Hey! Sorry it's been a while I didn't write but I'll make it up for that one! And I know the plot is kind of weird now, but I'm still searching for a good subject, so the chapters will probably get better each time. I'm sorry for the crappy chapters at the beginning… I don't even know if I want to continue this fic… It's getting nowhere… Tell me what you think of it. Oh and this chapter is not gonna be really long; it's just to make you know I'm still alive :P

 

Sasuke-kun

 

 

 

 

Naruto followed Sakura in the streets of Konoha. It was a hot sunny day in the summer and Naruto was happier than normally, which meant that he was very happy. The kiss Sakura gave him yesterday meant that Sakura liked him; no, that someone actually liked him. Since the Third's death, Naruto was not protected as when Sandaime was there. And the young blond ninja was very happy to think that his crush was in love with him, too.

 

`'Where are we going again?'' asked Naruto while following the pink haired kunoichi.

Sakura fought the urge to roll her eyes.

`'We are going to spar, baka!'' said Sakura, with her evil voice.

`'Ahh! Don't hit me, Sakura-chan!'' said Naruto, protecting his head with his hands.

`'But are you sure you want to train with me? I mean, I'm stronger than before!'' said Naruto with a grin.

 

`'Are you scared of me, Naruto?'' asked Sakura, with a smile, thinking at what Naruto may answer.

 

`'Hell no! I'm not scared of you, YOU should be scared of me!'' screamed Naruto, not seeing that everybody in the street was looking at him.

Sakura finally rolled her eyes and hit Naruto on the head, dragging Naruto across the streets to the Team 7 Training Ground.

 

On the way there, Naruto got to his feet and started to walk. Konoha was a village known for its immense forests, and Naruto liked it that way. He liked the trees, the grass, the flowers, in fact, he liked the nature in general. He didn't know why, but he felt comfortable in the forest. Maybe it was because he felt like the forest was his home. The young orange wearing Nin looked at his comrade which was now his girlfriend. She had her usual pink and red dress on her. She still had her short hair. The young kunoichi was busy looking at the clouds so she didn't notice Naruto was observing her.

 

He was glad Sakura lost her love for Sasuke, while she was glad Naruto still loved her. The pink haired ninja always thought of Naruto as a loud-mouthed boy, but she finally realised Naruto was different. The young ninjas thoughts were lost as they reached the Training Ground.

 

Naruto saw Sasuke training with his sensei, Hatake Kakashi. The last Uchiha was trying to perform his Chidori faster, but he failed, falling on the ground. Kakashi was busy reading his Icha Icha Paradise… again. He didn't know why his sensei was so obsessed with the Icha Icha novels. He got out of his thoughts as he heard the last Uchiha say something.

`'Hey, dobe. Want to spar?'' asked Sasuke with a grin on his face.

 

Naruto wanted to accept the offer to prove that he was the best, but he then looked at Sakura. He wanted to spar with his girlfriend. He wanted to see if Sakura got better since the Chuunin Exams.

 

`'No thanks, teme. I'll spar with Sakura-chan.'' said Naruto.

 

Sasuke looked at Naruto oddly; Naruto never refused a fight with the young Uchiha. He frowned and got back on training Chidori hand seals.

 

`'Let's go, Sakura-chan!'' said Naruto, with a happy tone.

 

Sakura nodded then followed Naruto. She looked at the blond ninja in front of her. The young kunoichi didn't know if she was really in love with Naruto. She knew she was attracted to him, but she didn't know if she should actually be his girlfriend. They stopped at a tree. Naruto took off his orange jumper suit, showing his black t-shirt. Sakura blushed lightly when she saw Naruto's abs through Naruto's t-shirt.

 

`'So, I'll go smooth on you…'' said Naruto with a grin.

 

Sakura rolled her eyes and attacked first. She lunges her right fist at Naruto, who deflected it easily. Sakura grinned then did a low kick at Naruto, who fell down on the grass. Naruto got back on his feet and made a Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. Five Narutos attacked Sakura. She deflected some punches, but she couldn't deflect them all. She received a kick in the ribs and the Cherry Blossom fell on the ground. Naruto grinned as he released his clones, but his smile faded as Sakura's body poofed.

 

`'Behind you!''

 

Sakura gave Naruto a powerful kick in the face and the young Nin fell on the ground.

