AN: I'm an idiot. Okay so since Sasuke never went to Orochimaru he doesn't have the cursed mark second state…so…is there any way you guys know of to get him to go all demonic hand wings? I believe that the technique the sound four used (where they gave Sasuke a pill and out him in a…what was that thing?) is only the best way of doing it. I mean there had to be a point where they didn't use it right…so would any point where you “died” let you transform into your second state? Any opinion would be nice. Also I will be updating “Hinata and Naruto” in the near future so if you're interested please check it out. Also there will bw some flashbacks in this chapter. They will be separated by my little ><><><>< thing. Until it says end of flashbacks.

 

Vospader21: I don't know about genius but thanks for saying so. Yeah it is a bit creepy but I had to have him do it…maybe I should have had Sakura do it and pound him into the ground but…oh well. I like your idea for the kids…a sexy jutsu Naruto with the byakugan…that could work.

 

Daianta: Yeah, but it was an effective genjutsu. Um…as far as cheating…I don't know…does what he did before finding himself in bed with all those women count? But he was faithful and picked Hinata…I wonder why he didn't pick like three of them…I guess he's just too good…wait…why am I asking this when I wrote it…where am I?

 

Animeprincessinulover: Most hilarious genjutsu ever…I can except that. I was cracking up when he kissed chiyo too…only when I cracked up it was kinda scary because I did it in the middle of wal-mart. Yeah I like that idea for kids too. But age will come down to what I decide to do for Sasuke and Sakura's kid(s) And you are evil! Can you tell me if it's going to be a Naruto fic or fullmetal alchemist or Bleach, or…or…or…*explodes* And furthermore…is the pink Sasuke that disturbing…yes…why is that in italics…what's an italic…WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?!!!

Naruto ran over to Sasuke with his own clones close behind and helped dispose of the rest. When the smoke cleared the real Itachi was standing several yards away looking bored. “You've improved Naruto.” Sasuke's eye twitched as his brother completely ignored him.

 

“Naruto are you alright?” Kakashi asked appearing by the boy. “Look a lot better than I did when he hit me with that technique.”

 

“You married half the village too?” Naruto asked raising an eyebrow.

 

“I KNEW IT!!!” Hinata almost launched herself at Naruto but Sakura held her back. Hinata spun in Sakura's arms and began feebly hitting her. “Let me go! I bet you slept with him, didn't you?! You back stabbing little hussy!!!” Hinata yelped as Sakura grabbed her wrists and, using her headband, tied her arms behind her back.

 

“I'd take that back if you don't want to see what else Tsunade taught me.” She whispered dangerously. Hinata however was too angry to care what Sakura was going to do.

 

“Oh, so you just want to fuck anything with the last thing Uzumaki you slut!!!” Hinata screamed. Not the smartest thing she has ever done.

 

“You have the gall to call me a slut!” Sakura pounced on the girl and all hell broke loose. Dust and clothing flew everywhere as a barrage of insults and profanities streamed from the girls.

 

“Actually Hinata he didn't cheat on you. I gave him a harem but he chose you over basically every woman I know he knows.” Itachi said watching the girls fight.

 

Hinata stopped and smiled at Naruto. “I love you! Sakura, don't I have the best hus…”

 

“See I did nothing! And now you shall pay for your false accusations! REPENT!!!” Sakura tackled Hinata and they were at it again.

 

“…anyway…I'm going to assume you didn't use Tsukuyomi because of the strain it puts on you…or maybe there's another reason. Tell me, how much of your eyesight have you lost Itachi?” Kakashi asked with a smirk. Sasuke turned wide eyed to his teacher, Itachi just smile.

 

“Shrewd as ever Kakashi. However neither of those things is the reason, though the latter is true and I would not have used it even if I could have used it, however I did not use it because I could not use it, not because I would not use it though, if I could have, I would not have…”

 

“…yep…my brain stopped.” Kakashi said as he weeded through that sentence.

 

“Why can't you use it?” Sasuke asked his brother.

