“Hyaaa!” howled Ryu as he ran towards his former friend Haoku Hamagichi.

“Hey Ryu what's going on in here?” Asked his friend Chris-kun.

Uh oh Ryu had totally forgotten his friend was sleeping over and yelled to him, "Dude you have to get out of here,” but it was to late Itachi had already teleported behind him and was ready to strike.

“Looks like I may shed more blood after all,” cackled Itachi, but Ryu wasn't ready for his friend to die and so, just as fast as Itachi did, he teleported to Chris-kun's rescue, and just in the nick of time

“Now Chris I'm going to cut your wrist so use a substitution and run afterward and warn the Anbu Black Ops. ok,” he asked his friend hurriedly.

“Whatever you say man I'm out of here like lightning,” he said as he did the signs, SLIT and he disappeared.

“Now Haoku you're going back to the grave….,” he said steadily pulling out a Kunai knife.

“AHHH!!!!! NO,” yelled Sasuke from a little ways away as his friend Sakura yelled,” Sasuke are you alright!?” she asked,” Tsunade!!”

“Itachi are you messing with your brother's head again?” Haoku asked him grinning slyly

“No but I had messed with his head why do you not want me too, is it a threat to our mission or something,” he said and chuckled a little as he said it.

“You…you are pathetic, messing with your brother ha man you are dumb and weird at that a ninja never fools around on a mission or in the field of duty,” Ryu yelled with words of truth.

Those words stung as Itachi knew himself that messing around can get a ninja killed easily, "True but did you consider yourself as the fool? I see you are a young Junín a high ranking officer anywhere, but can you really prove yourself as a ninja worthy of respect from elders of higher classes or your people of the same kind as you, if not, you mean nothing.”

“I…I…I won't believe you, I have proved myself…I…I….” he couldn't find the words to say.

“It's ok I know it's tough to admit it, believe me I had to admit it myself Ryu,” said Haoku reassuringly.

“So we have a proposition for you, we'll let you join the Akatsuki and train you, that is if you actually accept, but the once catch is that Haoku and I are you superiors, you will follow us, and honor us, or your life may be much shorter than you ever may have imagined.”

“Uh…I don't know….I um…I..,” Ryu stuttered
