~She is just like her … just like her mother … Yaku Hamagichi~ Itachi thought as he raced through the trees heading towards the Akatsuki Head Quarters.

 

Kisame stared at Itachi as he ran. ~What is with him … I've never seen him like this … not since Yaku … Hamagichi … there's some thing strange with this girl … could she be … no … there's no way …~

 

“Kisame quit dawdling … we're here …” Itachi said standing in front of the large black and dark gray doors that lead to the hiding place of nine S-Ranked Criminals.

 

Kisame looked down at the girl in Itachi's arms. ~What is with her … this … girl~

 

Itachi walked through the long winding halls until he reached the room that once, not long ago, Haoku's mothers. “Kisame … get the door …”

 

Kisame nodded and opened the door and watched as Itachi set her on the bed then walked out of the room closing the door behind him, turning and again starting down the long halls towards the Leader's quarters. “Kisame … take care of her …” He said as he disappeared from sight.

 

Again Kisame nodded and walked into the room making sure to close and lock the door securely. “Doku Toge … I wonder …” Kisame wandered into Itachi's room and picks up a book laden book. He blew off the dust and read the cover “Poison; Can Help or Kill” “Seems right …” Kisame said as he went back into Haoku's room, sat down and opened the book.

Kisame flipped to the page and read out loud. “Doku Toge a poisonous thorn as its name states. Doku Toge literally translates to poisonous thorn. It's futile if it's not seen by medical professionals immediately. Even if a victim can survive they will have side effects through the first three to five days after getting medical attention. The side effects may include: nausea, vomiting, dizziness, temporary amnesia, and in the worst cases permanent amnesia. The types of side effects of a victim depends on how long the time period lasts until the victim receives medical attention. If the victim is unable to receive professional help try these practices;

 

- inducing vomiting to rid of the poison in the stomach

- make a small incision on each wrist, blood should be a dark red to black, let victim bleed until blood returns to normal coloring then cease bleeding as soon as possible

 

Only try such practices if medical attention is 100% out of reach. Make sure the victim is on his/her stomach if vomiting is induced while unconscious. Also make sure victim is lying down on his/her back with arms by their side for step number two.” Kisame wrinkled his noise up disgusted. “I have to do what!?”

 

 

“Itachi … you brought some one into the head quarters even though you knew it was against the rules?” The Akatsuki lead cried out frustrated.

 

“Yes sir … she's very ill … she got herself into a large field of brambles where she was covered in Doku Toge …” Itachi said not backing down from the leader's challenge of wits.

 

“Let me see her …” He ordered.

 

Itachi did as he was told and lead him towards the room that held the sickly young girl.

 

Kisame sighs and wraps her wrists up in thick white bandages then rolls her over. “I can't believe I'm going to do this …” Kisame groaned as he propped open her mouth. “I'm sorry Haoku-san … please forgive me …”

 

Haoku jolted awake vomiting the instant her eyes opened.

 

Itachi and the leader stepped inside at that exact moment seeing everything.

 

“Is this her … the one you call `Yangu Otome'?” The leader questioned watching Haoku run to the bathroom as fast as lightning.

Yangu in Japanese means little

&

Otome means Girl

So Haoku's new nick name literally

Translates to

Little Girl

“Her real name is Haoku.” Kisame butted in.

 

“Haoku … what?” He asked

 

“Haoku … Hamagichi …” Itachi muttered giving Kisame a deadly glare as if he wasn't supposed to say anything.

 

“But isn't that …” His sentence broke off.

 

“Yes sir … she's from the future … she's Yaku's daughter …” Kisame said

 

“How long ago had she come?”

 

“Today sir.” Kisame answered

 

There was a soft thud as Haoku passed out in the bathroom.

 

“I'll be right back …” Kisame said as he walked to the bathroom then emerged moments later with an unconscious Haoku in his arms, he laid her on the bed then directed his attention back to the other two men in the room.

 

“That's the work of Doku Toge there's no doubt …” The leader muttered more to himself than the others.

 

“How do you know?” Kisame questioned. “It wasn't in the book.”

 

Itachi shot him another deathly glare.

 

“Her face is pale as a piece of parchment, she's clammy, she's sweating, and her cheeks are about as red as a sun burnt tomato.” He said acknowledging all the facts.

 

Itachi nodded. “So did Kisame handle the situation right?”

 

“Surprisingly yes … he did exactly what was needed seeing as medical attention is out of the question … well done Kisame.”

 

“Thank you sir …” Kisame said humbly nodding his head.

 

“So how will we address the situation?” Itachi asked

 

“Do you think she could be of any use to us Itachi?”

 

“If she received the proper training she could be of great use.” Itachi said

 

“The if she survives … she will be an official member of the Akatsuki … just like her mother …” The leader said as he walked out of the room.

 

“So … that's where she's from … she's Yaku's daughter?” Kisame asked shocked

 

“Yes …” Itachi said as he walked into his room closing and locking the door.

 

Haoku's now in the same

Situation as her mother

But only if she survives
