She Looks Like Rin

There wasn't a doubt in his mind, Sakura was the spitting image of her. Her being his old teammate; his other best friend, Obito's true love, and famous medical ninja Rin. Aside from the pink hair and emerald eyes, those two were a match. Every time he would stare at his ex-student he would see Rin's smiling face. He never loved Rin the way Obito did, but loved her like a sister. Sakura was older now, just like him, and just the same as Naruto and Sasuke. The three students that became legendary were passing their twenties and Kakashi his thirties.

The old jounin laid back in to the soft green grass that surrounded him. His exposed eye lightly closed breathing in the deep sensations that filled him. Off in the distance of the large clearing he could here all three of their bickering voices. A smile curved on to his lips that were hidden behind the soft black fabric of his mask.

All three of them reminded him of his past teammates. The ones who always were there with him. However now, he only had team seven and his dirty novels. He picked up the sound of feet lightly running over to him.

“Kakashi-sempai! Are you awake?”

He cracked his eye lid open. A small shadow fell over his face as he looked up.

“I'm awake Sakura…” He muttered sitting up. She took a seat next to him adjusting her short medical skirt so she could sit properly. He watched her silently out of the corner of his eye. Her hair was kept short and neat tied back by her headband. Her resemblance to Rin was so close, yet they were so different. Rin had been just a bit more serious than Sakura yet too grown up for her own good. Sakura took things slow, enjoyed life as it came each day. Something he needed to learn. The life of a ninja was not a glorious one. Your alone most of the time, you can't trust anyone and the ones you love never seem to stay around too long.

“So? Going to teach me and new genjutsu's?” She smiled over at him tilting her head to the side as a light breeze spread through the clearing. His eye creased indicating small smile.

“I'm not your teacher anymore.” He stated. She raised an eyebrow.

“So?” She muttered.

“As in, You should listen to Tsunade-sama and not me anymore.”

“Tsunade's busy and I'm bored. Oh, I know…You can show me your face.” She huffed planting her hands on her hips.

He wanted to laugh at her childish way of getting things she wanted. She was one of a kind that was for sure.

There was a loud noise in the distance off and then a short blast of air caused by the other two teammates that came running over.

“Sakura-Chan!” Naruto yelled falling to his knees in front of her. Her eyes widened as she watched him huff and puff rapidly.

“Sasuke injured my arm and I need you to heal me!” He whined like a little kid still even though he was all grown up. He some what resembled the fourth hokage. His blonde hair had grown a little longer and his scrawny boyish self melted in to buff muscles as he traded in his orange suit for a black mesh shirt and black pants.

Sakura smiled warmly at him. Kakashi nearly let a laugh pass his lips as Sasuke pushed Naruto over showing Sakura the bloody bruise that had formed on his left cheek.

Both boys still fought like they used to, ever since Sasuke had returned from Orichimaru, he was sworn never to leave the village for revenge again. With that all done, he joined A.N.B.U. He was a shoe-in for captain and he was leader of the hunter Nin.

Kakashi watched as Sakura closed her jade eyes and moved her hands swiftly in to three different seals watching her palms fill with a light shade of blue as she touched Naruto's arm and Sasuke's cheek at the same time. The skin healed over leaving no signs of any damage.

She opened her eyes slowly smiling up at her two boys. The team had become so much closer, so close that Kakashi almost doubted if Sakura would ever let other people in on her boys. He knew how she could be, just like a jealous girlfriend. Except Sakura could fight well so that left her in good standing for keeping other woman away. He found at times, while out with the others, Sakura would make sure no one hit on him. No matter what it meant to her. She loved her trio so much. She had no one else anyway. His smiling face frowned a bit beneath the mask. Her parents, slaughtered. Like animals, left to die a painful death. Never to see their daughter return home from her first full month mission.

“Kakashi-sempai?” Sakura asked tilting her head to the side wondering what in the world he had been staring at. Kakashi blinked a few times before focusing on the three curious looks coming his way.

“Eh, sorry…Drifted there for a moment.” He stated honestly. The three ex-students shrugged it off and went back to their little quarrel.

“So tell me how exactly Sasuke-kun got that bruise on his face?” Sakura snapped placing her hands on her slender hips while she sat. Naruto leaned back scratching the back of his head, a boyish grin adorning his features.

“Well you see Sakura-Chan, Sasuke was pestering me during the training session so I hit him!” Naruto explained.

Sakura and Kakashi both raised an eyebrow. “Sasuke-kun was pestering you?” She repeated. Sasuke glared at Naruto and shrugged to Sakura.

