Neiji opened the door to Ten-Ten's room. She slowly looked over and smiled to find Neiji there. “I guess…we're not going…to dinner tonight,” she said.
Neiji grinned. “I didn't think we would be going out so I brought the food in. It's just chicken soup, but I figured it would be easy for you to eat.”
Ten-Ten smiled and tried to sit up, but only for a sharp pain to course through her stomach. Neiji helped her. He looked on at her with worried eyes. She was hooked up to IVs and had bruises all over her face. He wanted to take all of her pain away, but knew that it was impossible.
Ten-Ten noticed his worried expression. “Neiji…thank you…”
He looked up and met a smiling face. He smiled back. He got her a tray and placed the covered bowl on it. He took off the lid and handed her a spoon.
“I feel like a queen,” she joked.
“Well you deserve to be treated like one,” he replied.
“Stop. You're making me blush.”
“Sorry.” He smiled and pulled up a chair.
Ten-Ten took a bite and grinned. “This is good.” She continued to eat. “Thank you.”
“You're welcome. So how is Sakura?”
Ten-Ten's expression quickly changed. She seemed angry that he brought it up. “To be honest, I don't care. This is her fault. If she would have just stuck to the agreement, I wouldn't be like this. Ino and Hinata wouldn't be the way they are either. I'm so sick of her always thinking of herself and not about anyone else.”
“What do you mean by this is her fault?”
“She went to the police. She tried to get our parents arrested. She knew that there would be some sort of catch and she should have known that all of us would suffer.”
Neiji couldn't believe it. Sakura was the cause of all this. “How could she have been so stupid? Look at you! It pisses me off so much!”
Ten-Ten put a hand on his arm. “The girls and I have all agreed that she is going to move out. We can't take it anymore. We're going to confront her when we recover.”
Neiji nodded. “That's probably for the best. Now eat.”
Ten-Ten nodded and continued eating.

Sakura moved away from Ten-Ten's door. She wasn't supposed to be up, but she couldn't stand to be in bed another minute. She was going to see how Ten-Ten was doing, but then heard her and Neiji talking. She had a broken leg and bruises all over her body. She was so upset after hearing what Ten-Ten had said. She had to leave. On her crutches, she limped down the hall and out of the hospital. She had no money on her so she couldn't call a taxi. Luckily the hospital wasn't too far from where she lived. She turned down the street and began home.

It took her two hours, but Sakura made it home, exhausted. She opened the door and hobbled in, closing it behind her. Unfortunately, Ino, Shikamaru, Hinata, and Naruto were still there and when they heard the door, they went to see who it was.
It was an awkward situation. “You don't need to tell me…I'm going to pack my things and find a new place to stay.” She started passed them only to be cut off my Ino who greeted her with a punch in the face. Sakura fell back and landed with a thud.
“You think you can just leave without hearing what we have to say?” Ino yelled. “I'm so sick of feeling sorry for you! This is what you did! Not once did consider talking to us or confiding in us! This isn't just about you! It happened to all of us!”
Sakura slowly rose to her feet. “I know.”
“No you don't!” Hinata began. “You couldn't possibly know considering you did this without talking to us first. We want to put them in jail just as much as you do, but you had no right to pull such a stunt! You knew! You knew there would be a consequence! But we all received the consequence for what you did! We didn't deserve it!”
Sakura didn't say anything and started towards her room. Anger built up in Ino once again and she shoved Sakura against the wall. “We aren't done with you! Stop acting like you're too good to hear what we have to say!”
“This is sickening,” Naruto said. “You cause them so much pain all the time and now you won't even hear them out. You're messed up.”
“So troublesome,” Shikamaru said. “Once you leave, everyone's life with be much better.”
Sakura looked at them. “Move! I don't care about leaving! I want to leave! You fucking whining bitches are pissing me off!”
“Fuck you, Sakura!” Ino said.
“You have no right to say that!” Hinata said. “Go to hell!'
“Gladly,” Sakura retorted. “I'll go anywhere to get away from here!” She started away, when she felt a strong grip on the back of her shirt. She was turned around to face Neiji who had just arrived. Her body was lifted off the ground.
“You are so lucky, Sakura.” His voice was low and angry. “You're so lucky that I can't beat the shit out of you! But if you ever come near Ten-Ten or the other girls again, I won't hesitate to do so. Do I make myself clear you selfish bitch?”
