A/N: Warning for every reading this, there will be shown suicide attempts in this chapter. I'm going to start putting my chapter titles in Japanese, so if I mess up... TELL ME! As for the thing about Minato's wife later on in the chapter, since he isn't Naruto's father in this fic, I don't have to make Kushina his wife.

Chapter 5 Nami Sono Nibankari

"DAMMIT!" A red hair vixen smashed his fist into a tree. The tree shattered into thousands of pieces on contact and showered the kitsune. Her crimson eyes glowed brightly with unholy rage at losing both Nibi and Hachibi and the fact that Rikimaru managed to survive his encounter with Zabuza. She wasn't as worried about the girl since she would come back as long as she had the mark on her but was down right pissed that she had to back down to a puny mortal. Kyuubi gritted her teeth as she continued forward towards a large mansion in the distance. "Why is it every time I'm close to regain everything it falls apart just out of my grasp. Nothing should be out of my grasp."

She stopped and grabbed her heart in pain and started screaming as a odd looking seal appeared on the top of her left breast. It was in a spiral that zigzagged on it's way to the center where there was a black diamond. On the outside there was eight chains surrounding that connected to the kanji for one through eight. Kyuubi bit her lip to keep from screaming from the pain, as she was the strongest of the bijuu and it would ruin her image to be seen screaming in agony. A tear leaked from her eye as she started to slowly stand back up, ignoring the pain.

'I have to hurry. It's getting worse everyday.' With that thought Kyuubi limped towards her mansion hidden in the shadows of what seemed to be an ancient city.

Back at Tazuna's house a man with white hair went through a wall and soared into the forest with a blonde haired women with a huge rack hot on his heels. The reason why. Simple, he was caught in the act of his perversion as he groped the fifteen year old girl Jinchurriki’s breast while he was suppose to be trying to get rid of the seal that was found. It had been two days since the ambushes and mostly everyone was on there feet, even if they were using crutches. The three gennin blinked at the loud crashing noise and sweat dropped while Rikimaru groaned as he hobbled down the stairs.

"Good Kami. Will those two ever act their age." Shizune sighed and just petted her pet pig, Tonton. "I don't think it will ever happen. Neither can seem to let go of their bad habits." Rikimaru sighed and plopped down on the chair next to between her and Yugao and watched Naruto going to town on the ramen in front of him. Tonton oinked in disgust as Rikimaru, Shizune and Yugao all nodded there heads in agreement as they watched the frightening demolition of ramen.

Sasuke sighed and elbowed Naruto in the gut. "Hey what was that for?!" Sasuke glared at Naruto. "Eat like you do with the Hyuugas, that way no one will be grossed out." Naruto shrugs and eats at a slower pace as everyone else let's out a sigh of relief. They started to eat their food as Tsunade busted the door down dragging a bloodied Jiraiya behind her. Shizune groaned in displeasure as everyone else sweat dropped at the scene. As all of this was happening Haku walked down the stairs.

She had been trying to isolate herself from them since Zabuza's death but Shizune wouldn't hear of it. She constantly went to check up on her and from what she had shown, was borderline suicidal and homicidal in the beginning and had attempted to end her own life a few times. Haku then decided that if she couldn't end her life she would end the one that killed her precious person. She tried to get revenge by killing Rikimaru as he was still recovering from using the hachimon and chakra exhaustion, but was stopped by Sasuke and Naruto.

(FlashBack)

"Move. I do not wish to fight you two. I only want your sensei." Haku said devoid of all emotions other than sorrow and anger. Sasuke gripped the kunai in his hand tighter and brought it up, ready to defend Rikimaru. Naruto slipped into the jyuken stance as he heard what happened on the bridge and knew this girl was dangerous, especially the way see was now. Haku didn't even blink and was about to attack them when the door opened behind her revealing Shizune. Seeing that she didn't have a chance against all three, Haku bolted past Naruto and Sasuke and jumped out of the window.

Shizune's eyes widen as she did so. "Shit! We need to catch her before she does something to herself, or worse someone else." Both gennins nod and jump out of the room after her, knowing how she was feeling. Shizune was about to run out of the room to catch up to them, when she noticed something. Her eyebrow twitched as she looked at Rikimaru's prone form. "Give a message for him, would you." With that said Shizune kicked him between the legs and watched it turn into smoke.

Rikimaru winced as he got the memory of the clone as he watched Haku run towards him, even if she didn't see him since she was heading towards the bridge. As she passed him he spoke. "It's difficult, isn't it." Haku stopped dead in her tracks and turned around to see Rikimaru on his crutches looking her dead in the eye. Haku's mind was racing in two different directions, one wanted to listen to what he had to say the other just wanted revenge. The more reasonable part of her won out and decided to listen and nodded her head.

