell you survived that battle you cop out bastard!?
Kensou: Yeah we killed you good. Nice to know the self insert character has plot armor!
JJ:........I guess you do have a point, so I shouldn't get mad at you for thinking that.
Sinna: Then why are you punching my brothers in the face.
JJ: I said I shouldn't get mad, I didn't say that I wasn't!

JJ: Well to be truthful, it wasn't always supposed to be that way. I've mentioned many times before that there was a version of this story that I had planned before I started writing it. In that version, JJ and Yura were going to die. With Yura it would serve as a painful memory for Kiba, but was also combined with the fact that in that version Seria was going to be alive. Raizen would meet her as a mercenary with no memory of her past life, but through repressed memories would still be drawn to Raizen as she was in her younger years, eventually coming to live with her brother in the leaf village. Seria would then become Kiba's new love interest, but I changed it because I felt her surviving would destroy a lot of Raizen's character development, along with the other changes that I was making to Yura's character at the time. Also for those worried; NO. Yura will NEVER get her memories back. Because readers as well as the cast already know her backstory, it means nothing to travel back through it, instead her story will focus on her future rather than her past.

JJ: As for JJ he was supposed to die in the final battle with the Orochi with them instead being defeated by Fou-Lu, being later reanimated by Orochimaru he was going to serve as a nearly unbeatable rival  for Naruto. He was also planned to become an enemy that could gained the powers of others through a technique that devoured the entire being of another person, one that JJ in this sotry will learn later but never use due to it's nature. As you may have guessed this was supposed to mirror the relationship of Naruto and Sasuke of the actual series, but at the time of which I started wrinting this, I grew really tired of that dynamic in the show and instead decided to leave no trace of it in this, such as Sasuke being saved or in this case JJ surviving. At the very least I wanted it to be something that left a lasting effect on him. Such as losing his eyesight. Why that you ask? Because it's something that I deal with in read life. I'm not blind of course, but it's a terrifying fact that I may be someday as my eyes are incredibly bad, and only get worse over time.....ah well.

Naruto: Another question.

JJ: Actually I left hints to that all throughout the story, it's one of the reason why when Naruto had Yubiiki sealed inside of him, despit removing the seal Yubiki's power slowly continued to grow inside of Naruto, instead of the demon he was descended from. The Orochi nature allows them to absorb the power of other creature they bind to. Which is why they have Orochimaru's demon fox power.
Naruto: No I get that, but why them?
JJ: ......Irony.
Naruto: You suck.
JJ: Sorry.

JJ: I have a lot of things left to say, but not many ways to get them out, I' really sorry for taking this long and for anyone out there that has any questions, feel free to ask me. I'll answer them to you and even include them in the next chapter whenever it's finished, and believe me when I say, I'm back. Oh yeah, and for anyone wondering if I had writer's block, No, I've had this story done in my head before I even started writing it.
