*************************Naruto grunted as the sun shone down sweat dripping from his brow as it beat down. Naruto felt his legs start to tire but he pursued he had to finish this job or else the new Hokage would have his head. Tears mingled with the salty sweetness on his face and he threw the sack down upon the others. He rolled his shoulders and started back down the mountain. Naruto felt his legs were about to fall off from carrying the hundred pound bags up the mountain all day he had down most of the two hundred leaving about four left. He picked up pace he only had about two hours left too go before sundown and the hokage didn't like the work to be done late.Naruto finally reached the bottom of the mountain and he loaded up his shoulders with two of the bags before heading back up the steep mountain. 'I wish the third or fifth hokages were still here' He shook his head trying to rid himself of the memories before they consumed him but it was too late they had already arrived.Two years PriorNaruto stood apart of the rest of the village tears dripping down his face as the fifth hokage was lowered into the ground. Hate was a new feeling to Naruto sure he had hated people before but not like the man who was standing saying the prayer before she was lowered into the ground. This man had taken over now that Tsunaba had passed away he was saying some shit about how she died a hero's death, but Naruto knew better she had died because she was killed. They had murdered her before him the blood was horrific. Everywhere the ground and walls paved a crimson. They had said that a enemy had creep-ed in they had even captured a poor boy from the village of the hidden mists to place the blame on.But Naruto had seen the whole thing they didn't know that but eventually they could figure it out. And the man who was now Hokage...he was...a monster. He had planned the whole thing Naruto had heard him brag about it and how the woman was weak so he killed her. Naruto's fists clenched and blood slowly seeped out of his hand his nails were digging into his palms cutting him but he didn't notice all he knew was a burning rage inside of him the fox wanted out and Naruto would have been happy to oblige, except for the fact that he didn't want to kill.The fox smiled and instead wrapped itself around Naruto's mind like a warm blanket the fox's name was Kyoko, she had been helping him all along and had claimed him as her kit. She gently nuzzled his mind and sent soothing vibes thru the link they shared. Naruto calmed considerably and let tears of sadness wash over him as the rain soaked the ground and the great woman's body was lowered into the ground dirt then covered his blond hair. It was almost as if the sun had been dimmed and lighting flashed as if the earth was mourning for the loss of a great woman.NowNaruto smiled as he realized that the last of the bags had finally been carried up, the bastard was probably waiting in his office for him. Naruto sighed and walked down the mountain towards the Hokage's office. Sachiriku was a murderer and nobody cared his friends had abandon him all except for four Sasukue, Hinita, Iruka, and Kakashi. Sakura had died about a year before a Kunai thru her heart. Naruto couldn't help but feel it was his fault somehow. He sighed as he walked down the now dark hallways this place had changed so much because of that bastard and it wasn't the decorations that was dark only five people knew what went on in these bright colored halls.Naruto took a deep breath and walked into the room the bastard was smiling smugly as he saw the blond enter. Naruto knelled and kept his eyes lowered. "You did very well on your mission for today Naruto", some coin hit his feet and the man turned away. "Your dismissed come see me tomorrow for your next mission." Naruto ground his teeth and thanked his stars that the man wasn't going to hit him today.Naruto baked out of the room and headed towards the bar intent on getting a few drinks. Naruto had started drinking last year at Sukura's death. HE liked getting wasted the empty feeling and the memories not consuming him. Naruto stared at the black haired man beside him, he was completely wasted and his mind was a pleasant haze. "Naruto come on let's get you home" A sigh escaped Sasuke as he looked at his wasted friend. He let the blond lean on him as they walked out of the bar into the darkness of the village.Sasuke had almost gotten to Naruto's apartment when he felt a pair of lips enclose on his, 'Oh god no this is bad'. Sasuke thought as Naruto rubbed against him suggestively his hardness evident as he clawed at Sasuke's shirt. 