The Concrete Angel
Chapter One:The Mask Gone
Naruto sighed as he looked out the hospitable window after getting injured on yet another mission.This time one to kill itachi.
*Flash Back*
Naruto was rushing at a ninja who had Sakura up by her neck with a kuni in hand and uses the justu his father made and ran so fast he looked like a yello flash and appeared behind the ninja with the kuni at the ninja's neck."I sugest you let her go if you want to live."said Naruto.The ninja who haden't seen Naruto quickly let go of Sakura.When Sakura was safe naruto killed the man with a slice across his neck and sighed."Sakura you take care of Kakashi i'm going a head to help Sasuke."Naruto yelled over his sholder at the pink headed medicnin and rushed over to where sasuke was fighting agenst his brother Itachi,making sure to put the barrier up so he isn't affected by the tysiyomi(A/N:if th's not spelled right review and tell me the correct spelling please)and stoped right next to sasuke."Ah it seems you brought me a present little brother."said Itachi."He's not your's you bastard!"said sasuke."Sasuke calm down he's trying to get a rise out of you teme."Naruto said to him as he watched sasuke calm down."Seems the the demon carrier is smarter then he looks it will be fun to hear his screams of agony while he's dieing."said Itachi."Less talking more kicking you ass Itachi."said naruto as he rushed towards itachi only to disappear and reappears behind him.
After binding his arms and legs togther and a kuni held agenst his neck he calle to sasuke."He's all your's teme."and grined when sasuke unseethed the katana at his waist and ran at Itachi the katana aimed for his stomach and straight a head.He slamed it into Itachi forgetting naruto was behind him holding itachi off and Naruto getting hit in the process only being ablr to move back enough for the blow not to be fatle to him.
When sasuke realized he hurt naruto his eyes widen in shock as he rushed over to naruto."Naruto are you ok?"he asked trying to get naruto stand up but failing when he realizes naruto passed out so he quickly picked naruto up,which wasn't that hard considering that after he merged with kyuubi his form was more feminin,slender,and light and rushed back to where sakura and kakashi were at.Sakura quickly getting up and rushing over to naruto and sasuke then seeing the frantic look in sasuke's eyes she nodded and kakashi got up and they quickly headed back to konoha.
*End Flash Back*
Naruto sighed again when he remembered that everyone would be allowed to visit him today knowing that he would have to put his mask up again,the mask of happiness.Oh how he hated that mask,having to act like an idiot day in and day out.Not being able to say the things that were truely on his mind./kit you should get some rest before your friends come in./said kyuubi.\ok kyuu-chan night.\naruto responded./night kit./After that naruto fell asleep the last rays of the moon shining on his beautiful,sun kissed,fox-like face.
~~~~The Next Morning~~~~ ~*~*Sasuke's P.O.V.~*~*
I walked down the hospital hallway to narutos room and paused at the door a little nervous since it was his fualt naruto was in there in the first place.I sighed and opened the door to see naruto sleeping peacefully and smiled a smile reserved for his dobe.I smiled i had gotten over the shock when i finally realized i was in love with naruto so i didn't care.Iwalked over to narutos bed side and looks at his beautifully peaceful face and pushed a stray strand of naruto's golder locks away from his face."If only I could tell you that i love you naruto maybe you'd feel the same and we could be togther."I wispered.

Naruto gasped having woaken up when sasuke came in but kept his eyes still closed but he opened them quickly in shock to look at sasuke's surprised eyes."Y-you love me."Naruto wispered shocked."N-naruto h-how long w-were y-you awake?"asked sasuke scared that naruto found out he was in love with him(A/N: meaning sasuke loving naruto)."Since you came in.Is it true Sasuke.Do you really love me."asked naruto softly a little afraid since he was in love with sasuke as well.He heard sasuke sigh."I do naruto i do but i bet you hate me now."sasuke said saddly."N-no I don't sasuke i..i l-love you t-too i've loved you since we were in the acamedy."wispered naruto so only sasuke could hear.Sasuke's eyes widen in surprise and he gasped then smiled.
"Why didn't you tell me?"sasuke asked."Because i was afraid you would hate me like everyone else does."naruto said saddly and softly his mask of happiness gone."What do you mean whay would anyone hate you?"asked sasuke wondering who could hate someone so loveable."You don't know?"asked naruto a bit surprised that sasuke didn't know he had the nin tailed fox inside of him."No what naruto whats wrong?"he asked."Sasuke do you know about the nine tailed fox?"asked naruto looking away from sasuke making sasuke even more worried.
"The basics why?" asked sasuke getting worried."Do you know what happened to the fox?"naruto asked again."It was killed,wasn't it.?"Sasuke asked even more worried."No that day 18 years ago yodome sealed the nine tailed fox's spirt into a baby boy who was just born,that baby was me sasuke i am the container for the nine tailed fox,"naruto said turning away from sasuke compleatly."and thats not all yodome is..was my father."he said closing his eyes on a final note."Naruto I..."sasuke stoped he couldn't figure out what to say so insted of saying something he sat on the bed next to naruto and picked him up and sat him on his lap and kissed a surprised naruto who slowly returned the kiss.