"Haku, I wish to show you something that will make you understand, something to help you cope with your lose. Nothing can ever take the pain away, but you can learn from others that have felt similar pains." Haku was still on edge and spoke to Rikimaru in a emotionless tone. "What do you wish to show me." Rikimaru sighed. "My memories, and memories from others as I watched over them." Haku's didn't show any type of reaction before she spoke. "And how can you do that. Only a certain clan from Konoha has the ability to do so." Rikimaru nodded his head in acknowledgement. "True, but the had of that clan helped me develop a genjutsu that would allow me to show my memories. Not all of them are about me though, some are about me team's lives. Will you allow me to use it on you."

"How can I trust you?" Haku said with her eyes narrowed. Rikimaru chuckled. "I don't have a single weapon on me. Shizune took them all away from me. And the fact that I can't do much more to you then hit you with a crutch if I was tricking you." Haku still wasn't trust him completely, but with his low chakra reserves and mobility she gave him the benefit of the doubt. "Now before I do this, I must warn you some of the things you will see will be traumatizing. Are you sure you wish to see?" Haku nodded slowly and Rikimaru went through a few hand seals before ending in with neko. "Shin Vijon."

Everything around Haku turned white before and image came into picture. She was in the middle of a street littered with dead bodies and black flames. Haku gasped in horror at what she saw but it wasn't even the beginning. She heard foot steps behind her and turned around to see two boys, one with sunny blonde hair with a pale tan and the other had raven colored hair in the shape of... well a duck's ass. She instantly recognized the two as Naruto and Sasuke and noticed the look of fright and terror visible on their faces.

Even if she didn't know them all that well she couldn't stand to see someone else in agony. Haku ran to the two boys and tried to grab a hold of them, but she went through them as if they didn't exist. 'Damn, I forget this is a genjutsu. Wait why is he showing me this? He did say he would show me some of his team's lives. Could this be it?' She didn't have much time to think when another figure that looked like an elder Sasuke jumped in the chibi’s path. Both Naruto and Sasuke skidded to a halt and their fear override everything else they felt as they looked up to the man with tri-bladed shuriken surrounding a red iris.

The man looked at them with almost emotionless eyes but one could see past his eyes you would find... pride and pity? "Foolish little otoutos. As of now, you two are still two weak to be killed like the rest of our family." Haku gasped in horror as she heard this as Itachi continued speaking. "Sasuke, if you wish to gain the eyes I have now, you must... kill your best friend!" Haku had tears streaming down her face as she watched the scene. "If you wish to gain power like mine and kill me, you must curse me! Hate me! And survive your miserable lives as cowards... Run away, run away... and cling to your pathetic lives."

Haku sensed chakra being molded to his eyes as if he was about to use them, a kunai whizzed past his face as he barely dodged. "It's seems I have to run. We will meet again, otoutos." And with that Itachi disappeared in swirl of leaves as a Anbu with a taka mask arrived on the scene. He looked at were the traitor was in the distance and looked back at the boys before he rushed towards them to check them out. The scene faded out there and changed to a new scenery.

She found herself standing on a tall building next to Naruto that was the same age as the last scene. He was looking sadly at the ground and had a kunai gripped in his hand as he stared at his wrist before moving to slice them. Haku's eyes widen having attempted to do the same thing earlier that morning. Her reaction was to reach out and grab it from him, but reasoned with herself that it was a genjutsu and was sure someone would stop him before going to far. What she heard next made her blood boil in fury.

"Hey look! The demon is trying to kill himself!" Suddenly other similar cries were heard as they started to cheer on Naruto, who had begun to slit his wrist. Haku looked on in trepidation at the scene. 'How can they just sit there and cheer for the him while he's doing something like this?!' Haku's mental rant ended as Naruto decided it was taking to slow and jumped off the three story building. Haku rushed to the side in fear as she saw him plummet to the ground. As he was nearing the ground her was grabbed in mid air by an Anbu, and if her eyes were correct, wore a taka mask. Once again the scene turned to black as a new one replaced it.

It was one in a white room with padding on the walls with Naruto in a straight jacket and the other was the same Anbu with a taka mask. The blonde looked up at the Anbu and smiled brightly, radiating his shiny teeth that could give Gai a run for his money. "Taka-nee-san! Please tell me you're getting me out of here." The Anbu winced at the boy's words. "Sorry Naruto, but no." The pale boy's face fell into one of despair as he looked to the ground. "So you came to gloat like the last Anbu did."

Though unnoticed by Naruto, Haku could sense the anger that statement caused the Anbu, and knew it was at his own comrades. As soon as he calmed himself down, he spoke to Naruto. "Naruto... you know I wouldn't do that. Now what mask's did they wear?" Naruto looked into the eye sockets of the Anbu and deemed that he was telling the truth. "They wore the Inu, Ookami and Eki mask." The Anbu's aura started to weakly flare around him as he heard the masks, but it easily seen that he was controlling himself from unleashing it. "Naruto, I'll be back later. I have something to take care of." Haku noticed his tone and honestly would have done the same thing the Anbu was probably about to go do as he left the room.