'No he is Drunk this is so wrong', the raven haired boy unlocked Naruto's apartment and pushed the blond against the wall. Sasuke rubbed his erection against Naruto his eyes closed in rhapsody while Naruto ravaged his mouth. 'No bad Sasuke bad Sasuke he's drunk no don't do that'. And now after three weeks of searching he had found the blond and this idiot wouldn't let him pass. "Gaara don't blame him he is only trying to protect me" Naruto stated as he walked into the room all eyes turning to him. "Naruto where the hell have you been for the past two months, I went to Kohona to see you only to find out about this missing nin business, what is going on?" Gaara asked Naruto his voice starting to raise. "Gaara I'm pregnant, Sasuke and I slept together and I conceived a child, I had too leave." Gaara's face turned white of all the answers he was expecting he wasn't expecting this. Gaara sat down and looked on Naruto in disbelief the number one knucklehead ninja was with child."Gaara I need a place to stay as much as I like it here...I won't put these people's lives in danger and you can hide me...help me? Naruto bit his bottom lip hoping Garra would have enough compassion to help him. Gaara nodded at the blond he would help him after all they were friends and Gaara respected him. Naruto smiled "We should leave soon don't you think?'' Gaara nodded and started to walk out the door, Naruto walked after him to be stopped by Tazuma he passed Naruto a bag and wished him good luck. Naruto smiled and walked outside following Garra."Naruto get on my back it will be quicker if I carry you they aren't trying to catch you so they won't be looking for my charkra." Naruto wanted to protest but Garra glared a him and Naruto climbed on his back, Garra had turned his gourd to the side. Naruto wrapped his arms around Garra's chest and his legs around his waist and they were off.Naruto awoke some time later his head resting in between Garra's shoulder blades, Garra was slowing down coming to a steady stop. They were about halfway to the village so Garra must have used a lot of charkra to sped them up. Naruto smiled as Gaara signaled for him to get down. Naruto obliged and clambered off of Garra's back onto the forest floor, Garra rolled his shoulders and started a small fire then sat down his back to a tree."Does he know?" "Does who know what Garra?""Sasuke does he know about the child?""No, I didn't have time to tell him and now that I think about it I don't want him to know, I do not want my child to be unloved by one of his parent's." "Sasuke would feel obligated to care for it and I won't let that happen." Naruto gently rubbed his slightly swollen belly and smiled.Garra sighed and shook his head knowing that Naruto was right after all the child was the next Uchia and Uzmaki heir and the child should only have too live up to one of those names. Besides better one parent than no parents, Garra closed his eyes and started to mediate while Naruto dreamt.DreamNaruto stood in the middle of a clearing of flowers tears were streaming down his face bodies littered the ground and blood was sprayed across his skin. Naruto looked at Sasuke and pain etched into his heart, Sasuke took out a sword and started to attack Naruto didn't want to fight him but he had no choice. Naruto meet Sasuke slice for slice punch for punch until both of there stamina's were worn down. Naruto screamed as he plunged the sword into Sasuke's chest and pulled his sword out of his side. Naruto smirked and for some reason felt merciless and reached his hand into Sasuke's chest and ripped out his heart.Naruto smirked as he realized that he was no longer in his body but watching from the side as the other Naruto bit into Sasuke's heart and started to devour it the sight making him sick. The other Naruto smirked blood dripping from his lips and he walked over to Naruto and hugged him merging there two bodies.Dream endNaruto gasped as he sat straight up and preceded to throw up, he then sighed and went back too sleep while two pale blue eyes watched him in concern.

