She was tired of having him beat her around. She had bruises from the last beating and needed a shower. She walked into the bathroom of her closest friend and closed the door, not knowing if he was home. She placed her forehead against it and began to cry softly. She undressed ,turned and was confronted be the nude form of her closest friend. He was the one who saw all her bruises and was there to comfort her. He was the one who truly loved her. He opened his arms and she collapsed into them. She began to cry against his rock solid chest as he spoke to her.
“Shh. Shh.....it’ll be okay love. I won’t let him hurt you anymore. I swear to god,” he whispered, his honey-sweet voice belying a deep hatred and anger directed toward the one who did this too her.
“I know you will. I’ll break it off with him and you may do as you please. I can’t believe that my crush on him would blind my feelings for you,” She responded taking his hand as they slid into the warm shower.” You are my rock, my strength and I’ll never let go of our special bond.” She melted against his smooth skin as she wrapped her arms around his neck. He kissed down her neck ,then nuzzled her. He loved being this close to her. Just the smell of her skin intoxicated him.
She nuzzled him and kissed his chest. He was so beautiful she couldn’t resist him. She wanted to be with him forever.

Sasuke looked everywhere for his girlfriend. She’d disappeared on him again. He smiled. That was fine by him. Frankly, he didn’t give a damn about what happened to Sakura. In his eyes she was weak, useless. Sasuke had many lovers who made him much happier. But if she betrayed him in any way ,he would punish her. He loved playing with the girl’s emotions.
The sun had set hours ago , but Sasuke was still looking. He’d check almost everyplace he could think of. He’d gotten in and out quickly and quietly, without anyone knowing he was there. He had one more place to check, one more place to visit, a place he didn’t expect her to be. He slid into the dark apartment and crept silently into the bedroom. Sasuke could not believe his eyes. Though the TV was still on, both of the bed’s occupants were asleep.
Sakura’s head rested on the chest of the last person he expected her to run to for comfort: Rock Lee. They were both dressed, Lee in pants and Sakura in a long shirt and Sakura was snuggled as close as possible to the young martial artist. Sasuke forced himself not to let out a snarl of anger. It was possible that they were just friends but this was still betrayal. Sakura would be punished accordingly tomorrow. For now he would let her sleep. Sasuke slipped out and into his own apartment. He snarled and punched the wall. He’d make Lee pay to. The smug bastard was making a move on his girl.

Morning came too quickly for Sakura. She instinctively reached for Lee ,but he wasn’t there. The smell of bacon and dropped eggs drew her out of the bed and into the kitchen. She slipped her arms around his waist and traced his muscles. The youth laughed.
“Don’t do that .I’m trying to cook,” Lee said.
She sat at the table as he placed a plate in front of her. They didn’t speak, but they didn’t have to. They already knew what the other would say. Sakura would break-up with Sasuke and Lee would be right there just in case.
After breakfast the two walk to school in silence. There were many students talking and chatting. Sakura took a deep breathe and walked up to Sasuke. Lee leaned against a tree close enough to hear and see everything but far enough away that Sasuke and his wenches wouldn’t get suspicious. Sasuke smiled at her. His other girlfriends gave her dirty looks.
“Well ,well. Crawling back?” he asked smugly.
“No. I’m ...I’m breaking up with you,” the pink-haired girl stated firmly.
“What? You can’t break up with me. I own you,” he snapped, getting ready to smack her.
Sakura braced herself for the blow but it never came. She opened her eyes and was looking at Lee’s back. He’d caught Sasuke’s arm. The crowd that had gathered gasped. Not many people stood up to Sasuke like that. The black-haired teen pushed the other teen with enough force to send him crashing against the wall. Sasuke looked up at the youth and was surprised to see the look on his classmate’s face though he didn’t show it. There was a bloodlust in Lee’s eyes he’d never seen before.
“Sakura belongs to no one but herself and she makes her own choices. Now listen and listen well you punk,” Lee growled grabbing Sasuke by the front of his shirt.” If you touch her or even so much as look at her the wrong way and I find out ,I swear I will feed you to the wolves of the black forest but only after I’ve ripped your spine out through your throat and gutted you like a fish. Got it?”
He dropped the teen and guided the pink-haired girl away. The crowd laughed as it began to disperse. Sasuke watched Lee hug Sakura and whisper something in her ear. Then they parted. He’d make sure that he killed them both: her for her betrayal and him for taking her away.