After it went black again it changed scenes once more, Haku noticed that she was in the rain and looking at a young boy around four with brown hair holding onto something with dear life. As Haku got closer, she noticed his eyes were yellow and had a small black shuriken surrounding a yellow iris. She realized that this must of been one of Rikimaru's memories. Stepping closer she gasped at what he was holding. It was a girl around her early twenties that wore a slashed Amegakure hitai-ate with brown hair and eyes like Rikimaru's of now. She was covered head to tow in blood that was her own if the gashes, wounds and the hole in her left chest were any evidence.

"Aneue! Don't leave me!" screamed the young Rikimaru as he held on to the older girl, crying his heart out. The girl reached up and rubbed his cheek silently and brushed away his never ending stream of tears before speaking in a weakened tone. "Otouto, get out of here. Head to Konohagakure like we planned, my fiancé shouldn't be to far away from here. He should be able to protect you." Rikimaru shook his vigorously. "NO! I WON'T LEAVE YOU!" The girl grimaced at him and gripped his collar and pulled him down to her. "You must. If they catch you they will lock you up and use you for breeding stock and nothing else. That is not I life I want you to have."

"Well I found you again. And this time your brother as well." came from a voice behind Haku. She wheeled around to see a man with auburn colored hair and piercings covering his face and had gray eyes and had a spiral line that lead into his iris. The young man radiated the most terrifying power around him that she had ever felt besides that of Kyuubi and never wanted to feel it again. The man walked through her as he moved towards them. The girl pushed Rikimaru out of the way and stood up shakily.

"OTOUTO! RUN! I handle him!" Screamed the women as she pulled out a kunai. The auburn haired man was on her in an instant. "Your in my way girl." He brought up a sword and shoved it through her heart faster than the eye could see. Haku blood went cold as she saw this. "ANEUE!" screamed the chibi Rikimaru as he saw the blade be removed from her head. She turned slowly to Rikimaru once more and threw her kunai towards Rikimaru's feet. "Be safe..." was all she could get out before the man beheaded her with his blade. Haku had to cover her mouth not to scream as she saw this.

The man didn't even bat an eyelash as he wiped the blood of his sword, sheaved it and walked towards Rikimaru, not caring about what he just did, in fact... he seemed pleased about it. Rikimaru backed away in fear as the man approached. "Boy, don't make this any more difficult than it has to be. Your still useful for the village." Rikimaru shook his head as he back into the tree. In a instant a flash of yellow light and a man with shoulder length spiky blonde hair with electric blue eyes wearing a jounin vest appeared at the kunai between the two.

Haku was awed as she instantly recognized the man as Namikaze Minato, or the Yondaime Hokage. The man with auburn tensed as he recognized the man as the only person to ever get a SS-rank and a flee on sight for all shinobi villages. Not taking his chances the man shushined away from the area, planning on telling the Raiukage, Hanzo of this development. Minato looked at the shivering child and noticed his eyes and the blood over him and looked at the clearing and noticed the women's body. There was rage seen in his eyes but also an untold amount of sadness as well.

Minato pick up the young Rikimaru, trying to comfort him, and failing miserably. He sighed and quickly did some one handed seals and casted a minor sleeping genjutsu on Riki. As Riki fell asleep the memory started to blur out and Haku couldn't tell what the Yondaime was saying as the vision disappeared leaving her back in front of a down crest Rikimaru. Haku looked at Rikimaru in curiosity after the last scene she saw. "Why would you show me that?"

Rikimaru sighed. "I showed you that to let you know that you aren't alone. There are others that have felt similar pain to yours." Haku looked down at the ground in tears. "So your saying I should forget everything he did for..." Rikimaru cut her off. "No." Haku looked up in surprised before Rikimaru continued. "The moments you spend with the ones you held precious should never be forgotten. But you have to let go. It is in the past, you must move towards your future. Both Naruto and Sasuke still hurt from their clan being killed before their eyes. Naruto still hurts over the villages treatment to him. My heart hasn't healed from my sister's death. But the one thing that all of us have in common... is that we moved on with our lives, just as they would have wanted us to."

Haku looked into Rikimaru's deep brown eyes, since he was low on chakra, and knew he was right. "Zabuza asked me to take care of you, but I couldn't do that the way you were a little while ago, since you would have killed me the first chance you got. Will you let me carry out his last request." Haku looked stunned at what was said. "But why... why would you do that for someone who tried to kill you?!" Rikimaru had a light smile on his face. "Because he was a true shinobi. One of the few there are these days. Sure you can be a skilled shinobi, but there are few that have honor. Most shinobi nowadays just kill without morals. Sure he tried to kill me, my team and our client, but that was his job. I hold no grudges against him, even when he made a deal with Kyuubi."