The cold winters chill caressed Sasuke as he sat upon his windowsill looking out upon the midnight sky. Sasuke outstretched his hand towards the sky as a gentle snowdrift fell down like Haku's tears so long ago. Sasuke looked out upon the village the village that had mocked his beloved, yet he still swore to protect them with everything he was and would be. "The snow falls upon my heart,and I hear a raven's hark,I wonder how much time is left,till the frost ,consumes my heart"Sasuke sighed as he finished the recital 'How much longer will it be before my heart becomes as cold as this snow. There is no longer the sun to warm me and my wings have fallen off, I have no reason to live. No one cares, no one ever did but you.' Sasuke chocked back tears as he slowly recited another poem."A darkness deeper,than any devils keep,caresses my heart with a demons wing,A cutting pressure a stinging crown,ripping my wings without a frown,So I cannot leave this ground."'That is what it felt like a cutting, ripping sensation across my heart when he left, Naruto why did you betray the village a village that you would do anything to protect. "Do you like the sun?" a shadowed figure sat beside him, Naruto looked at the person a look of ponder. "The sun it will eventually fade you know that, like sand in the breeze it will disperse and leave." The person tossed their head back allowing long raven hair to cascaded upon the ground like rain in a storm."Who are you" Naruto asked he didn't know why but he felt like he knew this woman from long ago like a memory flickering from the past, a mirage in the desert sands which now covered the dream scape. She stood and laughed her feet digging into the sand dune, "I guess you could call me a watcher a protector of sorts, but I exist only in your mind for that is what I am." Naruto looked at her his brows furrowed what did she mean by she existed only in his mind that is what she is."Kyoko?" Naruto asked he watched as emotions fluttered across her face. "Yes I am the Kyuubi this is my human form, I needed to speak with you face to face so to speak." "Naruto, when the time comes most likely after this dream is over you will go into labor when that time comes use the sexy no jitsu to turn into a female so that you can give birth." She explained her smile still in place Naruto finally noticed the crimson eyes and smiled while nodding confirming that he understood."I can help ease the pain by letting you come here into my dream world, the pain will not reach you here." Naruto nodded and the dream began to fade a mixing swirl of color and sound. Naruto stirred awake feeling the sharp pain in his stomach as the first contraction hit him. Naruto got up from the bed his feet hitting the cold floor and he walked down the hall to Gaara's room."Gaara, come on you need to help me" Naruto shook Gaara out of his meditative state, Gaara growled lightly and watched as pain fluttered across Naruto's face. Gaara nodded and went to wake up his sister while motioning for Naruto to take his bed. Naruto sat down and preformed a few hand signs before preforming the sexy jitsu, his hands shook slightly as he removed his clothes and crawled under the cover.Temari sighed as she was awakened but quickly awoke herself as Gaara told her that Naruto was in labor she walked down the hall her blond hair bouncing and went into Gaara's room just in time to see Naruto slip under the covers. Temari motioned for Naruto to lift the blanket and he did letting her inspect his cerviw. "OK Naruto your about seven centimeters dilated and you have already lost your mucus and your water has broke obviously, your now in the last stages of your labour and soon you will enter the transition phase." She motioned for Garra to sit behind Naruto and he did "The spirits should calm each other so that should help, Garra take his hands and prop his back against your chest not too much but just enough so that he is slightly tilted. Naruto sighed and willed himself itno a half sleep mode so that he could go back to the dream world for the remainder of his labor untill the birth was over.8888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888 8888888Three hours laterTemari saw this and saw that he was fully dilated, "OK Naruto breath, 1, 2 push" Naruto squeezed Gaara's hand as he pushed screaming at the pain. Garra held fast to Naruto's hand and whispered soothing hings in the younger boy's ear. "OK Naruto that was good on the count of three, 1, 2, 3 push" Naruto pushed again pain laced thru his body. "Naruto it's OK look I can see the baby's head one more push give me a big push, 1, 2 3, push. Naruto screamed again and a baby's cry entered the room, Naruto nearly collapsed but he felt the urge to push again. Temari screamed as she realized that he was still giving birth "Push Naruto 1, 2 3 push". Naruto screamed again and pushed as he baby's head crowned, he pushed and his second child was born it's cry going the firsts.The baby's were given to Naruto and Garra along with two baby bottles Naruto didn't even notice as his placenta slipped from his body Temari smiled at the two and pulled the blanket around Naruto's waist Naruto turned back into a guy with a pop and smiled. "What are you going to name them Naruto?" Temari asked as she looked at the bundles of life in her brothers and Naruto's arms."The one in Gaara's arms is Tomo Hoshi Uchiha, and this little one is Kiyoshi Mamoru Uchiha." Naruto smiled at his children and started to fall into a blissful sleep.dream"Good job kit they are wonderful" Kyoko smiled at the sleeping boy in her arms and let him nuzzle into her after all he was practically her son and now she was a grand mother.

