“Hey guys, check it. I found this old necklace of mine that I've been looking for forever,” Kristin said as she walked into the room with her siblings Ryan and Nicole in it. Nicole was watching TV, while Ryan was reading a Bailey School Kids book and looking at it disgustedly. “Oh my god, this book is horrible! This poor woman is just trying to enjoy some ice cream and these jerk kids are accusing her of being a monster. I swear I'm gonna kill these kids! Oh Kristin, I'm sorry. What were you saying?”
Kristin laughed. “I said I found my old necklace that I used to wear all the time. The coolest stuff would happen whenever I'd wear it. Isn't that awesome guys?” Nicole nodded as Ryan put down his book. “That's dope. Wanna know what I found?” Ryan asked while grinning mischievously. Then, he pulled out a Mike and Sulley toy from Monsters Inc. Kristin frowned. “I thought I had hid it from you better this time. Please don't do what you usually do with them.” Ryan smirked. “Oh, you know I'm gonna do it.”
He then jumped up and dashed into Nicole and Kristin's room. (They share a room.) His sisters were right behind him as he ran to Nicole's dresser and began messing with Mike and Sulley. When he was done, he stepped aside and said, “Ta dah!” revealing what he'd done. The result was that it looked as though Sulley was molesting Mike, and Celia was watching with gusto. (Celia was already on Nicole's dresser when Ryan had entered.) In addition to that, a little slip of paper was sitting next to the toys. Kristin picked it up and read it, “Kristin did this, confirmed. Ryan had nothing to do with this.” Kristin laughed and punched Ryan. Nicole crossed her arms and gave her older siblings a strange look. “If you guys are done being weirdoes, then let's go watch our shows.” “Goody!” Ryan squealed with delight.
The three siblings ran into the next room and turned on the TV. Tonight was special because it was a night of Naruto. “I love this show,” Kristin said while putting on her newfound necklace. “Yeah, I wish it'd come on more, though,” Nicole added as the show began. During the theme song, there was a close up of Rock Lee. Kristin winced in horror as she saw him. (She's really freaked out by him in the beginning) “Oh come on Kristin,” Ryan said. “You know he's your future husband. Just get used to it.” Kristin grew angry. “Hey! Just because the anime quizzes say that he's my ideal Naruto guy, and that he's the character I'm most like, and that he's my same star sign, and that my middle name is Lee, DOES NOT mean that he's my future husband!” Nicole and Ryan laughed; they loved saying stuff like that to her.
“How many quizzes did you take?” Ryan asked after he'd finished laughing. Kristin shrugged. “Probably about a couple hundred, why?” “I'm scared,” Ryan said. “You're addicted to anime quizzes, admit it!” Kristin laughed as they then continued watching their shows.
When all of the episodes were over, Nicole smiled. “These episodes were awesome tonight. I wonder what's gonna happen next time.” Kristin nodded and added, “Yeah, it's shows like that which make you wish your like was like that.” Ryan suddenly looked scared at this comment. “No, I wouldn't want my life to be like that. You'd nearly die everyday. And I'd probably pee my pants in a battle like that.” Kristin smiled sympathetically. “Well, if I did have a chance to make a wish, and I said I wish our lives could be more like Naruto, I would also say that I wish we were jounin-skilled ninjas. You know, so that we would have no trouble surviving in that world.” Ryan nodded. “Well, then I guess that'd be okay.
The minute he finished his sentence, the TV's screen turned all swirly. “What's happening?” Nicole asked fearfully, as the three of them began to be pulled slowly towards the TV. They held on to the bed that they were sitting on in attempts to stay away from the TV. But eventually, it sucked them in and turned black.
The three siblings found themselves floating through what appeared to be the twilight zone. They held hands so that they wouldn't get separated as a blinding white light appeared. They closed their eyes as they felt their feet hit the ground. Once they'd opened them, they looked around to find that they were in the middle of a forest clearing. “Is everyone okay?” Kristin asked while letting go of her siblings' hands. They nodded, but when she looked at them, they were wearing different clothes than what they'd had on before.
Nicole was wearing a green tank top, black shorts under a medium-length dark green skirt that had a long slit in it, what appeared to be fingerless gloves that went all the way to the elbows, a black choker, black ninja shoes, and a grass village headband across her forehead.
Ryan was wearing on open short-sleeved black jacket with a fishnet shirt underneath, fingerless black gloves, long baggy pants with straps on the sides, black ninja shoes, and a sand village headband across his forehead.
Kristin stared at them confusedly. `If those guys have different clothes on, then are my clothes different too?' She looked down at herself to see that she was wearing different clothes as well. She was wearing a strapless light blue shirt, white sleeves that went from her elbows down, navy shorts underneath a long white skirt with a large slit in it, navy ninja shoes, and a waterfall village headband across her forehead.
“Where… where are we?” Nicole asked. “And why did some perv redress us?” Ryan added. Kristin looked confused. “I don't know. All I remember is us watching Naruto, we talked, and then the TV sucked us in.” The three siblings stood there in silence; thinking. Then Ryan looked up. “Wait Kristin, do you think maybe we said a secret word or password that magically teleported us here?” Kristin shook her head. “No. All I said was that I wish our lives … were… more… oh my god! My wish must've come true. Do you think my necklace did it? Wait, I don't have it anymore!” Nicole looked around fearfully. “It probably was, but we have to find it if we want to get back home,” she said. Ryan and Kristin nodded as they began to search the ground for it.
After about ten minutes, they still hadn't found it. “I'm scared,” Ryan said, “we don't have what it takes to survive in this world.” Kristin smirked. “Are you sure? As I recall when I made this wish, I also wished that were jounin-skilled ninjas. Let's test it out.” Kristin closed her eyes, did some hand signs, and made two clones of herself. Ryan and Nicole gasped. “How'd you do that?” they both asked in unison. Kristin shrugged. “I don't know. I just closed my eyes and I instantly knew a ton of awesome jutsus. I picked an easy one because I felt it drain a little bit of my chakra. You guys try. Just do what I did.”
Her siblings nodded, and closed their eyes. They did the hand signs, and two clones appeared on either side of Ryan and Nicole. Ryan had made two sand clones, while Nicole had made plant clones. Ryan's clones strongly resembled him, only they were beige colored and gritty. Nicole's clones also strongly resembled her, but were covered in vines and flowers.
Ryan and Nicole gasped as their clones disappeared. “Oh my god, we do know how to do a lot of jutsus. When I closed my eyes, I knew them,” Nicole said astonished. Kristin looked at Ryan with a confused look on her face. “Hey Ryan, how'd you make sand clones without any sand?” As if on cue, Ryan's pants fell to the ground; revealing the several tons of sand that had been put there previously. Ryan looked down at the sand in disbelief. “Well,” he said, “that explains why my buttocks was so itchy.”
Kristin and Nicole laughed so hard that their faces turned red. After they were done laughing, Kristin declared, “Well guys, I guess we'll just have to look for it somewhere else. Maybe it's in the nearest village, so let's just take this path until we find the village.” Nicole and Ryan nodded as she led the way.