Sakura smirked. “What's stopping you this time? Dish out as many threats as you want. I know you are just full of it.”
Neiji growled and slammed her against the wall. “You need to stop with the tough act. It's only going to piss people off.”
“Oh. I'm sorry. Did I make you angry?” She asked sarcastically.
“What is your problem!? Ten-Ten is in the hospital! Ino and Hinata are badly injured and it's all because of you! How can you be so callus?!”
“Neiji! Put her down!”
Neiji turned his head to find Sasuke. “How can you take her side?!”
“I'm not taking anyone's side! But that's not how you treat someone! Especially a girl. And you know that! I know you are all angry, but I think she gets the point.”
“Whatever,” Sakura said.
Sasuke turned to her. “And you. You need to learn to calm down and be quiet! Now put her down Neiji.”
Neiji growled knowing that Sasuke was right. “Fine. I have somewhere else to be anyway.” He let her go and Sakura dropped to the ground landing on her feet. She groaned when she landed on her broken leg.
“We are going to the boys' house,” Ino said. “We expect you to be gone by the time we get back.”
Everyone except Sasuke filtered out of the house. Sasuke went to help Sakura up, but she refused his help and started to her room. Sasuke followed. Sakura glanced behind her. “Why don't you hate me too?” She grabbed a box and started packing up her clothes.
Sasuke was silent. “It wasn't your fault,” he finally said.
Sakura stopped. “Yes. It was. You may have said something to me about it, but I made the choice and I didn't talk to them! It was my fault, but…even though they hate me…I'm just happy that they…have life to do so…I'm just happy they're okay now and once I leave, they will live happier lives.” She continued packing again.
Sasuke walked over to her. “How can you be so strong after everything that has happened to you? Raped, beaten, hated, and kicked out…and yet even after they said all those things to you…you're happy that they are okay. This may have happened because you told, but they weren't the only ones hurt. You were just trying to protect them by telling. Right? You wanted to take the risk so that you could put them in jail and they would be safer.”
“They wouldn't care if that was the reason. They have taken so much of my crap over the past months that even if they knew if I did it for them, they would still want me gone. This is just how it's going to end.” She started packing again.
“When you were younger…you took all the blame when something would go wrong. You did that to protect them. If you could, you would have done the same thing this time too, right?”
Sakura nodded, smiling. “Yes.”
“You didn't mean anything you said out there did you?”
“No…I love them. I…love them…with all my heart…” Her voice was shaky.
“You can cry, you know. I won't tell anyone,” he joked.
Sakura smiled. “I haven't cried since I was seven years old, but I'm fine so don't worry about me.”
“Sakura…” Sasuke stepped forward and embraced her in a gentle hug. “It's alright, Sakura. You'll be okay.”
Sakura's eyes widened and her legs began to shake. Sasuke held her tighter to keep her steady. A tear slid down her check. She hugged him back, letting go of her crutches. “Sasuke!” More tears came.
“Shhh. It will be okay.”
Sakura didn't know what she was feeling. Sadness? It was a feeling she almost forgot. But why did she start crying? She buried her head in Sasuke's chest. Maybe it was because when they were younger, it was always Sakura who did the consoling. She was always the one that would give hugs and tell them it would be okay. Finally, it was her turn to receive the consoling. Was she being selfish, she thought? But even if she was, she didn't want to move away nor did she want to stop crying. All the tears she held in over the years were finally coming out.
They stood in the same spot for a long time. Sasuke just held her and soothed her as she cried to him. “Sasu…Sasuke…I…”
“Shhh...Tell me later.”
“No…I want to tell you now…I want to thank you.” She spoke through sobs and breaths. She continued. “You…you didn't have to…care… and you do…it means a lot to me.”
Sasuke smiled down at her. “I know. I know. You mean a lot to me, you know.”
Sakura looked up at him. “I do?”
Sasuke nodded while wiping tears away with his thumbs, his hands cupping her face. Sakura leaned up and put her mouth to his. Sasuke's eyes widened. She pulled away with a red face. “I'm sorry…”
Sasuke smiled and leaned down putting his mouth to hers this time. Sakura smiled against his lips as another tear slid down her check. When he moved away, Sakura hid her face in his chest to hide her red cheeks. Sasuke smiled knowing what she was doing. “I should finish packing…”
Sasuke nodded and he let her go. She picked up her crutches and started to pack again. Sasuke helped.