**Six years Later**Naruto sighed as he walked into Gaara's office he knew what was coming, he's known it for a while his Anbu mask covered his face unreveling to others his emotions. He was a Anbu and had been one for about three years now he still remembered the day that his red haired friend has asked him to become one.Flashback"Naruto can I talk to you for a moment?' Gaara questioned as he stood in the doorway and watched the blond put the twins to bed, they were three years old now. Naruto kissed Kiyoshi's raven hair and brushed back his blond bangs they ruffled against his blond fox ears. "Goodnight boys" Naruto whispered as he walked out of the room and closed the door."Yes Gaara is there something you need to ask me?" Gaara nodded and walked down the hall Naruto trailing after him. "Naruto, would you mind becoming an Anbu we are short on ninjas and the kids are now three." Naruto sighed he knew that eventually Gaara would ask it of him and he was prepared to become an Anbu. Naruto nodded and Gaara smiled.end flashback'That was before the war, before the village of the leaf took over air and tried to take over sand that war raged for two years the twins were four and now there six. I was ordered to kill the hokage and bring his head back and I did it that was two months ago.Flashback**Outside of Kohona***Naruto leaped among the tree's he would do anything to protect the village of the leaf and if this war persisted then it would be destroyed. Gaara had sent him here on a simple mission 'Kill the Hokage', it was funny actually he was going to kill the man who had ordered his death. Naruto sighed as a figure started to jump along side of him as he came into view Naruto felt his heart clench. 'Of course the one who would find me would be Sasuke' Naruto shook his head and put on a bit of speed deciding to outrun him. Sasuke smirked this idiot honestly though he could out run him even if he was a Anbu. Naruto clenched his teeth he couldn't be recognized, Naruto threw a smoke bomb at Sasuke and then preformed a binding jitsu. Naruto Laughed as the smoke cleared and there was Sasuke all tied up. Naruto smiled behind his mask and headed towards the hokage knowing that victory was within his grasp.Naruto raced across the roof tops the moon reflecting off of them in a gleam, he stopped as he entered the Hokages office and walked inside to find the bastard hiding in a corner. Naruto checked for anyone else's chakra before pulling off his mask and walking over to the man. Naruto spun him around and grabbed a kunai holding it to the man's throat. "You would have killed me and laughed as my blood was spilled wouldn't of you bastard?" Naruto pressed the kunai into his throat and whispered in his ear. "This is what you created your own death" Naruto thrust the kunai against the man's throat and let the crimson liquid flow over his hand until the man's pulse stopped. And the Naruto disappeared into the shadows.End flashbackNaruto sighed as Gaara called for his attention, "Naruto I need you to be the mediator between our village and that of the leaf." Naruto sighed and nodded it was no use arguing with him Gaara had already made up his mind with a nod Naruto exited the room and headed towards the meeting room to see who he would be negotiating with.Naruto entered the room and nearly ran out some god must hate him because sitting in that room was Kakashi, Iruka and ...Sasuke yep someone hated him. Naruto sighed as he motioned for them to sit and then took his seat. 'Let the games begin.'*****Three hours later*****Naruto sighed Iruka had insisted on going over the information again for the third time before Kakashi stopped him. "Thank you if that is all gentlemen I have duties to attend too" Naruto said while getting up only too be tackled to the floor by and identical set of children. "Tomo, Kiyoshi what are you doing?" Naruto asked as his kids sat on his waist. The kids smiled mischievously and pulled off his mask."Hey mom""Guess what""We stoles""Your Mask"The twins went back in forth with their sentence then jumped off Naruto finally realizing that there were other people in the room. Naruto got up and faced the people from his past "Hi guys I would like you to meet my sons Tomo Hoshi Uchiha and his twin Kiyoshi Mamoru Uchiha."