Naruto raised his head up to look at Sakura, who was smiling softly at him.

 

`'Ouch.'' said Naruto.

 

`'Don't underestimate me, Naruto!'' said Sakura, still smiling.

`'You could get hurt.''

 

Naruto blushed slightly. Sakura was looking at him with lustful eyes.

Naruto got up on his feet. Sakura rushed to Naruto and hugged him. Naruto was kind of shocked; he didn't expect that. He returned the embrace. Naruto blushed lightly when he smelled Sakura's hair. Her scent was like cherry mixed with flowers.

 

`'Naruto.'' whispered Sakura.

 

Naruto looked at Sakura.

 

`'I love you'' said the young kunoichi.

 

Naruto's heart skips a beat. She looked at Sakura with his vibrant ocean eyes; the ones you could get lost within. That was it. His crush since kindergarten told him she loved him. It was official; they were now together. Naruto approached Sakura's lips and kissed her softly. Sakura returned the kiss. Sakura's lips tasted like strawberries while Naruto's tasted like coffee. Sakura blushed slightly as she was lost in her thoughts. She never thought of Naruto like a lover. In the past, she only thought of him as a loud comrade. Now she was kissing him in the middle of a spar.

Their lips finally disconnected. Naruto looked in Sakura's eyes. They were simply beautiful. She had deep green emerald eyes.

The young ninjas' thoughts were soon lost by a familiar voice.

 

`'Hey, you two lovebirds, let's call it a day. Be here at 11 AM tomorrow.'' said Kakashi, still reading his book.

Sasuke, who was next to Kakashi, looked at Naruto with a smile. He winked at the blond ninja who returned the wink to the Uchiha boy immediately.

Sasuke knew that Naruto was in love with Sakura since they knew each other. That's why he tried to be the coldest possible with Sakura; to give Naruto chances to score with the pink haired kunoichi.

 

Kakashi and Sasuke walked away to get back to the village. Naruto and Sakura followed them quickly. Naruto was holding Sakura by the waist while Sakura resting her head on Naruto's right shoulder. They walked together back to the village.

Konoha Village, streets

 

As the young couple walked together in the streets, Naruto asked himself if he should ask Sakura to go with him to the cinema. It would be their first official couple date, but he didn't knew if Sakura wanted to go see a movie or doing something more romantic like going to the restaurant.

 

`'So, Sakura, do you want to do something tonight?'' asked Naruto, still walking in the streets with her girlfriend.

 

`'I don't know, what do you want to do?'' said Sakura, her mind racing with pervy thoughts. She quickly washed away those thoughts and concentrated on Naruto's answer.

 

`'I've thought about going to the movies. There's The Return of The Evil Spatula of Doom 3 right now.'' said Naruto, grinning.

 

Sakura rolled her eyes and smiled. It was still Naruto.

 

`'What about Lost Love? It's the story of a couple, but the man goes to war, and dies. But the girl still…'' Sakura was paused when she heard Naruto snoring.

 

“NARUTO!” screamed Sakura as she hit on the head.

 

“OUCH!” said Naruto, as a bump slowly rose on the spot Sakura hit him.

“Fine, let's go see your movie” said Naruto.

 

As they walked to the theatre, a purple wearing girl ran to them. Sakura quickly recognised her; it was Ino, Sakura's rival since childhood.

 

“SAKURA!” screamed Ino as she came next to Sakura.

“What are you doing with Naruto?” asked Ino.

 

**Silence**

 

“You and Naruto?” said Ino, surprised.

Sakura was slightly scared. Ino was known for being the biggest gossip in the whole village. She loved Naruto, but she didn't want everybody to know. But, if she didn't want anybody to know, was it because she was shamed of Naruto?

 

“Oh my god, how cute!”

“I knew you two were gonna get together!” said Ino.

 

Naruto and Sakura were shocked.

 

“Well, I won't bother you anymore! Have a nice date!” said Ino.

She approached Naruto and whispered in his ear:

 

“If you hurt her, I'll find you and I'll kill you” said Ino, before walking away.

 

Naruto gulped.

 

“Well, let's go!'' said Sakura, smiling.

 

They walked to the theatre's entrance, Naruto still shocked.

 

 

Short chapter, as I said, but it's only to let you know that I'm still alive and I'll keep posting chapters each 2 or 3 days.
