Ch.19 Parties Over

 

The party for Lee finally ended and I sent everyone home because, 1: it was getting late, 2: Lee needed to rest, and 3: I have a huge mess to clean up. Kagami-chan offered to help but I refused to let her stay, besides if she stayed Lee would never get to bed. Who knew seven people could make such a mess. After shutting the door behind Kagami-chan I turned to be assaulted by the damage we had done to the apartment in just 4 hours. Sighing I walked around picking up dishes, and anything else that wasn't disposable, putting the dishes in the sink I proceeded to pick up the disposable items and throw them away. And I continuously had to scold Lee for getting out of bed to try and help me, I told him I had it under control and that he needs to rest, and I warned him I'd send him back to the hospital if I caught him trying to train before the doctor said he was ready. We argued for a little longer then he gave up knowing I wasn't going to lose or give up anytime soon. After making sure he went back to bed, I finished cleaning and went to bed myself.

 

The next morning I woke up to the sound of Lee struggling to sneak out, "LEE!" I shouted as I came out of my room. "Nii-san I told you, you are not allowed to leave unless you clear it with me and I know someone I can trust is with you."

"But, imouto, I just wanted to-"

"No buts, you are not to leave this apartment unless I say so, I'm in charge got that?"

He nodded and I followed him back to his room and made him promise not to leave until I was ready. Lucky for him, he didn't have to wait long. Once I was ready I let him leave the apartment and made sure that just like a little kid he was being baby-sat so I wouldn't have to deal with him. Then I wandered off to find Tenten and Kagami-chan. It didn't take me very long to find Tenten only to discover she was looking for Kagami-chan too. We wandered around for a while asking if anybody had seen her, nope. So Tenten suggested we check at the hotel she was staying at to see if she'd been by there recently. When we got there though we were startled to find out that she'd checked out just that morning. Where could she be headed off to in such a hurry? I thought, I mean I know she's a traveler, well sorta, and that she'd had some trouble but I thought we solved that issue. Why would she just up and disappear on us like that? As I was walking out of the hotel I just happened to run into Naruto, and I mean that as in he wasn't watching where he was going and ran right into me causing us both to fall, and to my growing displeasure he fell on top of me. Shoving him off I got up and yelled, "What was that for Bone Head?"

He got up and apologized but didn't explain just asked, "Have you seen Kagami-chan? Bushy Brows was asking for her so I said I'd try and find her."

Helping him up, I said no and that she'd already checked out of her hotel so he shouldn't bother asking. Then Tenten walked out and said hi to Naruto she was just about to ask about Kagami-chan when I said that he hadn't seen her either.