Sasuke stood there in shook trying to absorb the information 'Uchiha, but that's my last name...hold on these kids look to be about six years old and Naruto and I slept together six years ago...and they called him mom'. Sasuke's eyes darkened as he looked at Naruto the teenager had a midnight shadow and tired eyes. "Sasuke nice too see you again, Tomo, Kiyoshi please go tell you uncle Gaara that I won't be back till late stay with him." The children seeing the weary look on their mom's face nodded and skipped out of the room their bushy fox tails bouncing up and down out of the room leaving Naruto alone with his former teachers and lover.Not two seconds after the kids had left he was wrapped up in the arms of Iruka which was funny because he was a good two inches taller than the raven haired man. "Hi Iruka did you miss me?" Naruto asked smiling as he inspected the other occupant's faces. Kakashi was just reading his book and Sasuke looked like he was gonna faint dead to the floor. "Naruto I thought you were just going to have one kid?" Iruka laughed as he released his old student and smiled. Naruto started laughing "Believe me Iruka it wasn't intentional.""Naruto we need to talk I think," Sasuke's voice rang over the group like a clod breeze on a summer day. Naruto's smile vanished and he stood erect. "Your right Mr. Uchiha, Iruka, Kakashi if you will excuse us I will show him to the hotel and then come back here to catch up." Naruto walked stiffly from the room not waiting to see if Sasuke followed him.The pair walked out into the busy street the sun beating down on them Naruto sighed and began to walk neither noticed the snake that was following them. Naruto's eyes widened as he started to freak out not knowing what else to do he ran his feet carrying him where they please. His breathing become erratic and his heart clenched and then he stopped, he had come to a small clearing with a lake and there was a young girl, no it was a boy and a single name rang thru his head. "Haku".Haku smiled a sad smile and walked towards Naruto, "how are you?" Haku asked he already knew the answer but he wanted to hear it. "Who am I, and why do I know your name?" Naruto questioned he was so confused he didn't know who he was or where he was only that he knew the person before him, his personality, his smile and his name but nothing else.Haku sighed still smiling his sad little smile "I cannot revel that to you, but as for where you are...this place is not named it is the place where heaven, earth and hell come together, their tapestries woven to the seam, it is where the dead go to await their fate or in your case where people in coma's go to decide whether they want to live or go to the beyond. I am the mediator between these worlds along with Zabuza after our death nine years ago we made a deal to stay together."Haku smiled he knew the blond wouldn't remember what had happened but he would remember Zabuza and himself people in coma's are sort of given a second chance but they have too chose to live or to move on without their name or past if they recovered their memories and chose to go back or if they just wanted to go back they would be allowed. It was his and Zabuza's job to guard the passageways along with mediate those who dwell here. Haku snapped out of his daze and focused his attention on the blond, he had grown up and lived such a sad life, he had watched the blond all those years guiding him in gratitude for giving him back Zabuza, the man he loved. Naruto looked at the boy who stood before him he felt like he should remember more about him but he didn't his eyes closed. Naruto screamed again and pushed as he baby's head crowned, he pushed and his second child was born it's cry going the firsts.The baby's were given to Naruto and Garra along with two baby bottles Naruto didn't even notice as his placenta slipped from his body Temari smiled at the two and pulled the blanket around Naruto's waist Naruto turned back into a guy with a pop and smiled.
