So, this is my very first Naruto fanfiction and I'm not sure how great it's going to be. Don't pick on the newb too much! I would like to put a lemon in this story, but I'm not very good at writing them, so, if you find that, for some strange reason, you actually like this story and you have the ability to write lemons, if you could write one for me when the time comes, I will love you forever. Prologue

“Why? You're my only friend Spirit, you can't leave!” A young crimson haired boy swiped his hand across his face, trying to hide his tears. He was 6 now, a big boy, and big boys didn't cry.

“I'm sorry Garra. My mommy says that you're a bad person and you'll make me a bad person, so we have to leave.”

There was a sudden screech, like a crow getting its feathers plucked.

“Get away from my daughter, you filthy creature! Solange, get away from that monster immediately!” By now, Spirit was crying, her arms wrapped around the young boy that others called “monster”.

“Solange Poppy Irla Requeim Icano Tinla! I said get away from him!” The older women tore her daughter away from the sobbing boy.

“Garra!”

“I'll find you Spirit! I promise, I'll find you!”

“You'll always be my best friend Garra!”
