A/N: So my comp schized the fuck out on me! But since its fixed I thought I’d post another chapter out of joy! Lol well I hope your enjoying the story so far. I’d appreciate a review wether good or bad to know if you like how it’s going.
teacher long enough that he looked up at her curiously.
“Yes I am,” he said still a little disgruntled.
“Cool I’m Dark Amaya,” Aya said still smiling, “well since it’s almost lunch time
why don’t we go and grab a bite and you can give us our exercise. My treat for the first
plate and then you’re on your own for the rest.” Kakashi stared at Aya as if she had two
heads. She’d easily disarmed the situation as if nothing had happened. Arching his only
visible brow at her so that it disappeared under his headband he nodded slowly.
Straightening he opened the door a little wider though this time he didn’t stand inside of
it. The students filed out one by one and Kakashi followed after them before moved to
the front and led them out of the school doors.
“Glad we don’t have to go to work today huh?” Christie asked as she slowed
down to talk to Aya. The girl shrugged not caring one way or the other.
“Well at least this way I can get a good practice in before bed and then a good
night’s sleep,” Aya said grinning at her friend.
“Too true,” Christie said grinning back. “Talk to you in a minute,” Christie said
with a sigh as her grin slipped away. “Gotta go apologize to the Sensei and all.”
“Good luck,” Aya said chuckling to herself as her friend walked faster to catch up
to Kakashi. The rest of them followed them at a sedate pace through town a little ways
until they came to a nice, little café.
“How’s this place,” he asked turning around to look at Aya. When everyone had
stepped out of the way so that he could see her Aya shrugged elegantly and nodded.
“Sure why not.” After a nod from the Sensei they all trooped inside, Aya stopping
as the others continued, to stare around her. Though the place was small it was
decorated in soft blues her favorite color and it had a homey feel to it. There was a bar
off to the side she noted and tables that led further in. When she noticed the tables she
also noticed her teacher and her team getting further ahead of her so she decided
she’d better catch up. She walked quickly to catch up and just as she had she felt a
hand descend on her shoulder holding her back.
“Hey pretty girl,” said the voice near her ear which meant that the person had,
had to lean down. She turned her head and instantly her sensitive nose caught the
scent of alcohol. Disgusting she thought as she pushed the man away.
“Back away,” Aya said quietly. The tone in her voice had Christie stopping dead
in her tracks which caused the rest of the team to do the same and turn around. They
watched as Aya stood looking at a man that was clearly a foot taller than her at least.
Sasuke decided he was going to help but as soon as he took one step in her direction
she held up her hand without looking back at him. He stopped watching the girl though
he was sure Aya was going to get herself hurt.
“Aww what’s the matter girlie don’t wanna play,” the man said leering at Aya.
“Sorry but you don’t look like a good playmate,” Aya said with a cold smile that
she hoped would discourage the man. The waitress that was working a few tables away
started to approach but Aya held up a hand to ward her off. The woman stopped where
she was but she was doubtful that the small girl could take care of herself. The man
lunged at Aya while she had her eyes on the waitress but she easily sidestepped and
the man fell to the floor with his own momentum. As he staggered to his feet he lunged
at Aya again and clamped a hand on one of her large breasts dragging her to his chest
so that she had her back to him.
“Hey sweetie that’s no way to talk to someone trying to be nice,” the man said
laughing drunkenly. Now Aya was pissed. Growling in irritation at the man that just
wouldn’t take no for an answer Aya doesn’t give her teammates or her Sensei time to
react. Delivering a swift blow to the man’s stomach with her elbow has him dropping his
head with a grunt. Using this Aya brings up the back of her hand to smash into his nose
which breaks with a sickening crack. When the man released her with a scream Aya
slips easily away from him as she spins around and her hand shoots out taking hold of
his nuts in a death grip.
“Look Bitch,” Aya says seething with rage, “I know you might bully other women.
But you will use restraint when fucking with me got it?” Aya asked the question
menacingly as she pulled the man to his knees using his nuts as a lever. When he was
finally on his knees the man whimpered up at Aya who hadn’t relaxed her grip. She
gave a disgusted snort and released him so that he could fall over onto his side.
“Pathetic,” Aya said with a sneer and a look of disdain before turning away from
the crying, cringing, creature. Looking at her teammates she motioned for them to
continue on to the table in the back of the room while ignoring both their surprised
stares as well as those of the other patrons. Once they were settled Aya snorted again
as she thought of how the man had touched her. She growled softly to herself as she
picked up a menu and read off the dishes while wishing she had killed the man for his
disrespect.
“That was very well executed for an academy student graduate,” Kakashi said
slowly. Aya put down her menu for only a moment to glare at the Sensei. “It wasn’t I
who insulted you,” Kakashi reminded the girl while holding up his hands, “nor was it I
who refused help.”
“I don’t need anyone’s help,” Aya stated plainly before lifting her menu back into
place and missing the look on Sasuke’s face.
“Aya-Chan,” Christie said softly which had the girl putting down her menu again
to look at her friend. She sighed softly realizing that she might have hurt her feelings.
“Look that’s not how I meant it,” Aya said slowly almost choking on the words. “I can
take care of myself and when and if I need help I’m not so crazy that I’ll refuse it,” she
said sighing once more in defeat. Christie smiled at her friend and Kakashi realized that
the girl was the only thing that could probably keep Amaya in check. She’s the only one
she truly trusts Kakashi thought to himself. Well it’s a start he decided as he began
checking his menu.
“You know you shouldn’t have taken that guy on by yourself,” Naruto said putting
his menu aside since he already knew what he wanted. “I would have been happy to
beat him to a pulp for you.” Aya grinned at Naruto and chuckled softly.
“How bout the next one’s all yours Narto-Kun,” Aya said with a mischievous
gleam in her eye.
“Deal,” he said chuckling. “But you have to promise Amaya-Chan,” he said in a
mock serious tone.
“Yes dad he’s all yours.” Everyone burst out laughing at the table.
“Amaya-Chan you’re crazy,” Naruto said still chuckling.
“Yeah probably,” she said shrugging, “but can you just call me Aya I know
Amaya is really long.” Naruto looked at her with an arched brow and she shrugged
lightly.
“What? You can all call me Aya if you like. It makes Christie-Chan seem
like the odd one out if everyone else calls me by my full name and she’s the only one
using a nickname.”
“Isn’t this where you’re supposed to say my name is Amaya but my friends call
me Aya?” Sasuke asked carefully.
“Well I would but Christie is my only friend. “So since I don’t have a lot of friends
I guess that saying wouldn’t apply,” Aya said with a shrug and a chuckle.
“So if you’re letting us use your nickname does that make us friends?” Sakura
asked softly. Aya turned her head regarding the blushing girl before she shrugged her
shoulders nonchalantly.
“Sure if you consider me a friend,” Aya said as she raised her hand to call a
waiter or waitress over.
“Something tells me you’d make a pretty interesting friend Aya-Chan,” Sasuke
said with a small smirk.
“Something tells me the same thing about you too Sasuke-Kun,” Aya said
returning his smirk before she turned to smile up at the waitress.

Chapter Four; I Can Take Care of Myself
“You must be Kakashi-Sensei,” Aya said smiling politely. This distracted theteacher long enough that he looked up at her curiously.
