Well the chapter may give it all away but this is a must read, because things change for the Akatsuki adn Haoku and Itachi on a heart beat. Not only that but the Akatsuki gets an unexpected visitor.

“Well?” Eva asked as her cousin came out of the bath room

She simply nodded as tears of joy ran down her cheeks.

Eva ran over and hugged her. “Congrats Haoku …”

A lot had happened in those three months; her mother had spoken to her again and told her that she would be able to come home soon. Haoku of course had not told her mother of her intentions to stay in the past, fearing it would kill her on the inside.

“Hey Haoku, I'm sorry if I'm interrupting anything but … Itachi wants me to give you this.” Kisame said walking in and handing her a sheep of paper that smelt much like roses. It read:

Haoku,

Meet me at sun down by the lake. I'll be waiting for you.

Uchiha Itachi

“Thanks Kisame.” She said smiling thinking of the best “I better get ready though, sun down is in an hour.” She turned and began to walk to her closet before turning around once more to face her cousin “Eva, you tell no one, okay?”

She nodded and giggled.

“What's that all about?” He asked

“That's for Itachi and I to know and you to find out.” The blonde kunoichi answered.

At the Lake

She walked up to him and smiled. “I'm glad you asked me to come here Tach-san, I have some thing to tell you.”

“As do I … or … to ask you.”

She blushed thinking she knew what was going on.

The ninja she had spent nearly two years with got down on a single knee and looked her in the eyes.

“Haoku, there's past years have been great and even though we didn't get off to the best start, there's something very important I would like to ask you.”

Tears dripped out of her eyes as he reached into his pocket to pull out a black case, he opened it showing her a gold and silver ring with a ruby and onyx on the left and right then a diamond centered in the middle.

“Haoku Hamagichi will you marry me?”

She nodded completely speechless still letting the tears flow down here cheeks.

He stood up and put the ring on her left hand ring finger and wiped the tears from her eyes, and then he smiled. “Hey there, no crying, okay?”

Again she simply nodded and sighed trying to find the correct words to tell him what she had just found out.

His left hand wrapped around her waist and his right hand stroked her hair. “Now, what is it you wanted to tell me?”

“Well … I … you … um …” She stuttered then shakily moved his hand from her waist and placed it over her lower stomach and started to cry tears of joy once more. “You're going to be a father …”

The color drained out of his face as he stared at her in disbelief, then after moments had passed he smiled and laughed picking her up and twirling her around. “Haoku this is the happiest day of my life.”

“Mine too …”

“KAWAII DESU NEE!?!” Eva yelled jumping out and taking a quick picture of the couple making them both blush.

“Congratulations on you both!” She yelled giggling then hugging her cousin and her future in-law. “I'm so happy for you two!”

“Me too …” A familiar voice came from the shadows of the trees and an old and withered version of Yaku came out.

“Mom!” Haoku yelled running over to her mother and hugging her “I missed you so much!”

She hugged her daughter back and smiled glad to finally know she was safe. “I've missed you too …” Her gaze then drifted from her daughter to her old friend Itachi, she smiled at him.

“Yaku?”

The woman nodded slowly then looked back at Haoku. “It's time to go home.”

“I can't … unless …”

“What?” Her mother asked understandingly

“Can I bring a few friends home with me?” She asked grinning slyly.

“Of course.”

“Well, lets get back so we can round every one up to go and tell them all.” Itachi said walking over and putting his arm around his fiancé's waist.

They returned shortly after and every one made a huge fuss about Yaku being back and what state she was in and how she had changed that they had to scream to get everyone's attention to tell them the announcements.

“Everyone, Haoku and I have decided to get married …”

“And have kids.” Haoku added laying her hand on her stomach.

The Akatsuki broke out in a chorus of cheers.

“Sadly my friends, we must return home, although …” Yaku said braking off

“You can come with us, back to the future!” Eva added smiling

There was a sudden hushed silence as the leader stepped forward and bowed to Haoku. “We would be delighted to.”

She froze up for a minute then smiled nodding to let her mother know that she could once more take over the conversation.

“Everyone pack and get a good nights rest, we leave tomorrow morning!” She ordered.