 

“You will find out in time Sasuke.” Itachi said motioning his brother over as he had as a child.

 

“Very funny.” Sasuke smirked.

 

“Sasuke. Naruto and I will take care of any shadow clones. You just worry about him.” Kakashi said nodding at his student. Sasuke smiled and nodded.

 

“And hit him once for me.” Naruto said with a nod. Sasuke ran at his brother who (to naruto's disappointment) did not send even a single clone to fight the blonde. Naruto sighed and turned to watch the cat fight.

 

Sasuke and Itachi stood and watched each other without moving for almost a full minute. “Are you going to go or shall I?” Itachi asked teasingly. Sasuke growled and leapt forward. Itachi drew and kunai but Sasuke slashed it in half before he could attack. “Well that's new.”

 

“So now you notice me.” Sasuke grinned and slashed at his older sibling. Itachi ducked and spun away from the blade.

 

“So you really think I ignore that much.” Itachi asked looking insulted. “You didn't even invite me to your wedding.”

 

“I'm sure that scenario would have worked out great.” Sasuke said rolling his eyes.

 

“What? It would have been great.” Itachi said swinging at Sasuke who ducked. “Are you worried about what I would have done to the blushing bride?”

 

“SHUT UP!!!” Sasuke yelled and slashed at his brother. Itahci again side-stepped him.

 

“Did I strike a nerve? Don't worry. I'm much more interested in another girl anyway.” Itachi smiled over Sasuke's shoulder at Hinata.

Flash backs.

 

“You're right.” Came her feeble whisper. “You're right. There's nothing we can do. They can't stop him. It's impossible. They can't stop him.” She began to sob. “He'll be here. He'll…He'll…” She broke into more sobs and couldn't stop.

“Hinata you don't understand. What he did was…” Hinata had stood and slapped her sensei.

 

“I don't understand! What exactly don't I understand?! That I was nearly raped! That he probably would have killed me afterward! That what he did was unforgivable! What is it that I don't understand?! Are you going to say something?! Answer me!” Hinata snapped and looked liked she was about to strike her sensei again. Naruto stood and put his hand on her shoulder. “You really need to think before you say anything that…that ignorant again.”

“So what happened? I heard you two had a run in with Itachi?” Sakura began.

 

Naruto gritted his teeth and stared at the floor. “No it was just Hinata against him, alone.” Hinata patted Naruto on the back.

 

“But you're not hurt he couldn't of did much to you?” Sakura said sounding glad but Hinata seemed to be on the verge of loosing it.

 

“He did enough!” She said it louder than she meant not looking up from the floor.

 

Sakura recoiled slightly and Sasuke said. “She didn't mean anything by it Hinata. You don't have to tell us what he did to you. She was just glad to see you weren't injured.”

 

“I know but, I'd rather he had done anything else to me.” Hinata said a tear falling to the floor.

 

“Hinata I'm sorry I shouldn't have brought it up.”

 

“No. It's okay but I'm not ready to talk about it yet.”

“A rogue ninja…the one that fought you and Kurenai Sensei. He was looking for…Naruto. I told him he was…looking for the hokage. Then he tried…he…” She broke into sobs again. Kakashi sat down on the bed next to her and patted her shoulder. “You have to warn Naruto.” She managed between sobs.

Kakashi shook his head and patted her back again as she quieted down. “I was so scared…If you hadn't showed up he would have…would have…”

Sasuke stared at his brother as the memories of his attack on Hinata flowed through his head. What kind of person could talk about that so casually. “What's wrong Sasuke?”

 

Sasuke shook with rage, his parents, his clan, his friends…he hadn't bee strong enough to protect any of them that was going to change. “…you…” He whispered softly.

 

“Me?” Itachi said not fazed at all by the murderous intent rolling off his brother.

 

“YOU BASTARD!!!” Sasuke yelled and plunged his sword into Itachi's shoulder. “You took everything from me once. It won't happen again. You'll never lay a hand on my comrades again! I don't care what it takes…you will die here!!!”
