Naruto Fan Fiction ❯ Naruto...my friends...soo don't mix! ❯ The beginning ( Chapter 1 )
[ T - Teen: Not suitable for readers under 13 ]
Alright this is the real deal all me! lol what I mean by that is I've been writing all my fics on my friends account but now I have my own so just know that “Couple Trouble” and “A special kind of mission” were written by me! Ok now for my third fic. I have to explain my friends, and the character I've made up to represent me considering I hate my name, and the way I look.
Chapter 1…
Ok well this is about my substitution character, and my friends Samantha, Haley, Stacy, Paige, and her brother Tristan.
I'll start with my sub character. Her name is Tori Brook Ishihara. She has strait black hair that that went down to about mid-back. She is the opposite of a girly girl at times, and the biggest girly girl all other times. She has my personality which means she easily ticked off, and she loves Kakashi, friends (the sitcom), and musicals. She's the worlds biggest pessimist. She also has awful asthma. You'll see the story in her point of view.
Next is Samantha Singh her best friend ever. She's the worlds biggest optimist. I suppose that's why they get along so well. She has shoulder length dark brown hair, and is a mix between a girly girl, and a rocker. She too loved friends (the sitcom), but isn't too into anime or musicals, she's more of a sporty person.
Haley Jardine wasn't as nice as all the others. She was a tomboy, and mistreated even her best friend. But they delt with her, because no one else would. She did love musicals though so it was a plus. Her parents were so strict she'd never seen friends, but had “friends” who loved Inu Yasha, and some other animes. She had semi long black hair, that was very unruly.
Stacy Nieves on the other hand loved friends, and anime. But she didn't know anything of broadway. She was neither a tomboy nor a girly girl. Sort of a cross between the two. She's a very polite girl. I love Stacy's hair, because it's long brown, with blonde highlights.
Paige Scheving was the definition of tomboy. She didn't care about her hair, and wore her brother's clothes on occasion. She had long strait blonde hair, and if she'd take care of herself (according to my mother) she'd make a good model. She didn't really know any anime, loved animal, friends, and musicals.
Tristan Scheving, Paige's older brother, was an actor at his high school. He also loved animals, obviously musicals, and friends, but like his sister didn't know of anime. He had short blonde hair, and though he was two years older than Tori was about two inches shorter.
So now that you know the gang on with the story!
Today is the first day of their yearly week-long sleepover. Every year they would all pack up stuff to last a week, and they'd rotate who's house they'd stay at. This year Paige's house was first. I packed two suitcases worth of stuff, my house is tomorrow so I don't mind having it all for one night. In one suitcase I put all my entertainment stuff. My favorite DVD's, the tenth season of friends, and my Naruto books. What room was left was taken up by my laptop, which I had to pursuade my father to let me take for an hour, it's accessories, and my pillow. My other case consisted of my clothes, wallet (with somewhere around 300 saved dollars in it), and other necessities. Finally I had my purse that hung `round my shoulder I had both of my new inhalers inside it. Just in case.
I turned out last to arrive. We gathered in the extra room that had nothing, but a couch, not even a use, hence the name extra room. No one unpacked yet since we want to stay up heck of late.
“Ooh did I tell you!” Paige said happily somewhere around 9 at night.
“No what!” Samantha asked happily.
“We went to this cool old book store, and I got this awesome book that's supposed to have awesome powers!” Paige said, in her mystical tone that she loved using.
“That dang book it's all just a con if you ask me.” Tristan said, who was there crashing the party.
“Well we didn't ask you.” I said rudely. Samantha looked at me knowing that I have an inappropriate crush on him.
“That's the fun of being here.” He said.
“Do you guys wanna see?” Paige asked excited.
“Yes, yes, yes, yes, yesh!!” Samantha laughed.
Paige took it out. It looked old, torn, and dusty.
“Have you opened it?” Stacy asked.
“No.” Paige said. “If anything happens I want company.”
“Smart.” I said. “See that Tristan she's already smarter than you!” He ignored me. “Open it.”
Everyone nodded we gathered in a circle holding our stuff. Tristan stayed behind, convinced it was all a lie. Paige slowly opened the book until it was laying flat. We waited a few moments. “Ha! I told you it was…” But he was cut off. A blinding light was coming from the book, and fastly filling the room. Somehow it must've mixed with one of my copies of Naruto I was holding. I'd been in the process of looking through them with Samantha when Paige brought it up.
We were sitting in the middle of bright light. All we could see was each other, eventually not even that much. As it dimmed we were all breathing fast, and hard. What was happening?
When the light was fully gone we were all rubbing out eyes.
I was the first to see where we were being that I have eyes that are good at transitions. I said the first words that came to my mind as I looked around.
“We're not in Kansas anymore.” I said amazed.
