Chapter 5: On no we already met
Hinata looked at Neji who said nothing. Sasuke looked at both of them. The atmosphere turned heavy all of a sudden. Then a very annoying voice to some and familiar to others interrupted the moment of perfect grave silence that was in the balcony. It was Ino Yamanaka Hinata’s bitchy roommate.
“-Sasuke-kun…um well you see I wanted to talk to you alone if your little friend and my roommate don’t mind…?”-said the blonde as she looked at the suppose intruders in the situation. Sasuke groaned and then looked at Neji and made a sign. The brunet stood up, pooled Hinata, slugged her on top of his shoulder, and walked out.
“-What do you want Ino-san I am very busy…”-said Sasuke with thin patience toward the blonde-haired girl.
“-Neji-kun let me down…”-Neji pleased to oblige let his cousin fall to the floor. He looked at her then at the door.
“-Well I’ll be going now…if Sasuke-san needs me…tell him I’m in the spot…”-said the brunet as eh walked away. Once again, they left Hinata all alone. She stood up and started to walk, where? She had no idea.
She walked and walked and walked…then…
“-Hinata-chan! Guess what?!!!”-the blonde jumped over Hinata and started to shake her…
“-Ino-san? What…?”-said Hinata looking at her roommate.
“-C’mon Hinata-chan! Guess!”-said the blonde holding Hinata’s shoulders.
“-skip it I’ll tell you! I asked Sasuke-kun out!”-said the blonde now blushing like mad.
“-n-no way! So…so what’d he say?”- said Hinata as she got the thumbs up sign from the blonde girl.
“-R-really that is so awesome! Ino-chan I’m so happy for you!”-said Hinata not knowing how to really feel. Ino smiled and then hugged Hinata.
“-Oh thank you Hinata-san I’m also very happy…I’m so exited I can’t hold it in…I think I’ll go running…”-the blonde was really pumped up because she ran so fast that Hinata had no time to blink. Hinata was now left alone with her heart beating fast. She needed time to think about herself, I mean she had no rights to tell Ino that she also likes Sasuke when she just met him. She was the kind of person who would rather see someone else happy and set aside her own happiness. In her thinking, she bumped with someone again but this time she did not fall to the floor she just rose that person, and bumped to the shoulder. Not to seem impolite she stopped.
“Ex–excuse me!”- She said without turning around.
“-Hey aren’t you Hyuga Hinata-san?”-said that voice. She now turned around, she was sure she knew that voice.
“-Hey. Gomen nasai. I had no time to introduce myself a while ago…I’m Gaara of the Sand…Dou ittashimashite…”-the redhead of before. She knew it…He held he hand then looked at her. Hinata was in daze. Then the bell rang and finally she had class…
In the classroom…
Spacing out again…Hinata was not the kind of girl that would space out in classroom but there was something about those two guys that called her attention so much…a hand was waving in front of her face side to side…
“-Um Hinata-san you okay?”-asked the voice of Ino. Hinata looked at the blonde.
“-hey I saw you talking with Gaara-san, what were you two talking? That he was all smiley and everything”-said the girl teasing.
“-Say come with me so you can meet the love of my life…”-said Ino dragging Hinata with her. They walked to the table where Sasuke and company were sitting and Ino holding Hinata’s hand and blushing took a deep breath.
“-Sasuke-kun…sorry to bug you…when you’re with your friends I just wanted you to meet…”-was saying the blonde while Hinata paid close attention to her expression. WOW! Ino can be annoying…thought Hinata, as she looked at Sasuke …what a lying bastard…
“-Oh Ino-san we already met…he is a friend of my cousin…”-said Hinata looking at Ino.
“-Hello there…”-said a voice as he made his way in between Hinata and Sasuke. It was the red head….