Absolutely stunned by his speech, Haku stared at the young man in front of her as she remember a similar speech Zabuza had once told her. Regaining her composure, Haku spoke. "I'll think about it. I need sometime to myself." Rikimaru nodded at her. "I understand." Just then both Sasuke and Naruto ran into the area. "Sensei! How the hell are you here?" yelled Naruto, pointing a finger at him. Rikimaru sweat dropped at Naruto's outburst. "It's called Kage Bunshin. Now will you take Haku back to the client's house." Sasuke looked at Rikimaru with an eyebrow raised. "You know it's just going to be worse if you wait here."

Rikimaru nodded. "Yeah, I got that when my bunshin information came to me. I need time to think something, so I'll catch you up in a minute or two." The two gennins nodded and walk with Haku towards Tazuna's house. Rikimaru looked up to the moon with the memory of the day his sister day on his mind. 'I will live the way you wished for me, aneue. But if I ever see that man again, I will kill him.'

(FlashBack End)

Haku silently walked to the table and sat down in the empty seat. A crash was heard from upstairs and another figure came down the stairs. It was Yugito wearing a the same outfit as Shizune, since they had nothing her size. She looked around at everyone there before walking over to the table. She pushed Naruto out of his chair and started to inhale the a bowl that he hadn't manage to get to yet. Everyone sweat dropped at the sight and had different thoughts.

'Oh fuck no. Not another ramen addict. Please tell me that's were the similarities end.' Yugao

'Oink Oink' Tonton

'Well at least she's eating a bowl that he didn't start eating. But she could use another pair of chop sticks.' Shizune

'Why do I get the feeling this is going to be happening a lot more.' Tsunade

'Dear Kami. She managed to knock Naruto away from eating a bowl of ramen.' Sasuke

'Is she suicidal? The last person that attempted to stop Naruto from eating ramen ended up in the hospital for two weeks.' Sakura

'Hope she didn't realize I felt her up. And that I'm putting her and Naruto in my new Icha Icha book, The Mating of the Cat and the Snake. It will be a top seller. I'm sure of it!' Kind of obvious

'Damn. Let's see what you do Naruto.' Rikimaru

"HEY! That's my ramen!" Naruto yelled at Yugito. She shrugged at him, not really caring. "I'm hungry. I love ramen. And I a girl. So there." Yugito stuck her tongue out at him and blew a raspberry at Naruto. The next responded stunned everyone in the room, even if they didn't know Naruto but a few days. "Well geez, you didn't have to knock me out my chair and take my ramen. You could've asked." Sasuke clutched his chest as he began to have a heart attack, Rikimaru was being given CPR by Yugao as he stopped breathing and had a stroke, Sakura was being given the Heimlich from Shizune as she choked on her last bite of fish while Jiraiya groped Tsunade's breast as she was to stunned to notice. Haku was the only one not stunned by this, as she didn't know about his extreme addiction to ramen and thought it was kind of cute.

Jiraiya's groping didn't go unnoticed by Yugito though. She took in a deep breathe before screaming at the top of her lungs. "PERVERT! STOP YOUR GROPING!" Tsunade instantly regained her composure and felt the hand on her breast. Jiraiya looked on as he was surrounded by flames in front of a evil, giant head of Tsunade glaring at him with smoke coming out of her ears and her face turning crimson. "JJJJIIIIIIIRRRRRRAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!" He instantly let go and ran off like the devil was chasing him. Though he forgot Tsunade made the devil look like an angel when she went on a rampage.

All night Jiraiya's screams of agony and anguish were heard throughout Nami no Kuni.

Everyone was at the bridge as it was finished the next mourning, even if they weren't in the best of shape... meaning Jiraiya. Inari looked at Naruto with a slight smile. "Thanks, I guess you were right." Naruto smirked as he ruffled his head. "No problem, gaki. Just remember, fight for what you want. Otherwise, you will never get it." Inari nodded with a smile on his face. Tazuna walked forward and bowed to them. "Thank you for coming. I don't think we could ever repay you."

Rikimaru scoffed as Sasuke spoke up for him. "Well, when you get the money, pay as back for an A bordering S-rank mission. Then we'll call it even. It's the least we can do for these two" points at Jiraiya and Tsunade "put a few man sized holes in your wall." Tazuna nodded at them with a small smile on his face, lucky that they weren't charging him an S-rank due to what occurred. "Thank you, have a safe trip home." Rikimaru scoffed once more. "With this group. Safe isn't a option. It's a privilege."

Everyone had a good laugh before the shinobi started to walk across the bridge. A random villager speaks up. "So, what should we name it." Tazuna looks down on his grandson and back at the shinobi group. "I think we should call it the Neo Sannin Bridge."