Sasuke wasn't one to pester. Both Kakashi and Sakura knew this.

“It's getting late, I should be on my way to meet Genma anyway.” Kakashi stated during the small moment a silence that was exchanged.

“Oh yes! That reminds me, Genma and I have a date tonight!” Sakura smiled happily standing up to brush the bottom of her skirt off.

“Your Genma's date?” Kakashi asked raising his eyebrow staring at her. She nodded and smiled.

“Yes, He's taking me out tonight.” She stated walking past him to go back in to the busy village. Kakashi quickly turned leaving the two boys there as he caught up with Sakura.

“Sakura, on a date!” Naruto whined looking up over at Sasuke who looked irked.

“With Genma.” Sasuke added, his fist clenched just thinking about the womanizing ninja all over their Sakura.

~*~*~*~*~

There were a few knocks to the old apartment door that had Sakura dashing down her hallway in a red dress. She quickly opened it and smiled at her date for the evening.

“Hi Genma, come on in, I'll be ready in just a moment.” She promised opening the door for him even more. The jounin stepped through; his hazel eyes glancing around the room looking at her simple décor.

Simple…He liked simple. She had a few pictures hanging up and a couch with a coffee table. Sakura closed the door behind him and walked past him in her dress.

“Sakura…Looking hot…” Genma complimented. She turned her head over her shoulder and blushed prettily. She disappeared in to her room and silently squealed to her self in the mirror of her bathroom. She ran a brush through her shoulder length pink lochs and applied some lipstick that was just perfect for her. She quickly rustled through her closet and pulled out her red heels that strapped all the way up her thighs where the slits in the dress ended.

Walking out of her room she met Genma back in her living room and walked passed him opening the door once more.

“Shall we go?” She asked smiling at him. He leaned in and placed a kiss on her cheek.

“Ready.” He muttered in her ear and slid past her holding the door for her. She stepped out in the cool air of the night and locked her door. His warm hand searched out hers as they walked down to the old pubs.

“So tell me, Kakashi-sempai told me he was going out with you tonight. What was that all about?” She asked sweetly looking up at him batting her eyelashes.

“Oh yeah, I invited Hatake to have a drink with us, as usually, but I told him to have a date. I wonder who he asked.” Genma stated.

Kakashi….dating someone?! This went off in Sakura's mind. Her Kakashi, was dating some other woman? Some one who isn't good enough for him?!

Sakura's face dropped a bit at the though of Kakashi showing some woman his face. Pulling down the mask she had wanted to do so badly.

No way was she going to allow this. Not a chance…Not a chance.

She chanted that mentally to her self as they entered an old pub. The stale scent of sake hit Sakura's nose as Genma tugged her hand along behind him maneuvering around people so he could get to his table. It was crowded, more than usual. Finally all the way in the back was an empty table, aside from the silver haired man sitting in it. Sakura smiled at Kakashi but her smile dropped when she saw the blonde haired woman sitting next to him.

“Who is that?” Sakura stated aloud. She quickly closed her mouth and scolded herself.

“I think that's his date…The woman from the other bar.” Genma smiled over at his friend and ushered Sakura in the booth before he scooted in next to her.

“Sakura you look lovely.” Kakashi smiled down at his student from behind his black mask. His date excused her self quickly from the table and walked to the ladies room.

“Yeah, I must say Hatake; my date is hotter than your date.” Genma winked at Sakura twirling the senbon that rested between his lips as usual. A faint blush spread over Sakura's cheeks.

“Mei is pretty in her own way.” Kakashi said smoothly. “However I can't deny the fact that Sakura is much better.”

This made Sakura turned the same shade as her dress.

Oh my.

Genma ordered their drinks as the blonde woman made it back. Her slinky form was outlined in a black dress that was too short for her own good. Her large breasts were pressed into Kakashi's upper arm as she sat there clinging to him the whole time.

Sakura joined a few conversations while downing a few shots of the warm sake. It was late. Really late, and she was a tad bit tipsy.

“Well Hatake, I think I'm going to take Sakura back to my place now.” Genma winked over at his date who was semi-drunk and in conversation with Kakashi's date.

“Your place Genma?” Kakashi asked. A possessive streak ran down his spine at the thought of Sakura and Genma getting together in that way. Dinner and a few drinks are fine but his little Sakura wasn't ready for that. She was too pure to him.

The more he was thinking about it, the more he realized that she wasn't the one who was jealous anymore.
